Worst service ever, but I didn't want to mention anything about the horrible service at the beginning. I found my dashcam cable disconnected today, and checked it's last record and realized the last video recording was that day. During the service they disconnected my dashcam and didn't put it back. What are they trying to hide? I got service for less than 1 hour and they charged me over $300 for labour. When I got home, I found that my glove box cannot close. They changed the cabin filter but didn't close the cap properly. All service was terrible. I will never be using this place again because I can no longer trust them. Real bad experience. Horrible.

My wife and I got our first car from here and the experience was good. However, it was our revisit to this location that added to our over all experience. My wife got her first stick shift from here and unexpectedly we received a call 2 years later offering an upgrade, Quite naturally we figured it was nothing more than an attempt for another sale. Curious to find out we visited the location. We quickly realized the offer and easily weighed the pros and cons with the help of the sales manager and were also able to make a decision quickly. What I personally like about this place is that the sales managers are not pushy and will work with you on making a decision. We highly recommend this place
Worst customer service! I spend my time FOR NOTHING! I had appointment at 11AM which I did more than 7 days before that day! I came on time, woman on the customer desk told me I need to wait 1.5 hour. After 55 minutes my car still was on the waiting area and when I asked her when my car will be ready, she told me: we have 2 more cars before ur. This situation is normal in that dealership. It is not first time! I took my car back and I will never back! If they didnt change their appointment system! If I have appointment I dont want to wait more than 2 hours to change oil!

Kudos to Reasha, their front desk Service Advisor for taking care of my car's issue. On top of that she was generous to provide me a ride to the place of my choice for the time being while my car was getting fixed. One thing I do want to recommend to all those folks at the front desk service dept is to check customer's status in terms of warranty and any communication the customer had with their manager as they kept advising me to pay for diagnostics fee without checking my warranty status. Also, thanks to the Service Manager who was kind enough and patient in listening to my problem and dealt with it nicely. Lastly, I do want to call out one of their parts dept. person was rude in terms of helping me with a part as he was asking me to read out the car's VIN behind those fibre glass shields (thanks to covid) all the way across the parts hallway and didn't seem to have the will to help me right there. Overall, so much better experience than what I used to have years ago.

We had the majority of our correspondence done via emails with Murray. With our busy schedule in mind Murray was professional, patient and very helpful in expediting the car buying process for us. If you have a busy lifestyle and need a knowledgeable and easy going person to deal with...Murray is your guy! This our first Toyota and we have been highly impressed with the fuel usage thus far. My husband has been averaging 5L/100KM in combined highway and city driving...now that's way better than advertised. We are loving our Corolla and we loved our dealings with Woodbine Toyota. Money mongers. Imposes rules, that financially benefit them. They refused to accept MOT qualified firm issued car safely certificates and insisted on getting the safety done inhouse. Then they go through the car with a fine comb, find faults and recommend the repairs be done by them. I got it done outside at 1/3rd the cost. The owner was rude and kept saying I could go elsewhere if I didn't like their rules when questioned why my right to get a car Safety Certificate from my trusted mechanic or from a place of my choice was being refused and unacceptable to them. I was going to buy a new car from them after buying out the lease for my wife's car, but decided to take my business elsewhere. Not going with a mile of that place again.
Worst service ever. Lorenzo the sales rep was wonderful, very friendly and respectful. His manager on the other had lack professionalism as he doesn't know how to treat potential buyers. We were shopping prices and they were able to match our price but my husband and i wanted some more time to talk about it. He wanted the sale right away and told us the offer was off the table...."WOW"!!!!! Had he been more courteous and given us some time or told us how long he could hold the deal for with a different attitude we probably would have taken it. He really needs to be coached on customer service. As this is what i do for a living, his behavior would have been a clip of how not to behave.

Brought my Lexus ES in for an oil change and looks like they did everything ok. Covid guidelines were being followed, masks and there were barriers in the seating area to allow for enough physical distancing.
Dealt with Jorrit Wit. He was a 5 star professional. Showed us several options ( buying new or used). Had us test drive new Corolla and 2016 Camry. Very detailed oriented. Left showroom and visited another dealership (Honda) but returned within an hour to finalize deal on 2020 Corolla. Would highly recommend dealing with Jorrit. I bought a Ford Fusion from here. I had a good experience with the sales team especially Mr Luay. He helped me out while buying the car and he also helped me later to talk to the management to fix the braking issues the car had. But the only thing to complain is the service department. They were not able to figure out the issue. So I had to get it fixed outside.

