In 2015 I traded in my vehicle for a newer version of the same vehicle. I knew what I wanted so I didn't need any advice or direction from sales staff, since I had done all of my research prior to going there. I just needed the sales staff to facilitate and process the sale. With that said, it went quite flawlessly. I negotiated the price a bit and requested they throw in some gas cards. The sale was finalized and I picked the vehicle up, but they did not have the gas cards ready. In fact, I had to e-mail my sales contact 4 times over the following 3 weeks asking for my gas cards. I finally got them almost a month after the purchase. I would probably purchase a vehicle from here again, but I would make it known of my previous experience and my expectations of delivery and promise that were made to me. As for the location, it was extremely clean and everybody was really nice. A great atmosphere to purchase a vehicle from. UPDATE: I had to drop my stars from 4/5 to 3/5. Three months ago I reached out to the Sales Manager via e-mail requesting some information on a possible vehicle purchase, and I never heard back. My e-mail was detailed and professional, so I'm unsure why it didn't get a response. It could be that they were too busy, which is understandable, but a response even just saying that they were busy would have been appreciated vs being ignored entirely. As someone who worked with Toyota for years and has been in this industry, being on the other side now as a customer and being ignored does not feel great. I would still do business here for the record, but I'm a little more hesitant now knowing I have to show up in person to start communication. In a Covid world, this is a bit problematic.

I've purchased 7 cars here in the last 10 years. I worked with both John and Justin who always went the extra mile (kilometer?) to help me out. John starts out with a tour of the building, making your feel like a big shot. Every time! He introduced me to absolutely everyone in sight! Handshakes all around, tea, coffee, bottled water and Jessica fly’s in out of nowhere handing me a theater box sized of piping hot freshly made popcorn. I couldn't believe there was even a toy box full of free toys for the kids. Wow! Not even seen his office yet. Does he have one? We stroll out to the lot and spend the next little while testing and discussing a number of cars and trucks. I couldn't believe the ridiculously low meterage on some of the models! Like 5000 kilometers on an enticing ruby red Kia Sorento that we eventually ended up purchasing. Following that I couldn't believe the next episode! We went outside and stood by our spanking red Kia Sorento while we were inducted into the "Wheels and Deals Customer Hall of Fame" by John Eliakis, and our family video posted on You Tube and inside on their internal customer appreciation video showcase. Hugs all the way around and we hopped up inside our gleaming ruby red Sorento and headed downtown for a celebratory meal while we waved a hearty so-long to our new family and friends. They said come back anytime, and we certainly have. It's like coming home, that's the kind of place it is.

First off this bike is amazing a 3 year factory warranty says it all. Second Rob helped me every step of the way right down to making arrangements to get my bike back home as it is now to wide for my trailer. Bought a couple of Kawasaki brute force 300 for my kids a couple of weeks ago, communication was great, excellent service, Trevor Pardy had all the paperwork ready to go, no bs, didn't try to upsell or squeeze an "extended warranty" on the last minute, straight forward, in and out in about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, and knew all of the great features of each of the vehicles I tested. The reason why I was looking for a car in the first place was because my old car had an engine problem and left me on the side of the highway the day before I bought from Wheel and Deals. Now that I am driving my nice 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer from Wheels and Deals, I am glad that my old car broke down. My old car was a basic model from GM with crank windows, manual locks, etc and now my Lancer has heated seats, power windows, power door locks etc. and I LOVE it! You guys have great customer service from the popcorn to the coffee to your staff. Your company cares about the whole picture rather than just the sale.
