Came in to see a car that I found on the website. Was greeted with great enthusiasm and felt welcoming. I was immediately able to test drive the vehicle - and was briefly introduced to the vehicle features. Eric was not pushy - yet listened to what my concerns and needs were, and was able to give me time to think about my purchase. Initially I wanted to take a few days but an hour later I was sure I wanted to buy the car. Elena was able to assist me with all paperwork right away and even offered me different protection plans that most other car dealerships would not discuss or would force down your throat. She made me understand the benefits, and I don't regret buying it at all. Overall service was quick and simple, friendly yet professional, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I purchased an Audi TTS from World Fine Cars in June of 2018. I live 400+ km from the dealership so I placed my full trust in the salesman Victor whom I felt I could trust, and I do trust him. He was my eyes and ears and sent me multiple pictures of the car and answered all my questions. After we negotiated on the price I pulled the trigger and made the deal. I took a 5-hour train to the dealership and the car looked and test drove really good. But there were a few issues I noticed after I drove home that concerned me and some things that were not disclosed. Some of these items are more important than others, but I feel like I should share my experience with others. Eric Santos the Manager was very helpful. He got to the root of any issues and solved them immediately and professionally. So although there were some hiccups at the beginning, Eric made sure I was a happy customer. Therefore 5-Stars. I purchased my Benz B250 at World Fine Cars and am more than satisfied with my purchase. The price was great, and I bought a set of OEM winter tires (with lots of tread) for a much less than the price of new tires alone. When I was positively overwhelmed with all of the new features of my car, they took the time to walk me through many of them. When the engine light lit up, a couple of weeks after I had purchased the car, World Fine Cars promptly replaced the needed part… all taken care of. Patrick, the sales specialist, is professional, fair and personable. I am approaching retirement and needed to reduce my amount of toys as my wife stated, I only have one butt and four different toys for riding, so I decided to trade in a C350 Mercedes for a E550 Cabriolet and sale my Boxster. I found an E550 in Toronto at World Fine Cars and even though I was not comfortable dealing for a purchase at distance, as I am in the Ottawa region, the staff re-assured me and we managed to establish the confidence and trust necessary to move forward. The exchange was honest and extremely transparent which resulted in a deal. I drove to Toronto to the exchange and was fortunate to meet the Owner, Mr. Santos, while waiting in the garage for the car to be prepared, an extremely great individual. His team made me feel at ease and Mr. Santos asked the maintenance to replace the battery for a new one as it seemed to be some concern with holding charge. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my lifetime and 6 being mercedes and I truly believe the this is the best deal I have had in a long time. While driving back to Ottawa, I realized an issue with the scale ratio of the navigation system. Searching the web I noticed it resulted of a broken shaft within the control comand button. Upon contact the establishment, Mr. Santos's son, Eric, immediately handle the situation and managed to provide assistance so the issue was resolved at no cost to me. I will be heading out on Foreign Assignment this summer in the Middle East and I am so happy for the exceptional service received by World Fine Cars and truly believe that I will be able to enjoy this beautiful cabriolet in a part of the world where rain is extremely rare. Bought my car from Eric this weekend. Extremely happy about the transaction. They're up front about their inventory and are transparent about what they sell you. Prices are fair market value and are typically higher quality in their respective areas. The cars usually come from previous owners who have taken good care of the vehicles and are typically higher quality trims, cleaner, and less beat up than the market would provide, on average. Their approach is to keep you happy more than pressuring to put you into something that doesn't fit your needs. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will go and find it for you and do the behind the scenes to ensure its quality. Will be buying again in the future from them. Will not disappoint.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! My wife and I stopped in to look at a Mercedes GLK Diesel. The car looked completely brand new inside and out. The sales rep Martin was amazing! Not only did he have a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle, but his customer service is second to none. At no time did we feel any pressure or any type or sales pitch. What stood out the most to me was his clear communication. He would even contact us to keep us informed on the status of the car while being prepped for pickup. Before picking up the vehicle, Martin took the time to go over all the features of the car, button placement and controls etc. I've put purchased several pre-owned fine cars, and this was a first seeing this. I recently bought a used car from someone other than a new car dealership. The quality of product that World Fine Cars has in its show room is quite amazing. I purchased a used Audi that looks almost brand new. A local Audi dealership gave an independent confirmation of just how good a car it is. I had done my homework, and discovered that the final asking price, for what I was getting, was very reasonable. Working with Yves Boivin was a pleasure. He was both interesting and easy going, as well as being a true professional, whom I felt was working as much for me, as he was for WFC. I also got a fair trade in value for my existing car despite it being hard on the eyes. I was able to take possession of my Audi when Yves, and sales manager, Eric, said I would. Yves was an absolute gentlemen from the second I called him to inquire about a Range Rover Evoque they had listed. Used car dealerships to say the least, I would consider profit and margins as their number one priority. However, my experience with this dealership was quite the opposite. A day after my purchase the check engine light comes on in the Bentley that I just bought. With an experienced mechanic shop in the back of the dealership they were able to fix any problems the car may have with no cost to me, even though it was only a plugged hose. As they had no contractual obligation for them to honor any after sales issues, Eric Santos, the manager, had purposely made sure the car was free of any issues and I was completely satisfied with my purchase. This dealership has put customer service as a first priority and in my opinion has even exceeded the level of service that any new car dealership can provide. Thanks, Eric, I will make sure I comeback when its time to change my cars.