I have my RAV4 serviced here since 2012. I never had any issues except I was really upset when I recently visited them in July this year in 2021. The touch screen wasn't responding to the finger pressure, they charged me $139 or I think $165 to inspect it and to tell me that the whole unit needs replacement and it will cost me $3500. Not sure if it was inspected or not. I just want them to know that I got the touchscreen to work as before with no cost to me. Please if you charge something just to inspect something, please do it with diligence because there are better technicians out there. Not happy and I am thinking to get my next service done somewhere else.
I actually went in today with my mom to try to negotiate further on a 2016 Rav4 Limited that she is looking to purchase. I had exchanged emails with Murray Brown on an inquiry on the vehicle and was provided a "final" quote. My mom was not completely sold on the price yet and wanted to go in to see if there was any way to further reduce the price. When we had asked Murray if there's any way to lower the price, he had said it was at the absolute best price he could get. Murray was visibly getting more and more frustrated after we asked about pricing because he said that "I had already emailed him about the vehicle and we had discussed leaving the deposit." First of all, he had suggested us to come in to leave a deposit for the vehicle in our email quote like a salesperson would, but I had never agreed AT ANY POINT we were going to come in and leave a deposit. When we showed up in the dealership, the first thing I said to him was my mom was not set on the price yet and wanted to discuss it. In the end, when we told him we had to think about the quote further, he told us that (in exact wording): "you don't do a quote and then shop around for the vehicle after, you do the quote and buy it." As far as I'm concerned, doing a QUOTE does not mean I am committing to anything - it is simply a quote to get an idea on how much something will cost you. As a consumer, is it not my right to shop around and offer my business to the company or salesperson I feel most comfortable with? Anyway, our entire first and last experience with Woodbine Toyota was very brief but 100% unpleasant. Very unprofessional in how our request was handled and absolutely no patience at all. My mom and I will definitely never recommend Woodbine Toyota to anyone.

I did my service here last week for my toyota corolla 2018 which i bought in Northwest Toyota. I did my 80k mileage maintenance. I was charged for $136.15 in labor which should have been covered by my warranty. After bringing it to the service advisor she told me that I should still have a free maintenance but i've already paid so she can't do anything about it. i think she just don't want to refund it because it will be a lot of work. During my stay I am talking to a sales guy(Feras) for a tradein. The guy was so helpful and really entertained all my concerns. That is why i didn't put 1 star. I'll give him 5 star.

Service Advisor Hamza recognized my car even before entering to booth. He had a friendly smile which was allowed me to approach him easily. He is a good communicator and explains to me detail about their service. The mechanic (I believe Jack, I notice from his name tag) did his job professionally and completely. The good thing is that we (customers) could see the workshop through the glass window. Location is quite and less traffic also 1min work to Timmy…. Love it.

My lease for my corolla is ending and prior to this i asked numerous of times what are my options such as buyout, finance, or trade-in. I was interested in financing the end of lease because i want to keep the car and one individual said it available and then when i went in they said its not available, lastly went again to discuss my options the person said no finance but later on said its available. Confusing staff and horrible experience from the start of my lease. The original staff that sold me the car isn't working there and he said i got the "best deal." I still love Toyota but this dealership wont get my business anymore.

Just did an oil change of my 2011 Toyota Rav 4... $59.95 , labor$29.62,parts $30.33 plus environmental fee $3.00 plus tax$8.18 = $71.13 total.
Very bad service. Unresponsive, over promise and under deliver. Finance department needs improvement/training. Their excuse is that their software is unresponsive. My car delivery was pushed back twice. This time they told me my car would be delivered Friday, when I reached showroom they informed me there is a glitch and to come back Monday for pickup. Lesson learned - don't purchase future car from here.

Sales rep was extremely rude, seemed disingenuous and answered our questions with one word answers. The place was not busy at all during our visit, so there is no reasonable excuse for his behavior. I hope the sales rep (Lorenzo) realizes that there are many other Toyota dealerships in the GTA, and we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. His arrogant attitude does not deserve our time, and certainly not our hard earned money.

