Refused to diagnose an issue of the power stearing going on and off on a brand new 2017 truck with 26000kms in a snow storm and sent us back out without a rental to drive home in the unsafe veh! Even though its under warrenty and the company should do everything in the power to ensure the veh's they sell are safe for the people who drive them! If that is not the case the company should ensure the customer does not leave driving a broken veh, maybe a rental???....Especially in the worst snow storm to date! Nothing like getting pulled towards ditches by your own Veh without the help of mother nature! All in all customer service very poor!

Terrible service. Charged $100 for a procedure done without my permission. My appointment was for 10am. They didnt call me till 3pm. Paperworks states it was 1 hr of labour. Not impressed. They also refuse to fix a part which their old service manager broke on my car as well as look at my breaks which were just fixed there and still have a clunking noise. Poor service all around.

Gave me an estimate of 1.5 hours to replace a light and they had it done in about 45mins and still charged the 1.5 hours .When I questioned the price,to bad so sad was the basic response. Not right ! Originally left a 1-star rating, but that honestly wasn't fair. Frankly, the service performed exceeded expectations. I was expecting to have to wait a week for a part and take a couple of days for service, but the car came in on a thursday and I got it back fixed up on the next day. Any points lost were primarily from a bit of a lack of communication - The part replaced was originally covered under a recall on the car model, and I was unaware that this car was already serviced for this part - and therefore the new part had to be paid for (which is fair enough). No personnel seemed too eager to talk about the history of the vehicle, and I only really figured it out when I looked at the printed service history when signing for payment. This sort of information would have helped me make a much better decision with regards to the service of my car. That being said though, with regards to the speed and quality of the service itself, I really can't complain.

Went in for an oil change and it took over an hour. The staff is friendly but expect a wait. Update! I'm back again 04/28/2018 for an oil change. Been sitting here for 1h & 20min. Next time it's Swifty's 15 Min Oil Change. Been there twice with wife's car. They really are 15 or less. I have to knock off a star seeing this is the second time.

I was disappointed in my experience with Clark Chevrolet on Prospect Street in Fredericton. I has made an appointment to have the Tire Sensor Monitor replaced and my exhaust system fixed. I left my car at 11:00 in the morning and was informed they would call me with an estimate for the exhaust system. I was called later in the afternoon around 3 and was told that the cost of the exhaust system which I agreed to have it fixed. When I went back to pick up my car the bill was very minimal as they had only fixed the tire monitor..I asked about the exhaust system and was then informed that they did not have parts and they would have to come from the US. So I left the dealership and went to Wonder Muffler across the street and made an appointment to correct the exhaust system for the next day. The next day the system was fixed and I was on the way home when the tire monitor quit working. The next day my husband returned the car to the dealership and learned that the dealership only reset the monitor at a cost of $55 which was not what I had requested as I wanted it replaced. So they replaced the monitor for additional $112. It was definitely not a great experience. The service personnel need to be more clear on the expectations for the client.

Booked within a couple of days of phoning in, simple oil change, at 830, had a friend drive in from Oromocto so we could be at work for 9. Told them I was going to be back at 1130 ish. Had the same friend drive me back at 1121, asked the services department about my car, they told me they know nothing about it. Asked the clerk who received my car where it's at and she said it hasn't been inside yet! Asked why and was told "there were people ahead of me." Got a taxi that they payed for to go back home, then received a call at 1440ish (2:40) that my car was finished... Appointment was 0830. Not impressed. Figure it out.

