Was looking for a Lincoln Navigator! Just so happened that CMH had the exact thing I was looking for. A white Navigator L with a white interior with the Reserve Trim Level. I know alot about car dealerships because I've bought tons of cars. I only buy a car if the customer service is right and if they treat me well as a customer. That's exactly how I was treated by Lorrie Goldman, the salesperson that I dealt with. They gave me the right amount for my trade in. I am from Ottawa. So it was a good 6 hour drive for me. As soon as they gave me the the amount I wanted for the trade in, they transferred me over to Sandra and she explained everything and got me set up with all the paperwork. I had a personalized license plate and they even did everything for that. So all I had to do was show up with my plate and put it on and drive away. Lorrie made me feel comfortable in the buying process. I took the 6 hour drive to CMH and the Navigator was stunning to look at! As I was buying it as a gift for my mom, it was a very nice to see that the Navigator was very nice and clean with no problems. Had my hesitation making the drive, but once I saw the SUV and took it for a spin, I knew I had made the right choice. Been bit over a month now and my mom is absolutely in love with it. Navigator has been super nice. All thanks to Lorrie and the Crew at CMH for making my dreams come true and for making sure everything went as smooth as possible. Told them that I only had a hour to spend as I had to drive the Navigator back to Ottawa for the surprise reveal. I was in and out within the hour. After coming back home with this Beauty. I noticed that one of the night puddle lamps was burnt out. I contacted the manager Graham at the service bay and he expressed shipped the replacement and within the next 2 or 3 days, I had the part. Popped it in and it works like a charm. Again, huge thanks to Lorrie for taking the time and keeping me updated during the whole process. Would definitely buy cars in the future with Him. My baby is a new and rare Cadillac, but this dealership made me feel exactly how the New Cadillac dealership made me feel even though this is a used car dealership. Definitely worth the drive. I finally decided to purchase a more expensive car through them after owning a beater car for years. They assured me with u have warranty that covers all the engine stuff that carry over from the dealership. 3 months later my engine light comes on so I take it in; turns out it not covered and now I’m stuck pay $400 dollars out of my own pocket. I had my beater car a year before having to put any work into it and now I had a car from cmh for 3 month and already have to put work into it. Not happy.

It's being one year since I purchased a red mercedes cla from Graham ! since then i have been enjoying the car daily, 5.000 km driven without any hidden problems or surprises.Graham was honest and direct to the point with me. This time I did extensive research for the right car for the right price. after hours and hours of site shopping and looing at different car lots I always came back to CMH. When we arrived at CMH we were greeted by Mike Holder, very professional and very friendly. He got us the keys for 2 different vehicles and a plate and said take them both and I will meet you back here. We ended up getting the 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS. Professionalism all the way. I bought a 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum from CMH 2 months ago. I was skeptical at the beginning driving from Mississauga to St catharines to buy a used car from a used car dealer, (we have all heard the nightmare stories). Impressed that the dealership was a fair size almost as big as corporate brand, No gimmick, No hassle and best price offering. People make the company its not the brands that they carry, and the service Manager Graham is fantastic. I would hire this guy in a heartbeat . Graham would address all issues and fix it to the best of his abilities, however surrounded by incompetence does not help his efforts, but he preservers and makes it right. I usually dont give any company a five star rating, but in this case Graham made it all possible. Would i buy another car from them i would say at this time yes because all is good ( but, time will tell).

Was really lucky on the car that I bought, really love the 2012 tornado red gold R! Graham was really helpful and explained things really well when I first called about the car. Even with his surgery he still got me informed how close the car was to being ready. When I went to see the car people were happy and ready to help so that was pretty great. When I came the second time and was going to pick up the car they made sure to explain what I was all signing no hassle???? From the experience I had I would recommend this dealership. We called CMH to see a Honda Civic. We knew it had an accident reported from years earlier and we were concerned the repairs had been done well. I brought a mechanic with me to visually inspect the repair job. It was excellent and all new parts had been used. The pruchase price was reasonable and the process couldn't have been easier! When I received my car they had done a great job in preparing it for me - even added new windshield wipers. A small detail, but noticed. The mechanics did a great job and it was in incredible condition. Lucas was fantastic to work with and we would be pleased to have him help us with our next vehicle. Customer Matters Here.. Really, it was a pleasant experience for me when I walk in there to buy a Kia Optima 2015. From the first time I walked in there I felt comfortable and confident that this was where I was going to purchase my vehicle. Graham would address all issues and fix it to the best of his abilities, however surrounded by incompetence does not help his efforts, but he preservers and makes it right. I usually dont give any company a five star rating, but in this case Graham made it all possible. Would i buy another car from them i would say at this time yes because all is good ( but, time will tell).

