It gives me immense pleasure to read that most of your reviews are great sales point of view. What crime have I committed that I was neither given a good behaviour treatment nor a good deal. I was there to buy 6 cylinders north but I was tricked by Bob & company to sign for 4 cylinder in the price of 6 cylinder. I was told that since you have signed the paper for 4 cylinder so will get only 4 cylinder North. But the price that I paid was for 6 cylinders. I signed paper in good faith looking only at price. I had a meeting with Frank. He bluntly told me to accept only $750 as difference. I just want to know why you have different standard for different people?

Finally two weeks later i asked for my deposit back and I'm told it's going to take 7-10 days to return my money . I would never refer anyone here . Beware

1 Star because google doesn't allow you to give nothing. I purchased a new Ram 1500 at raceway Chrysler from Sam last fall. I was called in for delivery twice, both times my truck was not ready. The second time, I took the truck and made an appointment for the spray in bed liner (this was supposed to be ready on delivery). When I dropped off the truck, two days after taking delivery, it had under 150km on it. I got the truck back at 320km the next evening. I immediately questioned this, Sam (the sales rep) took me into the service managers office. The service manager, Daniel (I’ve been told he is no longer employed by raceway), was unable to provide a reason for the additional KM and blamed the company that installed the liner. I asked for a log or their noted KM when they dropped off the truck and picked it up from service and was informed that they currently do not keep a log of mileage on vehicles in for service offered by third parties. Daniel and Rob (GM of Raceway) offered me 3 years of free oil changes and filled my gas as compensation. I asked: what 3 years of oil meant, how many changes a year, what type of oil will be used, and what type of filter? I was informed it was two oil changes annually, I pushed for 3 and got it. I was told I could use synthetic oil under this agreement and it would be noted on file. I followed up with Rob via phone, leaving him 3 messages and emailed him twice. I got no response. He blew me off and acted incredibly unprofessional. The only time I got him on the phone, was recently when I had an issue scheduling my first “free” oil change. I was told nothing was on record until Rob spoke to me; suddenly the notes where right there on file. Now I was being told it’s a conventional oil and I have to drop my truck off for the day. A day? For an oil change? After someone went for a joyride in my truck when I installed my liner? No thank you. This is unacceptable. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer or any dealership in the future that employees Mr. Rob Gowe. I believe now that he had zero intentions of honouring the agreement and wanted things to blow over. I have already sent two friends who purchased Rams after me away from Raceway. I have also chosen to pay for service elsewhere. I’d rather pay for good service than receive free service from Raceway. Don't use their service department and definitely avoid buying a new vehicle from Raceway Chrysler.

I bought a car brand new and drove it off the lot with issues with the bluetooth system, a vibrating noise with the wipers, and a broken light inside the car. When I brought it into service, they found "no issue" with the bluetooth or the wipers and wrote that in their system. 2 years later, my bluetooth system is completely not working, and I need to spend $800 on a new module, and it isn't their problem because too much time has passed, even though this was a reoccurring problem from the beginning. They really don't care that you spend 30k on a new car with problems. I also forgot my 407 transponder in the car I traded in, and when I called the next day to pick it up, the salesman, Harold, never got back to me. I called him every day for a week and he dodged my calls. Once they make their sale, they don't care anymore about you as a customer.

Good service. Friendly and easy better than Downsview. Don't go there. Jackie was awesome I have to modify my review. On the day of the sale I was met by a numbers guy who had changed my deal and added 50 plus dollars per payment. He was trying to pressure me to add things I didn't want or need. Finally he gave me the deal I had agreed to. Next my car was ready but I was a bit disappointed that Jackie didn't show me any of the new features or ask if I had any questions. I felt like once the sale was done they move on to the next customer After a few days I left a message for service and no one called me back. I called yesterday and spoke to Wayne. Very nice guy and very helpful. So presale good but after sale not so good.

Wish I could rate 0/5 stars. Absolute horrible dealership. Zero customer service, zero communication. It is a full time job trying to track someone down to speak to and get some assistance. Cannot believe how horrible this place is. And this is even after paying a deposit. You would think they would give you some help and value you you as a paying customer. Their service dept. is horrible when you have extend warranty service to do. The lady Christine who works at customer service should not be as she is not friendly or helpful at all. Ignores customer waiting to find out info. Looked as though she was busy ignoring her customers. Customers at the end of day pay your wages. She needs to some training to treat customers properly.

2 years ago I had my car in and had a $600 diagnosis of a bad radar module. Waited 9 days for a diagnosis... Then no one even tried to have this covered over warranty on a 54 day old purchase. Wanted $4300 more to actually fix it. I had it towed to the dealer I bought it from (Team Chrysler) and it was fixed for free on warranty within 3 days. I said to myself... Hey... I'll give them another chance. I booked an appointment. I was there 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. I waited 2.75 HOURS FOR A OIL CHANGE. I then get to the desk to pay and find out that you are $45 more then Team Chrysler that changes my oil in 20 minutes without appointment... Your service advisors are nice and seem to do a good job, no problems with them. I just wanted to send this so your managment might be able to fix your service department because I won't be back...

