I really like this gas station. Good foods and good deals on drinks. Friendly staff too! I just dont like the pump layout. I make my husband get gas if he wants to get it here. I dont feel comfortable with the parking and driving spot so close to the pumps.

I am a long haul driver who is always gone from home... I went in to use the washroom and grab a coffee. I told them that you are out of toilet paper.. the guys response was to goto another place to use the washroom.... it seems to me that service has gone down hill. At the time I told them this, there was no one else in the store and there was 2 people working but I guess that talking about where they are going for the holidays was more important.... Then the chore of having to make coffee because they were to lazy to check to see if it was low.... with customer service like this... who needs a job..... Get it together....

The staff here are always super nice and friendly. I was trying to get air put in my tires by their car wash, but the cold weather here in Fort McMurray caused the cord to stop working properly. I asked for help and they were more than willing, sad I didn't catch their names. The store staff are always friendly, the PK's kitchen staff are super awesome, and especially the guys at the car wash station, they helped me get air in my tires haha. Thanks so much! They're also one of the few places I know in town that has a free air pump, most gas stations charge for that service.

Dirty washrooms, no parking, dirty showers but the worst of all was they had no hot water for a shower! I investigated a bit and found that there was hot water in other parts of the building. I'm just speculating but I'm guessing that they turn the water heater down to conserve money. The place was quite cold too. They don't do any snow removal, nor do they have anything to clean the windshield of a truck. This place is a dump!!

Humpty's restaurant is pretty typical of all other Humpty's. Okay at best. Showers are big and fairly clean. Washrooms are disgusting. Dirty and stink. Poorly cleaned. The sandwiches and baking in the store are done by a catering outfit and are pretty good. Parking is hard to get most times. Cardlock is looked after pretty good.

This place is poorly looked after. Bathrooms look like they have not been cleaned properly since 1989. The are run down and filthy. Not only that, very poorly looked after. The pass pumps are good but don’t count on washing your widows. They are full of mud and never topped up to be used. If you have a choice don’t stop here move on down the road, there are better places to be found..

Said I dont have a superpass but was willing to pay.they replied no you have to have superpass card and be a truck driver. I also have valid class 1. I'm between jobs and dwellings. car wash is very good. $2 manual rinse cycle gives you 4 minutes compared to 2 minutes in Alberta. Very convenient location, driving through snow, built up around wheels causes vehicle vibration. Pressure is very good. High pressure rinse gets the job done. Hours are 7 am -9 pm, daily. Well maintained.

Drove from Petro Canada in Kamloops to Jasper Petro Canada filled up. Guess what, no open washrooms. Closed for Maintenance. Doubt it. Restaurant was open, shared washrooms. How is it open! Against Food Permit rules. Very disappointing. Asked why closed, curt answer “closed” no explanation. Petro Canada, how are you welcoming visitors in Jasper!

Rip off wash. You pay as soon as you get your ticket, before you are even in the wash. If you wait for other people in line, that is all charged to your cost, and at 1.30 a minute, i would go somewhere else. Cant wash a vehicle properly for under 30 bucks.

Went to pick up propane for the RV on four occasions (30 pounder). Each time we were told that the fill up was faulty and to come back later or the next day. Never did get a fill up. Also, usually only one attendant to attend to fuel, convenience store and propane. Good luck with getting attention.
