I was surprised, helping my friend shop for a truck for nearly 20 mins outside, then we walked around inside for 15 mins and not one person even said hello, from what I could see we were perhaps the only customers in the middle of the afternoon so we gave up and walked next door where they were happy to help. Maybe it’s just an off day, but get ready to go search for help rather then have it given to you.

The only complaints are, that I had a mechanic show up with their shuttle driver and then had my light bar stolen at 3am the next morning. 2nd time I have had this happen. Coincidence I don’t think so. Also they tell you you need repairs done but you really don’t. They have a spec they follow and if it’s past that they tell you to get it foxed when you could go another 10k to 40k. Dishonest sort of but that’s the dealership way.

wont be going back, had oil change and tire rotation, car vibrates severely right after its done, now they want me to pay for that fix. dont call it free if youre going to do something to it then try to get me to pay for it, taking it elsewhere and they call constantly asking youre mileage cause " its due for repairs" dont go here irritating and totally inept.

I did not leave happy and I will definitely not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. At the end of the day, my bad for not shopping around.

Paid for a full pre-purchase inspection. They didn't run a code check on the vehicle. I had to insist they run one (this is a basic OBDII type check I could have done in 5 min if I had had my Blue Driver module with me). They resisted but finally relented. Came back 5 min later to say no codes. Well when I got the vehicle home after purchasing it and plugged in my reader I found multiple codes very important to the history of the vehicle that just weren't enough to throw the engine light (codes are often temporary before become a major enough problem to turn on the check engine light), which is also exactly why I asked them to run a reader on it. Terrible business practice. About 5 weeks later the transmission went and I would have avoided it had they done their job correctly in the first place. To rub salt in the wound their promotional department likes to call every few months to remind me my vehicle is due for service. Classy.

Jesse called us every day to keep us up to date. We were just driving thru to Alaska when our truck was having some issues. we got there and they got us right in and found the problem. Really disappointed in the service I received from the service department. I just had my truck in there for a brake job. 1st day they only “inspected” my truck, didn’t touch the brakes, so they asked to keep it one more day. The next day at the end of day, I received a text that they didn’t even touch my truck. They needed 1 more day. So now we’re at 3 days for a measly brake job. I finally get a call on the 3rd day that my truck was ready to be picked up. Got my truck back and upon inspection, I noticed that there was a brand new dent in the hood of my truck. Couldn’t have been me as it was sitting at GM for 3 days and I know 100% I didn’t give it to them with a dent. Spoke with the service manager and after talking with the advisor, they concluded that yes, they don’t remember seeing it when it came in. So they gave me a free oil change coupon for my “inconvenience”. A slap in the face is more like it after a run around for a brake job and then damaging my truck to boot. I was told not to bring it here, but I was desperate. Should’ve listened. I’ll be bringing my GM vehicle elsewhere from now on.

More interested in a sale than selling me the right vehicle. Promised a couple free oil changes and a full tank of gas-- left with tank almost empty and no oil changes. Relentless with phone calls at work day after day. More calls after the sale for info needed to make the sale (very odd ). Now receiving calls from the financer for info not received. I agreed to a bad deal out of frustration. Started with a good impression but not likely that I'll ever return or recommend.

Had my car delivered to the service department at 4pm on a Friday afternoon with an expired starter motor, in the middle of a drive from the Yukon to Kamloops. Interested and active staff, no messing about, able to get it replaced by the next morning, timetable maintained and therefore happy me. You'll pay main dealer rates, of course...but they have their time and place, 4pm on a Friday afternoon mid-trip being one of them.

Two stars for friendly staff (service driver was especially great) but otherwise I was not impressed. I brought my car here because they were able to book me in much faster than the Chevrolet dealer in Dawson Creek. I had asked for two simple things to be checked at my appointment but I was told they weren't done because they were too busy to take a few minutes to do them. To top it off I was charged way more than I was originally quoted with very little explanation when I asked why. Next time I will just deal with the longer wait time to book into the Chevrolet dealership in Dawson Creek.

Will not be doing business here ever again. The service department has tried multiple times to screw my husband out of money. By giving him $500 bills for labour when it took 30 minutes to fix something they were supposed to have already fixed.. and trying to charge him for parts that he had already paid for saying they have no record of it.. good thing we keep our recipes! Double check your receipts!!

Never have I ever been so disrespected by a service representative than I was with Caitlyn. Never again will I be taking my company trucks there, let alone any of my personal vehicles. Sales department seems to be good though.