Dealer and financing reps were very helpful. We picked up our truck yesterday. Everything went smoothly and the truck seems to be running great. Haven't drove it much yet. This would have been a 5 star review if you filled the tank. I've always bought from big box dealers (e.g. Ford, Mazda and Chevrolet). I have never left the dealership purchasing a $50,000 purchase from the dealer with an 1/8th of a tank of gas. We will pay to get all of our fluids, brakes, tires checked now as we are unsure if those were topped up/checked.

Searched for weeks to find the right car, found it at CMH. Drove all the way from Ottawa to get it, turned out to be well worth the trip. I rented a car in Ottawa from Enterprise and returned it to the Enterprise depot just a block away from CMH. I walked over to the dealership and when I arrived saw they had the car ready for me, so I took it on a test drive. After the test drive, they had all the paperwork ready for me to fill out. I am only giving this dealer 2 stars cause Bruce to guy who sold me the car was awsome from the time I called til after I bought the Journey . Sadly I had it for a week and a half and for the most part it wouldn't start for me , got that problem fixed to get another issue looked at as well and found out my Tranny is slipping on me , and it has 2 recalls that needs to be fixed . I would HIGHLY suggest taking a mechanic with you if your gonna buy a car from here . They messed up the price , I got it cheaper cause they messed up but I lost my 60 day warranty which I found out that they can't take from me especially sense I signed the papers already stating I had it . I couldn't afford a tow truck to take it back out when it wasn't starting for me . It's been a week and a half of headaches and it ain't even over yet ... $8000 for a car with a rotten transmission .

My wife and i had been looking for a vehicle as ours was on its way out. After much looking and research we had settled on one at CMH. I had contacted CMH with my intention of buying this vehicle and was instructed to fill out the financing application. So we filled out the application and submitted it. The next day we had decided to take a closer look at the vehicle and upon asking for the oportunity at the dealership, we were told the vehicle was sold that morning. This was upsetting as no one told us the vehicle was not available at the time of inquiry that the vehicle wasnt available else we wouldnt have submitted an application. Also the salesman who told us this news never offered any alternative. Later i had recieved a voicemail from their finance department asking me to call and discuss my application. So i called back and was told the person i was to speak to was not available and to leave my name and number and they would return my call.. So i did. I waited two days and recieved no phone call. So i called again and was told the very same thing. So again i left my name and number and still didnt get a call back. I never did get that call. I did email them this story to them in the hopes of getting an answer as to why i was ignored and i did get a reply. I was told they are not really sure why they didnt get back to me. I gave the second star because they did reply to my final query. Overall i cant say it was a "bad" experience. They simply didnt seem interested in selling me a car.

