Dirty. Worst showers. You actually feel more dirty after you go shower there. No garbage bins outside in the parking lot. Dont go there !!! No hot water !

I am a long haul driver who is always gone from home... I went in to use the washroom and grab a coffee. I told them that you are out of toilet paper.. the guys response was to goto another place to use the washroom.... it seems to me that service has gone down hill. At the time I told them this, there was no one else in the store and there was 2 people working but I guess that talking about where they are going for the holidays was more important.... Then the chore of having to make coffee because they were to lazy to check to see if it was low.... with customer service like this... who needs a job..... Get it together....

I don’t have a Petro Pass card but I needed a shower. Went in expecting to pay, nope free shower. Came out happy, grabbed a coffee, yup you guessed it, free coffee!! Thank you.

Dirty washrooms, no parking, dirty showers but the worst of all was they had no hot water for a shower! I investigated a bit and found that there was hot water in other parts of the building. I'm just speculating but I'm guessing that they turn the water heater down to conserve money. The place was quite cold too. They don't do any snow removal, nor do they have anything to clean the windshield of a truck. This place is a dump!!

Humpty's restaurant is pretty typical of all other Humpty's. Okay at best. Showers are big and fairly clean. Washrooms are disgusting. Dirty and stink. Poorly cleaned. The sandwiches and baking in the store are done by a catering outfit and are pretty good. Parking is hard to get most times. Cardlock is looked after pretty good.

They keep this cardlock pretty clean most of the time and there is usually washer fluid and squeegees.

This place is poorly looked after. Bathrooms look like they have not been cleaned properly since 1989. The are run down and filthy. Not only that, very poorly looked after. The pass pumps are good but don’t count on washing your widows. They are full of mud and never topped up to be used. If you have a choice don’t stop here move on down the road, there are better places to be found..

It is a gas station/convenience store/Humptys. Relatively clean, fairly friendly staff. Nice to be able use petro-points.

Inconvenient location. I have been almost hit by semi three times and crowded off the road to the shoulder once. So be cautious. But those flakey butter tarts are so worth it. Plus the staff is super friendly. They just need better coffee.

Asked if I could have shower access for later this evening. I was asked if I was a trucker with a super pass card. Said I dont have a superpass but was willing to pay.they replied no you have to have superpass card and be a truck driver. I also have valid class 1. I'm between jobs and dwellings. I have done business with petropass for years. Very dissapointed

Worst petrocan I've ever been to. Pumps are not maintained at all, half the card readers dont work, and no matter how many times you bring it up to staff they dont care in the slightest.

This place is in need of upgrade. No DEF pumps. Poor parking for rigs. Only has 2 shower. And for most of July one was out of order. They need to look at GP. There petro pass by the airport is perfect.

Washrooms are disgusting. Take a rubber suit in to use them. Lucky if the showers are cleaned once a week.

Pumps are always kept good and they have def pumps but washrooms are disgusting and need to be cleaned more regularly and showers are ok

This place dosen't let anyone except truck drivers take showers, I went in and asked us we could take a shower and they said yes then later I went in to take one and they refused to let us, I've taken a shower there lots and lots before.

I am a trucker and I have found that Petro Canada showers are the worst. Shower stalls are very dirty and the bathroom floors had not been washed for possibly days. Ft St John and Kamloops are the worst two I have been in.
