Great Nissan dealer. Was there for service today. I called on Thursday to book an appointment for an oil change and was able to get an appointment at 8am on Saturday. Arrived at about 745am and they took me in right away and I was back on my way home by 840am. Get staff at the service desk.

I was in their location looking for a car to buy. One of the staff told me to go out in the back of their building and the car I want is there. After 10min waiting next to the car, he did not show and when I came back, so relax he told me, ohhh, I was busy. CLIENT'S TIME IS NOT IMPORTANT FOR THEM. Finally, I saw the car and I told them I want the car. Before going to see the car, he gave me one price and when I told him, I want the car then he said, he had a mistake so, he gave me a new price. If from the begining he gave me the new price, I did not need to waste my time for people who do not care about the clients. I have no other option than 1 star, if not I could give 0 star to this dealer. I have bought many Nissans from different Nissan Dealers but this one was something.

We got stuck needing a new vehicle, went around the city and it was damn near impossible to find sales agents anywhere, finally ended up at Nissan and their people were friendly accessible and understanding. (Had the dogs and kids with us). I could not be happier with my experience I ended up getting the same vehichle I was previously using the Nissan Pathfinder as it is the only vehicle that is family ready for 2 car seats 2 dogs long trips and dozens of friends that we constantly have in our vehichle that is not an exborbenant price tag (i.e. Escalade, continental, expedition) but still has all the luxury features in it. They also installed a dvd system wired into the vehichle to help declutter all the power/AV cords we had in our old vehichle. Service and price of anywhere we went in Kingston they were by far the best and we will go there first from now on.

So far not overly impressed. May update review later as it's still in progress. Had my 2012 Murano towed to the dealer. Newer to area so my first visit. Vehicle does not start and most likely an electronics issue (not battery). Had a call yesterday afternoon when vehicle was dropped off at the dealer and told they wanted to run a diagnostic and asked for my ok which I gladly gave...so far so good...then downhill from there. Called this morning at 10am for an update and was told they were getting through the morning rush of oil and tire changes but that my vehicle would be brought in soon. Called again several times after 2pm but just getting voice mail; finally spoke with Spencer at 2:45pm and was told they were trying to start it to bring it into the shop; I explained it wouldn't start and that's why it was towed. He said they could force a start but didn't know how. Then I asked why he made it sound like it was going to be in for diagnostic early when I talked to him yesterday and he said the tow truck dropped it at the back of the lot between two vehicles and against a snow bank. Then I find out no one has even looked at the vehicle yet even though he clearly told me they were trying to start it to get it into the shop. Guess they were trying to start it using some type of mind control. Anyways all I want as a customer is honesty. If they're too busy to get to it say that from the start; if it's in a bad location to push into the shop then tell me but please don't tell me some fairy tale. Since 2005 I have bought 3 new Nissan's and one used Nissan. I like the product but I do not like being run in circles!!! My car is still there and I have no idea if anyone is looking at it yet 24 hours after its arrival. Update: After some delay the car was fixed and seems to be running well. Still a bit disappointed with the information I was initially given that led me to believe they were looking at the vehicle when in fact it was close to 24 hours before they pulled it into the shop. Anyways they got the job done so I'm ok with that. Will give them the benefit of the doubt.

I loved my Nissan Sentra but needed a bit of an upgrade. Diana walked me through vehicles and explained everything very well. Answered all my questions. Great service. Went back next day to purchase and Jordan was very pleased ant and once again explained the process every step. Alex walked me through the application and once again everything explained. Can’t remember the woman’s named that I signed my paperwork with. But she did not disappoint and I understood everything before leaving. Diana walked through the vehicle before me driving off. 5 star customer service from start to finish. Love my Rogue. Will definitely recommend and send people there as much as possible. I purchased an off-brand used vehicle from James Braden Nissan. The first person I spoke with, and the sales person for my transaction, was Mr. Brett Young. Brett was PHENOMINAL throughout the entire exchange - I honestly don't have enough kind and appreciative words to describe how much of an asset Brett was to me over this process. For starters; his knowledge about the vehicle was immediately apparent. This was both comforting and surprising, given that it was not a Nissan vehicle. Going through the process he was very clear & concise, and I felt confident in my decisions based on his advice. The other sales staff were very kind and I was offered enough beverages to quench the thirst of a small army. All in all - this was a wonderful car buying experience through Brett. Unfortunately, outside of his control, I did pay some truly superfluous fees that left a bad taste in my mouth of an otherwise wonderful experience. 1) Nitrogen ('nitro') in your tires. I'll just be frank - this is a complete and total scam. 70% of the air you are breathing while you read this review is already nitrogren. This process isn't necessary if you aren't race-tracking the vehicle. Paid $80. 2) Despite numerous advertisements that a CarFax is supplied with every vehicle - surprise - you pay for it! Paid $55. Brett Young and the rest of the staff made this experience feel worthwhile to me, hence the 4 star rating.

