Although it has been more than a few months, I feel strongly about giving credit to where it is due. I have to commend Reina Gimena in helping me find my Nissan Infinity Q50. My old vehicle had been terribly rear ended in a parking lot while i was at work, and the same individual decided to throw a big rock on my windshield. Unbelievable?? I thought so too, I figured this type of situations just happened on tv shows/movies. To make matters worse this all happened during the pandemic. What makes Reina Gimena an exceptional advisor was her professionalism and her ability to connect with me not just as a client but also another fellow human being. Reina made sure first and foremost safety for my health (It is a pandemic after all) but also that mental health was okay after the traumatic experience with my old vehicle. She proceeded to make sure i stayed within my budget, didn't use arduous technical terms when discussing the vehicle, gave me the ability to remotely discuss/ e-sign certain documents so i wouldn't be making multiple trips to the dealership, and was beaming ear to ear (of how excited she was for me) when she herself did the pre delivery inspection when I came to pick up my new vehicle. If anyone is READING this please visit and discuss all your automobile needs with REINA, the experience from start to finish was fast, EASY, and overall a memorable experience.

BE AWARE! The sales rep will promise you free oil changes when you're buying the car. THIS IS NOT TRUE. The maintenance folks will force you to purchase other maintenance when you go for an oil change and threaten you about voiding warranty if you want to do simple maintenance like replacing an air filter yourself. The experience is not good. Last week I was called for upgrade sale and than when I get checked I was told that still we have 17 months to go for my contract and so will have to pay more for new vehicle as they do only for 12 months. I never asked for upgrade it is them who called me, anyways I was forced that if I want in my budget than I have to sign that day itself. Why? Isn't that pushing the sales. Today again I am in for car servicing and was given appointment for 11 and upto 11:40 I can see my car not taken into servicing and on inquiring they say it is like doctor office and you have to wait as if we are free the whole day. I was told about an hour and so booked another appointment for 12:30 not sure whether will make it. Overall sales people are too pushy and service people are too slow.

I've been a customer since 2017 and have leased and purchased 3 SUV's from them. I have to say they've always treated me well with none of the BS sales tactics that I've experienced buying other vehicles for 30 years. Pearse Kennedy, Oliver and all the other staff have always been honest and business like in my dealings with them and have had the best prices of all the Nissan dealers I canvas. They are very efficient at doing online and phone negotiations (prior to pandemic) so that I only had to visit the dealer once for each new lease and that was to pick up the new vehicle! It's very noticeable that the staff are engaged and like working here as I've returned for service work multiple times, judging from the low turnover rate and their body language.( compared to another Ford Lincoln dealer that I use where you can sense that some staff are not happy). This is a quality organization.

Please Beware! Had a terrible experience very recently. I went along with my friend to this dealership, as he was looking forward to buy a new car. We had some price negotiations and was very clear from the beginning that we are looking to get a “NEW CAR”. After we settled on a price, we proceeded with the documentation and signing. Only then, we were advised that the car was not only a “DEMO”, but was “USED” as it was previously registered. After spending 2hours, this was the outcome! I am tired of all the haggling and unethical tricks that dealers play so I decide to let dealers to compete for my deal rather than haggling. I asked for the ultimate best price that dealers can offer and Pearce sent me the best and fair price at the very first beginning. He patiently answered my questions regarding the quote and the quote is super clear without any hidden fees (eg. some includes add-on protection packages in the DOD fees). I also deal with Hailey with the finance part and she is very helpful and ethical. She even offered winter tires change without charge. During pick-up, Victoria also patiently explained the car in detail. Thanks for such pleasant car purchase experience!

Brought our vehicle back to Nissan as we transferred our lease. Entering this location, I was surprised to see so many employees with masks below their noses and under their chins. Was happy to be in and out. Employees don't seem to follow provincial guidelines for COVID-19 restrictions.

Friendly staff. Got a sentra 2020 from the sales executive Mr Sunil and Victoria gave us a tour of the space and the car. As a new comer it was a great experience getting our first car. The staff really helped us get through.

