It took 6 weeks for me to get my car back, Debbie was great! However the men in there were not! I had to call to get information about my car! Then I was hung up on! Not happy Very disappointed

Just got my Dodge Ram back for Carstar Fort Eire, I can not believe how great it looks and how clean it is inside and out just like the day i picked it up from the dealer, I highly recommend this place.

Great work and great service, I was involved in collision in which I thought the vehicle would not be the same, but Mario at Carstar re insured me about the repairs, from start to finish I was updated and email every step of the way and so was my insurance company, great work and I will pass the word around.

Our vehicle was there for 3 days. They did nothing. They drove it around with the tire digging into the bumper (2 week old tires). The guy said oh we back it up in a circle. When I got there it was pulled straight out. He also broke our back door to get into the van. Instead of calling a tow truck to slim jim it. Wasted our time. These guys are lying idiots. Don’t take your vehicle there.