I was here about 2 weeks ago and I left very unhappy with the service that was given to me. I dealt with Jose, and when it came to time to talk about price he got very upset with me. I understand they do not lower pricing but when it came down to it he was taking it personal and he kept making rude comments which I was not impressed with him. He said I wasted his time because I did not want to pay what was on the sticker price. I did not want to do this because it was in an accident which the whole front end needed to be replaced, He told my girlfriend it was something small but then he told me something completely different. I also did not like the fact that he said that I could not find anything better and he said to just go where I can get the better deal and buy there and asking why I came there in the first place if I thought I could get better deal, we came there because we saw good reviews and thought it would be good but the fact he even said that was not professional "why did you come here", maybe I was getting upset but when comments like that are being said I don't appreciate it and do not feel he was being professional I do see where he was coming from, but those comments were not needed. He also did not show us the car in detail of what it had to offer as well, he just said it is a good car and good price. When we finally were about to leave he did make a comment that we had wasted his time if we were not going to get it, I feel shopping for cars and looking is what they are there for to help us find something and if we chose not to go with it , it does not mean we are wasting time, its part of their job. He said that he could sell this car and it will be gone before we know it but we've looked it is still there and at a lower price probably because of the accident that it had on it, in which he said was a little fender bender. He also said that they do not change prices but as we were leaving he asked what he could do to let make us buy it you know typical sales man talk, He said he could do a couple 100 dollars of but he told us first that he could not do anything at all at the start which he then lied again about something. I may have come off a bit upset as well, but I did not say anything that was hurtful. He also did a follow up phone call to say he had other things in stock if we wanted to come back and look but at the end of the day we would not because of how our first encounter was there.

All of the cars have been great and they've always taken good care us. If there has ever been any small issues with the car even as far as a year later they have been fixed at cost. After looking for a Q5 SUV for 5 weeks we finally found one at this dealership. We called and has a salesman named Sam work with us. We had been to a few dealerships and none of them were as amazing as this one. We told Sam that we would be coming there the next night to look at the vehicle and it was a 3 hour drive and even though he was done at 5 he said he would come back for 7 to meet us. The vehicle had just come into the dealership but Sam assured us that they would go over the vehicle from front to back if we decided to buy it. There was no sales pressure from anyone at the dealership and they were all very nice.. It was a welcoming change after coming from other dealerships. One of the best things was that the price of the vehicle was actually the price and there was no extra cost for a safety check or anything else. We decided to think about the vehicle overnight and called Sam the next morning and told him we would take it. After that we dealt with Sandra on all the paperwork and she is the best. She made the whole transaction so easy and all as we had to do was show up on Friday to pick it up. When we got there the vehicle looked like it just came out of the showroom. It was immaculate and we couldn’t be happier. We have had the vehicle for 5 weeks now and we know we made the right choice. In a time of so much turmoil going on in our world it is nice to know that there are still honest businesses around. We will definitely be back and we have let our family and friends know about what a great dealership this is.

I have been buying cars for over 55 years and I went into CMH Auto, expecting a horror story of lies, bs etc. To my surprise and delight, nothing to my expectations happened. There was no BS, no pressure tactics, just plain fun to buy the vehicle of my choice. Lorrie Goldman, the Salesman just asked us to pick any vehicle we wanted to test drive (we picked 4) and left us alone. We chose the vehicle we wanted and when we came back in, the appraisal on our vehicle was sitting there and we were impressed. This is NO HASSLE shopping, its never happened in all of the years of us buying a vehicle. Lisa Sanecki, Finance Manager also did give us any pressures, only giving us the options of Paint & Rust Protection, along with an Extended Warranty. No pressure here, we decided to get the Extended Warranty the next day. I recommend that you go to CMH Auto Superstore, speak to Lorrie Goldman and come away quite satisfied from the experience.

The sales process was no pressure and we did get a van that we liked, until we got it home. The van went in to test drive sold right before we got there but we tested out something similar. We noticed a it raddled in the back and there was no Bluetooth in a model we were told that it has everything except DVD and nav. They put the Bluetooth in for use, did not fix the noise. We went back in to complain about the noise and how the passengers seat no longer moved with in a few months. Drove it home seats work, but still raddled. Going to have to find a machinist what will work with the warranty.