AVOID!!! Took my car for repair due to a leak. They did a diagnostic, charge me 119 + Tax, and told me what I already knew, because Midas had already checked it out for me previously: It had a broken radiator. For this repair + another part that “required” replacement as well, it cost me about $1330 taxes included. A few days later, the leak came back. I took it back to them, and now they told me it was the AC condenser that was broken. They charged me $845 taxes included. Then, it turns out that the AC condenser broke on them while they were fixing it, and they said it’s because the Rad Support is faulty and front frame is bent, probably from a previous accident (because they found out the car had been involved in a rear accident before). They wanted to charge between $800 - $1,200 + Tax to “fix” Rad Support and “Bent” Frame. I decided to not get the job done with them anymore. I took it for a second opinion and they showed me the issue: When Woodbine Nissan placed the AC condenser, the Hood Latch Bracket was not properly installed. They failed to leave a space between a bracket and AC condenser, causing the AC condenser to brake again. It had also started to rub against the new radiator as well. Also, they showed me that the whole frame and rad support were not involved in any frontal accident (as Woodbine Nissan implied) and still had the original parts. Rather, as stated above, the bracket did not have a spacer and was pressing on to the AC condenser and Radiator when installed back again. This is my personal experience with them. It’s sad, I know. One would expect an extremely professional service right from the beginning.

I leased a 2019 Nissan Sentra and wanted to transfer my lease to someone. Nissan Canada charges 750$ for the lease transfer fee which is already more than double compared to Honda 300$. I purchased a pre-owned Rogue from them last year and unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with them. I had requested the sales person for a CPO and it was brought to my knowledge recently that it isn't a CPO when I got in touch with them after so many issues (my bad too as I should have been more attentive while signing, his word against mine). I was told while purchasing that the battery is new however I had to change it in the 3rd month. Also in the 3rd month the steering navigation knobs weren't functioning properly so I requested them to fix it (it was a hassle as I had to argue with them). Then a few more weeks and after a service I was informed the spark plugs had to be changed and then the worst issue - TRANSMISSION. It's been hardly a year and I could feel there was something wrong with the pickup - got it inspected and the transmission needed to be replaced. I got in touch and after a lot of talking the price they offered was a lot and finally the person told me to get it done from outside as it would be cheaper and he can't help me further.

We went to Woodbine Nissan yesterday cause one of our Friend needed a Car , but we found out Bobby Rabbani doesn't work there any more, we were shocked to here that, me my wife, our friend and Family, coworkers, we bought almost 10/12 Cars from Woodbine Nissan just because of Bobby . We are not going there anymore, none of our friends or family or coworkers will go there either . Bobby is one of the best sales person we have ever seen and that's why we were keep going back to Woodbine Nissan .Not anymore , we will follow Bobby where ever he goes , cause he always given us honest advice. No wonder he was the best over there and made record sales , because of his hard work and honesty. Now that Bobby is gone, be careful about others, like their finance Manager Alex, their Manager Oliver, they will reap you off before you even know it , Bobby was always protecting his customers and company was gaining because of him , now when everything comes back to normal, we all will go to Bobby . I shall not recommend Woodbine Nissan to anyone anymore, one person can make huge difference. Management, please don't underestimate that.

I live in Brampton and always drive to Woodbine Nissan (I have to pass four other nissan dealerships to get to there) Mikey, in the service department , is always a pleasure to deal with. He is professional, fast and courteous along with the other staff members. I brought my car, for service, at two Nissan locations in Brampton, for a simple oil change, and would NEVER visit these locations again. I was at one location for 3 hours even though I made an appointment and the other had me wait 20 mins before they told me they could not take me as they were booked for the day. So, A and I went to make a deal on the vehicle and their sales member didn't really know what was going on with the vehicle, couldn't explain the financial breakdown, etc. Peter stepped in and was able to finalize and negotiate a good deal which we accepted. Hailey was spectacular with the paperwork and efficient in her process. Alex did great on follow up and ensuring my satisfaction. Victoria explained the vehicle features thoroughly. I was mostly disappointed though because I was told 1. There would be multiple vehicle options 2. The mileage was lower than what I received 3. The vehicle wasn't properly washed and cleaned before hand off. Dog hairs all over the place and my husband's youngest is severely allergic. 4. The follow up to do surveys and Google reviews was far too pushy. Overall, the deal went through because the previous vehicle was too small and the size was perfect for the kids but pre sale was a bit of a nightmare and I won't write the sales persons name to spare them the dignity.

