I thought I walked into Toyota with my mind made up, and and a pocket full of irrefutable offers on comparable vehicles. Not only was I happy wrong. But I left with a safer and more reliable vehicle that easily fit into my budget. The people at Fredericton Toyota make you feel great about your decision the second you walk in the building, and until you've "signed the dotted line" and have driven off. I'll be recommending Fredericton Toyota to my friends and family, and to anyone else that'll listen. They're hell bent on not only saving you a trip out of town, but a drive down the road. As if I didnt say thank you enough while I was there, but thank you very much. And one of the employees looks like a skinny Nick Frost from Hot Fuzz and was a blast to hangout with.

????Do not purchase a vehicle from this location ???? Don't make the mistake I made. I bought a 35,000$ halfton from this location and it's the worst purchase I've ever made. I bought the car and it was parked within a week because 4 ball joints were worn out to the point where the vehicle was unsafe to drive. I called the dealership about it and they said they would get back to me... Of course they never did. When I got the car they showed me a wonderful list of all the things they fixed before offering the vehicle up for sale ( including a oil leak and brake job) That was just talk because they never did either of those things. Now I'm stuck with another giant bill for this "mint" vehicle. Honestly just don't buy anything from this location, if you ABSOLUTELY have to, use your test drive to take the possible death trap to a mechanic you trust and have it checked through before you decide to purchase anything.

Bought a vehicle here. Staff not entirely knowledgeable about the product I was buying. Management blamed the salesperson. I witnessed that the salesperson tryed to get the info from the "experienced" salespeople there. Will NOT buy a vehicle here again. Not sure if I will return to this dealership for service.

Chris (product advisor) helped me on a trade-in. Throughout the experience, Chris was an absolute professional and did not make me feel pressured to come to a decision quickly. He was extremely respectful throughout, and receptive to my opinion finding me a vehicle that fit my budget and daily needs. Tracy (finance) took the time to answer all my questions, even those not related to my purchase. She was extremely detailed during the process. She did not once offer me any additional services she did not think would be of a benefit to me. I was extremely grateful for her honesty and felt she had my best interests in mind. This is not my first vehicle purchase in Fredericton, but my first at any Toyota dealership. I will be a repeat customer based on my experience, and would highly recommend giving them a look.

The place is a dump now. They couldn't tie Jim Clark's laces. Wasted an hour of my time when I wanted to schedule a visit before returning my vehicle on lease because BJ was in a 'meeting' even though we had scheduled an appointment. Ended up being brushed off and told to just bring it when I was done. As if I'd wait until the last day to find out any surprises on a lease return. Staff turnover has gone through the roof now, every time I went for service it was different faces. I'll never go back.

I had some service done on my car a while back. They are really unorganized. Booked an appointment but they never ordered the part. So I had to rebook the day of the appointment. For the next appointment, again they called the day of the new appointment to say the part was back ordered.... I re booked again and at the end of the conversation I mentioned that they should remember to order the part this time.... The person I was speaking to sheepishly agreed. The day of the third try I called ahead just to make sure. They had no idea if the part was in. It took a bit, but it turns out it was. So, when I dropped the car off, the guy asks if I'm going to wait. I say yes because the other person I was speaking to said it would take a half hour.... He then says, no, this usually takes 2-3 hrs. So much for my other plans.... Not to mention what it was going to cost. When it was all said and done, it took 2.5 hrs but they only charged me for the quoted 0.5. I was thankful for that but what a head ache. I think I'll try another place next time.

Horrible service just horrible. They lost paper work for work they had done last month and they booked my appointment wrong. Ended up waiting around for an hour thinking they were fixing my car just to find out they had only booked me in to see what part I needed. Keep in mind was getting them to fix the same thing they already fixed last month on my window.

I had a transmission flush and an oil change booked at 1 p.m. and was told it would take an hour and a half tops . At 3:30 in the afternoon they told me it would be another two and a half hour wait without even doing the oil change. I got them to do the oil change and left waiting a total of two and a half hours for a 15 minute oil change.

My options were limited as it was the Monday after New Years so most service departments were closed. They took me straight away & had me back on the road in an hour!!! March 2019 Update - Just got a new to me 4Runner and thought I would give Fredericton Toyota another chance despite my past experience. Scheduled a large service and an air bag recall (I was told this would take about 5 hours in total). When I asked how much it would be to do a simple change to how the doors unlock (probably a 5 minute job with a laptop) and was told that it would be $20 extra to have this setting changed. This is something that should be done for free any day of the week, especially when it is in addition to a could hundred dollar service. I see nothing has changed here, very disappointing! December 2016 - Terrible service and unfriendly staff. I ended up driving 4 hours to Charlottetown Toyota to get warranty work done because Fredericton refused to look into it for me. I will never go back there again!!!

