I chose to purchase from Brock Ford as a longtime family friend is Chris, the service manager. He put me in touch with Gavin in the sales department and I could not have been happier with the service I received. It was an unusual situation as I purchased the car before seeing it in person, however, Gavin was always a quick phone call/ text away. He went through all the features of my Explorer via Facetime and was even available after his normal work hours. Financing was a breeze with Todd. They were able to have the Car ready for me extremely quickly. Gavin has been in touch a few times since I picked up the car to make sure I am still happy with the vehicle. The whole staff at Brock Ford was incredible. I recommend using them even if you are not from the area.

My experience at Brock Ford has been hands down some of the best service I have received when dealing with dealerships and service departments. I leased my 2014 Ford Escape SE (Chrome Package) in March of 2014. My vehicle was brought in from London ON in a very timely fashion. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was spotless and all the work was thanks to the salesman - Steve Doucette. Steve Doucette is the man to see! He is personable and has a great concern for the customer. He walked me through everything as it was my first time leasing a vehicle and took all the time I needed. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle, look no further than Brock Ford and their highly professional sales staff.

I leased my first Ford in 2018 at Brock Ford. After considering 4 different auto brands, and speaking with a number of "run of the mill" and at times "antiquated thinking" sales associates at other brand dealerships, I ended up back at Brock Ford for one reason only, and that was due to the outstanding service, honesty, and integrity of Josh G. The true test was the post-sale transaction when many sales associates are no where to be found...not so with Josh! I'm pleased to say that to date, Josh's skill at providing great service before, during, and after the sale, is indeed, a rare find. If you don't want the "fast talking pressure tactics", the ridiculous "let me take it to my manager" nonsense, and the inappropriate "is your husband with you" commentary, then get in touch with Josh and see for yourself why I am happy to write so highly of him here. Let me first start by saying rarely do I write negative reviews about a business, but I feel it necessary to warn about my experience with this dealerships service department. I purchased a Vehicle from a different dealship in August that ended up having a transmission related issue. They deal with Brock ford primarily so I agreed to have them take the vehicle to Brock for servicing. They returned the vehicle to the dealer as repaired, but when I got it home I noticed the problem still persisted. I returned the next day to the dealership I purchased it from and they took it back to brock again, who as I understand it rejected the service and said that the vehicle was operating as per manufacturer specifications. So I had the vehicle returned to me, and took it to brock myself, and took it for a test drive for a gentleman named Corey. He said and I quote as far as I’m concerned the vehicle is ‘mint’, and the matter has to be closed. At this point I’m starting to think maby I’m just being unreasonable and perhaps that’s just how this vehicle drives. A friend of mine suggested I get a second opinion and told me I should take the vehicle to Ed learn to get looked at. So I did, took it for a test drive with a transmission tech who immediately said there was a problem. After a couple of weeks of gathering parts they had me bring the car in and leave it there for a few days, and returned the car to me like new, with no more issues. The transmission had to be completely rebuilt, and I have a work order that is almost two pages long all covered under warranty. I felt I was completely deceived by brock and will never return and trust them with any of my vehicles.

I like dealing with their Service Department, especially when they show you on your vehicle what is wrong. I feel I can trust their analysis. The waiting area is very nice with newspapers and magazines, Internet, a phone, and free hot drinks. The Sales Department is also top notch. I have dealt with Artie in my last two vehicle purchases and I feel I've received exceptional service....a very fair trade-in, quick responses to my queries, helpful advice on what options are suitable for me. In the past, at other sales dealers and service departments I have been disappointed (with the exception of Volkswagen), so I will continue to buy from and service my vehicle at Brock Ford.

I have been dealing with Brock Ford since 2004. I always bring my vehicles back to Brock because of the 1st class service I receive. I wanted to have my F150 FX4 serviced before we went out of town but realized I'd left it very late due to the Easter weekend. Tina said she would squeeze me in if I could be there at 7 the next morning. Well, with almost 80,000 km on the truck it turned out to need brakes as well as the service. Keith on the service counter looked after me very well as always and the job was completed by about 10:30. I have been to many dealerships over the years but have never found one so willing to accommodate their customers the way Brock does. The work is always completed fast, on budget, and always a first class job. Thanks to all the service and parts staff who look after me so well.

