Bought a new car around Labour Day after looking around for a few months. I was interested in a small, commuter car, and the 2013 Accent fit the bill perfectly. Tristan answered all of my questions, and was able to make the buying process exceptionally easy and pressure free. I would highly recommend stopping by. I love my new car.
Went in to look at an upgrade for my beleaguered little Hyundai Accent (Poor thing has had a bad month, traveling up and down NB several times), waited about ten minutes on the lot, no one approached so we walked inside, waited another five before someone tagged a sales rep for us. (This being the reason for a four-star rating instead of five-star, as the rest of the experience was good.) Our sales rep, Mike was friendly as can be, got me set up with a quote for a financed car after taking a test drive with us. Haven't decided on the car yet, but his friendly demeanor sure made looking at the available options better.
The worst service I've ever experienced. Went in for just an oil change and was told it would take about an hour. I actually had to wait two hours for my car to be ready. Two hours for a just an oil change! Terrible, ridiculously slow service. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Don't buy a car from them! They have one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Their services are expensive and useless, you have to pay for nothing.
Got a 2022 Elantra Essential package with a 6 speed manual transmission. Part of the plan I selected give me the option for a new TV, or winter tires. I went to Hyundai after visiting the local Toyota dealership. No sales rep came out to talk to me, so I went to the next car dealership I was looking at which was Hyundai. It also helped that Hyundai had a lot of cars in stock at the time of my visit, so lots to pick from. Despite being short staffed, they were very helpful and courteous. There is a good chance I'll buy from them again.

I recently purchased a Hyundai from a different dealership in town, but due to a warranty issue I had to take my car to the Hyundai dealership to be serviced. I have never is all my years dealt with such poor customer service and care from this dealer. Their service center needs to sort out their priorities and learn to talk better to clientele. Needless to say, I hope I never have to take my vehicle back to this dealer; I'd rather move to a new Provence just to have better service than to deal with them again. -a very unhappy customer

Staff was courteous and tried to accommodate my schedule. (I was dropping off my car on my lunch break and picking it up after work). I also appreciated the person in the service department that explained my bill. I ranked four stars -- and not five -- because the shuttle was a bit slow for both pick up and drop off. It took the taxi 18 minutes to arrive during lunch and I waited 26 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up after work (from the regent mall). I used the specific times to allow you to make your own decisions.

Had a 0930am appointment one day and car didn't go in till 1100, was done a 2:30, was a software recall, shouldn't have taken that long. Ordered new rims, tires and tpms months ago, called several times and still not installed like dealer mentioned they would do. I have since ordered rims and tires from Costco with no hassle what so ever, Fredericton Hyundai dealer obviously does not care that Ive bought 3 vehicles from their dealer, very disappointed on their customer service.

I tried calling multiple times and left many messages to the service department due to my signal lights not working. Two months later still no response or call backs. I went to the Hyundai in moncton instead. Way better service and they actually answer the phone/call you back.

To whom it may concern, Although I am a Hyundai customer (I own a 2012 Elantra), I am writing on behalf of my mother-in-law who owns a 2011 Elantra. My father-in-law recently passed away and my mother-in-law decided to move from Whitby, ON to join our family in Fredericton, NB. After being in New Brunswick for three months, she needed an oil change and called the dealer here in Fredericton to see if they would honor her oil change program from Ontario (free oil changes for 5 years or 120,000 KM). The dealer refused to honor the agreement from Ontario so I sent them an email and expressed my opinion that not honoring the agreement was short sighted as I would take her car to my mechanic and the dealership wouldn't see the vehicle for normal work (like brakes). The dealership called me back and left me a message that asked me to call them back to talk about the situation but the sales managers (Andy Goyette and Damir Kazic) were impossible to reach (always in meetings). I faxed the dealership a copy of the agreement and a copy of a receipt of an oil change done in Whitby but the dealership now won't return my calls. I've tried calling several times and left several messages. I understand that they are busy and I understand that they may reject the oil change agreement from another province/dealership but I feel that they owe me the common courtesy of returning my calls. Both my mother-in-law and I are satisfied with our Elantras but I hope that Hyundai's interest in me and my concerns doesn't stop as soon as I drive the newly purchased car off the lot! I have ACCENT sedan , in my experiences, the customer service is great , but I don think that the car parts are a good quality, there are many part that break very easy and it is not quarantine in many of those part. I will recommend the buyers to look very carefully before make any decision to invest their money.
I am really regretting my decision today, to come to Hyundai Fredericton for an oil change. I have been sitting here bored out of my tree for the last 2 hours. FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! Never again. Still waiting here. Wish me luck I get out of here soon????????