So I had been car shopping for the past three weeks, having gone to at least 9 different dealerships, and dealing with even more representatives, I had the best experience thus far at this place. First of all, Sina (the person helping me) was consistently courteous, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable during my car buying process. Unlike other dealerships, Sina was honest with me, and gave me the best price on a 2020 Sentra that I had received right off the bat. My wife and I would like to share our personal experience with the Woodbine Nissan Auto body shop, spearheaded by Chris Frietas. Him and his team are really one of a kind. They are amazing at what they do, we couldn't believe the work they did to our 2017 Nissan Qashqai. Our car was involved in a collision with a school bus, although no one was hurt but we were devastated with the damage it caused to our car and the inconvenience of not being able to use it for a while. However, after all the repairs were done, it was just back to where it was when we picked it up from the dealership. It was perfect, just as what Chris promised! SCAM ALERT- free life time oil changes : These guys are scam artist. There sales team will promise you that you will get free life time oil changes . Great !! But when you go for oil change to service department , they will say sales department made fool of you. You need to follow the maintenance program mentioned on Nissan Canada website ( which costs a lot!!) and not the maintenance program provided in the car manual ( which you initially agreed upon). And if you won't do that service department will cancel your free oil change . So now you will go to speak with someone on the sales side they will tell you , "service department is making fool of you. They just want money from you." Both of these department have agreed upon to play blame game with each other so no one has take the responsibility .

Nobody calls me to reschedule or offer any discount for wasting a hour In travel time. Maybe have a back up system or at least call the people who had their service cancelled by the outage. Service manager “Niv” was inexperienced, rude & not professional. I changed my oil & filter on Tuesday January 5th & paid $114. On January 10th I realized something is hanging under my car. Since I live about 25 klm away from the dealership, on 11th morning I called them and asked if is ok I showed that to a nearby mechanic. They said I can. I went to “Bathurst car care”, they checked and said when dealership changed my oil they forgot to put the fasteners back on, so from the result of that, the cover plastic under the car was hanging and partially on the side broken. They charged me $80 and put 9 fasteners back on till I drive to dealership so they put the rest. I spoke to the service manager and explained him what happened. At first he put the missing fasteners on and gave my car key back and said everything is fine & also offered $114 credit instead of that $80 I paid to the other mechanic. Before I leave, I told him btw what happened to the small broken plastic. He said nothing was broken! So I asked him to pull up the car again & told him that’s why I drove 25 klm to here in this Corona time & lose all my working day. He checked and said all is good! I went myself under the car and showed him the broken part. I told him he can call the other mechanic and ask him to tell him what he told me. He said since they are not Nissan he won’t call. Then he changed his attitude and turn everything around. He told me oooo that’s you hit something, is not our fault and the missing fasteners was because you hit something. Now you should change that part. Do you have our protection plan? Let me introduce you to Alex! I was so confused what he is talking about as I didn’t hit anything and based on the report of the first mechanic they forgot to put the fasteners on themselves. Then he said now I get back the $114 credit I gave you as well because you lied to us! I was like! You kidding right?! I called GM Mr. Joe David who was not in office, spoked to him and explained everything, he said he will investigate and will get back to me. I sent a reminder message 48hr later, he said his service manager had a day off and expect a call back by end of the day, I received no call that day. 10 days later I sent another reminder, which I never heard back from him. Very disappointing experience! I never seen anywhere in Canada at customer service like that, they look into your eyes and call you lier just to cover their mess! Service manager was not in a level of a manager. He just backed up his unprofessional staffs. A chain of covering up a simple mess.

I was disappointed this morning to Woodbine Nissan service department .My winter tires was scheduled to install this morning @ 9:15 AM. I came on time to make sure It will be done for about 2 hours or less. After waiting for almost 2 hours in their Lounge Room. The service Manager and one of the staff in Parts department came to me and they said they can't find my winter tires that they stored. I've been their costumer since 2016. I bought my new winter tires and all season with new rims with them before. I was so upset because they can't find my original alloy rims and winter tires, that will be helpful for me and my family this coming winter . There is a third party that they hired to keep my tires and rims. They apologize for what happened. But this shouldn't happened if they make sure that my tires are with them, before I go there today. I scheduled my winter tires to be installed last November 17, 2020, I am there that day to have my oil change and purchase my new battery and install my winter tires. Oil change and new battery that day was done except for my winter tires. Because you need to schedule before 48 hours, because there is a third party company that will bring my Tires to Woodbine Nissan. So the Service Advisor Mr. Michael Abalos came to me said comeback to install your winter tires. So he tell me available date and time and that was today November 20, 2020 Friday @9:15 AM. So I said OK. So they send me an email right away. And give me copy of my service appointment. There is also an email they send to me last November 19, 2020 reminding me that I have service appointment this Friday November 20, 2020 @ 9:15 AM. So this is disappointing. The Service Manager and one of the Staff in Parts Department explain and apologize and they promise that they will do everything to find my tires and original alloy rims and they said they will call me this coming Tuesday. So I will wait. I hope it will not happen again. Time is valuable. It's pandemic. I don't want to wait in the Lounge Room for almost 2 hours for nothing.

