Noral Toyota is a great place to do business with. 2 years ago I bought a used Tundra from them and it was a pleasant purchase. I recently had trouble with the truck do to another shop in Edmonton and the team at Noral took it in no big deal and fixed a tricky electrical issue for me causing all kinds of problems. I was very happy. Thanks Chantel for booking it in quickly and thanks Richard for the excellent advising and follow ups. It ended up costing a lot less then expected and it was a quick turn around. Thank you to the technicians also. Was very happy great quality work! I would easily return for service or to buy a new vehicle.

2017: Have taken both my Toyotas there 3 times in 3 years. Each time I get my car back, there is an issue. This stealer ship does not own up to their mistakes. It is cheaper and better to drive to Toyota Edmonton than do business with these guys. Stay away.

I am a happily retired Hotelier and being in Hotel Management since 1973.Well since 2012 I have been a regular customer at the Noral Toyota with our RAV4 2011. Each and every time I received a TOP NOTCH Customer service from each and every Service Department staff member. Service Department Manager Fahd called me back each and every time to inform me about items to replaced and about the regular maintenance requests etc..Just an amazing industry professional he really is in every possible aspects. And of course his entire Service Department Team is following the leaders footsteps with a amazing results etc...It has been for us A Home Away Home and I do mean it a Big Times...Customer services provided to us above and beyond the call....Dear Fahd and your dedicated and really a loyal Team, let me wish you the best of everything for many , many fruitful years to come!!!!! I've been in Fort Mac almost 10 years and wanted to buy local. They couldn't come close to the same price as Edmonton. When I went back to Noral with my new truck to buy parts and ask for help with a few things the service ladies were rude, the parts lady knows nothing about vehicles, mods or anything about a Tundra. The sales people sit behind their desks and know very little about the products they sell other than what is written on the vehicle description in the book. Well worth the trip to go south. Mayfield Toyota was more than willing to help with everything.

Had the absolute worst experience at Noral Toyota. The staff were extremely rude to me and acted very unprofessional because I purchased my vehicle in Edmonton. And despite having the top vehicle service agreement, the manager "decided" that they were not going to service my vehicle in Fort McMurray. Do NOT recommend. I would go all over Alberta before ever giving them my business. I will advise all my friends/family of the same.

Went there to buy 2nd hand car, they gave me a junk set of keys with visible duct tapes. When I asked for a newer one, even if not new but presentable, the GM went ballistic. Telling us that we shouldn’t buy 2nd hand but a brand new car instead. In the first place why would you sell a junk stuff? The set of keys wasn’t even presentable. I paid for detailed cleaning then you end up just vacuuming my car. Still have mud marks inside and tons of fur in the carpets. They even gave me air tax which is only given for a brand new cars. The GM is Mr. Keith Simpson, arrogant and very unprofessional and unfriendly to customers. Sales agent was nice but lack of knowledge on what she is selling.

I intended on buying my new truck locally as I am a long time resident of McMurray. At first it seemed ok, I went in and talked to 1 sales guy and we sat and went over what I was looking for. I had booked my (at the time 06' tacoma) in for a warranty recall, had asked that they look at it so as to let me know its trade in value. The day they had it in they did not look at it other then to do the warranty work. They had had it all day and suggested I book it in again, which seemed a little silly considering it had been in their lot all day and I was eager to find out the value. This is where it started going down hill. I had asked several questions to the sales agent (who was very pleasant) via email and or text as we had established a link this way, but 90% of my questions were left un answered. I also informed him that I was hunting outside of MCMurray but preferred to buy local (I also posed the same questions to these other Toyota Dealers (edm/wetask) - only to have every question answered with out delay). Noral was unable . Nonetheless, I ended up selling it privately. The day I sold it, I sent a msg to the sales agent I was dealing with locally saying I was eager to buy as I had just sold it - the response was that he was happy for me. Now I expected maybe that later that day or the next He'd get back to me with information or anything... To this Day, almost 4 weeks later, I have yet to get a single response via phone, email, text or smoke signal. I have since purchased my new Truck at Mayfield Toyota in Edm where I was treated like gold right from the get go. Sorry Noral, you dropped the ball on this one and I was ready to purchase here. Maybe next time.

This gonna be my First & Last visit in their Service dept. I normally go to do maintenance service in Calgary. Send my vehicle for Service #2 and I was surprised that it was done in less than an hour. Don't know if I will be amazed how fast their service or feel worried that their Technician is doin some shortcuts. So I did my own inspection and found out that I was right. Technician Did not perform inspection on Engine and Cabin air filter. It was so dirty, latches and hinges was not lubricated, did not measure tire tread depth probably no tire rotation was done and the list goes on...Service Advisor Never explained the service that was done or that needs to be done on the next service maintenance..wasting my Time and Money! Now I have to get those filters from them and install it by myself, buy lubricants as my doors are squeaky..