We get our vehicles serviced here on a regular basis. Appointments are usually available within the same week of calling to book which is convenient. I recently had my brakes serviced/replaced and quoted some other shops before going back to Nissan. They charged the same as everyone else for a brake replacement which was awesome.

Great experience overall. As soon as we entered the dealership Mich happily greeted us. We were very straight to point buyers and he was a very straight to the point salesman. Test drove our new vehicle and signed the paperwork within an hour. Car was ready within a few days (we added a few things on) Every associate we dealt with was very friendly and made the experience stress free. The final walk through on day of pick up was perfect! Went in for a wiring fix on the LED strip in my headlight.... after 1 1/2 was told they needed to reach a wire and that my whole headlight assembly was broken...which is weird because its a new headlight just year old..... asked if the wire fix would fix the led to the point where it would turn on....told yes....3 1/2 hours later.... no working LED and another issue arose.... Now normally this sounds like a bad experience, but these guys got on it, and I mean fast. My car was brought back in the next morning and by 2pm they had all repairs done, working LED, and gave the old Rogue a good scrub down to boot. Im glad to see a business recover from a potentially reputation harming situation, and quickly! Faith in the brand restored here, folks. Thanks Jay and all the service guys at James Braden Nissan!!!!

I went there yesterday for some recalls. I showed up a week early (oops) and the service (Spencer) was absolutely fantastic to get me in. While I waited for the shuttle, I was approached by a few employees asking me if I wanted any water, juice etc. The shuttle lady (did not get her name) was awesome, great driver, pleasant conversation. I received a call today as a follow up. I would definitely recommend this place, I can honestly say I have never received some professional service. Even though I do not live close to them, I would make the trip again to get the lovely service I received.

I'm not a person who writes a review but I must!! its been a great visit here today with my new vehicle purchase, as I contacted a sales person name Ghislain Doucet they call him ( G ) I was looking for vehicle for week or so and they had one I was interested in and G made everything happend. I bought few vehicle in the past at a dealership but G was the one of best & honest person I ever met as a sales person he went beyond:) made me feel good didn't take advantage and he worked hard to get everything approved, also I bought a trade in vehicle and it was missing a summer mats and due to the renovation it was misplaced somewhere but G look for it over hour getting his hands dirty to find it and he kept his promise thanks so much G for everything especially putting the full tank of gas on stormy windy day today :) I must say if anyone looking for a Nissan Vist here and ask for G :) , thanks to all the people at James Braden Nissan , G & Steve & Ayesha ???? for making my day trip wonderful!

I was charged for 9 hours of labour when they only worked on my vehicle for 6 hours. - In response to the Owner, we've already discussed it with your customer service team on multiple occasions and they have said there is nothing they would do.

I recently purchased a new Nissan at this dealership and it was my first time with both Nissan and this dealership. I have probably purchased close to 15 vehicles in my life and this one ranks as the best. I can say without hesitation that this purchase was done very professionally, fairly and without stress due to the excellent staff that I dealt with. In addition the Nissan Qashqai drives very smoothly with an array of high tech features at a fantastic price. June 2, 2021 The sales people are great, I enjoy my Nissan however the Service Department, in my opinion, is questionable. I had 2 warranty issues; one with the drivers seat squeaking/rattling and not heating when heater turned on plus heated steering wheel not heating. 2 visits and told nothing wrong. When I indicated my dissatisfaction on the Nissan customer service survey there was an indication that a member of the Braden Nissan Service Department would call me to discuss the issues. No call was ever received. I sought a second opinion on the 2 warranty issues at a different Nissan dealership. They diagnosed and repaired the issues. I find this perplexing and feel that I was simply dismissed by Braden Nissan. The facts here speak for themselves. I expect better.

Windshield washer pump on my 2015 Rogue was broken. Made an appointment to bring my car in to dealership for repairs. When I spoke to the service rep on the phone the previous week to make the appointment, he clearly understood that this was a safety issue. When I arrived at the dealership, nobody in the service department had any record of the appointment. Waited for two hours on the promise they would fit me in. They did not, so I left. Personnel are polite but incompetent. I will take my business elsewhere, and do not recommend James Braden Nissan's service department.