I felt surrounded by sharks and their procedures of taking pictures of my cube and requesting for my vehicle ownership got me very suspicious. I was pre invoiced $110.00 for the synthetic oil change. I couldn't give them my money nor business . I didn't feel they were forthcoming. I went with my feelings and asked for my keys and left without the oil change. I think God helped me dodge an expensive experience.

This is is fine just to see from outside but nasty place to enter inside . I happened to meet a guy called Sunil Agarwal with extraordinary attitude problem and he thought as if he was the head of Nissan. He showed lot of disrespect to us when we reached the show room when about the closing time. We felt it was some kind of humiliation. Better stay away. If you still want to go to this place avoid Sunil atleast

I bought a 2017 certified pre-owned Pathfinder from Reina at Woodbine Nissan in March 2021. Reina is very knowledgeable, easy to work and does not employ high pressure selling tactics. I also dealt with Ryan, Victoria and Alex and found them to be equally easy to work with too. Bobby follow up with clients diligently to remind them about the options they selected on the car. He'll get you the best rate in the market. I had to change my pick up date/ time few times and we actually wanted the car early, Bobby made sure the new car is registered and plate is ready a day before the original pick up date. Just a quick note about excellent service I received at Woodbine Nissan while having some warranty work done on my Pathfinder at the end of September. One person that I really wanted to single out is Chris Freitas. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Chris several times over the years and his quality of service provided is unmatched. I hope he will receive some type of recognition for the excellent customer service. Chris and his team have worked on two of my Maxima’s and is also the main reason we upgraded to the Pathfinder when our family was expanding in 2015. The Pathfinder was returned to me better looking than I expected and the extra detailing provided by him and his team was unexpected and much appreciated. On the day I was to pick up my SUV I saw him working alongside his team and adding the final touches to make the car shine (something I totally didn’t expect to see)

Last week I picked up my new car from Woodbine Nissan and I am thoroughly glad that I chose them. I started shopping for the new cart at the end of December and I visited many dealerships to do my research. I met a fairly new sales rep at this dealership named Anthony who was there to offer his advice and was very helpful with no pressure. After a couple of visits to the dealership I met Joe the General Manager and I could immediately tell that he was someone who believed in customer service and I decided that I would purchase my car from them. Am I ever glad that I did because Joe and his team have been amazing throughout the whole process. Besides the fact that other Nissan dealerships couldn't even come close to the price point they gave me here, the staff is incredibly nice and really seem to care about their customers. I mainly interacted with one salesperson Melody (who is an absolute gem), but I also interacted with Oliver, Rupi, and Hailey, and everyone was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me! Woodbine Nissan parts & service dept. has offered the best exemplary customer service both before and after I purchased a brand new car from them way back Oct of 2020. The purchased came with a set of winter tires. From day 1 of my purchased, beyond their control I had an issue with the winter tires and had been dealt with right away…..they even gave us a car loaner for that day while they determine the problem. Just recently, I had a winter tire issue again. I was really lucky that each and every one from this department has a mindset to listen to their customer’s concerns that once again I was heard. I should have known I would not recieve a good customer experience when I tried calling the dealership and the phone just rang with no answer or voicemail or automated system to pick up. I called two days in a row with no answer so I decided to go down to the dealership. When I walked in the receptionist just looked at me with no acknowledgement of the sort. I went to the the service department pretty much everyone's head was in their cellphones so I waited for a bit while they looked up. When I finally spoke to an associated they pretty much offered no help because the work that I needed was already done by a different nissan dealer. The associate said I would need to pay the same amount of money as I did before because the dealerships are all independent. He lied because they would not be able to make much money off me. I understand dealerships are out to make money but the way in which service is provided should be at least kind. This dealership is far from having kind associates. Best to take your business elsewhere if you value having good customer service.
