Get all my service and repairs done here on my 2011 Scion TC. I almost always pay less and get better quality work done her over any independent shops . Oil changes are 10 to 15 dollars less than anywhere else I've tried and always genuine Toyota parts . Even the factory wiper refills are half the price of the aftermarket ones!

I completely understand why they are the oldest dealership in Canada, their service if awesome. It doesn't matter how busy they are, they always have time and patience,, and lots of smiles and good humour too. I have never felt gouged with any of the service bills. Every time my car goes in for service, it comes back to me cleaner than it went in for service, and most importantly,, they are honest. It is always a pleasure to go to Bill's Toyota!

The sales guys are pushy, don't want to give much info unless you question them, they need to put prices on all their vehicles, new and used, so that you don't have the sales guys hovering over you as soon as you come on the property. The attitude needs to be friendlier as well. I would rather drive out of town to purchase a vehicle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband took his 60 thousand car there for a wheel alignment and the owner/service manager is completely rude. He insulted my husband to his face and called his his car a hunk of junk. I would NEVER in my life recommend this place to anyone.

They have bent over backwards to ensure that every detail of the continued problem-free operation of my car has been undertaken. Although my car is 16 years old, I wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else. I love Bill's!

Very poor customer service. They are not polite nor friendly. Except for Kyle. Too bad, my husband and I are loyal to Toyota brand for the past 20 years ! It's very frustrating to deal with a service desk, with associates that have little interest in assisting customers with respect and consideration.

Our family has been buying vehicles from Bill's Toyota for at least 15 years. No pressure sales with fair prices. With service: your vehicle gets the service it needs and things to keep an eye down the road, but there's no pressure to spend money on repairs that aren't needed. Bill Sr. started the business, Canada's original Toyota dealership, in 1965. His sons Bill Jr. and Mike run it now, but Bill Sr. still comes by. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

While booking a service appointment Shane said fixing a loose bolt in my cars window would be half an hour. 3 weeks later when I show up for the appointment Shane changed what he said to minimum 1 hour and took a rude tone with me when I asked about it.. I would give negative stars if I could... Say what you mean and mean what you say. I will never bring a car back to bills service department