Good place to service your car. Can call ahead to make appointment. Pricing didn't seem unfair for services provided. It's a good time to be a mechanic... There is a nice little seating area where you can wait if the service is something quick. There is also an attached show floor with new Toyota models, it's a pity no full sized SUVs
I bought my first Toyota at this location. If you ever visit this location, PLEASE do yourself a favour and work with Manny the sales rep. I dealt with Manny. He is a newer sales rep to Woodbine Toyota but he is a WEALTH of knowledge and extremely helpful. Any questions I had he knew right away so I didn't have to try and look through the manual. He made sure we had what we were looking for, and was very personable and professional. We drove from Hamilton to this location and he was willing to work with us regarding pick-up of the vehicle. He provided me with his contact information to ensure we were able to contact him with any questions and concerns we had before we picked up the vehicle. He has followed up with me to ensure I am pleased with my purchase, and I really appreciated that. I will be recommending Woodbine Toyota and Manny specifically to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Mustafa is likely the best and most honest car sales representative that I’ve ever met. From the moment I met him at the dealership it was an excellent experience. His customer service is top notch, and he’s very knowledge about the various vehicles, products, and packages offered. What I especially appreciated was that if he didn’t know something, he wasn’t afraid to admit it but found the answer as soon as possible. Very happy with the service here. They address any issues that you have in a timely fashion. They ask lots of questions before proceeding with the work. They are polite on the phone and in person. Surprisingly, Toyota dealerships have the cheapest pricing for oil changes. I called around to many other shops to find that they would charge us $150 or more if we needed a filter. We purchased our vehicle from Dixie Toyota; we will never go back there again. We are much happier at Woodbine Toyota. They have free timbits every time I go there, it is a really nice treat for the kids. They have a small play area with toys that keep them occupied - they aren't in the greatest of shape but when you are a kid ..... who cares what they look like.
DO NOT BUY CAR FROM HERE, they sell DEFECTIVE CARS unpurpose! I repeat, do not buy car from here! Don't let the special promotions fool you (as we all know they make $$$$ from after sale of car). They will try to make money off you by selling you a defective car & have you pay for much services from diagnostic, rotations to tires (when we just had them done), to doing wrong job to your car & trying to get you to pay for other things! The worst service from Sales, to Service advisor to Dealership manager/owner! You better have your wallet out cuz it'll cost ya, otherwise you are on your own with a defect issues! Absolute poor service, as technicians are Interns and will not fix things properly & you gotta spend all that precious time & money to fix again! All i can say is they are "TIED SELLING" everything from beginning until the end when buying car to after services by service advisors (they make commission). The worst part is, they make you feel really STUPID if you try to talk to them about what they did was wrong! Bunch of scam artists is all i can say! Highly unprofessional service they provide. The manager kept us waiting for more than half and hour. Also, he treated as if the client is not at all aware about anything and kept praising himself. Overall, highly dissatisfied with the service and the way they treat clients. The lady who sits at front desk is really good and takes care of client's need efficiently. I felt really bad when she had to apologise due to manager being late to attend us.

I have been visiting WOODBINE TOYOTA for my newly leased Corolla for over 5 years, and service & sales experience has been declining over time. Over last year, I received two recall notifications from Toyota to get it fixed free of cost (one for software & other something related to air brakes) had called this location few times to get it done,no follow up yet for an year! Seems they don’t like to do the free work - as it will be paid for by Toyota and they can’t over charge SERVICE: department on last visit recommended to change CABIN air filter with few other expensive add ons such as machine brakes for over $850 etc, which i thought of doing it later or DIY as they were going to bill $100 for part and labor, which was less than $30 part, in return technician decided do damage the filter & pushed/put it crossed so that 1/2 the cabin didn’t have the filter - which means we were getting polluted air for over 2 months without passing through filter, this made me really re think if I ever want to revisit this location, please rethink anyone wanting to get service done at this location - as you will be putting your health&safety at risk if you refuse any of dealer suggested tricks to over charge you (when they try to rip you off for $80 oil change to $550 with all suggested add ons) how a Toyota dealership can get so messed up! May be corporate culture and not family owned! I had tried to convey message to Service manager, and sent email but had no noticeable change so decided to move on! SALES: Leasing manager DInesh Sabharwal (DK) recommended his friends shop “Rexdale Body Shop” for getting body work done, who planned fraud and claimed $9500 for a small crack on the rear bumper by damaging my vehicle so badly- which i just noticed at lease buyout time on CAR FX, and seeing the actual pictures on Audat report. This reduced my vehicle’s value by at least $7k which I now own. Even though DK does not work here any more, Sales staff of this location can not be relied upon as bottom Line. Please do some pre work before REVISITING WOODBINE TOYOTA, this business should go through scrutiny by Toyota or be closed. Munish