Awesome sales department and easily the best service department in Fort McMurray. They are fast, reliable and are very respectful of a tight timeline. It was frustrating dealing with the sales department and just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse , boom, Kayla from finance showed up. Sales experience from Noral is okay but as a Red Seal Auto Mechanic myself, Service is a joke at Noral, after 9 service visits to Noral for the same persistent issues which include a noise from the rear of the truck, a instrument cluster that intermittently doesn't work. Videos to and verification from the service manager Fahd of my concerns some how persistently rewarded me with a retort of being unable to verify my concern. Throughout my experience dealing with Noral's service department which also houses mechanics which received their tickets through mailing in cereal box tops I was assured everytime they would try something new which included a "Point Zero Cal Reset" for my instrument cluster concern, a phone call to technical assistance and, a length road test and investigation into my concerns to attempt to duplicate my concerns while they had my vehicle for two weeks. Again despite video evidence, them letting me test drive and compare the operation of my truck against a brand new truck, me providing them with a two paragraph printed description of how and where to recreate my concerns following my personal non intrusive diagnostics and a Toyota technical service bulletin stapled to my printed description, I returned to two service advisors and again the service Manager Fahd lying to my face about what was done as they informed me via phone and to my face that they had driven my vehicle for over a hour with multiple other techs taking a turn with my truck. I checked the odometer to find they put 7 kms on total and no further diagnostics. After confronting both service advisors and Fahd the service manager individually, all three of them swiftly disregarded the lie they told me and pointed the finger at the another members of their lying love triangle. To date among these main issues I'm still awaiting a response on my email, text and call about them performing my most recent oil change with the incorrect oil. Sales experience with Joey was great but I would never give them money to perform service on my truck. you're better off a walmart employee to repair your vehicle than a Noral tech as atleast the Walmart employee would most likely be honest with you that they don't know how to work on a car.

Every time I have my car in for service at Noral Toyota Richard takes care of me. It’s always less then expected and done on time. He replies via email because reaching me by phone is difficult and I have no worries that my car will be taken care of. They have excellent service and in a city where everyone gouges you with prices they have always treated me better then the major cities. I highly recommend Richard at Noral Toyota!!

Amazing service from the Noral Toyota team here in Fort McMurray. Firstly, Kim Plesuk, who was in charge of helping me find a vehicle, was absolutely the perfect person to interact with. Honest and reliable are the first two words that come to mind to help me describe her professionalism; she answers, gets answers and follows up. She is always happy to see you, takes her time with you and put you first. I would recommend her to anyone who is getting a Toyota. Secondly being able to talk to the GM - Kieth Simpson face to face, and as often as you like, really makes the process transparent and comfortable. Straight to the point, no haggling and did you know they price match here in Fort McMurray if you are having doubts? Why people go elsewhere is beyond me. Lastly Damian Braddock, the Finance Manager, was a no pressure, supportive contact that lead me in the right direction. He took the time to find out more about my future plans and what would make things work. I did not plan to get a new vehicle, I had just sold my 3 year old Ford lemon and was going to buy a decent used one. The team worked out a deal for me that I couldn't refuse and overall my experience with Noral was so amazing I bought new. Thank you Noral team!

be aware of this cheaters.....i called for an issue for pulling my car down slightly on right while driving... i just asked them to check the wheel alignment...went there and dropped my car to just check alignment... they have rotated all the tire ( as they said ) but the ties i put it on my car cover to stick it rim...it was still there after service when i checked my car tires ( dont know how they removed the tire without taking out the ties )...so no idea they have rotated or not but they charged me $235....i paid..when i was driving back to my home after that .....issue was still there...so, i went back them talked to the service manager FAHD...he checked my car..then he realized issue is still there...so he forced me to go to ok tire and check it ( because they could not solved the issue and charged me $235 )....and he said he will take care of it ...so i went to ok tire and dropped my car there at 8 am....asked them to call FAHD ( noral toyota )...they called he said ok to check....they checked it ..i was waiting for the call to pick my car...then finally i called them at 3 pm to check status...it was not an alignment issue...but they have rotated tires again...they were charging me $77 because they could not catch the FAHD (SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA) ..who gave PO to them...i was totally upset...because noral toyota charged me $235 just to rotate the tires...and just after 2 days this guys charging me $77 for rotating tire again...so i called FAHD to for this issue...when i asked him why should i pay $77 again to rotate tires again...he got mad...and he said i RIPED U OFF now i am out of it ...do what ever you want ....i was surpised by hearing this from FAHD ( SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA )...the gentleman at OK tire he realised its not good to charge the customer if the NORAL TOYOTA is responsible...so he waved my charge...really appriciate to OK tire staff....But issue is still there...NORAL TOYOTA SPOILING THERE IMAGE BY DOING THIS...ITS NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY BUT THE TRUST.....so i will not go there for any service for sure,,..i better drive to edmonton......