Being from out of town and only in the area overnight on business, my van built up ice on the inside of the rims, throwing off the balance of the tires and causing severe shaking and vibration. I called the dealership to explain and they were happy to help and accommodate even on short notice, giving me a lift to and from my meeting location. Great service!

Early last month, I motored to Fredericton from southern USA. During my trip, I was not pleased with how the AC of my 2016 Camry XLE was functioning. After 20 minutes, a Service Agent led me from the waiting room to speak with the mechanic involved with my car. He told me that my AC was in perfect order and then proceeded to carefully explain how it worked (unlike the Ford with which I was familiar). Had I read the Manual I would have avoided embarrassment. Octogenarians, like me, behave that way once in a while. Very impressed with the care and concern of the mechanic whose name I have somehow misplaced (He is a native Rwandan), I told his Supervisor, Darcy Myshrall, of my very positive experience at Fredericton Toyota. Mr. Myshrall expressed his gratitude with glee. A good turn deserves a good word.

Have been a Toyota enthusiast for the past 20 years. Went there to pay cash for a new vehicle and they wouldn't meet the price point I was asking. The salesman said that he would follow up later in the week if they were able to find what I was looking for - no follow up phone call or email came. Went to Saint John Toyota and they bent over backward not only to find the right vehicle, but also offered a much better price than Fredericton dealership - with extras -. Saint John really felt like they wanted my business. My family has owned six Toyotas since the late nineties, it's a shame to see the Fredericton dealership slip in customer service. It used to be a great spot.

Came to your dealership with my grandfather, who was interested in a 2018 white Camry that you had on the lot. It had just snowed and there was a man cleaning off the cars on the lot. When my grandfather asked him if he would clean off the car so he could look at it and the information posted on the car, the man gave my 80 year old grandfather the snowbrush and said “fill your boots.” My grandfather was in no way rude to this person, he was genuinely interested in the car. This persons reaction was extremely rude and unprofessional and I hope it will be addressed.

I would love to rate their service but they don’t have ANY service at all. They can’t respect any timing they set. My daughter was here for service but they forgot her car. I had to wait over an hour regularly first basic maintenance on my 20 Tacoma. It looks like the owners don’t care about service, only about the sales and do not provide any service after sales. Great vehicles, garbage service. Too bad.

Tracy Phinney Financial Services Manager was helping me with all the financial work and it was so easy to understand any details as she is looking for the best for you, she is very kind as well. When you visit Fredericton TOYOTA, look for Tim Downing Product Advisor, he gave me a very detailed tour, when I bought the car I perfectly understood and learned everyting bumper to bumper, it was the way a customer always should be informed and treated. Tim is very friendly and there is a great team here in Fredericton! If you are looking for a car, the best way is to stop here first so you can save time as you probably would not go anywhere else!

worst experience!!! I purchased a brand new 2021 toyota tacoma, after 4 months my rear wheel seized. i brought in to toyota fredericton, they cleaned the drum and adjusted the shoes. they tried to bill me for the service on a 4 month old truck. then when i went to the truck the rear brakes were squeaking and the ebrake wasnt even holding the truck. the service manager said if they tighten the shoes and it seizes again it would be my fault and i would have to pay. headed to another dealership to hopefully get it fixed properly. i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service, terrible attitude, no smile, no welcome, nothing...I cannot understand who can get any good service in this facility. When I moved here two years ago, I went there for my regular maintenance stuff but I could not stand the service, so I quit going there. Worst customer service I've experience. Rejected the frame replacements under a recall on my Tacoma. I had to sell the truck at lost, then the new owner went back to that rat place and got the replacement under the recall. Somebody pinch me.

So frustrated with the service centre. My 2 year old vehicle needed repairs that took over a month. They gave me very little information and couldn’t even answer me when I asked why the part had broken. The shuttle service is great but only runs 9-5 so no useful if you work outside of those hours.

I have moved quite a bit in my life and never had any issues in a toyota dealer before coming here. my tundra check engine lite so I went there to get an apointement. they said the air pump was the problem and made me a rendez-vous 2 weeks later. the very next day that I went to get my truck checked, it went into limp mode. I called toyota but they only told me to get the codes cleared... good thing I have an obd11 because the codes would pop every time i started my truck. two weeks later my apointement is finaly here. THEY HAVEN'T EVEN ORDER THE PART AND THEY DID NOTHING!!! they don't want to give me another car in the mean time so I am stuck with this! all the other toyotas I ever went to would take me to enterprise and pay so I could get a rented car. but clark toyota left me on foot! I will NEVER buy a car somewhere there is so bad service and recommend anyone who wants a toyota to go some place else!

