I would strongly recommend shopping around for an alternative branch. My dealings with this branch have been extremely frustrating. I'm in a joint mortgage situation and this bank and branch is unfortunately used by my mortgage partner. From the inception of a simple mortgage process, it was fraught with delays, mistakes, lack of communication, and the list goes on on on. I'm so happy that my primary banking needs are not handled by this bank or this branch. My advice would be to shop around and find a bank and branch that offers basic good customer service and appreciates the business you are bringing to it.

Worst bank service within the 2 months period of time they deducted 50 dollars from my chequeing account with any information. I try to call then they shows always busy ... I don't understand why they doing this. Even they told it was free for 1 year. This is not fair what they done.. last they deducted 15 dollars in the name of performance plan...so I stopped their going with other bank now I am feel ok with other bank service.

Typical bank. It is understaffed so if it gets busy lineups can be long. Has good enough staff. Stars deducted for lack of service hours, and service fees.

Often times there will be a 5-7 person lineup and it will take up to a half hour to finish your transaction from the time you enter the bank so plug your parking.

Please ignore the one review as clearly that person has no patience. The service here is very professional and is one of the nicest banks to walk into in Gan. Mind you yes sometimes there is a line and they sometimes struggle but that happens with every bank.

There is a ramp up into the bank that is located on the right side of the front door. The door is automatic opening making it easy to get to the automatic tellers located in the foyer. The entrance into the main part of the bank is also automatic. The queue for the tellers is set up in a less than optimal arrangement that requires you to walk to the back of the bank before walking back to the front (not a long walk but it is unnecessary for handicapped people).

From my experience, It's actually a fine bank. The customer service is always top notch. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer Air Miles on certain bank accounts and credit cards and their bank machines are up to date and envelope free so there is no placing a hold on your cash deposits.

- This bank is a complete joke, I set up business accounts for my Auto shop, First it started with my banking App not allowing me to transfer money between my own accounts And I called the tech support line and no one returned my call , Then the Cheques I ordered for my shop didn't even have my company name on them at all it was all my own personal information, I specifically asked for my shops info on the order I did with my banking officer, Iv called multiple times and only gotten an answering machine that tells me, " we will get ahold of you by the end on the day '...... Well I'm 2 weeks later and NO one was called, not even my Personal banking officer Amanda Pearson whom iv tried calling multiple times and left messages , so I don't recommend this bank at all, Horrible customer service and no help was given to me, I will 110% be closing my accounts and never recommending anyone use this terrible bank EVER, because I have had nothing but trouble and grief since I opened my accounts, I seriously wish I had not closed my shop early and wasted my time costing me money to open an account where the bank obviously doesn't care about it's local small business . As mentionned before by another use, there's no parking. Inside, only one cashier and regularly, a waiting line. Only go there for commercial purpose, I would never have my personnal accounts at BMO based on what I see at this place. Maybe different in other places?

First time Banking at BMO North Bay we were treated well, hours are the same if not better then our old BMO in the south. Counter Staff is friendly and knows their stuff, a shout out to the lady the that has helped us numerous times, with a smile and professional attitude. As for the other staff we have not had dealing with them. Parking is a challenge, 3 spots only.

The staff is helpful and friendly. I find it frustrating that you can seldom get a hold of anyone at the branch quickly for simple questions. It sends you to a call centre. Far from ideal in my opinion but cheaper for the company. Unfortunately it is all about the bottom line.

After getting the run around for 2 days finally was told that they would get fixed but would take up to 14 business days, and was just told now that I have to find out myself who charged my card and ask them to refund me. Trying to call someone directly at the bank is pretty much impossible. They redirect the call to a call center outside the province/county and put you on hold for 30min.

Hours of operation are DEPLORABLE. If and when they are actually open, the staff has always been friendly. Only three dedicated parking spaces. Update: HOW DARE YOU BLOCK ME from accessing MY accounts or paying bills from the SOLE Bank of Montreal ATM between 11pm and 7am. I am going to move everything to TD Canada Trust for this stunt. On multiple occasions, we've found the staff super friendly and helpful. Those that comment about long lines should really try seeing what it's like in other countries or bigger branches in large cities. I laughed out loud when someone mentioned that there are sometimes 5-7 people in line.

Trying to simply add a name to an existing bank account. You would think this would be as simple as visiting the customer service desk, however had to book an appointment for 3 hours later to add name. Would like to call branch manager to complain, however BMO does not publish names of managers for their respective branches on their website. Tried to call branch numerous times, however it appears that nobody is answering phone calls at the branch. Voicemail indicating that they will attempt to return phone calls by end of business day. Called customer service call centre where attendant transferred call to branch manager's extension. Branch manager's voicemail indicated that he is out of the office until August 21 (today), but yet to be updated to indicate whether manager is in today. Called back to branch and tried every employee listed in staff directory with not a single employee answering. Would recommend that if you want a bank offering any level of customer service, that you look elsewhere.

I wish i could give negative stars. This is the most useless bank on this planet. Somehow someone has taken money from our account unauthorized transactions and the bank refuses to stop payment or anything refuse to reverse the transactions. Like seriously this has happened not once not twice but like 4 times think they would be a little more helpful but instead they side with the criminal who does thiswe will never use this bank again and i suggest if you have this bank lose it and be very careful if you keep them any new prospects i would say go to royal bank or any other you will be much safer
