If you are in the market for a new vehicle and you want friendly knowledgeable and hassle free customer service, then Hickman Motors is the place to go. We just recently bought a vehicle from there and we dealt with Steve Roberts as our sales consultant. We had many questions for him and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in helping us choose our vehicle. From then we met with the financial advisor Roger Crane who kept our budget in mind and to seek the best finance options available. Very professional and kept us updated all throughout the process. And lastly we had the pleasure of meeting with Rick Reid the sales floor manager who made sure we were very comfortable with our purchase, and addressed all of our needs. Overall we had one of the best experiences dealing with Hickman Motors and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

Love my Silverado, but what I never expected, given a history of bad service in this city with other dealers, was how awesome Hickman's service department is. Hickman's really get that after-sale service is part of the product and they always exceed my expectations. Roger is usually my service advisor, and he's awesome to deal with. These guys should put on a clinic for how service should be carried out. Great job!

Waste of time and made my credit worse. They bought my info off Autocreditdeals the took advantage of my disability and just tried to push the Lon through all the same conventional banks adding a ton of inquiries on my credit I did not authorize. Total Scam don’t trust their credit rebuilding program Etc they ar hoping just to get lucky and make money. Strongly advise if you are in a a similar situation try Canada Drives!

I usually don't write up reviews and to be upfront, I do not like dealing with car dealerships, but I will make an exception in this case. My son and I went in to Hickman's just to browse around and did have a few questions about the Cadillac XT-4. The receptionist put me in touch with Bobby Squires, he took the time to answer all our questions and what I liked was his attitude and no pressure approach. We did go back the next day for a test drive and ended up buying a new vehicle from Bobby and once again he went over every feature of the vehicle and has kept in contact after the sale. Excellent professionalism and a pleasure to deal with! Also on the financial side Melissa Styles gave us exceptional service...giving us all the information and letting us decide what options to go with, they are a great team! A definite recommend!

Highly recommend. Just purchased my first brand new vehicle from Hickman Chevrolet from Bobby Squires. He could tell I was nervous as this is my first time buying a vehicle and took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood everything going on and I was comfortable with my new vehicle. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. As well as Leah in the financial department was extremely nice and great to work with.