After receiving a recall notice for a piston ring problem affecting my Chevrolet Orlando, I contacted Clark Chevrolet to have the problem rectified. The service department advised me that I would need to undergo an oil consumption test prior to the repairs being done on my vehicle. They told me the first step would be to perform an oil change - at my expense. I informed them that I refuse to pay for any work by Clark Chevrolet after a prior terrible experience,but that I would gladly have the oil change done elsewhere and furnish them the proof. The first two employees I spoke with tried to tell me the only way that the recall work would be performed is if they do the oil change themselves. It was only when I threatened to contact Chevrolet Canada to confirm this information that they backed down and allowed me to have my regular mechanics (Jensen Powertrain, whom I highly recommend) perform my oil change, and return to Clark Chevrolet with proof. Over the next few months, I returned three times to Clark Chevrolet to complete the oil consumption test. On at least two separate occasions, I complained to the technician doing the test that I was afraid to take my vehicle on any long drives because that is when I experience the largest loss of oil,and I would awfully glad when the recall work was done. At no time did those technicians advise me that there was a minimum requirement for oil loss in order to meet the standards for repair under the recall. On Monday, I brought my car in for the last oil consumption test. The technician told me if I hadn't heard from Bruce by the next day, to give him a call. I did so today. First, Bruce said he was never told to call me,that he was only supposed to file the paperwork, nothing else. If true, this is horrible customer service. Bruce then told me that because my car has only lost 2 quarts of oil over the course of the test, that I am not entitled to having the recall work done. He said "don't worry though, the special coverage warranty still applies until you reach 193,000 kms, so you have lots of time." When I got home and looked up the recall, the actual warranty applies until either 193,000 kms,or 7.5 years from the time your car was put in service, whichever comes first; I have under 100,000 in on my car, but it is a 2012...the deadline is fast approaching, and I can't help but feel that Bruce deliberately glossed over that fact. I asked him why none of the service technicians ever mentioned the fact that there needs to be a 2 quart loss of oil over 3200 kms before they can perform the recall, when I specifically advised them that I lose massive amounts of oil when I go on drives of at least 2 hours. Had they spoke up, I could have gone on a long drive each time to ensure that they are seeing the full effects of my oil loss. Bruce flatly said he couldn't answer that question without any explanation or even a shred of empathy. Bruce then proceeded to tell me that I am overdue on my oil change - insinuating that my oil loss is attributable to that, and not due to the piston ring wear that led to a widespread recall affecting several years' worth of GM recalls. I feel like that was a very passive aggressive statement for him to make and it sounded like Clark Chevrolet's employees are trained to make one excuse after another rather than troubleshooting the actual issues. It should be noted that until this oil consumption test, I have always had my oil changes performed on time, but during the oil consumption test, the only way it would have been feasible for me to get an oil change done would have been to get it done at Clark Chevrolet, which I refuse to do because I don't think that they should be entitled to receive payment for a problem that they themselves caused. All this to say, I have never been treated so poorly or been consistently given wrong information than the manner I have been with Clark Chevrolet. At this point I would recommend ANY other Car Dealership/repair shop over their establishment.

I was very disappointed in the visits I’ve had at this location. Upon arriving to the front desk, no one acknowledged me. I stood there with four people behind the desk and not one person even said hello and once someone decides to, it was as though I was a huge bother. Not friendly in the least. This has happened on multiple occasions. Furthermore, if appointments are running late, it would be greatly appreciated to be notified of this prior to arriving to the scheduled appointment. It’s very inconvenient to have your time wasted in such a way.

I bought a 2nd hand chevy cruze about over a year ago and honestly was content with the service, and regardless of what the salesman said about the car I would have purchased it anyway but it took moving to a different province to find out what I was told about the history of the car was a complete lie. While purchasing the car, I was told the previous owner of the car was an elderly women around town and drove it with care. While getting insurance from the new province, the insurance company told me the car came from Nova Scotia and was owned by the rental car company Hertz. If the salesmen at Clark sees this, please prohibit this kind of practice. It appears the guy who sold me this vehicle no longer works at Clark and seems to work at Jeep now. Ryan, if you are seeing this, stop lying to your customers.

First off, they got me a few thousand dollars more than I even thought my truck was worth! Then not only did they have the truck I wanted but they had the colour I wanted!! So I didn’t have to wait weeks or months. So they got me into this beautiful truck and got me a fantastic price, lowering my current payment by like $300 a month!! Then right after I got approved, Joey, who is a boss, who doesn’t usually work out of this dealership sticks his head inside the door and says “get this young man a $500 gas card!!”, I felt like if this deal got any better I faint!! Took my 2005 Ion in that was misfiring. Usually I do work on my car myself, but this issue had me completely stumped. Dropped it off (no appointment), and asked them to look into it. Later that day, nothing more than reprogramming the computer, and a reasonable fee. And the car is running properly after a year of random stalling and general poor behaviour. I’m happy to see that not all dealerships are like Fredericton VW, because I expected to have a horrendous experience, and wasn’t even all that sure about letting them look at it.

