Absolutely amazing experience purchasing my new Audi over at Audi Kingston. Right from the test drive to signing the papers Anthony was helpful, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Upon pickup, the car was flawlessly detailed right down to the smallest details. Paul did an incredible job detailing and cleaning the car up so it was in perfect condition upon pickup. I couldn’t believe how perfect the car looked! Will definitely be doing business at Audi Kingston again and I’m already looking forward to it!
Very bad service They are liar
We were thrilled w/ our experience. It started with the service department that dealt with us quickly to get us in and our Audi back on the road. The shop and showroom are beautiful. Michael assisted us in the sales department. He had the information we needed, followed up, presented well and we felt like he was able to make a deal without having to go the manager root. Very impressed.
Anthony has been by far the best person I’ve ever dealt with at any car dealership! He is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I have any questions! He just makes it so easy to get into an Audi and is just such a genuine human being which a lot of car sales man aren’t. We’ve been taking our Audi here for service since we moved to Kingston a few years ago and we’ve always been very impressed. Recently it was time to trade in our old vehicle for a new one and it was a similarly positive experience. We dealt with Michael, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Buying a car be stressful, but he made it easy. And he got us into an SQ5, a car we’ve wanted for a long time. Thanks to him and the whole team at Audi Kingston!

**Previous Audi Kingston experience. I traded the car in. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I originally wrote 2 great reviews but now I am seeing why there are negative reviews. This is an update. I apologize for the story in advance but it’s important people know how to look out for themselves & their car. After being very patient & numerous trips to the dealership the a couple of months previous to this experience, I had a major issue that resulted in Audi Kingston holding my car with them for little over a month. Thankfully those issues were under factory warranty. I went to pick my car up & before getting into my car, I began a “circle check” to see what shape my car was in. During this time I noticed my rear rims were damaged. After speaking to someone about it, I also noticed a large crack & impact point on my windshield that wasn’t there before. Before noticing the crack in the windshield (I stopped mid circle check to talk to someone) I went inside to the person I was dealing with for my car so I could show him the rims. He ultimately said it would likely be who Audi Roadside Assistance deals with for towing, CAA, so I should call roadside assistance to get them to deal with it. I respectfully requested the dealership handles that call, as I’m sure many of us know, customer service tends to pass your issue off to someone else. As they did. When I called they told me the dealership should have made the call- roadside assistance was good enough to call the dealership themselves to speak to them. Anyway, I have made calls, emails & went in to talk to people in person the day of to try and get this dealt with. Despite me having proof these issues weren’t there beforehand, nobody is taking responsibility. The man I have dealt with at the dealership neglected to inform me of the crack in the windshield and the damage to the rims before handing me my keys back. If someone told me about the issues with the windshield when they witnessed it (because this man told me someone did notice some damage at some point through the service- NOT even before they started it) I could have dealt with it when it was smaller & cheaper to fix. But now, this is an expense I will likely have to cover due to someone’s carelessness with my fairly new car & the dealerships neglect to inform the owner of damages. DO NOT utilize or buy at this dealership. German engineered issues put aside, nobody is taking responsibility for the issues I have not caused. This matter is still ongoing and will hopefully be dealt with. If you must, take thorough photos & videos of your car before letting them deal with your vehicle. Thankfully I did this! I even asked for the checklist they do upon receiving the car 4 different times (over phone and email) as proof for their side of the story by - this was not acknowledge or even given to me. They put blame on me - i gave them the opportunity to be honest a couple of times and when they lied I shared my own proof (I plan ahead ☺️) then they tried blame the towing company as expected of which I told/showed them I also had proof it also wasn’t them. Completely unacceptable. I would have respected them if they took ownership and fixed the issue. Instead I dealt with it for months and received NO apology or ownership from this dealership at any point. Update: it has been 2 days since I got my car back- the check engine light is on again & the fuel gauge is saying 0km of gas even though it was recently filled up. Again, I am getting passed person to person without a clear answer as to how these new issues will be dealt with or who will be paying for them. Update again: over 2 months passed. Dealership continued to not take responsibility (ultimately told me it’s my issue to pay for), I pushed it to corporate Audi & now everything has been fixed for free. Thankful Audi roadside & corporate Audi helped me. But this experience has set me off from buying from them again. Please stay away from this dealership if you can. This isn’t even all of the information of the experience but the review has reached the character limit

