Buying a used vehicle can be a daunting task. They are not cheap, its usually not with money we actually have up front, and getting warranty is a whole different ball game then going new. Mark with Price auto and his staff not only took amazing unconditional care of me and my Subaru but they earned a trust and respect from me 99% of auto sales places can't. He's trustworthy and honest, and his number one concern is seeing you drive off in a vehicle you can trust. Purchase the warranty from lubrico, its worth it in all used car sales to get the most warranty you can and marks price on the warrenty is alot better then other places. I went to a few places who offered 1000$ a year or worse.

I don't like the process of buying a car - it always feels like everyone involved is out to rip off the consumer. That wasn't my experience here. I showed up with a car listing from their website, and Mark was very reasonable in our negotiation. He was happy to browse the local market for the make and year of car in question with me to address my concerns about price, he gave me a vague sense of his margins, and we arrived at a compromise with which I was satisfied. There were no shady dealer fees tacked on, and the car was detailed before I picked it up. I hope I don't have to buy another car for close to a decade, but when I do, I'll definitely see what these guys have available.

Staff very friendly but not impressed with the lack of upkeep with inventory. Garbage left in vehicles (coffee cups), trucks had debris in their boxes like rolls of tape, chunks of wood, rags and one even had multiple piles of animal feces (looked to be deer). One truck even had a leak in the roof and was leaking to the point the interior was soaking wet on the top. Why leave a vehicle in a condition where the value will continue to detoriate due to continued water damage? I was looking to purchase but did not end up making a purchase because I was worried about the quality of vehicles.

Price Auto Sales - "Where the *Price is Right" (*Price is only right if you look like you have a lot of money) The entire time I was there, I felt like my presence was inconveniencing the "salesman"; as if I wasn't worth his time. I refer to him as "salesman" because not once did he bother to introduce himself or even ask my name. I told him I was looking for something affordable. He completely ignored what I said and repeatedly pushed increasingly expensive cars; stating that "it's only $20/month more". He even went so far as to suggest that if I just stopped eating fast food I could afford it. I guess in his eyes he judged me to be an overweight person who can't help but eat fast food all the time. He stopped "helping" me find a car once he realized he could not push me into buying something past my price range. All he cared about was a bigger commission. My experience was so terrible here that I ended up buying the same car I test drove here from another dealer. I even paid a little bit higher price just to not give him my business. 0/10 - Would not visit again.

I changed my name for my privacy but I have decided to wait until I sold my vehicle before writing a review. Four years ago I bought a vehicle from this dealership. I had to put thousands of dollars into the vehicle to keep it running. I don't hold this dealership responsible for the repairs that needed to be done as they didn't make the vehicle or own(put the KMs on it) it before I bought it. This dealership should how ever when buying inventory to see what repairs may need to be done in the future by their customers as it may reflect back negatively on a dealership. With this being said I highly recommend getting the extended warranty as long as you are paying for the vehicle. They just don't make vehicles as they use to. Mine saved me from a major repair. When I bought the vehicle there where hidden fees (800 application fee for example). They tried to hide an issue with the vehicle when I bought it I noticed it within 30 days of owning it. This dealership did end up paying half the cost after speaking with the owner on the phone. As well they didn't really know anything about the vehicle history at the time of purchase. My next vehicle I bought was new and won't go used again as buying new was much more pleasant experience and therefore I won't be returning in the future to this dealership.

Caveat emptor. Make sure that the price you pay here is the sticker price + interest on the loan. If it's not, find another dealership. My husband and I had financial issues in the past and were suffering via paying high interest rates years later. I was very please that Mark Hanson took the time to explain to us how we could end up in a newer vehicle and pay a much lower interest rate now that we have repaired our credit. We were able to get a much nicer vehicle and our payments are almost the exact same as with our previous car (because of the high interest). He took the time to make sure we were happy with the vehicle we chose and that we would have the best interest rate possible. I purchased a BEAUTIFUL car at Price Auto Sale back in April 2016. I had not taken any warranty on the car at the time. A while after purchasing the car, I noticed issues with the engine. I monitored it for months and it just became worst.. eventually, my motor needed to be changed. I didn't know what to do.. this was a major repair for my car and a major expense for me and honestly, the car dealership had no responsibility to repair it. I know they are good people and have a very good reputation from what I've heard in the past.. so .. I thought I would go and meet with the Owner (Rikky Price) and Manager (Mark Hanson) of Price Auto Sales to see if anything could be done. They told me not to worry and that they would take care of me. They took my car in and replaced the motor (WITH HALF THE KMs from my previous motor!!!) and lend me another car while it was being fixed. They even paid for a brand new motor part that should be changed if replacing a motor (this cost them an additional $350). In total, it came to almost $2500 for the repairs! The deal was that I was going to pay half on the final bill, which I found extremely fair since they had no obligations to repair or pay for anything. When I went in today to square off the bill and make payment arrangements with Rikky and Mark, they sat me down and told me I didn't owe them a penny!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it!!! Now... if this is not SERVICE and VALUING THEIR CUSTOMERS, I don't know what is!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH PRICE AUTO SALES! You are the BEST at customer service and looking after your customers! You just made my day!!!!!!!!! BIG HUGS!! xoxoxo

Attention women; Price Auto Sales will not take you seriously! Although I find most car dealerships sexist, this one was particularly terrible. I have been looking for a specific vehicle and thought I had finally found one within my budget. I called Mark the day before to come see the vehicle. Upon my arrival he let me know the doors were unlocked and I could come back inside to ask him any questions. I found it a bit odd that he didn’t talk to me about the car but I thought maybe he was just trying to give me my space. When I came back inside with my inquiries he was very cold and didn’t seem enthused to talk to me at all. He did not try and engage in any type of discussion about the vehicle other than the few answers I managed to get out of him while asking questions. Once I made it known that I’d wanted to apply for approval of financing he took my partner and I into his office where he asked me the bare minimum of information needed- still not talking about the vehicle whatsoever. In the middle of gathering information he even took a phone call which really sent me the message that he could have cared less about me being there. Overall it felt like pulling teeth to get any sort of information out of him and there was no ‘selling’ of the vehicle at all. He let me know he would call me once he found out if I was approved. A few hours later I got the call that I was approved but I let Mark know that I was not happy with my experience and that I was going to continue looking elsewhere. He gave me an insincere apology and let me know that he was sick and that’s why he was off. He then let me know that to make up for the lack of service he was going to give me two free passes to Cineplex theatre as if that would somehow entice me to then spend thousands of dollars with his dealership. I actually had to laugh out loud with the offer. Later on he did text me, which was inappropriate, and let me know that he would give me a discount on a vehicle if I decided to purchase. The fact that that wasn’t his initial response only further confirmed to me the lack of respect he had for me as a customer.

He made the whole thing really easy and took some extra steps to make things convenient for me. .I have co workers moving into Fredericton all the time and I'll send them here first every time. The vehicle had two very minor issues and they were rectified immediately and without delay . I was blown away by this excellent service. Above and beyond . It's worth mentioning I was treated very poorly at other dealers and one even tried to pull the rug from under me by trying to offer me 25 percent financing cause he thought I was young and stupid and wouldn't know better.