Two recent experiences: 1) Took my 2017 XT5 for oil change etc and to have its MVI. After about an hour, was informed that my car had failed it’s MVI because tires were worn to 3/32 of tread and was presented different cost options to replace all 4 tires. Since car was being traded in 10 days in Ontario, I opted not to replace tires and left Fox with a red ‘Rejected’ sticker on the window. Went home and noticed first that’s the inspection summary sheet completed by Fox showed tire tread at 5/32 on all tires. Then checked NB’s web site and found that fail criteria for tires was less than 2/32 tread depth. Called Fox service department, brought car back in and they concluded the car should pass inspection with 3/32 of tread and gave me the MVI ‘pass’ sticker. Fox should have passed the MVI check in the first place and informed me that tires would need replacement soon, giving me an opportunity to consider my options both at Fox and other tire sources. I will have great difficulty trusting Fox service in future and will avoid it where possible. 2) Went to Fox about a week earlier than the above incident looking for pricing on a new Silverado 2500 HD. Was sent to see a young girl who knew nothing about what we were looking for other than what she could look up on her computer. On 4 occasions we were left waiting in her office while she consulted with others on technical and pricing questions. Not very well after leaving location spending night at a hotel as they said fuel injector needed to be changed also asked to get oil changed and a connection loose underneath truck When I returned to pick up my truck asked if loose connection had been address the service lady said not sure I get my service manager to confirm they pulled truck back in and back said good to go jump in my truck looking at paperwork noticed didn’t say anything about my oil change look at oil level still sitting at 20% Walked into service counter were you drive truck in ask lady again she said yes can rest it to 100% not believing her walking into service counter asked service manager he said no oil change had not been done Left and drove back to Ontario This was Friday Nov 30th By Sunday Dec 2 flashing engine light was back on again call on star to do a diagnostic on truck informed me it was same codes as Last time When I brought into my dealer the codes were that wiring issue to injector not the actual injector My dealer fixed also asked to check the connector to see if they fixed it nope your dealer ship just jammed it behind break lines still with two broken wires

Very poor service. Had vehicle in for MVI 3 weeks after major servicing and was told it needed more work to pass. Brought in again for a 9:30 AM appointment and was told job would take one hour. Finally got car at 2PM. To top it off they "ran out of inspection stickers" so I have to bring it in again to get the sticker. All this on a car with only 50000 km on it. This has only happened since they were taken over by Fox. Before that service was very good. Coincidence?

Took my car in for an oil change and have my summer tires put on. 1.5 hours in and they come to me with a list of repairs I will need to have done. As they will take over 4 hours I will need to make another appointment, and will be getting my car back. The time was 11:30. I got my car back at 1:00. Now, I'm not sure why it took 1.5 hours to get my keys back, but seeing as it was during lunch time, I suspect someone took their lunch break while I sat in the waiting room, waiting. Now, I left there feeling like I didn't matter to them. Will I be returning? Probably not.

It took a bit of negotiating from what I understand to get the other dealership to release the car but Kyle and Troy made it happen! Jason sorted everything out with regards to finance by presenting different options to me. He was extremely knowledgeable with regards to maintenance plans and extended warranties. My sales person, Troy Kelly, was on the ball and made sure that I got all of the options I wanted, and at the price I wanted. They gave me an excellent amount on my trade. Steve, in financing, did a great job of walking me through the paper work and the expectations. On delivery day, Troy walked me through the vehicle and made sure that I was comfortable with all of the workings. He also walked me through the service department setup to ensure I knew what to expect on my first service. This was my first Chevrolet vehicle, but based on the sales experience so far, it won't likely be my last. Fox Chevrolet Cadillac is definitely worth a visit when you are in the market for a vehicle! My experience with fox Chevrolet was incredibly terrible. In all my years of buying or trading in vehicles this was the most terrible experience of them all. So unorganized, gave my husband and I a run around with not being organized, not having the proper paper work and then letting us leave the lot without insurance paperwork, no extra set of keys, the vehicle not cleaned or detailed. Having to get insurance dealt with myself and same for stopping the payment on the previous vehicle.. when the company should internally do that themselves. Then I had to drive back to get cut a pay check when the previous payment came out. So unprofessional and unorganized I can’t even believe it still. I will never be coming back to fox Chevrolet-Cadillac again!! The manager might want to do some training or some organizing and time management skills for all their employees from Now on and should never let a customer go through this again. I was in for a Oil change and a weird clicking noise in the headlight area everytime I dim the headlights or put on the highbeam, I was told this was normal and I replied it just started approx 1 month ago, and I was told it would be worse now as it is colder out,again my response was it didn't do it last winter, and again I was told it was normal,I myself have never heard any vehicle do that before, I was thinking it was a bad relay switch, I was at another local dealer with a rattle under the hood when shutting the door, and was told that a missing screw in the rear mudflap was the issue lol sorry not buying into that as the rattle is still there , and a missing screw in a rear mudflap has absolutely nothing to do with a rattle under the hood .