The car was fine, but we were underwhelmed with the service. They charged us for an MVI that was 3 months old, I asked them to either not charge us for an old sticker they slapped on months before I test drove the car or update the sticker they said no, not the end of the world, but annoying. Then they said it came with a set of studded winter tires on rims (to help make up for not being flexible on price and the MVI thing), but then they could not find them. To be fair we were buying a wholesale car which might only include wholesale service, but still a let down. If service matters to you, I would steer clear.

Honestly the best experience I've ever had in a dealership. I bought my first vehicle there yesterday and can't say enough wonderful the staff were - Paul, the sales team member we dealt with was so kind and helpful. Steve Webster, the finance manager genuinely listened and worked with our budget. Jason, the sales manager was incredibly helpful as well. This team makes you feel like you're at home! Highly recommend.
Service was painfully slow. I've been to this Hyundai twice now since moving here. Once for an inspection and once for a routine service. For the service I was told it would take about an hour. I came back an hour later and my car hadn't even gone in yet. 45 minutes after I arrived it finally went in for inspection and 45 minutes after that it was ready. For the routine service I was told it would be ready before 2pm. I sat in the waiting room from 2pm until 345pm until it was ready. There were no additional services done and I wasn't informed of any delays. If it's going to take longer that's fine, just don't give me a false timing because I've lost over 3 hours just waiting at the dealership not knowing when I'll be done. For the nearly $600 I've spent in the service department I am FAR FAR FAR from happy
I came in for an oil change and to get tires put on and the customer service I experienced was AMAZING!!!!. it turns out that I needed some minor repairs done, nothing huge just a brake service and replacing a sway bar link but it means so much that they checked and came out to tell me that there were issues before it actually turned into a problem. they even studded my new winter tires. I will absolutely be back for all of my servicing
Friendly sales persons during the buying process, their oil changes are a fair price and they usually throw in extras like free car washes, interior vacuuming and fluid top offs. They certainly do suggestive service/sales but that's expected of any place and they aren't pushy if you turn them down the first time. They will shuttle you to and from work while you wait for your car and if the shuttle is tied up they'll pay for a taxi instead.

Received a call regarding a private sale a couple months ago. I went in to see what I could get for my car and the price on a new Tucson. I met with Chris Fearneley one of their salesmen and he was able to give me what I wanted for the car on trade and a great price on a new Tucson. He met and exceeded all my expectations, follow up calls to see how the car was running, setting up my first oil change etc. This is my second car from this dealership and is probably the second of many more.

2019 Santa Fe was more than safe facing a head on collision. Driver walked away without major injury. Recommend GAP insurance. Recieved a 2020 Santa Fe just because I trust the brand.

bought a new car there, great experience at first, trying to get service after is a nightmare. My wife has called and called and called, they put her on hold and never come back to her. That's okay Hyundai Fredericton, we'll take ALL of our service elsewhere, and spread the bad word.

I went in to Fredericton Hyundai hesitant after reading some reviews on FB and having had a horrible experience with Rallye Hyundai in Moncton literally 2 weeks prior, but I had my heart set on a Blue Elantra GLS. I dealt with Ben Springer and I have to say, going in prepared for the worst experience I was extremely pleasantly surprised to have the best experience so far. I will definitely go back to Fredericton Hyundai when I need a new vehicle. Rallye Motors has lost 4 sales so far due to the way they screwed around with my elderly mother, but their loss is Fredericton Hyundai's gain.

I bought my first used Vehicle here! Justin and the other staff were extremely helpful especially with my tricky situation. Sadly after 2 days after buying my SUV my window breaks. I took it in immediately the staff were very helpful and explained what had a happened and what needed to be done to get my window fixed. They also provided me with great accommodations getting me a taxi to get to work and back to the dealership. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for the part but I can’t be mad nobody could predict my window breaking. I really appreciate the staff here, they definitely made buying a used vehicle less scary.