I had a 2 year old vehicle and brought it to Clark's Toyota. I am 150% satisfied with the service I received. They gave me a brand new Toyota for my 2 year old vehicle and I didn't pay to pay a cent!!!! I had my vehicle for 3 months and was very dissatisfied with the gas mileage and other factors. I realize they probably aren't open on a Saturday evening, however how hard is it to implement an automated voice message stating their hours?? The purchase of the truck was great, but since the purchase the service department was not a great experience. First time I had an appointment to install a box liner, day of the appointment, drove to the dealer to go in and be rudely told I did not have an appointment and that the box liner was not in. General Manager did step in and made it right. Second time I made an appointment for regular service and repair a recall and a few other things. Showed up at 7:45am for the appointment to be told a second time that I did not have an appointment but they could squeeze me in. At 3:30pm took the truck in and did the service, and recall but rushed through the other items (and not done right), took the truck out at closing time and said good to go. I felt rushed out the door. No paperwork to show what was done at the service. When I called the service manager to discuss the bad service he said he would look into it and get back to me. He did call back the next day to make a third appointment, but when I asked what was exactly done the day before he still did not know what was done. The service department needs some major work to make the customer service better. Fortunately I live between this dealership and another one, I am taking my business to the other dealership.

1. Had a major recall on my vehicle they did not have the part in-stock. Seemed to be a regular occurrence as I overheard "we don't have that part in-stock" approx 5 times while I was waiting from both the service and parts counter. 2. Dropped my vehicle off 3 business days ago and it is still not ready, first I was told the part was coming in from Hamilton, ON now apparently it is coming in from Vancouver, BC. 3. Called perviously about roof racks for my vehicle and was told "have to order them in, we'll call you before end of business day today to let you know a price" never received that phone call. 4. Called on another occasion ref a car starter being installed, again told they do not have it in-stock will have to order it in. Told they would get me a price, still have yet to hear from them. 5. No return calls reference status/progress of your vehicle. No courtesy call letting me know my vehicle was not going to be ready. I had to call them each time, which seemed to be a hindrance to them. 6. Everytime I called (4 times in total so far) to the service counter there is no answer it just rings and rings (15 rings last I counted until the phone hang-up or someone there picked-up). Not able to leave a message. But, how they do not already call me back I wouldn't expect them to respond to a voice mail. Because of all this I will be taking my service to Saint John Toyota which is an hour away, Fredericton Toyota does not deserve my hard earned money! UPDATE: I don't know if my review on here had anything to do with it; but, things changed. I would like to give them a 3.5 star review but you can't so I rounded up. They took care of my vehicle, replaced everything and kept me informed. Jason (the service manager) was who directly contacted me on a frequent basis to update me on the status of my vehicle. They loaned me a dealer car while mine was in their service department for an extended period of time. I am still perturbed about the roof racks, car starter and that it possibly took a bad review to get the service that everyone deserves. But, I am now content with what they have done for me. I may give them another chance if I'm in a pinch. Thank you.

I have had nothing but abysmal service from Fredericton Toyota. They were dishonest about their practice, failed to meet deadlines they set, lied about agreements between dealers, failed to return calls after settlement, failed to respond to emails, failed to relay messages and overall, do what they say they will. This company will take your money and never acknowledge you again. For background, I bought my Prius only three months ago and just want to get my winter tires they promised. In the past four weeks, I have called four times. Twice to the salesman (Albert Savoie) where I left two messages to his direct voicemail and twice again leaving messages with the receptionist. The receptionist let me know she’d forward the information and he’d get back shortly. On top of this, an email has also been written but again, nothing has come of it. Since I haven't had any luck with Albert, I even tried BJ Currie, the Assistant Sales Manager. I called the office asking to speak with him but the receptionist said she'd leave my name and number. Again- no response. This all comes after I had issues purchasing my vehicle when they failed to properly communicate when my vehicle was arriving in Fredericton from another dealership. I was told by Albert my vehicle was arriving on a Monday and that I would be able to take it then. At the end of the day that Monday, I called my salesman and he told me they were unable to follow through with the vehicle because too many people were tied up in "meetings" which typically happen on Mondays, but they would get it on Tuesday. I’m unsure why you would tell a client you would deliver an item when you knew ahead of time your own company's schedule. Mistakes happen. I received no call Tuesday from my salesman. I called early Wednesday morning and was told they were finally going to receive it and it will be ready for me Thursday. After all this I am then informed that I was LIED to. The real reason they didn't pick it up when they said they would was because THERE WAS NO AGREEMENT between the dealerships to exchange vehicles on Monday. Instead, the entire time when I was waiting to return home, they had spent the past couple days negotiating a trade of vehicles. I have previously raised these concerns in a phone call with BJ Currie after the sale had gone through and he assured me that Fredericton Toyota would do a better job communicating these types of things in the future. Well since this conversation with BJ I have not had one person answer me from the five total calls I have placed to the dealership and one email so I guess this was another one of their lies.

