A great car buying experience. No pressure, just answers. Very friendly and helpful. Everyone was more than willing to help with any question and let you know if they didn't have the answer. No b#ll. No pressure even with the added stuff that sales managers try to press (warranties, rust protection, life insurance and etc). The only negative, so far, was that although the car was clean it was not waxed. It took the first car wash to notice that the water didn't bead. This was a little disappointing as Trius Truck Centre waxed my used pickup truck so well it was a year before the beading stopped. All that's left are the plates and a spare key. Hopefully there'll be no problems. Stayed tuned.

My boyfriend and I recently got our first car from ReCar Fredericton and we had an excellent experience! We were very impressed with the quality and variety in selection ReCar had on their lot and were pleasently surprised to learn that they could have cars from their sister stores sent to Fredericton for us to see at no cost to us. Brent came out to meet us while we were looking at some of the cars we had seen online to give us a warm welcome before inviting us inside to take a look at what vehicles they had on-site or that could be sent up for us to see. Brent took into consideration all of our "must haves" and even looked for cars that had some bonus perks we were interested in, all while making sure to stay within our budget. Without any judgement or pressure to make a purchase or pushing us to even to look at cars outside of our budget, we were able to find one that checked off everything on our wishlist. We were able to go for a test drive the same evening and really get to see if the car would work for us and it was perfect! We met with Michael when we got back from the test drive to get some more information so we could see our options if we decided purchase the car and get an idea of the next steps and what to expect. Before we left for the evening, we met Rick to get a quote and were given the option to go home and think over everything before making any decisions. The next day Brent checked in with us to answer any questions that we had and was very patient and helpful with his answers. We did decide to get the vehicle and met with their Financing manager the same day to move to the next steps in the process to get everything settled. Just a couple days later we picked up our new-to-us car that had been freshly detailed (to look brand new!) with a full tank of gas for us and we couldn't be happier. No pressure, a good selection, with friendly and helpful staff made a really good impression on us. 10/10 would recommend ReCar as a place to find your next vehicle!

Bought a car here around 1 1/2 years ago now and have never been happier with my purchase. First time buying a car -I felt safe and the staff was transparent and helpful. There was no pressure, there was no sales tactics and there was no typical "used car dealer" stigma anywhere in site. Overall a completely positive experience and have referred at least a dozen people to purchase cars from there. The only negative I have to say is that they went cheap repainting my car before I purchased it. Less than a year into owning the car I have to have all four doors, trunk and hood repainted because they hadn't done the proper prep before painting - the doors started to bubble and flake, the trunk paint almost literally fell off the car and the hood began to flake within months. I'm not a professional but I am sure that paint should last more than a few months. other than the very dissatisfaction of the horrendous paint job I am very please about my experience with ReCar but will not be buying from them again.

what started as a 5/5 recommendation to recar has turned into a very poor experience. we purchased this truck a month or so ago now, and we have already had to bring it back to fredricton to fix issues that arised within the week we purchased it. they told us it would take 3 days max but turned into over a week. when we got it back there was still issues with the truck. we sent videos of the issues that were originally mentioned the first time and expressed our frustration and that was almost two weeks ago now - no response. the assured us when we purchased that they wouldn’t leave us hanging and send us on our way if issues came up and yet this is exactly what they did. very disappointed.

My experience over there wasn't good as much I'd expected to unfortunately , but I have to admit the staff was alright and take care of his customer. Cons: First vehicle I tried, I found out couple of obvious issues with it and when I told them about it, they didn't even know the car had those... 170 point inspection they say uh? Next one, be award they charge an non-negotiable 499$ of Administration fees no wonder why most of their cars have good cost looking. Last one, I kind of feel a bit pressure when we came to insurance service, cause I decided I didn't want them, but he try and try to convince me otherwise.

We recently purchased a 2019 VM Golf from the Fredericton ReCar, and it was a great experience. No pressure, and the staff were all super helpful and friendly. We actually mentioned that the same car was in the St John ReCar for a slightly cheaper price (but in silver) and they gave us the same price on the model we test drove in Fredericton. Also, after we bought the car, we noticed a stain on the passenger side front seat, that wasn't initially obvious in the daylight but showed up near dusk. They took the car back and got it detailed, picked it up at my work and drove it back to me later that day, at no charge of course. Would definitely deal with them again, and appreciated the little touches that made this a no pressure deal.

My wife and I needed a new car, so we went to Recar Fredericton. I dread making major purchases, but our experience here was overwhelmingly pleasant. Staff was friendly and moved at our pace. Inventory was excellent. We were given plenty of time and opportunity to look around, take some test drives, and ask numerous questions. Advisor Brent Roy was always there for us when we needed him, was friendly and helpful, and was willing to do research and answer all of our questions in a timely manner. Finance Manager Dave Allison was friendly and helpful as well. We ultimately settled on a 2017 Toyota Corrola, which we love. We would recommend Recar to our family and friends. We'll most likely go there for our next vehicle purchase.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I drove to Fredericton from Nova Scotia because they had the vehicle I wanted. After taking it for a test drive, I noticed an issue with the radiator fan. They told me that they would get it fixed for me if I bought the car... and they did. They also put new brakes on the car for me and delivered the vehicle to my door in Halifax. I've had the vehicle for over a year now and it's been great. When I'm looking for my next vehicle, I'll definitely go back to this dealership.

I recently bought a used car here with the help of one of their sales associates, Dave. I found they had the best service of all the spots I went to and the sales environment was relatively low-pressure. The fact that their salespeople are salaried instead of paid by commission made me feel confident I was picking the car that was right for me instead of the car that was best for the dealership. (By contrast, at Mitsubishi they kept trying to push me into getting a Mirage, which was definitely not the car that was right for me - I think trying to offload them. It was like night and day.) I got an excellent price too. They check Cargurus and AutoTrader just like you so even without dickering over the price I got a good deal on a solid car.

ReCar Fredericton has completely changed my perspective on car dealerships. I've been looking for a car for several months, and my experience had been soured by pushy salespeople at big dealerships who didn't give me the time of day other than to try and sell me a vehicle I didn't want or need. Not so at ReCar. After I reached out to ReCar about a Subaru Forester they had in their lot, Salesman Brent was extremely communicative and was noticeably more perceptive to my situation and needs in a vehicle than any other salesperson I've dealt with. He went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle for a test drive. I have no doubts any other member of their team would treat a prospective customer with the same level of professionalism, accommodation, and effort. In similar suit, The finance manager Dave gave me a myriad of options for financing, and was receptive to my individual needs all throughout the process of me purchasing the Forester. Of particular note, there was a small issue with the tie rods on the Forester after I purchased it and, resultant of this, the tires were unevenly worn resulting in the vehicle pulling to one side. Although they were under no obligation to do so, ReCar did the repairs for me and replaced the tires in good faith. Every step of doing business with ReCar was pleasant, professional, and truly enjoyable. I'm glad to see that the industry is being Revolutionized by this company.

I had a rough time after a lady ripped off the front bumper of my old car. Insurance wrote it off and I was in a tight place having to get to my two jobs. I needed a vehicle ASAP and was not finding much luck anywhere. But luckily I had such a great car Dealership right under my nose. I went to ReCar to look for a new-to-me vehicle. I met with Dave and carefully explained what I wanted. He walked me through the entire process and showed me a few vehicles. The one he showed me online that I really wanted was in Saint John so he had it brought to Fredericton the next day. The car I ended up buying was initially at the Moncton lot, but they were able to transfer it to the Fredericton lot for me so I could look at it in person.