I rarely write reviews, but I also am behind on this particular one as I was too busy enjoying my "new" car, as well as wanting to give it enough testing (read: driving) before I leave my feedback on this. From start to finish, I was in good hands with everyone at CMH. They are definitely different here in the sense that you may not be working with one salesman from start to finish, but they were all good regardless! The car I tested first and ended up buying was the 2004 Corvette C5, which barring a small hiccup with it not being ready initially, was a solid vehicle, even moreso considering its mileage! Taking it to a mechanic confirmed where the vehicle was at currently, as well as what potential things to consider with the car. This made it easier to pull the plug on the car knowing its current price and how much more may be needed to be put into it. Not sure if CMH did not know or opted out certain things, but definitely worthwhile to consider when purchasing a vehicle notorious for certain common/known issues. They did fix most of the issues the car initially came with when they received it from its previous owner, without request, so what was left was really only potential future issues, which I cannot fault CMH for at all. They also provided all the documentation that usually comes with a car purchase and then some, which puts you at ease when considering one of their vehicles. They also took my other vehicle in, appraised it very well, which made the process much simple for me, and that is where they excelled at as well. This is in terms of giving a good value to my previous car, and able to deliver on the Corvette within a day's time (not something anyone usually does!), as there was miscommunication from me, but they laid that to rest by having done the above. All in all, a very good first-time experience with a dealership, and in hindsight making it worthwile to having done all those long trips when I was looking into the car and up to the day of purchasing it.

If I could rate this dealership 0 stars I would. I have had an absolutely horrible experience purchasing a vehicle from here. I purchased a vehicle back in June of 2021. Lisa sold me a warranty which she said was "bumper to bumper coverage except for battery and brakes". And after having the vehicle a whole 3 days my check engine light came on. I brought the vehicle in to be looked at and the code was cleared then returned a week later. I called and brought it in to be fixed. Turns out it was not repaired because once again light came back on. I then called numerous times, showed up in person, and emailed to try to get this fixed. Finally I got a response from Lisa who said to bring it to another garage because "We have lost 3 mechanics here, and our service department is quite in chaos." Which were her exact words from the email. Once I brought the vehicle to another garage, they reached out to the warranty company who advised them this is not covered. The parts alone are going to cost around $2000. I would never have purchased the warranty if I was told the correct information. There has been no resolution from CMH about this issue. I would never again refer anyone to this dealership I was 100% mislead by their sales rep. Don't believe anything they say.

I was looking for a 2wheel drive truck with a tow package, my wife found cmh on line and several trucks that I was looking for, the first thing I did was check the reviews, since the drive to the dealership would take me an hour ,there was a lot of whiny people that wanted someone to follow them around and wait on them hand and foot,not good when you're looking for a used vehicle,I told them what I wanted to see and they gave me the keys for several trucks so I could be the one to start each one ! Awesome because this meant that if there was any problems I would hear them right away with no salesperson harassing me while I was checking each truck out. I've now had the truck for over a month and couldn't be happier, they made it easy for me to purchase what I wanted and went out of their way to hold the truck for me while I went on a trip for a week ! Unheard of when dealing with dealerships ! The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because I had to drive for an hour three times in total(not cmh's fault) . Again if you want someone to follow you around and tell you what you want then go somewhere else,but you will pay several thousands more, I saved $6000 over any truck I could find in the GTA that fit my needs. I would go to them again when looking for another vehicle and would recommend them to others without hesitation .

