We leased our first crv from them in 2015 and they listened to us about what we wanted to pay and they gave us that price when no other dealer in town even looked at us. We just bought a 2019 CRV from them and once again it was a totally painless process. Everyone there was absolutly great and also over the last 5 years we have never had issues with the service dept they have always been top notch! Keep it up.

Recently I done my servicing from Honda dealership Fort St. John B.c. I am very much disappointed with there services, service standard are way down.As I am honda customer for a decade and live in fort St. John for long time. Service manager at Honda very nice guy but he lie random and not very much productive he hold my vehicle for more then 2weeks and keep on giving me excuses about the parts delay, I ask them for courtesy vehicle to take my wife at Dawson hospital they denied I said fine. But when I got my vehicle after 2weeks I find it out I got lot of stuff missing under the hood and remote do not work, I went inside to talk to the manager but receptionist said our manager is not inside the building. What a customers service after I paid them $1073, then I spoken to the manager over the phone next day and request him to look at my remote start he reply to me we can do that with a fresh appointment and you have to pay, I said I just paid you the money my remote was working before vehicle broke down and you guys just change my starter and gasket it's part of you guys job to look at my remote. He don't want to fixed it , and I pissed and i phone Honda Canada about my experience, then Honda Canada phone Honda dealership at Fort St. John about the service they are providing, Honda Fort St. John service manager call me three times on my mobile and try to tell me why I phone honda Canada ? It cause his position reconsider and also tell me that I am banned from Honda dealership Fort St. John B.C. and I should get my service done from somewhere else. Another important thing folks they are try to hold the vehicle and making excuses about parts delay!! Because they make people fastrated, helpless and metaly push people to buy a new vehicle from them. Today I am again spending money to fixing my vehicle and remote start from somewhere else and it cost me money because they actually not done the proper work.

Just purchased a car from Honda Fort St John. Ahmal was an awesome salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, let me take my time in finding the vehicle that was right for me. I am very happy customer and love the Honda Crosstour I bought. Brock was great to deal with on coming up with a price I was comfortable paying for my vehicle. Darrel was also great to deal with in the finance department. No high pressure sales from anyone, which I really appreciate since I have experienced that before. Captain was also a friendly greeter and made me feel at home right away. I am a die hard Honda fan. I have owned 2 Honda Accords in the last 15 years and both of them had over 200,000 km on them before I had to do any repairs other than maintenance. I am excited about upgrading to the Honda Crosstour and having all wheel drive for our winters in Fort St John. I would not hesitate to shop at Honda Fort St John again.

I love my Honda but I hate the dealer that sold it to me. Nothing but trouble with them. I bought mine in 2013 and the management has changed since. My sister bought her car from the new management in 2017 and they're more forthcoming about being slimy dealers than the last managers so I guess that's a small success? Aug 5th 2016. A quick review of one of the Honda staff with whom I have had a short encounter over the phone. I was new to town and was looking for some car service information. I called Honda up thinking this is one of the most reliable, knowledgable place with great customer service. The girl who answered my call, Cian or something close to that, made me think twice about coming. Not only she was not knowledgable about anything I asked her, her manner over the phone was quite rude and unprofessional. I was caught by a great surprise by her. First of all she did not bother to take time to answer my questions but she seemed to have guessed at all of them. When I questioned her answers, she gave me attitude over the phone. Not to mention, before addressing my call, I could hear her yelling perhaps at another coworker. I was literally very disappointed and rather take my car to Grande Prairie that has much better service than Revolution Honda

I have dealt with many auto dealerships in my life so when my husband and I walked into Revolution Honda in Fort St. John yesterday I expected the typical cliché; a swarm of pushy salespeople; vultures, really. We were both very pleasantly surprised when we met a polite young man named Chris Wheeler with whom we spend most of the day yesterday and good part of today, learning ALL about there is to know about the Honda Ridgelines! I was trading an older model in for a new one! There was so much to learn, so many new features; and Chris took us through them one by one with knowledge and patience. We got the vehicle we wanted; and more; and Chris and the rest of the staff; from his very friendly co-workers (not vultures!), they all came and introduced themselves to us, including the Service Manager Drew; the General Manager Peter, the Finance Specialist Shawn and Natasha; by the time we left Revolution Honda this afternoon we both felt like we were a part of a new-found family. Thank you all for making this experience a very pleasant one.

Back in July of 2014, I had brought my ford f350 v10 into their shop, due to all other shops being busy and booked up for weeks in town. I was in need of spark plugs being changed, they said they could do it knowing it was a ford and v10's are a bit tricker to work on plug wise (If i was back home on Vancouver island i woulda done them myself) Needless to say, In May 2015, ive had 25000km on it since the plug changes. And well where do I begin with Honda? They didnt even touch the back 2 spark plugs, when I gave them 10 hi performance plugs to use for the motor. They didnt put anti seize on them so it sucked getting them out. And main reason I just changed them, is that 1 plug decided to Pop out of the block while driving, stripping the threading on the way out, All because they cross threaded that plug in there. All plugs werent torqued to Spec. 1k into new block work and rethreading later at the Local Ford here in Victoria, my truck is back up. Honda in Fort St. John, if you say you can take on a job and the customer tells you what he wants (anti seize on threads and change all 10 plugs, not 8) than either do so or say you cant do the job because clearly you cant do the job right to begin with. Hopefully people havent had the same issues, blocks aint cheap to fix! waste of money for me!

If I could give this Honda dealership zero stars I would. Purchased a brand new car in 2013 and was promised the best service when required from the shop. I had wanted to purchase a domestic vehicle but was sold on the Honda dream by the salesperson. Over the years it’s been hit or miss for service but the last request for an appointment due to an issue with the vehicle I was told it was a five week wait. There wasn’t any apology only excuses that they were short staffed. Oddly enough this dealership is owned by a larger company that has multiple dealerships. I received an apology email with a promise for a follow up phone call which never was received. I’ve now brought the vehicle to another dealership down south and the service is possibly 1.5 out of 5 stars. I will never buy another Honda and will certainly never deal with this particular dealership on any sort of vehicle related purchase. My suggestion would be that they either address the issues at this dealership or just close it down. Do yourself a favour and buy a vehicle that you can get serviced within a reasonable amount of time from a competent business. To management: time to clean house right up to the upper management and hire competent staff.

2 of us were doing a Bike trip from Ontario Canada that took us to White Horse, Yukon in June 2018. On way home needed an oil change for my 86 Honda Shadow VT750.