Recently purchased my first and last new Nissan. Ended up with minor damage caused by a failure during manufacturing. Not surprisingly they won’t cover it under warranty so I offered to pay for it myself. I walked out when they quoted me more than 25% of the purchase price of the whole car for a couple pieces of interior plastic. Nissan has to be one worst car manufacturers I have ever heard of for price gouging on parts. I would recommend a different brand of car if your considering purchasing outright. I will never buy another one.

You lost my business today. Your staff are friendly and hardworking, however the service is terrible. An oil change shouldn’t take 1 hour and 30 minutes. Especially when I scheduled the oil change last week, for a set time. I asked one of the staff what the status was of my truck and he stated politely that unfortunately there was a delay with the lifts and my change was delayed. If you know you have a schedule, keep it. That isn’t the customers problem. If you knew it was that delayed, just tell me, I would have gone somewhere else, no problem. Without letting me know, your wasting my time. Also, the last Nissan used to clean the salt and dirt off the outside of my truck and the floor mats as well. A nice touch when coming in for a service. I will not be returning - however, please take my issues into consideration for the customers who will be.

I stopped in today, not even to buy a car, just needed to buy a paint pen. And even with such an insignificant purchase, I was treated with such incredible customer service. My first point of contact was Ghislain, who helped me navigate through some construction in the parking lot. From there, he walked me right to where I needed to go. So I brought my 2009 Nissan Sentra in to have a diagnosis for a flashing airbag light. I was given a call about an hour or two later regarding my car. I was informed that they recommended replacing numerous items, some that weren’t pressing but they still suggested on replacing. Total cost $2,594.28.. I was speechless. $974.15 for an airbag control module. What? I did some research on the code (B1054) and the control module may not even need replacing. It could be numerous issues. But even so I found drivers airbag module online for much less. They recommended cabin air filter at $43. Then they priced out tires which weren’t a “pressing matter” at a cost of $815.39 installed. Along with some other “repairs”. Yet I had my car inspected at another dealership prior which stated that the tires were still in decent shape, and that they would pass safety no problem. They never mentioned any of the issues that Nissan did besides the airbag code. When I went to pick my car up the cost for diagnosis was $178.53 which is crazy to me. Didn’t know hooking up a scanner cost that much. The service advisor then asked if I was going to scrap my car. I’m sorry, why would I scrap my car? It’s all based on one dealerships opinion, new car dealerships are known to make a list of things that they think should be replaced to make a larger profit. Not to mention on the estimate sheet they wrote down the wrong car and put it as a 2007 Versa SL and even wrote down the wrong VIN. It was my first and last visit to this Nissan dealer.

Kingston Nissan’s service department provided us with an unacceptable first, and likely our last, experience. We scheduled a tire change and rear brake service, which was recommended by the Brockville Nissan service dept, so we knew the work required when scheduling. When we arrived everyone was pleasant, but we waited for TWO hours to be informed that they didn’t have the parts, and that they would now put the tires on. The staff did not acknowledge they did not have the parts ready for our appointment, and deflected by saying our brake parts are unique (we own an off the lot 2019 rogue for reference). I can accept mistakes get made, but the professional move is to acknowledge the mistake and make a plan to move forward in a timely manner. This did not happen. I cancelled the required follow up appointment, and the service representative I spoke to on the phone to cancel didn’t ask if I needed another time, or the reason I was cancelling the appointment. Just not a positive first experience at all.

Absolutely appalled at Nissan. We purchased 2 new vehicles in Feb 2021. The Kick we purchased had sensor issues in March, the sales rep said once in a while they came on, but not to worry. After that day they didn't come back on, we thought great, if was a fluke. Then comes winter and the cold weather again. We've had the front end collision sensor coming on regularly now for several months. The car had been brought in repeatedly and we've been told multiple times nothing can be done. We finally brought it in when the sensor was actively on and finally had it replaced. This is after this car has been into the dealership numerous times. Every single time the car has been in, we've asked that the service manager phone us back to talk about this recurring issue. Steve has never phone us back and has blatantly ignored our calls and emails. Before the sensor was replaced the first time we phone Nissans customer service and they phoned the dealership, and Steve lied about what solution he gave us. Now, the sensor was replaced 2 weeks ago, and it is back on again. Once again, we've called Nissan Canada, put in a complaint for sensors and we received a call back. This lasy on the phone told us to "read the owners manual" and see that "safety features only work half the time". So they are selling cars, where the safety features do NOT work properly, are aware that they DO NOT work properly, and are still selling them with ZERO chance of them standing behind their cars. This is barely scratching the surface of the issues we've had with our kick and our rogue has the same sensor going off. The service manager has done nothing to help other than ignoring us and a safety concern, the dealership has never reached out to us, the owners have never reached out to us. It is very disappointing that Nissan and James Braden Nissan are NOT standing behind their vehicles.