There are many Toyota authorized dealers in GTA, but why I am writing this review for Woodbine Toyota ? answer is here - - - When I was in search of car that fit with family budget, need and safety, I found TOYOTA number one in this matter and that is why I went to many Toyota dealers to get the car which fit in my given criteria, but results was not satisfactory. Then I went to Woodbine Toyota, since I got good reviews from some friends. At the time of visit this place I had no appointment but a corporate sale manager gave me warm welcome and started to talk with me about my actual need and choice, he did not ask me about my credit and budget, he just focused on my family need and choice. The name of this gentlemen is Mr. Chaitanya (Jay) Desai. He help me to get right choice of car in right price which best suit with my family income. We took the decision without wasting of my time and decision was 2018 Corolla. I am very happy with this car now and thankful to Mr. Desai and woodbine Toyota for this great experience. I would always recommend to visit Woodbine Toyota if you need great car in great price for a great cause !
Worst service provider. My cars blind spot was not working I went to the service centre they just normally checked and said it’s accidental, I didn’t have any accident and my car was under warranty, they were still charging for that. And after the service from them ,my car’s steering started creating problem. They have wasted my time and money. In my first visit manager said I will help you in every possible manner but during my second visit they didn’t helped me at all. They didn’t picked my call after that. They don’t know the exact problem, they just advice to change the parts to earn money. I have wasted my 2 months because of them. I wish I could have the option to give zero star. Really disappointed by there service.

I have purchased few of my Toyota cars at this dealership as well as use their service dept. This particular day went in with my Toyota (that I did not happen to purchase here) and asked the young lady at the reception/service how much it would cost me to have a few scratches touched up on the front passenger inside frame on door. Rebecca, who I had the luck to speak to, immediately offered to have a look and if not too scratched up, that she, herself would and could patch it up while I waited. Just wanted to say how impressed I was that this lovely lady offered to do this herself, certainly refreshing to see a young person who is willing to put herself over and above the job.....Thanks Rebecca, I was impressed, and it only took a few minutes..
I am over the moon with the professional quality of service I received from Feras Neameh and David Aldred. I recently purchased a used 2015 4runner from this dealership, and cannot be happier. It was a great deal, they worked hard to earn my business, and their communication was efficient. I bought a 2020 Corolla LE from Woodbine Toyota and was very happy with how the deal went. My salesman Jorrit Wit was very knowledgeable about the car. I also appreciated that he wasn't pushy about selling me the vehicle. While other brand dealerships hounded me and seemed desperate over the phone, Jorrit calmly told me about the car and promised to "make me happy" when I came in. He also went above and beyond by responding to my inquiries within hours and being very pleasant to deal with at all times. I also found the other staff members at Woodbine Toyota to be pleasant. All in all, the dealership has made a great first impression and I hope this will continue when I service the vehicle and have other interactions with them going forward.
I purchased a brand new 2021 Toyota Camry XSE from Woodbine Toyota and was excited to bring the vehicle in for its first service appointment at 8000km. My appointment was scheduled at 10:30am and I brought the vehicle in a little early. The receptionist at the front desk informed me that for the first service appointment the vehicle would get an inspection and all fluids would be topped off. A tire rotation would also be done if needed. My initial thought was this shouldn't take too long, however, I was wrong. It almost took 3 hours and I left the dealership when it was almost 1:30pm. This didn't initially bother me because I thought maybe they were understaffed or very busy. However, what did bother me was when I saw customers come in after me and leave way before me. When all was said and done I was the last customer to leave the waiting room. I waited nearly 3 hours for a top off and inspection while watching customers come in after me and leave before me. I asked front desk (twice) how much longer it would take, and both times they mentioned finishing up paper work. It was a bad experience and Woodbine Toyota made me feel like I didn't exist.
We had very bad experience with them. My car was making some noise in the front wheel, they charged us to inspect the vehicle and said it's not covered under warranty, the car was driven only 30,000(2021) , took 3 hours to inspect ! They want us to claim our personal insurance. Why ? We went to another Toyota agency in Mississauga, they didn't charge us anything to inspect the vehicle and replaced all parts as they were covered under warranty!

