Service is a rip off. Charged me $2200.00 when a Ford dealer in Calgary told me it’d be around $1000.00. (I live in Calgary but work up in Fort Mac). I should have known when I went to this dealership and they quoted me $1700.00. But what can you do, I was in Fort Mac and my truck needed to be repaired. I’m sure a lovely response will come from them, asking me to contact them, as if it’s going to make a difference and give me my money back.

Got my Escape sent there after starter died. Quoted 1500 to replace! Looked at quote.. 850 for a starter.. Phoned another Ford dealer.. Quoted 450 for new part, 220 for Reman!

I have always liked my visits to Northstar Ford. I get a real feeling of community there and I like that Marty always throws the Suncor/United way Ride in the fall. I can tell you that Tracy M. always greets me with a big smile and puts up with my indecisiveness, I want to buy a Lincoln so bad but I keep waffliing on my decision, she definitely has the patients for even the most undecided buyer! Thanks for the great service!

Traded in my vehicle for somtheing smaller and more fuel efficient. Service was excellent. I dealt with Tracy Morine. She was very knowledgable and helpful. The process was quick and easy and i also got a great deal. The dealership is beautful and even has a kids playroom which was great for my son to keep bysy with while we did paperwork. Great experience and couldnt be happier with my new car!

Terrible service, over charged and spoken to as If I was a complete jack ass for questioning why a wheel retorque cost 157 and why they felt the need to take it on a 15 min test drive and charge me for it. I also had to re torque 4 lugs on one tore at work because they did not tighten them properly. If my truck ever breaks down in Fort mcmurray and the only option is to have them fix it I will push my truck to the next town. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

After replacing my motor they never installed the blockheater. What's that all abut ? You think the vehicle was bought with a block heater and then replaced under warranty they would have reinstalled it .

I won a Gold Clean detailing package from an event in town. Destiny contacted me to make arrangements for the detailing and was a pleasure to work with. She was very friendly and professional. I was pleased at the ease of bringing my vehicle in, and how quickly the detailing was done and my car was back in my own hands. I had a brief wait for a shuttle home after dropping off my car - the lounge area was comfortable with tv, coffee, and comfortable seating. I was impressed that I didn't need to give the driver any directions to my home, which I usually have to for any taxis etc. Within a short time I was called to say that my car was ready, and that I could contact the driver to have a ride back to Northstar. Again, despite being a busy day it was a short wait. I was very impressed with how clean my car was inside and out when I got it back. I haven't seen it this clean since it was new. Even now, over a week later (in messy winter driving conditions) my car is still clean on the outside. I am really happy with the service and how easy the whole process was. I would certainly put NorthStar at the top of my list for next time I am needing a car detailing.

Vehicle has been in for 3 weeks now. Everyday, the last seven days I have been told that they are working on it and that the vehicle would be finished by the end of the day and to expect a call at 5 pm. In 7 days, I never received the 5 pm call, and each day the same message was repeated to me. So, I phoned today and was told that they are working on the vehicle and that they were waiting for parts. So how does this line-up with what was communicated to me? I asked the service consultant whereupon she told me that I am welcome to phone in each morning to check on the status of the vehicle. Really.....that did not address the issue, neither did this provide any solution or explain the fact that the vehicle has been in for 3 weeks for a relatively minor issue.

The hours posted on the service door indicate the location is open from 7am to 8pm on Thursdays. After driving to the location and finding the doors locked at 730pm I feel disappointed as the posted hours are incorrect. Google also shows the hours as 7am to 8pm on Thursdays.

When calling the Gregoire location both selections 1 & 2 send you to the appointment coordinator. 1 is for appointments and 2 is for service inquires. Could someone please fix this, it is extremely frustrating when trying to inquire about the status of your vehicle.

Friendly enough people, but I ended up not buying from them because the sales folks were way to heavy with the pressure tactics. Was looking for a used car in the $5000 range, and they called me to let me know something great had come in. I made it there in twenty minutes or so, but low-and-behold, that car was sold already - but they sure could show me a $10k car since I was already there.

By far the worst ford dealer Ive been to yet, Took my truck there for for warranty and oil change They Cant seem to be able to figure out a simple wiring problem and charged me to change the fuse after i had asked them not to do any work on the vehicle not covered by warranty (almost 200 for a fuse that didnt fix the problem) would give no starts if it was possible

By far the worst ford dealership I have ever dealt with. No customer service. My work truck was dropped of end of August for some extensive repairs. Parts took over three month due to covid they would not cover a rental for me. When they tried to first give me my vehicle back in January the problem was not fixed even tho they said it was then the managers argued with me saying that was not the original problem I addressed. Very unprofessional Next time they returned my truck the original problem was fixed but now my engine is leaking oil. It has been over 7 months and my truck is still not fixed. Very sad Ford.

If you own a commercial vehicle I suggest you stay away. Worst service I've ever gotten brought a brand new truck in there and got a huge bill ,actually charged 100 dollars to evaluate my truck weight, took 2 weeks and a phone call to manager to get some minor repairs done. I have owned trucks for a decade and this by far was the worst service and largest money grab I've ever seen. Suggest first fleet or brignall at least they understand business class.

Not overly happy. So far with warranty work, long as I talk to the service adviser every time, I get good service. But when I bring my truck for normal service, I've had issues. They keep loosing the nuts in my hub caps. They changed my marker lights when I asked them not to and lost half the bolts and stripped the other half. Head light falls out now... Said they serviced my front diff and didn't. And I always get the same red head in the service bay. Seams like a nice enough girl but should not be in customer service. Always looks at you like your retarded and talks like a robot. Not very personable and very condescending. Mixed reviews on my party for sure. Also had my Shelby serviced in McKay and went to pick it up. Was outside covered in half and inch of dust... I know they don't have room to keep higher end vehicles inside for customers but a free detail woulda been nice :(