I work right beside World Fine Cars! Everyday I drive by it on my way to work and on my way home. I am always amazed with the inventory they have, it blows your mind to see how many cars come in and out of that place. From Bentleys to Ferraris, to Porsches to Mercedes and BMW. I was looking for something reliable, cheap on gas, something to get me around that looked really nice but didn't cost me so much money to purchase or maintain. I drove by and saw this 2012 Honda Civic blacked out and I was amazed it could look so nice and sporty for a Honda civic. I went in to look at it, very prompt service by the staff. Very professional. They let me test drive it, showed me car proof, all facts to the car were shown. Point is, I wasn't buying a 200,000$ car and they still treated me as if I was purchasing a car that expensive. That goes to show you the staff is real, and professional to the point where they treat all their customers the same. I was amazed with the service and could not be happier with my purchase from World Fine Cars! If you go to the dealer ask for Yves or Eric and you will not be disappointed ! Went in yesterday to see a used 2017 Toyota Tacoma on the lot. Alan Robb gave me all the details on it, came across very knowledgeable about the vehicle (more so than salesman at actual Toyota dealerships I visited), and even pointed out scratches which i didn't have a problem with at all considering it will be a work vehicle packed with tools. I'm a young man whose never bought a vehicle, it was an absolute delight to feel absolute zero sales pressure or tactics. Once I knew I loved the truck and we agreed on the price, Alan had the patience to wait for my mom to drive to the dealership before I signed and paid. Truly amazing experience, been searching for the perfect used truck from an honest dealership for half a year, and Alan went well above my expectations. World Fine Cars has lots of high end cars in it's jam packed showroom. All the salesman are dressed in fancy suits and ties to match their fancy inventory. However don't let appearances fool you, it uses the same sleazy used car tactics that used that have been around for years. I was hoping that dealing with a used dealer that specialized in high end luxury cars would be similar to dealing with a new car dealer. I was wrong. They were completely unreasonable during bargaining. In my particular case the salesman just assumed I'd pay the full price, no haggling. He even had the invoice all ready to sign immediately after I had called to make an appointment. In doing that, they also tried to sneak some extra fees on the invoice not originally discussed. So be sure to review your sales invoice closely. I told the salesman that I was interested in making a purchase but I want to negotiate on the price. That's when things got difficult. If it wasn't for the fact that the car they were selling was worth the aggravation of dealing with these individuals, I would have walked out the door. In fact almost did after two hours and the salesman still wouldn't budge even $1. Luckily, the sales manager stopped us and was agreeable to meet in the middle. He also got rid of the "additional fees". A sales tactic? Perhaps, but it was unnecessary and cheapened the entire purchasing experience. After spending significant money on a high end car, World Fine Cars also promised to fill the tank with gas yet it only had a 1/4 tank on pick-up. After the trouble negotiating I just let it slide. Really though, what's an extra $100 when you just sold a sports car worth twice most new cars? Again, this is just an example of the type of customer service World Fine Car's provides. If you must shop at World Fine Cars, prepare for all the old used car games during bargaining, and don't expect anything extra out of them. I'd only recommend dealing with them if they have a unique and hard to find car in stock that you must have, but bring your A-game if you want to negotiate. Personally, I'd never deal with them again. This was the least enjoyable car purchase I have ever made, ironically for my most enjoyable car.
