Brought car in because it wouldn't start. They did some repairs including a seasonal maintenance & inspection to check for other issues. I left assuming I had been given a healthy vehicle. Two days later it failed to start again leaving me stranded. I called to discuss but they refused to take any responsibility for the situation or even acknowlege my frustration.

This is the best shop I have ever seen. The prices are completely fair (meaning 50% or so of other shops). All dealings are transparent. The head mechanic often explains clearly to me what he found when I pick up the car. This place is the only reason my car is still on the road. Without it, I would have sold it off years ago for a newer one.