We finally found time to write this review. We want to start off by expressing our profound gratitude to the CEO – Phil Engs and the staff that took care of us before, during and after the purchasing of our 2017 Toyota Sienna van from CMH Niagara. We had been looking for weeks to replace our old family van – a 2004 Toyota Sienna and after we found that CMH had some in stock we decided to make a call at their office to make the necessary inquiries. We met Sam Agostino, one of the sales consultants and right away a very cordial bond was struck. There were 2 sienna vans in stock, one was a 2015 SE with power gates and other features we liked, and KMs were low at 35K+. The other was a 2017 LE with navigation (as advertised) and KMs were also quite low at 45K+. Both were beautiful and had features we really liked. We liked the power gate in 2015 and the navigation in the 2017. We finally made up our minds for the 2017, did the necessary stuff – test drive, took it to our mechanic for an assessment, and then the paperwork with Sandra Hoyte ( a very delightful lady), and finally brought the van home in Mid Aug. 2020. After using the van for about 3 weeks without needing to use the navigation system, we suddenly realised that it did not have one. We called Sam immediately who then asked us to bring the van in. It was checked by Sam, and the Sales Manager – Raymond Blais and one of their Technicians. It really did not have a navigation system. They apologized for the mistake in advertisement and promised to do something about it. The navigation system was the reason we went for the van. This almost soured the happy and very memorable experience we had while purchasing the van. To cut a long story short, the issue got to the ears of the CEO, Phil Eng, who gave us a call immediately he learned of the issue. He apologised again for the mistake and said he would get his technician to see if the navigation system they had would be compatible with the van. We got a call from the technician a few days later to bring the van in for him to do the necessary compatibility checks. Suffice it to say that half an hour later, we drove the van back home with a new audio system with the navigation app – and there was no extra charge. If not for the COVID-19 restrictions, I would have hugged him, Lol. After apologizing for the mistake in advertisement and explaining to us that the 2017 LE model does not come with a navigation system, the CEO, Phil Eng told us ‘but I want to make you happy” and he really has made us happy. We want to thank him from the bottom of our hearts, it is not everyday we come across excellent gentlemanliness. Thank you, Phil Eng. And thanks to your great staff, you are all one amazing team. This past weekend I was in need of a vehicle for my daughter and her growing family and stopped everywhere with zero luck. I even spent some time researching on line and with failed attempts at meeting sellers I found myself at CMH Sales and Leasing where my husband and I met salesman Jose Giraldo. He was fast efficient and the most friendly. Quirky in the best way! Although Jose didn't have what we were looking for in our price range he took our number anyway and we weren't gone 20 minutes and the phone rang. Jose was on the phone and he had called on his president Phil Engs for a solution. They had a line on just what we were looking for. After a bit of chatter we agreed on a price and were told if we weren't happy upon delivery we could walk away, no questions asked. Sight unseen the deal was made. I dont think they know how to service vehicles correctly, my girlfriend and I went last week to look at new car in our price range. No one came asked if needed help or had questions. when i got on my hands to check under some of the cars. the one we were really interested had an oil leak, the other i could see thru the floor. these 2 car were NOT in the as in section of the lot and they were above 7000 in price...unless its band new be careful and check the carproof

My Wife and I visited CMH to look at a specific vehicle but that vehicle did not fit our needs. Mike Holder assisted us and by listening to our needs suggested another vehicle in their inventory which we absolutely loved and purchased. We are not from the area and we in town for only two days on vacation and asked if we could have the car ready for pick up the next day as we did not want to travel back again to pick up the car. Mike made the necessary arrangements to have the car ready in less than 24 hours and even assisted all the staff with cleaning and preparing the car for delivery. I was very impressed with the service Lucas and CMH Financial team provided me. When I initially drove on the lot I was looking for a GMC Sierra although I spotted a Ram also peaked my interest but not the same. Lucas was very diligent of informing me about both of vehicles I was interested in but fortunately persuaded me to give the Ram at the least a test drive. I was shocked at the performance and now own that exact truck I almost never got in. While I knew the salesperson I dealt with was a real blowhard (but who cares because I just wanted to purchase a car) and the car may not be perfect, I didn't expect to find out one of the front tires had a sidewall plug and it was potentially dangerous. I most frequently drive on the highway. I was told today by the dealership that it was dangerous and could result in a blowout. Gee. Thanks. What's a tire to replace presale?! Nah; don't do that and cover the cost in the price... risk the safety of an unsuspecting person (sarcasm). Sad.

Traded in vehicles 2 times here, first one i purchased didn’t work for my needs and they gave me a fair trade back value. After i got the second one home noticed a few minor issues and emailed Graham who came up with a plan to have me come back down to have it fixed. I saw they made a good amount of margin on my trade ins but its the first dealership where i felt good seeing them get the money as they treat you like family not a typical used car dealership where the second you sign the dotted line they block your calls after. We were on a very tight time schedule and Mike assured that everything would be done on time. He called to tell me that the repairs to the door were not up to par when we landed at the airport. He offered to partially cover the repair costs by slightly lowering the price. Because of time constraints I agreed. I asked if the dealership would supply a second set of keys considering how this deal had turned out. He replied that was not company policy. I asked he they might reconsider because of the circumstances. I have never received a reply! Probably too far away for anyone to be bothered with.