Just picked up a car for my son yesterday. First used car I ever bought so I had a lot of questions and some reservations. The sales person Luay was great. Answered all my questions and was so helpful. I then dealt with Philippe the business manager. He was great. Went though everything with me and made me feel very comfortable. Had an issue with the battery in my spare key. Noticed it when I got home. Called right away. No problem. Told me to come back and will replace the battery for me. Have to say overall I had a really positive experience at this dealership. I would definitely recommend them

Worst costumer service all the time in service department! I have experienced this 4th time today and finally decided to give rating so people can see. Today I went to fix flat tire and I waited nearly 3hours to get it fixed. Lady at front desk told me you didn’t book an appointment. How can some one book an appointment when he/she is going on work and get flat tire. I just walked in to dealership as it’s brand new car and didn’t wanted to go to other mechanic. After Waiting for 2hours, I walked in to the manger’s office to get some help. He walked out and went to service area to inspect my car and he told me it will be ready in 20 minutes. What kind of unprofessional staff they have at there service desk and then they called their service agent. There was a another guy who walked in after me, got his work before me as he had some internal reference. After this review nothing will be change from there side however I just want to give heads up if you go to this dealership stand on there head at desk then Only they will give priority other wise they keep on ignoring you and u will end up waiting there.
Dealership uninviting , service staff look like they hate their job. It was very slow. Mechanics not doing much of anything. Disappointed when I went in asking then to test drive my car and being told I would pay a diagnosis fee first. I have done other major services there in the past. My issue today was regarding my rear shocks. All I wanted was them to take it for a ride. They lost my business. This is why going to a dealer is a waste of money. Stick to a private mechanic. Especially after the warranty is over. I will never go back

I recently purchased the 2017 Toyota Corolla LE. I went to the Woodbine Toyota dealership as I have done for many, many years. I love the staff & the service there. My salesman, Jay Desai gave me his usual excellent service. He took me out for a test drive, showing me all the amazing new features of the 2017 LE model. I was very impressed with his knowledge of all these features. One of my preferences is colour & Jay new exactly which one to show me. Update. Got a call from the service manager Edgar who listened to my story and understood the problem. They promised to refund once I pass by so issue was resolved. Thanks ! Being a loyal customer of this Toyota dealership for long time (over the years) our company has experienced an ugly situation. The engine of 1 year old Toyota Corolla has overheated and managed to refill the coolant (as I was evaporating due to overheating) and bring it to Toyota Woodbine for warranty repair. It was repaired however when we got it back we were charged over 200 cad for flushing the cooling system as we had filled it with the wrong coolant. We find it very wrong as we had to fill it with the coolant which we bought at the gas station almost 200km away from Toronto when Car has overheated due to some warranty problem. And we were charged for that. Would it be fair?

Customer service was absolutely ridiculous, sales manger and all associates were incredibly rude.They were not helping at all or explaining anything.They said the car had a full inspection and everything was fine but when we brought the car home the radio wasn’t working, we went back to fix it and it took them over 2 months to even take a look at it. I would not recommend this place at all.
I went to Toyota dealer in Woodbine, looking for a car, Be Careful!!! They make you to Singh First a Sale Offert.The result are very different in amount of money, I tried to get out of the Offered Right to next day, and they didn’t reimburse me the money that at the beginning was just a sale offert. the salesman asked me a $ 500.00 deposit and then his Manager asked the salesman $1000.00 Sooooooo...!!!! They didn’t want to give back my money. Honestly I think this is a Good Scam, l try to get at least have off my money, but the Manager Says,,, Is policy of the company,What a Guy!!! Give me full list of parts covered under it and also let me know how to cancel extra wear and tear. Also return it for the last two years that I paid already,

Bad place to buy car! Be careful of their tricks for a 1 year extended warranty as advertising! After signing a contract and giving a deposit for a Toyota Corolla 2019, we asked for a warranty paper and the salesman said: “ we gave you a good price so there will be NO EXTENDED WARRANTY “. When we called to complain the next day, Andrey ( the salesman) created a lie that he told us that he was willing to return our deposit, but he never did. He also made up a bad story that we called to apologize him for bad behaviour? What a drama! This is a bad story Andrey! We have to apologize you for what? We are very unhappy with this car dealer! BTW: We had called and emailed so many times to talk w the owner but no reply. That’s the reason why we decided to share our real experience with everyone who is looking to buy car at this place !