Nic went above and beyond with the team of Noral Toyota. After having my vehicle stolen, Nic did comparisons on the payout offered to make sure it was a fair amount for me, unsure of if he would earn a sale. I asked him to send me options of vehicles and he actually listened to what I wanted. When he sent the options, they all fit my budget and were an upgrade from what I had. He worked with me remotely as I live in the Edmonton region. He seemed more excited than I was to find me a replacement, sending details, photos and videos. The communication was always transparent and available. He went above and beyond to help meet to deliver the vehicle and made sure it had an oil change, detailing and new brakes to remove tasks in the future and have the vehicle in optimal condition. I never imagined receiving exemplary service I was fortunate to receive. I highly recommend Nic and the team to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase. I'd submit zero stars if the option was available. Had a deposit secured for a new vehicle. Had issues with a lack of communication. I decided that I no longer wanted to do business with Noral Toyota. The salesman refused to refund my deposit. I then spoke with the manager, who also refused to refund my deposit. The manager also insulted my approach, referring to the fact that I tried to contact a different sales representative. He was very unprofessional and rude, and in fact he tried to intimidate me. The vehicle had not even been built at the factory yet. Is this acceptable business practice? I think not

Salesman Herve was good to deal with but not impressed with managment. I had a truck to trade in but it was at summit getting work done. I dold them all the info about the truck but I could hear Herve's boss yelling and cursing because he couldn't see my truck. Sorry but if you can't trust me I can't trust you. Ended up going to sherwood park toyota as they gave me a price over the phone withought seeing my truck I took it down there and they had the trick ready for me. Only problem with them is they didn't have the factory Toyota auto start I wanted so they through in a after market one withought my consent and didn't give me the key fob till after everything was signed. Guess you can't trust any Alberta toyota dealers. Now I'm worried about bringing my truck to Noral for service after reading the reviews about the service department and the fact I went someolace else to buy the truck.

I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and had an appointment Was just getting an oil change done they advised me it would be done in the late morning I told them I needed back before 3pm No phone call nothing till I called and they didn't seem to care at all finally got my car back at 430pm. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE FOR SERVICE AGAIN!! Just horrible horrible will never recommend going there to anyone.

Was very disappointed with the service Noral Toyota has provided a loyal customer of over 8 years. Our 2013 Toyota 4Runner was purchased at Noral and had the additional ECP gold package added to the coverage of the vehicle. The vehicle began to have multiple issues throughout 2018 ( Both Electrical and Mechanical issues). Toyota technicians diagnosed the vehicle on 2 separate occasions that the Fuel Injectors needed replacement. Each time the Fuel Injectors had been replaced, "Check Engine" lights still came on. The technicians cleared this vehicle for the road and it led to the vehicle losing full power steering and electrical systems while in service. Upon multiple appointments , Technicians validated with Toyota corporate that the compression in the cylinders had a loss % greater than 10%. Toyota Mechanical Specifications lists spec @ 10% or greater. The entire 1st Bank of the engine had Cylinder 1, and Cylinder 5 having upwards of 35% loss through the intake. The engine only had achieved mileage of 103,000km With the ECP providing coverage on this engine until 200,000km. The claim was now made by the dealer that warranty was void and that Toyota would not perform these repairs under any coverage. This will leave a bill of repair greater than 5000.0 CAD for Intake valve replacements and most likely Cylinder replacements , Unfortunately this is the loyalty this dealer provides to a 2 vehicle Toyota owner which has had all services on both vehicles completed at Noral. The best option they could do was offer me to trade-in this vehicle , this 2013 4Runner has just over 100,000km. This is the service you should prepare to expect from the dealer , regardless of the brand loyalty or dealer loyalty you have shown, they will find an opportunity to void you of the coverage that you have paid over 4500 dollars for. If you have the ability, please purchase from another dealer and recognize that there is no customer loyalty both from Corporate Toyota or this dealer. Grab a cheaper shop rate and service your vehicle at a local autobody shop.

I wish there was a hollow star here. Had the worst experience at the dealership with a service that ended up over 5000$ bill. My review is not because of the expensive bill as we all know this is Fort Mcmurray. Customer Service is just horrible. If you don't buy your car/truck from them and go in for a service, Trust me they will drain every penny out of your pocket. They will ensure everyone "local" is in priority before its your turn. "Worst" customer service I have seen so far from a dealership. People working at the parts area has no idea about "Parts". They don't have any loaner cars despite my truck was in for 17 days (Front differential issues/radiator). I had to pay for a rental for 17 days out of my own pocket. Also they broke my mud flap screws and didn't agree to fix them but completely denied that it was there fault. I drove in with an intact mud flap and drove out with a broken one (It isnt there fault, funny eh?) I had way better service at Mayfield and I don't plan to take it back to Noral in the near future. Sorry you just lost a local customer.