I'm located about 3 hours from CMH Auto Superstore so I bought the vehicle site un seen as I wasnt able to make the 3 hour drive down to view the vehicle. I had many questions/demands for Lucas and he answered them honestly. So when the vehicle arrived it was just as Lucas had told me so I wasn't disappointed at all.. The only issue with the vehicle I had was the alignment was out slightly , so I talked to CMH and they are covering the cost of the alignment from a dealership in my town, to me this is huge as alot of dealerships don't care about you after the deal is done and the paper work is signed. In the future I would defintly be recommending people to these guys as Lucas ( and im sure others in the company) go above and beyond to keep the customers happy.

We were considering the purchase of a used truck for towing an RV from CMH and put down a deposit. Our sales rep Graham did a lot of quick research and came back to advise that the truck was a bit under rated for the trailer we bought. I asked if they could keep an eye out for a suitable truck but after a week Graham called me back to say nothing seems to be available as quality used trucks at present are scarce. CMH - Read , Re-Read, and Read your contract again before signing ... And don't trust them to do the math. How this place remains in business is a mystery to me, oh wait they are great scammers, liars and cheats. 2 years ago I bought a 2010 Dodge Charger from them. I was very adamitt that I refuse to lease a car as I had previously had a bad experience. I was told they were going to do a in house finance with me. Great that was cool with me. Took the car for a test drive and made my decision I wanted to purchase it. The sales men went on about what a good decision I made as the car had never been in an accident and only had one owner. On my test drive I noticed the car pulled and requested an alignment be done before I pick up the car, of course the salesmen assured me this would be done, they never did it, so I paid $100 to get it done. Time to sign the papers and here comes the admission of their oversite because I noticed in the buyers package that the car had been in an accident with a $7000.00 claim. Sales men's response was on such a new car that's not much of and accident don't worry about it. Really the claim made on the car didn't bother me, the salesmen so lie about it took his credibility down a few notches. Now I'm looking at the paperwork for my in house finance. Which happens to say lease at the top? Coulda sworn I told them I wasn't interested in a lease. The salesmen assures me it's not a lease that's just the paperwork the use and shows me a section where it shows cost of financing so I take his word that it's not a lease. The MATH On my final tally with my so called in house financing (which really turned out to be a lease). Here's how CMH calculates it Vehicle price - $10,688.00 Down payment - $3,539.82 Lease set up fee - $500.00 Amount financed - $7,648.18 Monthly payments -$414.75 for 24 months Interest rate 26.7% Cost of Financing - $2,305.76 Total to be paid - $13,493.76 Pull out your calculators 7,648.18 + 2,305.76 = 9,953.94 (amount financed after down payment and 500 lease fee So where did they get this $13,493.76? Let's try adding the total cost of the car with the financing cost 10,688.00 + 2,305.76 = 12,993.76 - Mmm stil doesn't match up to $13,493.76? Maybe if I add the 500 lease fee? Ahh now it makes $13,493.76 But where is my $3,539.82 down payment ? To make the. 13,493.76 that's a total of the car price, interest for financing and lease fee ... So what was my down payment ? Was it a tip ? Where is it actually deducted from what I have paid? Now let's add in my 24 monthly payment which instead of being 414.75 actually became 468.66 that they took from my account every month for 24 months ,totalling $11,247.84 So $11,247.84 + $3,539.82 = $ 14,787.66 this is supposedly what I actually paid in total, well over 13,493.76 .... So now I have overpaid $1,293.90 .... Well now let's be fair their paperwork doesn't include taxes? To say this is unprofessional not to have the taxes listed out and included would be an understatement . But ok $1,293.90 in taxes sounds fair to me ... Oh wait I found all the receipts for the actual down payments I made ... Let's list those To hold the car until I could bring the total down payment $200.00 Bank draft cheque $3,800 Licensing fee - $85.50 Called by owner a week after I had the car wanting another ten dollars due to miscalculation - $10.00 All my receipts equal $4,085.50 My receipts - their claim of a down payment = 4,085.50 - 3,539.82 = $ 545.68 Now let's subtract the 85.50 as this was a licence fee , of now I'll mention in order for me to get my ownership in my name they made me e test and safety the car at a cost of $150.00 to me. Funny had I bought the car in cash safety and e test would have been their expense but because I financed (leased) I got nailed with this expense. The new total owed to me is $460.18, well either this is owed to me or the salesmen Mike thought I was a very generous tipper ... The word fraud is comming to mind now. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