Great staff and service. Purchased a vehicle here in February this year. Salesman was awesome. He brought the car to my home town for a test drive and even delivered free of cost on the day I came to pick it up. All of my options were explained clearly to me with no pressure to purchase. I've purchased a few vehicles in my day and this was by far the most comfortable experience. Great facilities.. highly recommended if you're in the car market.

I was nervous making my car purchase as this was my first time going in alone to purchase a vehicle. In the past I brought a man with me so the dealer would not discriminate me for being a woman. I had BJ Currie as my sales person. He was super helpful and made me feel at ease. He answered my concerns and questions. He listen to me and offered me options that met my needs and my budget.

I was in for a 6 month warranty maintenance check. Nicole and the service team provided excellent service. Everything was immaculately clean and the team found some nails in one of my tires and quickly found a replacement.
Unfortunately, I have been treated in a very bad way at this service center. Before putting in consideration that we are Hyundai cars owners they should respect people as human first and know how to talk to them in a better way instead of the aggressive and rude way I have received there. Especially the lady who receive the cars from customers which I don’t know her name, just I know one lady who was nice with me when I booked the appointment and her name is Jennie.

Awful experience at this location for a vehicle service. I called a month in advance and specifically booked at an appointment that I can stay there and way for my vehicle. At all other shops I have been to, this means your vehicle goes into the shop at the time of your arrival. Sometimes 30min to an hour later due to backlog. In my case, my car did not go in 3hrs after I arrived, then another hour for the service. After talking to front desk they tried to tell me there is no such thing as wait appointment where your car goes in right away. And to make things worse, a week later I went to another shop to take care of my car, since I was not going back to Hyundai and they told me my rotor screws are stripped, guess who took them off last, Fredericton Hyundai. Good job Hyundai, this isn't the first time you have disappointed me, but it will be last.
Service department was no longer reliable so I left this dealership even though I prefered one of their new vehicles. Just couldn't imagine dealing with them any longer.

We bought a car from from here 6 years ago. Brilliant service. Our daughter brings her car in to replace 1 part. They present her with a list of "needed" repairs equalling $2k. We get a 2nd opinion, everything fine. Dissapointed to say the least.

My name is Rosalie and I had the pleasure of meeting Dayne Dunn the other day when I brought my 2014 Santa Fe Sport in for recall. I could not believe the service I received. They took a video and did a free inspection service to make sure my car was safe. I was able to view and see all the problems (air filters, tires, and loose sway bar link, breaks) and everything was was explained out to me. (But not like how people usually talk to women about cars... they didn't just assume because I was a woman that I wasn't mechanically inclined. I didn't feel like I was a 2 year old lol) that impressed me right there. My service advisor went above and beyond to help me make the right calls for my vehicle. (Including getting me a taxi to the mall so I didn't have to wait there all day!) Awesome experience and I will definitely be back.

Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Despite always being there in the late evening i never felt like i was being rushed. By far the best experience I've had dealing with a dealership.
Not impressed with the service provided at Fredericton Hyundai. On 3 different occasions, I had booked oil changes 3 weeks in advance and had to wait 5 hours for two and 6.5 hours for the last one. During the last oil change I was informed I needed new rear brakes on my Santa Fe and booked an appointment for Jan 3rd. When I arrived, I learned they were closed. I wasn't an important customer enough to received a phone call from them to rebook. I had to go out of my way to call them back to book for another day. When I showed up for my appointment I had to wait 2 hours to be informed the after market brakes they ordered didn't fit but I would needed to spend another 250 to 300 dollars if I wanted their brakes. I decided to bring my car to another shop and after their inspection I was informed it would cost me 33 percent cheaper with labour to replace them. I will not be going back to Fredericton Hyundai.

I took a perfectly fine working vehicle with a remote start in to them for routine service. The remote start worked perfectly every time before their service, even the morning I brought the car in. Now, after their service, the car turns over with the remote start, but the engine won't catch and start. I find this frustrating because I don't have the time to fight trying to get things like this fixed.

Took 5 hours to change tires from summer to winter and they only updated me after I called for an one after 3.5 hours. Ridiculous. Will not be bringing my Kona back in the spring.

