First of all I made the mistake of going to Gm in town, I wanted to trade My 2010 Malibu in for a truck and GM Offered me a 2017 with 160,000kms and 2 accidents for 27,000 which is 8000$ more than the blue book value. They also wanted a huge down PAYMENT. THE TRUCK would of been worth nothing in 1 year. Anyways I went to dodge after I did my research on the truck and in 2 days with the bad credit I have I was approved for the perfect truck for me and HOLY THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. I NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED SO MUCH HONESTY. Ty and Chris only wanted wat was best for me not for their sales and to me that's the best thing you can get from any dealership. I will never be shopping anywhere else due to this experience they have gone way to above and beyond to even wanna think to change. Guys thank you so much!! 5/5 and I recommend DODGE IN FSJ TO EVERYONE. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.

My jeep is less than 2 years old and it's been in the shop there more times than I'm proud of. The most recent of which, I was told the parts would be here next day, so I left my jeep there with them. It wasn't until AFTER I called THEM, that I'm told the parts are not here, and that it may be another 2 weekdays before the parts are in. I'm in sales and it literally costs me money every hour I am not able to meet with my clients. When I ask if there is a loaner, I'm told no, unless I want to pay a daily rate for it. This is quite literally the only time I've ever been told by a dealership here in town "no, no loaner, unless you want to pay a daily rate for it". That all said, my experience buying from there was seamless, and Mike was fantastic. Unfortunately, he's moved on, so I won't be returning for future vehicle purchases.

DO NOT GO HERE! Do not buy a car from here, unless it's a make other than Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep so that you can be serviced elsewhere. The service department is completely incompetent, and you will leave with additional mechanical issues. If it weren't for being under warranty, I'd assume they were trying to scam me for money by creating more woek for themselves. Whole dealership is a joke. They don't care about their customers in the slightest.

The sales staff was great I went in there expecting to be jerked around and that they would try to talk me into buying a vehicle I didn't want. They heard what I had to say and worked hard to get me a deal that worked for me. January 4th Ryan Clark helped me find my first new vehicle! Ryan and I started contacting each other the weekend before I got my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Sport, when I sent a general email to the dealership inquiring about vehicles. He got back to me within minutes and then we ended up on a phone conversation. Very very convenient to talk to considering at the time I was two provinces away! I could not have asked for a better experience. I got exactly what I wanted with even more. And I didn't think that I was going to be able to get a new vehicle with my price point; but their team worked their magic to make it work for me. They even washed the SUV, filled up the tank, and threw in some extra toys! Ryan also made sure that I new how to run the vehicle during the test drive and walked me through all the features before I left the dealership. Purchased two half ton trucks in October, had no issues with the sales woman we felt with. Came in to trade in the truck for a jeep, and the salesman we dealt with was pushy, kept trying to offer a different model that was the opposite of what we wanted and about 20 grand more than what we were looking for. Ended up going to Grand Prarie chrysler and they went above and beyond to help us. The FCC salesman contacted me and I informed him that we went to GP Chrysler instead. Instead of asking us to leave a review like a professional, he insisted that I told him why we didnt buy from him, and when I didnt want to give an answer, he pushed for one- which I think is unprofessional. A source told me that the sales manager has asked the sales people to push the customers like this. That is not how to get and keep customers.

Sean Mulholland is hands down the best sales associate to deal with, I can see why after dealing with him he has earned his top salesman position! He’s a straight shooter, no bs and gets right to the point and makes sure you get into the vehicle that you want but also ensures it’s within your price range but most of all he’s not pushy, he’s patient and understanding that it is a big purchase and encourages you to take your time and think it over. I met Laney Myles nearly a year ago when I started looking for a new to me Dodge Grand Caravan. I gave her my wish list and my budget. They didn't have anything in stock that matched both at that time but she kept me in mind and called me when she found something that even came close. After a lot of shopping we realized that my dream van was a little harder to find than we first imagined. My husband wound up purchasing one from the lower mainland in January that would work for him. It did not have all the features I wanted though and to be honest it didn't have all the features that dealership said it had. Laney would still call and say "I know you bought but I just got this one in" but it still wasn't a fit for me. In April she called and told me she found one that ticked all my boxes! I emailed fort city Chrysler two months ago, and within minutes ryan emailed me back. I originally wanted to trade my 2000 grand Cherokee for another jeep. I explained that this is my first time doing this and was very nervous and scared. He asked me how long I've been at my current job. At the time it was under a month. He said "Quinton, I got you covered. Let us revisit this and meet in two months". I then went on with life and assumed he would just forget about me because I also disclosed my credit score to him. Last week we met, and I was shocked he would remember me!! He could so tell I was scared and nervous. Both Ryan and Sherry were with me every step of the way. I went in yesterday to get the good news that I was approved for a 2014 Jeep Compass!! I then had my old jeep for sale which covered my down payment with money still left over. Ryan is amazing! Terrible. Save your money and go elsewhere. While bringing my vehicle in to get an out of province inspect. done, they did all of the recalls on the software and now my cruise control no longer works. In addition they "fixed" a leaky transfer case seal, but I had to bring it back 1 month later to be fixed again. And they charged me full price. I honestly don't want to bring my vehicle back here ever again. I'll drive to Dawson or GP or PG rather than go here.

Took 55 min to do a simple tire rotation 2 mechanics walked around swinging there arms while the one doing the rotation walked around like he was lost half the time. Second time coming here and been extremely disappointed. First time the took the break caliper off and when re installed it only finger tightened the bolts which then caused the caliper to come off on the bottom and destroy the rim. Luckally I was going slow when it came off.

I traded up from my 2015 v8 to 2018 v6, got 3 and 5 year warranty with my services for the first 3 years covered! Along with way more bells and whistles. My payments did go up by 30 dollars but it was worth it with all factors included! I have never had to worry about paying for repairs. On that note I've never had a problem with their service department and any work that needed to be done was put under warranty. It's easier then you think! Go see Mike at dodge dealer ship and explore your options. The staff is also very friendly and heard and met all my needs to justify the trade.

Booked my oil change appointment for 8 am. So -17 I round up the wife and kids, warm up the vehicles and drive down there. Apparently no appointment was booked I just magically chose to get up at 7 and take my vehicle there. Place is worse then Walmart.