They will lie to you and rip you off right to your face while your holding your children in your hands. I can’t even say enough about how unethical they are. They sell trade-ins that have clear random problems (reason for being traded) for 10x the price you would find in Toronto for cars labeled trade-in. They have no ethics and pretend these vehicles have are in perfect condition.

There were a couple things needed to be done to the truck which were taken care of and 2 other things that needed to be done so I was to come back and get that done at a later date. They were solid with their guarantee and paid for a new motor in the back liftgate of my car two months after the purchase (a problem which they could not have foreseen). I really appreciated the stress-free process of buying a car. They have a great sales and financing team. I bought a car in early March from cmh but forgot to check the cruise control on the test drive . A month later I noticed it didn't work , they fixed it no charge. I then left on a trip to Texas with the car and on the way down it started leaking power steering fluid from the rack and pinion, I contacted them and told them I would not be back before my 60 day warranty period expired and they told me to make an appointment whenever I got back and again they fixed it at no cost. In 48 years of buying cars I have never met a more honest and easy to deal with car dealer.

Great Experience with the staff and management of CMH Auto SUPERSTORE. I have looked at their web-site on and off over the past several years but it wasn’t until recently I found the exact truck that I was looking for at a price that I could afford. After reaching out to the dealership and speaking to Ray to set up a test drive (which turned out to be better then I hoped), I then spent some time speaking to Leonie about warranty options. Shortly thereafter, I purchased my truck and within a few days after the purchase and receipt of my truck, I ended up having a question (about a possible issue). After speaking to both Phil and Graham they asked me to bring the truck back in so that it could be looked at. Graham in service was not only very accommodating but he also quickly diagnosed my concern to which they ended up repairing it without any hesitation. I am extremely pleased not only with the truck that I purchased from CMH Auto SUPERSTORE, but I am also extremely pleased with the way everyone that I interacted with was so positive, professional and courteous. After a lot of searching, we found a van we were looking for at a fair price. When we arrived, Luke gave me the keys and let me take my time with the vehicle on a test drive. I never felt rushed, and he patiently answered all my questions. I requested a few minor cosmetic to be fixed in the event we purchased the van, and Luke confirmed that they would be taken care of. When we picked up the vehicle, we noticed the tire light was on. One of the service technicians confirmed that the valve stem was leaking. Because we live an hour away, they arranged the repair that day at a local tire shop down the street at no charge. Everyone we interacted with there was very friendly, helpful, and professional. (Part 2) Experience with Service After receiving our van, I noticed several items that I hoped would be covered by the 6-week warranty. After a little phone and email tag, I was able to book a day to visit for the following week. It was well worth the wait. The CMH Service Department (Graham in particular) honoured their warranty and took care of the items I asked them about on the same day. Overall, very impressed with the experience. It's obvious why they move so many cars. They really took care of us.

recently bought 2 cars (just before the end of the year) the sales experience was great and the cars seem to be doing fine, I am having a little buyers remorse about the extras I got, I wish there would have been more time for me to understand the extras, i.e. extended warranty and undercoating car car service that seems to have cost 1000.00 for something they did in one morning. May be the best money I have ever spent but like I say just some Buyers remorse. Are you sure you are the owner????? I gave you over 30,000.00 and you can't find my name in your books!!! My legal name is Ernest McNaughton, but come on, talk to Graham and Lisa, got a VW Golf and a Mazda. The buying experience was great but the reviewing experience is less so. I took delivery on Dec 31 2019.

