These guys really, honestly, care about you. I asked them to shampoo my seats, they said yes no questions asked. I bought my 2018 Chevy Colorado with winter tires on it. So Bradie (the owner) set me up with a sexy pair of summer tires and rims AT COST. While I was changing my tires I broke my bottle jack, I contacted Bradie and he replaced it really fast and cheap. Joe got the truck financed without any down payment except my trade in. 10/10 will shop again

I had a car with a Chevy dealership in Kingston who were continuously fighting me on what my extended warranty did and did not cover. I went to Bradie, explaining my situation, and that I was commuting back and forth from 3 hours away for school and coming home on weekends. He got me a Kia Optima that was great on gas , a great price , set me up with Kia because they have an amazing warrantee. As someone who is worried about the extra cost , he also set me up with an extended warrantee so I have the confidence and safety with my vehicle. He even had Austin , who does amazing detailing by the way, set me up with a back up camera because the vehicle had everything I was looking for , minus that. Amazing customer service! If you tell Bradie what you need he will find it for you , after my experience with auto house I don’t think I would go anywhere else!

Recently I bought a Volvo wagon from the guys at Autohouse. I had specific needs that Bradie and Ken addressed them immediately. They found the perfect vehicle at an excellent price. The vehicle required new all season tires which Autohouse replaced without question and set me up with a fantastic deal on winter tires and rims which they installed on the car at no further cost. After owning the car for 3 weeks I woke up to discover that someone had spray painted the side of my car. I texted Bradie looking for direction for who to help me with this disaster and he said “Bring it in. Austin will be in around 9 and he might be able to help you out”. Sure enough I brought the car in and Austin jumped on it right away and miraculously got the paint off in 20 minutes! Amazing service and they didn’t even charge me! Really surprised .was expecting higher price and lower trade in value because that was my first time buying used and from a used car dealer . They gave me what other dealer were giving me for my trade in and the car i bought ( wrx sti ) was at market value finace protion was great too . I Knew my credit score and they found me a really low interest rate right away instead of having to negotiate with them (not like other dealer that would overage on the interest rate to make profit) Great experience and would get another car from there .only had the car for 4 days and it drives great and no issues at all

---Update 14 Jul 21--- Since I cannot reply to the dealer response, I will update my review. Emails were sent via AutoTrader itself, plus the 3 names listed in the ad: Kyle, Bradie, and Joe. That indeed is 4 emails. My email is a standard gmail account so it's odd that it "bounced", especially since it didn't for other local dealers I've contacted. Finally, the car may be sold, but it still shows on AutoTrader and the Autohouse website as available. I added one star to the review for the quick response from Bradie to my original review. ----Original Review 14 Jul 21--- I gave up on this outfit at the inquiry stage. I sent emails to 4 different addresses listed on their AutoTrader ad about a vehicle, and not a single person responded. I guess business must be pretty good when you can afford to ignore potential customers.

Very impressed with the level of service I recieved from every Single Staff member I dealt with. They made the whole purchase & trade in of our old Chev very easy especially since it was all done remotely as I live 2 hrs away. They support local businesses to carry out my needs/accessories.