Audi Kingston has been my dealership of choice since 2001 when I bought by first Audi A4. I have just picked up my 8th vehicle from them in January a new Audi Q7. They have always treated me well from sale to service.
I bought my first Audi from Audi Kingston. Sean MacLean and his team had been fantastic in helping me navigate the process over email for a week prior to me driving out to Kingston from Toronto to test drive and finalize the purchase. Salesman was rude and dismissive, would not buy from here or recommend it. We went here looking for a pre-owned Audi, sorting on their website by only "Certified Vehicles". Found out when we got there that that filter is a lie, and so is the giant badge on the posting that says Audi Certified :plus, and it is only eligible, it is not already certified. Salesman was very dismissive with us when we were trying to figure out why it was listed as Certified. We walked out after he snidely said "Good luck on Kijiji then". Would rate them 0 stars on their customer treatment.

Took my car there because my convertible top wouldn't go back up they broke four pieces on the roof trying to force it up and offered me 10% off the parts to fix their mistake they told me they knew what they were doing I don't think they do

As everyone knows. Finding a vehicle right now is a tad challenging. But I have to give a shout out to my buddy Tony for assisting me in getting a new vehicle. While nothing was on hand to purchase at audi, he called over to the sister store VW and got me setup. Needless to say I've got a new 2021 Tiguan and looking forward to having a safe winter and the space for all my ski trip adventures.

My experience at Audi Kingston was excellent. The entire sales and service team went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I was interested in a 2018 RS3, and after not being able to locate one myself I reached out to the dealer for help. They were able to locate me the model I wanted, and brought it in from another dealership. They took care of all the service that was needed and covered all the costs. Alex, Sean, and Corwin were all amazing to deal with. Unlike other dealerships I felt taken care of, and could tell they valued me as a customer. Thanks to Audi Kingston for a great experience!
Well 3 years ago I wrote a review when Audi was part of the VW. I wrote that the service was so good that I’d be back for an S3...well I returned and got an A3 technik (coudn’t stretch the budget that far) . Once again Michael rose to the occasion and made a deal happen. During my time there I happened to notice how many people come in and actually know this staff and talk cars, it speaks volumes to the professional and friendly atmosphere this dealership has. You really need to check them out! If you want to get a great car with great customer service go to Audi, also if you want to see the best dressed sales guy in Kingston, got to Audi! Audi Kingston is the premier go to dealership in the Frontenac area! I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know their sales and service staff over the years as they have taken care of all my personal and business car needs. They are constantly going above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.
They resold the vehicle i traded in without paying off the lien - quite the surprise coming to the new owner! Have not paid off my loan on the car I traded in - I paid them the outstanding loan amount and am now 6+ weeks out from getting the new car and having to make double finance payments on two cars - one of which I don’t own anymore!!! Also the car was delivered dirty and with damage to a side panel that was not repaired. They also did not refund my $500 deposit on my credit card as promised - I paid them in full for the new car on delivery day and the outstanding loan amount on the traded in vehicle and the credit card charge was to be reversed. Very disappointing and I am now going to be escalating this to Audi Canada and then next the police.
Audi lover I am! Without a doubt, Michael Rowcliffe provided the best service with my recent purchase of an Audi RS6. Hands down, service is key! He was definitely on the ball about making my dream a reality. He dotted every "i" and crossed every "t"! Have my car in to do a pulley swap they told me no more than 2 hours labour and then it would get done I put my car there at 8 like requested at 10 they phone me saying they couldn't be getting it done an oil change was $210 it was not good at all not a good experience whatsoever
I recently bought a used Q5 from Audi Kingston. I worked with Alex Toulouse who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire experience. He responded to my questions promptly and provided accurate information about the car. We set up a time to test drive where I was very impressed with his personable nature, and no pressure approach. It was an easy sale because the car was fantastic, and Alex provided the service that can be truly hard to find when shopping for a new vehicle. He continues to be supportive and follow up to ensure everything with the vehicle continues to be what I was looking for. I would recommend Audi Kingston, and Alex to anyone!

