If you can help it, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If you HAD to use their towing service, you are SOL. When I was in a MVA recently, the police officer waited for this towing company to respond. In the time it took them to get to the scene (and mind you, they're a 5 min drive down the street), two other towing companies attempted to (with no avail) tow my car. Verdict? TURTLE SPEED SERVICE. When I tried to find my car plates (WITH THIS SHOP) to clear things up with the MOT and insurance company, what did they tell me? #1. First off, they didn't even know WHERE my car was. They gave me a phone number of someone who assessed the car BUT DIDN'T PICK IT UP. So they threw me through a loop, leaving voice mails, calling back random numbers for absolutely no reason. #2. Secondly, when I CALLED THEM BACK, they finally gave me the RIGHT name of the company that picked up my car. No phone number, no address. Way to give me NOTHING to work with. #3. When I called back AGAIN (all within 24 hours and in absolute frustration), they told me that they DID NOT take my car plates. But they gave some random person access to my car to pick up my stuff. It completely baffled me how Michael, the owner of the shop, got defensive and insisted that it was my boyfriend/the guy who was also in the accident who accessed my car. Excuse me? How could my boyfriend (who was in the accident with me at the time) pick up my stuff? We only have ONE CAR now (to which I drive to work) because we got into a MVA. You're telling me that my boyfriend walked how many blocks to your car shop to pick up a few things? You're not working with 5 year old children, if you're going to feed me some bull, at least be honest and tell me you're not sure. Now, I am completely distraught. I have to file a police report for LOST/STOLEN car plates because this car shop doesn't know how to do their job. So now I'm under the impression that they gave some random stranger access to my car and my belongings. Beautiful. Just beautiful. Please work on your people skills if you hope to stay in the SERVICE oriented industry.

My friend got into an automobile accident and her car was brought to Niagara Automotive after responding to a police call. She returned to find out that an employee let a stranger go through her car and steal her license plate. They claimed that the person was from the accident, however, she never authorized for anyone else asides herself to have access to the car. I do NOT recommend anyone to get their cars done at Niagara Automotive. My friend is still searching for her license plate.

I had an issue with my car and called Niagara Automotive on a Friday morning @ 09:00. I spoke to Mike who was able to squeeze me in that morning. Upon arrival my car was taken in right on time, car was serviced and completed in a timely manner. The bill was fair with no surprises. Highly recommend.

I was in a fairly serious collision last week and Mike from Niagara Automotive was called to the scene. I had never used Niagara Automotive nor had I ever met Mike but he treated me like family. Thanks for everything Mike! From your calm demeanor to helping me recover some of my personal belongings from the wreck- your compassion, patience and professionalism are more appreciated than I have words for. Hopefully I never require the type of service you provided that day again- but at least now I know who to call first for roadside help, service or a tow!!!