I found this 2013 Ford Edge SEL on CarGuru. On their scale for price it showed as "Fair", only $161 below fair mkt value which is why I only rated it 3 stars on price. Although it wasn't a great deal, it had all the features that I was looking for and was in great shape. As far as the people I dealt with Mike(salesman), Leonie(finace) and Doug(Manager) and also the secretary who took my money, I was very pleased with how friendly and personable they were. There was the obvious up sell that you get at every dealer but did not try to pressure me when I declined. Mike and Leonie who were my main contacts were very patient and explained everything I threw at them. I have a tendency to be overly thorough at times. Based on the purchase part this transaction I rate this dealer and personnel very highly and would recommend them. The 4 stars I gave for workmanship was only because I didn't want to hurt the overall rating as I haven't had any work done yet to judge. They give a 60 day warranty instead of the std 30 days so I will be back on this site to report how they fared during the this period. Hopefully I will not have to take it in for any problems but if I do I'll report how they did. If they are as good as their sales dept they will probably do just fine. Personally I'm hoping that there won't be anything to report.

It's worth the drive to CMH?! I was in a desperate search for a vehicle and saw a perfect one on a website that hosted CMH's listings. I saw that it was in St. Catharine's which was far but called anyway. Sam was my salesman and offered us to come in and take a test drive. We made the 1.5 hours trek with the three kids and met Sam. He was awesome and really accommodating especially with the little rugrats running around. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and took it home the following week. Unfortunately, some small issues arose with the vehicle - it is 10 years old but great condition - and I brought it in to have it looked at as it was still under the 60-day warranty. Everything seemed fine when I left that day but within 2 months, the transmission started giving me more problems. I called and asked to bring it in again but was told by the Sales Manager that because it wasn't under the 60-day warranty anymore, there wasn't much they could do. I took it to a local transmission shop and was told it needed a new one. I called the Sales Manager back and he wasn't that helpful. I wasn't looking to get a freebie. I liked CMH and wanted them to be aware of the issue that I had previously brought to their attention that was still a problem. Phil, the owner, ended up calling me and had me come in again to drive it personally. He ran the truck and it was determined that I did need a new transmission. We came to an agreement and I had some work done in a professional and timely matter that suited mine and my family's needs. Sam is the best salesman at CMH because he understands the consumer. He isn't just there for the sale like others, he actually wants people to feel like they were treated properly. CMH is lucky to have him. Phil also made me feel like I made the right decision in purchasing a vehicle there. Thanks guys!

I wasn't going to do this but my visit to CMH wasn't very good at all. To start off Sam I think his name is was great about holding the car for a couple days while I found a way over there ( I was buying my first car and had no ride). Unfortunately this is where the positive review ends. I had asked my cousin to go up and check the car out for me before I went up there. He told me the car was beautiful inside and out only problem he found was that car screeches really loud when it breaks every now and again. He assured me that CMH said they would fix it for me which made me happy. After I had signed all the paperwork the car salesman told me he put brand new breaks and tires on my car to fix the screeching handed me 2 sets of keys and said enjoy my trip to toronto. I got on the highway when my gas light came on how do u sell someone a car with no gas and say have a fun trip to Toronto? The car still squeezed when I would break and one of the keys was dead. If this wasn't enough a friend of mine who's a mechanic told me that they put cheap aftermarket breaks on my car and that could possibly be one reason my car screeched. I personally feel like your company didn't even do a thorough check of the car and if you did it was half assed 1 because the probelm was still there and 2 when I went to get my oil changed the mechanic found either missing or broken bolts underneath my car so I had to pay extra because of your company's laziness I had emailed the fellow that sold me the car to voice my displeasure he basically called Me a liar but said I could drive from Toronto back to start Catherine's so they can have a look at it. I came out here with hopes id find better service that what I'm used to in Toronto but left with nothing but a headache and 23 grand in debt to a company I regret doing business with

I had my car breakdown and towed there to be looked at and hopefully repair. The service manager Graham was super honest and explained the issues with my car in laymen's terms. Unfortunately, it was beyond help and I was put in touch with Heidi. My credit wasn't the greatest but she worked some kind of black magic and was able to get me a better rate then I could have imagined! (We tried a couple other dealerships and they couldn't touch what she got). Then we met with Sam, what can a say, he's great! He didn't try to sell us a car, he helped buy a vehicle that would be the best fit for our family and budget.