Both were super friendly and helped me go through the various features and options to make sure I bought everything that I wanted without getting things that I didn't need. Bret took his time to go through all of the features and answer any questions I had before I purchased it. After the purchase, he took the time to go through all of the specific features of my new Edge as well as walk me through the other areas of the dealership (i.e. services and parts) to make sure I knew where everything was. I've been bringing my previous car (a 2005 Mustang) to Brock Ford's service department for years so I already knew them and already know that their service department is excellent. The quality of the service department was a major factor for me deciding to go with another Ford; that and the reliability of my old Mustang. I’ve had the Edge for about two weeks now and am loving it. It is quiet with a smooth ride, lots of power, and way more space than the Mustang. It also has a tonne of technical features which are all easy to use and understand. With winter coming I’m sure it will be a lot nicer to drive in the snow than the Mustang.

It is with extreme prejudice that I express my distaste for the upper management of Brock Ford and thier lack of integrity when dealing with employees, or in this case, former employees. I made the unfortunate decision to accept employment at Brock Ford in August as a salesperson in the pre-owned department and suffered through two months of little to no traffic on the pre-owned lot but continued to promote Brock and its services as well as do my job as a professional seasoned salesperson. In the beginning of October I went into the hospital to have a full knee replacement done and returned to work one week after my surgery, which as anyone who is familiar with this operation knows at least six weeks is required to properly recover from this surgery. Due to the fact I am a Father of two young kids and have bills to pay and mouths to feed I prematurely returned to work ONE week after surgery. Ten days after returning to work without any notice I was callously let go with no REAL explanation as to why. This came as a complete shock and was with no previous warning. As a seasoned and comitted Ford Sales Professional I had realized I comitted to the wrong dealership as I am sure the past three sales people that experienced the same scenerio would agree to. In the context of my experience with this Ford store and others I have worked for, the upper management is by far the worst I have experienced to date and the fact that the so called owner has the audacity to put billboards up with him and his young children on it attempting to tag themselves as a dealership that has families in mind is almost comical. There are several items I could list why Brock Ford is a substandard Ford dealership but I will keep them to myself on this post due to the fact I made several friendships with other employees and would not want to jepordize thier ability to make a living selling a great product. The main point of this post is to enlighten other salespeople from experiencing the same unfortunate scenerio. Brock Ford is poorly run from the very top at best and should take a moment to look in the mirror before thoughtlessly throwing its committed employees under the bus for its shortcomings. The good news is, that I was hired in less than a week by a competitor and am enjoying the competency of a properly run dealership, although not Ford I have come to learn that it is the ship you are on and not so much the product that allows you to be successful as a sales professional. Hopefully, next time more professionalism and thought will be put into the business decisions made by Brock Ford when affecting the lives of others and thier families.

I have to say dealing with Gavin was a very low stress, pleasurable experience. I had been shopping for a Ford F250/350 diesel for the last 4 months. I happened on to a Ford F350 Diesel King Ranch that Brock Ford had listed online. I email Brock Ford and Gavin got back to me within 20 minutes. Gavin took all my questions and got me answers and also sent me a video of the truck so I could better evaluate it to decide if I wanted to drive to Niagara Falls to check the truck out. I was satisfied that I was interested in the truck but could not get to Niagara Falls until the following Tuesday. Gavin had another person interested and gave me the courtesy of allowing me to give him a deposit on the truck to hold it until I could get down to the dealership. He did this on his day off, dedication to customer service! We arrived Tuesday morning, Gavin met us when the dealership opened. He took us for a 1/2 hour test drive, no pressure and he allowed us to try it on the highway and in the city. We loved the truck so we closed the deal. Gavin was helpful through the whole process. The dealership worked hard so that I had the truck on the road by 1 PM. The things I liked: Gavin was honest and up front, he wasn't afraid to admit when he didn't know the answer to one of my questions. Gavin got us all the answers we needed, he even managed to get a diesel mechanic to come out and answer our questions before we left. Carlos did a great job cleaning up the truck before we left. It was short notice but he did a fantastic job and always kept a positive attitude even after we asked for the fourth time if the truck was ready to go. Christine did a great job helping us close the deal, taking care of the paperwork and signing us up for an extended warrantee that made sense for us, with no hard sell involved. Things I did not like: Nothing Bottom line, I would deal with Gavin for every car purchase I make in the future, he was THAT GOOD! Thank you Brock Ford and Gavin, for a wonderful buying experience. We love the truck, it was a great drive home. And for all you doubters this is a real review made by a real customer.