Everyone at Raceway has been down-right the most supportive team ever in making sure I got all the updates I needed for my car. They not only gave me all the information I wanted during the wait for the factory to fulfill the order, they put quite a lot of effort into making sure I got exactly what I wanted too! Working with their finance team was super smooth in getting all the paperwork done in time for me to take ownership of my car. They presented me with clear options and sound financial advice on everything I needed to make this purchase a reality. The car itself was super-clean on delivery, top-notch job by the guys at the dealership on cleaning it up from the factory transport over to the dealership. Fantastic service team ! I first brought my vehicle in for its 2nd oil change when they had the express lane and had the pleasure of meeting Rakel. She was super friendly, fun to talk to, and left a lasting impression. One day I went in and she mentioned that my vehicle had 2 recalls but in order to get them done she advised that the vehicle would have to go in through the main shop. She proceeded to introduce me to Melissa, another jewel in the service dept. Melissa got my recalls completed, took the time to explain to me what the recalls were and what they were fixing, everything got done and off I went. Fast forward a few years and I go in for another oil change this time on a Saturday, my 2 girls were not working so I meet another member of the team, Kacey. He is a great listener, friendly and attentive. I hope the manager's know what a great team they have. I always joke and call them the 3 musketeers.

I purchased my 2018 Ram Eco Diesel from Raceway and was treated great. Not pushy at all! Patient and met all my needs at a better than fair price. My timing was excellent on a demo model. Bob Saaed is a great guy and straight shooter that processed paperwork without stress or BS!! Followed up too. While discussing purchase my wife went to service department for advice on her 2015 Jeep Wrangler. An on going clutch problem had been misdiagnosed and left unresolved from a different dealership. Daniel Huntington from Raceway had her Jeep diagnosed while we waited and gave professional recommendations on suggestions for repair through her purchasing dealership. She was able to negotiate a repair with facts from Daniel that should have been provided months earlier through her own dealership service department. We live 2 hours away from Raceway, whenever I’ve needed to come in the staff is aware of this and books me to ensure I’m helped as quickly as possible. Added bonus, Eddie’s Cafe has a great breakfast and Asian lunch’s too.

My personal experience at Raceway was EXCEPTIONAL. I was expecting the worst after reading all of the google reviews out there but was very pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and professionalism of the Raceway Chrysler Team. First of all I came after work only 25 min before dealership closing time. When I arrived I was greeted upon arrival and the associate Barbara was the paged. When she came to the showroom we sat down at her work station and looked at the CarProof and the paperwork on the car. All details were fully disclosed - no pressure, no stories, no strange discrepancies between online ad and reality. We went to the lot for the test drive 10 min. before closing time and the car was in MUCH better condition than described. (This was wonderful because many other Toronto dealers would waste your time by keeping the cars buried behind many other cars so that it's a huge hassle to test drive a car you). After the test drive there was no pressure at all - and we talked about SUVs in the showroom and the Jeep brand itself. Even if I don't buy a car from Raceway now I will in the future. At one point I misplaced my brand new iPhone and could not find it. We even went to the car I test drove to see if it was there. Finally I found my phone inside the showroom- nobody touched it - that is a great sign that all of the Raceway Chrysler team members are Honest!!! Raceway Chrysler might not be the biggest or the fanciest dealership in the city but they are MUCH better than many other ones. That was my personal experience and I am VERY picky. Do not take my word for it, come and check yourself. Check out hundreds of my other reviews and DEFINITELY come and check out Raceway Chrysler and their inventory. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I did not like was the hidden charges. I called to see how much I needed to bring with me to pay the bill and was told $134.95 plus tax. This was fine with tax my bill should have been 152.49. When I got there and the girl cashed me out my total was $167.73. When I asked why the difference from the amount I was told on the phone I was told there was a charge of $13.49 for shop supplies. When asked what shop supplies and why wasn’t I told about that before my vehicle was left or even before I came in to pay. The answer I received was “ I never know what the cost will be it is a percentage”. What kind of an answer is that??? I will be posting my experience with Raceway on the BBB and all social media I can find that will post this. It is not fair to have hidden fees.

I got some noise after getting recall done from there . I called them just to check whether it was something with recall or else. They just started saying 150$ for checking it, 150$ ,150$. That is rip off. If the issue started after recall.its a customer right to ask you guy n your job to serve your customer right . Atleast figure out problem n then tell costumer that this is the problem. Atleast adapt the right way to deal. Won't recommend to go to service vehicle here .

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wanted to purchase 2 Ram 1500s for our business and came to the dealership in April, their sales guy Bob and manager Sal got a deal for me and said truck will arrive in 3 weeks. After 1st month i started calling them every 2 weeks to find out what the status of the delivery. Long story short in 3 months trucks still weren't delivered and more than that Sal wanted $7000 extra to release our trucks. He explained that they currently don't have those incentive which were applied to initial bill of sale. This dealership has worst business ethics, starting from poor communication (they never called me to apologize for delay and inform me about delivery status, i had to chase them for this information), ending ponzi scheme contrqct signing. Be aware dealing with this dealership!