Alright, I am a sucker for the welcome signs at airports when I travel, so this was a nice little gesture. Amazing Toyota Dealership Look no where else it was very far for me to come here but all it took was one call and luckily The call was received by the General sales manager,Fortunato and he gave me one price and I knew I had scored a deal there was no bargaining. He then transferred me to ANDREY who was very professional and took care of everything till the day of pickup. I recommend Andrey for all your Toyota purchases. Price wise and service they cannot be bested . Even though I personally know a GM at a toyota dealership . Very happy with my New Corolla
We purchased our brand Toyota Highlander at this place and the service was amazing. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, yet also very friendly. We go there to get the service for our car and they are always on time and they just get the job done right. Wouldn't get our service done anywhere else and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

For Toyota Woodbine, i loved the overall sales experience, service experience is still pending, i am hoping that would be worth 5 start rating too..
Yikes. This is the WORST Toyota dealership I’ve ever experienced. For multiple reasons and on more than one occasion. This is the last time we ever come to this location. This dealership is a terrible representation of Toyota. They actually do a disservice to the Toyota name. The service desk lady was rude and unhelpful. Her character and tone speaking to us was very discouraging. She was very condescending and belittling. It was totally unwarranted, we had done nothing that would contribute to her bad attitude. But she treated us like a burden right from the start. We had a appointment and she was reacting like we were bothering her. She was also very closed to answering some of our questions. While waiting inside the dealership for our vehicle to be serviced, my family and I counted 4 employees in total, working and walking around with no mask… all of them were huddled together around the cashiers desk at one point. It’s nice to know at woodbine Toyota, the rules don’t apply to the staff. The cashier, the man behind the parts desk, the service desk lady who was rude to us and another associate. Thank you for compromising the safety of every client in the dealership today. Thank you for doing your part in making sure we are all at a risk. The final thing was the wait. I can’t believe how long it took to service our car. It wasn’t even major work. We came in on time for our appointment, yet it took almost three hours to look at the vehicle. We only had a lose heat shield and it only needed to be secured back to the vehicle…I understand they have other vehicles to service. But this is poor planning on Toyota. How do you schedule me a time to come in and not even bring the vehicle in for service until 2.5 hours later? Customer service is the worst part about this dealership.
Service was great from service advisor and mechanic both communicated exactly the problem with the vehicle and was fixed beyond my expectation this has been the best service hands down I have experienced from a Toyota dealership since being a customer of Toyota
Very bad customer service! I bought new Toyota corolla 2021 from here, I had doubt regarding my oil change services( received 2 free) I went to talk to Chetan Desai, he didn't respond nicely. I was sitting, talking to him, he walked away.... really? I mean really!!! This is how you behave with customers? Very disrespectful Asked to talked to manager, nobody cares!
Just bought our first family car here. We had an amazing customer service experience from the test drive to the purchase. Baris was excellent and answering all our questions and addressing our concerns.
All staffs were very kind. No discount at this time but I got my vehicle early than I expected. I am satisfied with that.
Wish I could give a negative rating to this dealership. Owner of this Woodbine Toyota is ridiculously rude and needs to learn how to speak to the employees. I would not recommend working there because by the looks of it, they are being mistreated. I would also highly recommend going to another dealership to purchase or service your car because they do not know what they are doing over there. They purposely ignore the phone calls coming in so seeing that no one can get through is not surprising.

I first connected with Feras Neameh at Woodbine Toyota when enquiring about a 2017 RAV4 via cargurus.ca. He responded promptly to my enquiry and provided all the information that I needed before I felt comfortable enough to arrange the long trip to the dealership to test drive the car. When I did arrive at the dealership, Feras was able to help me straight away and was warm, kind, patient and knowledgeable. This is the first car I've bought in almost 20 years, so I'm no pro at this by any means. Not once did I feel pressured into any decisions. Denise was also really lovely in helping me execute the purchase. Both Feras and Denise also went the extra mile in making sure the car was ready to pick up with a very quick turnaround, for which I am grateful. Overall, I really couldn't imagine having a better experience and would happily deal with Feras again. And I love my RAV4 - it was in an amazing condition and in my opinion a very good deal based on my extensive search for used cars over the previous weeks.