The exact vehicle that I wanted just happened to show up on their lot , which is a little harder to find these days . These guys are just so great to deal with . Worst car purchase in 30 years Inconsistent stories, unprofessional, uneducated Finance department. Customer service poor, even when dealing with the manager, I am getting inconsistent stories and my trade in is still not paid off four weeks after new car purchase. Unacceptable to have had four car payments from two cars in less then a month. Ryan in Finance department complained I made him miss daughters function because they changed the trade in price on all paperwork so had to be redone. After reading the protection ad ons they offered, I asked him about details he didn’t even know what was on the short paper. He asked me to sign paperwork for credit application and insurance and confidentiality not on day we agreed to purchase, but on delivery date backdated to agreement date. His customer service was poor and unprofessional and even if he was new he should be professional. The car on delivery was clean but floor carpet soaking, took all weekend to dry out and because it wasn’t an Audi they couldn’t show me how to use controls, just again professional and customer service lacking. Mike in sales was great and helped and apologized as much as he could.

Had a great experience on purchasing my first Audi A6 at Audi Kingston this past week. I drove down from Ottawa and Alex/Sean were nice enough to stay an hour and a half after closing hours so I could test drive the car. I got a great deal on the purchase with new tires/ brake pads @2.9% interest . Overall the experience was great and I’d highly recommend Audi Kingston. Thanks for the sweet ride guys????????
I recently purchased an SQ5 SUV at Audi Kingston and I am extremely happy with this automobile. It handles like a sports car and using the drive select function it can be tuned from dynamic to comfort modes using the dash switches or touch screen. The sales experience with Trenton Benton was the best. He spent a great deal of time with me to make sure the vehicle was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Audi Kingston highly to you if you are looking to purchase anew or used Audi.

Wasn't a huge fan of Audi unlink my husband, until I met Mike. He is without a doubt, one of the best sales people in the car industry we have ever dealt with. Have been dealing with Audi Kingston since early 2000's when I got my first Audi A6. I just picked up my most vehicle in December a new 2019 Audi A7. They have been a great place to deal from the sale to service always doing everything they can to make everything right.

Awful! Sales isn't everything...you truly experience the dealership when you bring your car in for service. All I can say is that this has been the WORST experience I have ever had and will have. So bad so that it has forced me to consider parting ways with my 2018 SQ5. Dealing with the service department, shoutout to Nicole Norman, has been appalling and nothing short of a nightmare. The delays, inconsistent stories, and of course their rude, unprofessional ATTITUDE! was all just part of the story. I never thought a service department would end up making ownership of an amazing vehicle (though it had some problems as expected) to be intolerable. I would like to say however, that I do appreciate the work of the service technicians for doing a great job every time. All I can say is avoid if you can, sit tight and hope for the best if you can’t!
Took my vehicle in for a 30,000 km service. Always a friendly visit, with a very professional team that are very curtious, and take the time to take you through everything they are going to do, and again when the work is complete...Great experience expected and they have always delivered.

If you can go somewhere else, choose any place but Kingston Audi. I went there for the past 3 years (once a year) and WILL NOT go to Kingston Audi again. Twice on the invoice there was a line that my car has been vacuumed, which it was NOT!! They offered to make me coffee, which they did with ... an expired milk (no apology, not even an acknowledgment). I never felt welcome there as I did at any other dealership.

The team at Audi Kingston is great, usually they say that sales is always great until you get to service but these guys are efficient. Alex T was always on the ball initially from me just asking for info by a vague email. I drove down from Ottawa on a Saturday afternoon and they were more than accommodating basically handed me the key to the car within minutes and said take as much time as you need. Both Alex and Sean M were very forthcoming with all information throughout the process and more than willing to facilitate my requests. Very pleased with my purchase and the level of service they provide. Super easy going guys to talk to and do business with.
Excellent service. Specially salesman manager that let us charge our non Audi vehicule at low cost. The "rfid payment" is not working actually on the Audi ABB charging station so he was friendly to let us use it. Nice E-tron EV we have the chance to look at.