My very first brand new vehicle was not a Toyota (and I have nothing nice to say about that experience) but my second brand new vehicle (one year later) was a Toyota Camry and from that moment on I was a Toyota (Noral Toyota to be specific) fan ever since. 7 Toyota's later (from the same sales person) I am still treated as wonderfully as I was that very first day by all the employees: Management, Service Department and Finance Department, they all make every part of buying and servicing a vehicle enjoyable. Recently my Daughter needed a new vehicle and of course I wouldn't call anyone else than Noral Toyota to help us out. By the end of the day she was driving out in her new to her Toyota Corolla at an unbelievably great price and of course the great service by all that I have grown to expect when I am there. Thanks again to everyone at Noral Toyota we appreciate what you have done for us :) And I'll be back soon.......for Toyota #8 :)

This place stole $1,000 from my girlfriend. They took a $1,000 deposit just to "talk about what vehicle she might want" saying that they need to know she is serious before discussing their vehicles with a customer. She looked at a couple models on the lot and said she wasn't sure what she wanted and would think about what she saw. They refused to return the $1,000 saying that it's in an account for her ready to use when she buys something. We went to the dealership together to get the money back and the manager (heavy set bald guy) got very aggressive and told us to leave. We called visa, AMVIC, and Toyota Canada with no luck. They got her to sign some form that had fine print saying the money was non-refundable. I can say that she ultimately should have read the fine print and had her guard up a bit more. But what kind of a business makes most of its profits by scamming nieve people out of their money without selling them anything? Spread the word this dealership has horrible ethics and the owners are getting rich from ripping off the local Fort mcmurray people. We ended up going to edmonton and got her a vehicle at Toyota on the Trail. Our experience in edmonton was 5 star and Noral can't come close to competing with edmonton prices. They might say they'll match price but Noral adds lots of hidden charges and fees. Be very careful when dealing with Noral. They're professional scam artists.

If there was a negative rating i would select that. Sales staff at Noral Toyota are a joke, they are not knowledgeable with the product they are trying to sell. Little or no effort is put in to sell a vehicle, they seem to have this arrogance towards costumers and just assume you will buy a vehicle because they are the only Toyota dealer in town. Management is even worse than the sales staff, they are rude and unprofessional. They also present themselves in a manner of not needing your business. Be careful of this dealer and watch for hidden fees and inaccurate information.

Looked at a 2013 Toyota 4runner that seemed like a decent price at $26900 was given an inspection list of items that were issues with the used vehicle and would be fixed upon purchase. Went down with a check in hand to purchase the truck and decided to do a quick once over on the vehicle. To my surprise the air intake box was missing clamps and broken brackets. I decided to look a little further and discovered the intake was not sealed at all into the air filter box. The intake pipe is full of dirt. Engine is dusted. Buyer beware!! What type of dealership does not inspect the vehicle even to the amateur degree before listing it. This truck seems like a good deal but is as crooked as they come. Super unprofessional.

Just wanted to say thanks to Ryan, Fahd and Kieth at Noral. My Corolla was written off in an accident and I wanted to replace it with something else. They helped me find a Tacoma in the exact colour and configuration I wanted. I had originally placed a deposit on the truck with a dealer in Edmonton and it turns out they just took my deposit without that particular truck being committed to me. It actually belonged to another dealer in Edmonton in the south end. Because Kieth has a solid relationship with the dealer in the south end, he was able to get that truck committed to me and it arrived the other day. It was reassuring to see Kieth grab his phone and make the call right away to get things rolling. I found out this info after Fahd had a look at the system and told me that truck actually belonged to the dealer in the south. I appreciated his honesty and transparency which is what made me buy the truck from Noral. They also price matched some of the dealer installed accessories that were on sale in Edmonton. I've only had good experiences with this dealer, even when I brought my Corolla in for service. I am completely overwhelmed with how good and well I have been treated in this buying process, especially when I was on a time crunch to get a replacement vehicle after an insurance total loss and on top of that a vehicle shortage during a pandemic. I can't say enough thank you's to these guys.

I went in for warranty work and they ended up doing more damage to my vehicle then repairs. The whole experience was dragged out over a month and involved fighting with other shops and pointing fingers at other businesses and so-called aftermarket parts that were installed by a Toyota dealership ( I'll be it not Norel). Overall not an enjoyable experience that ended up costing me a lot of money and a lot of time and I won't be going back.