purchased a new 2020 F150 after trading in my used 2019 F150. Dealt with sales person Ken Levitt, & manager Artie; both were very good and made the transition to the new vehicle nearly seamless. Ken's response time to any questions is quick & does what he can to help the customer, recommend both these two. Only bad experience at Brock was dealing with finance person Christine, she was very pushy & tried talking me into things I did not want for my vehicle (warranties, life insurance, etc).. after saying I wasn't interested she was still trying to sell, would not recommend dealing with Christine, in fact maybe brock should consider having her at a different dealership as to not ruin customer relations & sales for future customers. On May 31/2018 I took my 2014 Ford Fusion into Brock Ford in Niagara Falls for a recall service for the steering bolt. I had noticed a rattle coming from the rear driver’s side of the car and asked Brock Ford to check it out for me while the car was in for the steering bolt. When I returned to pick up the car it was noted on the SO# 247412 completed by Tech 19 that the rattle noise was because the car needed a left rear shock at a cost of $255.00 plus taxes. Keith the advisor at Brock informed me that they had the parts in stock but both shocks should be done at the same time for a total cost of about $600.00 dollars. As the car only had about 45000 klm on it at the time I decided to get a second opinion. The mechanic at the second location took the car for a ride to hear the rattle and put the car up on the hoist and checked the left rear shock. As it turned out a bolt was loose and only needed to be tightened. He tightened the bolt on the shock to spec and took the car out for a test ride and the rattle could no longer be heard so the problem was fixed. There was no extra charge. I decided to bring the car and the original Service Order back to Brock Ford and spoke to the Service Manager Chris Palanek. I explained that I was disappointed as Brock Ford is a local dealer that I was expecting to do my service. But how could I trust them when they said I need new shocks at a cost of 600 dollars when in fact only a bolt needed to be tightened? Chris kind of smirked and said "Well you never got the service done here" I responded by saying no as it would have cost me 600 dollars. He just kind of smirked again and said well thanks for bringing this to our attention. Good bye. Chris had no intention of saying anything like sorry this happened as it isn't our way of doing business. I'll speak to the service tech who made that error and you can be assured it will never happen again. It was more like ooops we got caught so your probably never coming back here anyway so Goodbye. I hope the next Ford dealership is not as bad as Brock Ford. I like my Ford but now have to go the extra miles to hopefully get better service.

We sat down with him and he listened carefully as we told him what our needs were. He asked us some questions, taking notes as he did so. My husband and I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer in April of this year. Our sales person was good, we discussed with him what we were looking for and he listened. He insured we received a lot of discounts on our vehicle. We ordered our vehicle with rails that go from one side of the vehicle to the other so that we could put our kayak on top of the SUV with J hooks. This was at an additional expense to us, but thought it was a great idea.Our sales person was aware of what our intentions were and did not say there could possibly be an issue. The first time we put the kayak on the roof using the J hook. The J hook bent the front bar, now I am stuck with a bar I can not use and Brock Ford and Ford Canada not standing behind the product. So much for warranties and customer satisfaction, So if you are considering buying a vehicle do NOT waste your money on these bars.

Parts department closed on Saturday - apparently they "couldn't be bothered to open" as the service department didn't have many customers. This despite them indicating they were to be open when they called to tell me my parts had arrived on Thursday. Odd way to run a business. I visited this dealership while on delivery actually. When I was there I spoke to the sales manager, just idle talk really. I wasn't there to buy a car. Engaged in a brief conversation about selling cars. I told him I bet I could sell cars. And we laughed. The lot had a decent selection and it didnt appear to be a high pressure sales kind of place. I had my first experience with Brock Ford when I ended up with a flat tire on the side of the highway with my infant son on a Saturday evening back in November. After calling around to numerous tire shops in the Falls, I decided to try Brock Ford despite them not being "my dealership". Chris in the service department was incredible-managed to squeeze me in for an appointment a couple hours after I called even though they were fully booked for weeks putting winter tires on for all their regular customers. Fast forward a month later while enquiring on my options as my lease was nearing an end I had the pleasure of meeting Jason LeBlanc, one of the salesmen at the dealership. Jason was beyond helpful in doing research and finding out the best option for me which resulted in me driving away in a more family-friendly, brand new (and completely upgraded) financed 2017 Escape still within my budget. I took my motorhome in for an oil change and have the gas filter replaced. The service staff was friendly and they had the job completed in 3 hours. (they had to wait for a part) I would suggest that the mechanics don paper slippers over their shoes as they left greasy footprints all over my carpet and greasy handprints on the door.