Last week I stopped by here to check my Camry because it had warning lights problem and you told me that you need to place an order for the part to fix it. So I made an appointment at 8AM 19th July, and my wife brought Camry to yours in this morning. I made a call to double check the repairment because the auto shop in the uptown already failed to fix it. The gentleman in the service center told me that "Do you know which side should be replaced?", "We do not have no records on your Camry from the last year.",,"If you don't know about it, we will change any side of wheel bearing..".. OH MY GOD!!!!. Is this what I should be told from yours? I'm not sure you will fix my car well or not at the moment, and hope not to rip me off like the small poorer auto shops. My wife waited an hour for the so-called "Riding Service" and walked to home in the end. I hope she can use your service when she pick up my car later as well. I will post the latter part of this story after my Camry is fixed.

Booked servicing online and received a confirmation e-mail of same on June 29th. Showed up 10 mins before appointment today, only to be advised that they can't find my appointment anywhere in their system. Arrangments were made and service will occur but will have to wait an extra 30 mins. In my opinion, Fredericton Toyota should work on their appointment system.

We love Toyota our first car till now is a Toyota Camry. And we planned to get a toyota again but bigger because We are a family of six and I’m returning back to work so we purchased a sienna and it’s Toyota’s sort of a company transport means second hand with a good mileage but there are some small things that needs to be fix before we take the van and the SA make sure that everything will be settled before we get the van, yes they did one part of the things that needs to be fixed but it’s been 2months but haven’t heard anything from them. We’re paying accordingly but unfortunately we’re not happy with the service.

Very shady spot to try to purchase a vehicle. Twice I considered buying a vehicle here and twice I got really creeped out by their business ethics and had to walk away. Even after I told them I ended up buying elsewhere, I got called and harassed about how I made a mistake because nothing was as good as a Toyota. The icing on the cake was being called long after I told them I bought elsewhere being begged to take my negative Google review down. Sales manager Adam even tried to bribe me to take it down. He even went as far as calling someone closely associated with me to try to influence me. Very sketchy...where's my privacy? In my experiences: High pressure sales tactics the whole time right out of the salesman handbook. Picking up the phone and pretending there was a guy on the line that would only buy my trade if I made a decision on the spot. Answer to some of my questions like: "I'm a salesman, not a mechanic", "It's a Toyota, it's bulletproof", "If they drop a bolt in the factory, it goes right into the garbage", but my favourite was "When I started, sales were at 30 vehicles/month, now we're over 100, obviously I'm doing something right". The second time I went looking for a vehicle, I was seeking quotes while travelling. I emailed them and they never responded until I left a negative Google review. My friend said that same thing happened to him and they told him emails are usually just tire kickers and you're better off just calling them. I thought in 2017 seeking quotes via email was okay? Either way, very sketchy. Stay away.

Bought a set of rear splash guards/ mud flaps last week for my truck as one had broke. When i picked them up, I saw that it was not the right size/model so i had them refund me and was told that the parts manager would call me the next day. Fast forward to this week, i called to speak to the parts manager as they had forgotten about me. He was still unable to find the right mudflap on his system, as he was doing that i pulled up the part number myself online from the Toyota website gave it to him. I was then told i'd have to buy all 4 at 80$. Not good business when you buy a truck for 45k and you just need a 20 dollar mudflap. I am visiting from out of province so i called my local dealer back home and they were more than preparred to order me the part and only sell me the one i need.

I brought my car in for an air bag recall. When I drove my car home, the airbag warning light was on. I called them when I got home but was told the service department was closed. I called back the next morning and brought my car back to get the light off. I was told the airbag warning light had come on for an unrelated reason, even though there was no issue or light until I brought it in for the recall work. The new issue would cost $440 plus labour to resolve. Coincidence? Really? I did not get the work done and am very disappointed. I am left with an incomplete resolution of my recall.

Jim and Tracy worked together with me and made my first car buying experience not so scary. They were both kind, friendly and went above and beyond go help me in the purchase of my vehicle. I would definitely go back in the future. They were both very clear in laying out all my options and in making sure I was comfortable in my new car. Edit: upon having my car for a year now a couple of things dissapointed me. I was told upon being sold the car that the AC was broken. When I had the money to fix it I leaned that there was no AC. Partly my fault for not actually looking in the car but I dislike the misinformation about the vehicle sold. I was also told to return to the location for a complementary oil change (first needed oil change in the vehicle only) and upon returning to get it one I was told they had no idea what I was talking about. Overall not an awful experience but a few miscommunications.