Purchased my first Hyundai from another dealer , after having some major issues with the vehicle I took the the vehicle to Hyundai, I honestly can't believe how good the service is . Hyundai honored their extended warranty on the vehicle with no issues, and to top it off covered another part that wasn't covered that was really expensive. (A little over kms of warranty) Honestly if I had of known how great Hyundai is , I would of saved myself a lot of headache and just purchased vehicles there . All vehicles are bound to have issues , but what relief when you have a dealership that's trustworthy. Very impressed , keep up the excellent customer service .

Another excellent service at Fredericton Hyundai today. I only purchased my 2020 Elantra last month and the wipers already had to be replaced. No questions asked; they apologized for the oversight and I was told to bring it in and they installed new (and better!) wipers at no cost. Thanks guys, much appreciated! :-)
Peter Girouard, Steve Webster and Jason Kelly were all really great with us and made our recent purchase a refreshing experience. Everything was really clear and there was no pressure, confusing language or up-selling of any kind. They actually went above and beyond and threw in extras, gave us a really reasonable price for our trade in without having to haggle which was a pleasant surprise. I would do business with them again without hesitation.

Haven't bought a car yet bit had really good service. My toddler was acting up on the day we met with the dealer and I felt horrible. We were treated fairly and respectably. All around it was great to have Paul show us around and answer our questions.

This place has the best service advisors I've encountered.Their staff service your vehicle as if it's their own - only better! I'll definitely be back for all my maintenance/repair needs. It's better to keep your vehicle all original parts; better trade-in/resale value in the long run.

Super nice dude who put genuine human effort into helping me, 10/10 to him. Lots more positive I could say about the financing and automotive bay but seeing is believing. Great service and very hospitable. Major issue with time management. Last two visits ive been here it was almost 2hr wait for an oil change and almost 3 hrs for an MVI. I recommend dropping your vehicle off.

My partner and I bought our very first car just recently. We were nervous, as we have only bought vehicles person to person in the past, so this was a big purchase for us. I bought an Elentra GL 2016 the price was ok but the service was terrible. When I went to get the car, before I even get the keys in my hand, there was 3 dent on the car already. One on the door and 2 on the rear bumper. The one on the door was fixed but the 2 on bumper were botched. I can still see them. Winter coming, I wanted to change my tires, first time working on the car, I realize one of the stud is totally striped, no way to recover it. I called them to talk about it and fix it. Their answer was; “This is not on the warranty, we can’t cover the charge for this situation” even thought this was how I received the car… There was no way for me to check this kind of broken stuff when I first received the car.
Very glad I stopped in to visit the dealership....almost didn't once I saw the other review... The salesperson (BJ) was very kind and helpful...and also his sales manager (Damir)...they answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything without doing a pressure sale. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Hyundai!
The company I work for bought a 2020 Subaru Ascent from Chris Mercer and it was an amazing experience. Despite it not being a Hyundai, he still knew a lot about the vehicle. He was extremely friendly, as was everyone else we spoke to at the dealership!! 100% recommend!

Absolutely criminal! Advertise “free safe storage “ if your tires then loos them, avoid your calls and won’t give you the tires as they have been “misplaced “ find another dealer folks ! I’m the 4th person I know this has happened to . They got your money from the sale you don’t matter to them anymore ! Not even the sales managers or general manager is willing to take your call about the matter , just avoid you as they already got paid form the bank . What a joke , won’t ever be going back for anything , I will drive 4 hours for warranty work before I go back there . If I could give a negative review I would ! Absolutely horrible experience at Fredericton Hyundai !

Our hyundai elantra was scheduled for an appointment tomorrow June the 4th. The car needed a new motor as the make and model are receiving recalls. We received a call less then a day before the appointment was scheduled ( Which we understand can happen) but at that point we had no choice but to drop the car off today at the end of our day before we had to pick up our kids. When we dropped the car keys we handed them off the lady at the service desk who notified us that we had to bring the car in, but since we only had a small window we had no choice but to drop the keys and leave to get our kids. The lady mentioned twice that we had to bring the car in but we stressed we didn't have time, she then took the keys and threw them on the desk with a pretty lousy attitude. Chris & Veronic

We have 2 Hyundai’s purchased elsewhere. Poor service centre work, dishonest prices on service parts and labour at Fredericton Hyundai. I feel taken advantage of and scammed. They tried to charge us $100 in labour for a 10 minute job. We went elsewhere. I will only return for mandatory warranty work, and will not buy a car from this dealership when we replace either of ours. Super sleazy!