Brought my van in for service as it was making a rattling noise at the back tires. The mechanic diagnosed the issue quickly (brakes were a mess). The staff helped me in terms of logistics (getting to work etc) and were clear in what I should expect re costs. Everything was done quickly and costs were definitely reasonable. I was impressed. I will be back and have no problem recommending their service.

Where do I even begin. From the moment I entered the shop I was greeted by literally every person from the floor manager to the sales guys to the receptionists. Amazing welcome from the start. Reg was phenomenal with setting me up with the man of the hour Rahim. My situation was far from simple but he reassured me that all hands were on deck. I just very recently had the front end of my Cherokee Trailhawk repaired by the body shop. I almost ended up giving only 4 stars for a couple of missed details on an otherwise outstanding job Don's crew did. When I called about them forgetting to replace the trail rated badges on the front fenders, Don (the shop manager) told me to come down and he will address the problem. When I arrived at the body shop, Don took ownership of not checking the badges and immediate had them reinstalled while I waited. For this Don and his staff earned that 5th star. Thank you again, Don and your crew for the beautiful repair job you did on my jeep's front end!

Excellent service department, I wish they had refreshments available while you wait, they have a fully stocked mini restaurant but I've never seen anyone there to sell anything. On the sales side.. It's a dealership. Most of these reviews are fake. There's a lot of pressure to get you to buy. I love my RAM but I still feel a little annoyed at what I was talked into paying. They're nice guys but they don't care about you, they want to put you in the most expensive vehicle they can get you financing on. Just do your research before you walk onto the sales floor.

Typically car dealerships for service have been the last option for me for over 50 years now unless it was for warranty work. Raceway is a different kind of dealer. Everyone I have interacted with in service and parts have been very helpful, respectful, patient and quite friendly often offering suitable options and alternatives that have actually saved me both money and time. Dodge on the other hand, true to form, forces dealer's hands when it come's to parts pricing. The sticker on the fuel door needed replacing and wanting to keep my car original with genuine parts I was required to pay a ludicrous fleecing of more than $76 including the tax for a stamped aluminum peel and stick medallion like sticker about the size of a toonie and roughly about a thick as the metal on a pop can.

It’s unfortunate that this dealer is not a customer oriented dealer. I called the service department on October 25. I got Casey on the phone. I explained that I have an issue with my car door. Casey assured me that he and his manager would take a look at it. When I arrived at the dealer Casey looked at my vehicle And explained that I would have to leave it in order to have it evaluated . I suggested since his body shop was still open to have a Teck look at it now so we can set a repair date. Casey said they we’re busy and I’d have to leave . The receptionist, Dimple, was very helpful and informative about what Raceway could offer and essentially anything else that she thought we should know. Additionally, she answered all of our questions and urged us to come in to see if we liked any of their cars. My boyfriend and I, did in fact go in later that day to look at some of their cars as we will soon be purchasing a new car. We had the chance to meet Dimple and she was just as pleasant. Having someone like Dimple as the receptionist brings such light to the environment making all the customers who walk in feel welcomed. Aside from the receptionist, the showroom itself was very clean and someone was always there to help us or answer our questions. The dealership showroom is a tad small but its cozy. Most dealerships wont look at you if you're not there to buy brand new or not looking to buy at all. I made a deal with them and had to cancel it the next day because their sales person gave wrong update on the vehicle. It was a Saturday when the deal was made and I paid them $1500 deposit. I cancelled the deal on Monday as they were closed on Sunday. These people were pathetic as I had to call them for 5 consecutive days and multiple times a day for my money back. Receptionist kept telling me manager is not available and all. On the 5th day I got hold of the manger and he asked to come at specific time. When I got there he made me wait for an hour and he was just waking around here and there!!! I finally got the money but oh boy!!! I would never recommend anyone going to these people Ever! Bought a truck from here and once I got it home found a damaged section of the cab with rust on it, trying to contact the salesman was very hard after the sale. Issue was fixed but obviously when the PDI was done they decided not to see the damage. When the the vehicle went back down the repair I asked for them to complete a recall that had been issued to the vehicle, a small cap put on the rear bumper that was missing and give the vehicle an oil change since the light was on since I had bought it and also should have been done prior to me picking the vehicle. Not one of the issues were done and all I got was an email how to clear the oil change light myself because supposedly the oil change was done but not reset. After the salesman got the sale ( Armando ) he was a totally different person. I was a very easier sale for him and was still treated poorly. I won't go back to this business. Go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and make sure everything is completed before you pick up your vehicle, get documentation. So glad you spent the time to respond to my review. Unfortunately you are wrong, the work that was completed was only part of the actual problems I had. There were emails sent and text messages sent of other issues I had and the only one that was fixed was the large rusted section that needed to be repaired. The best part here is that a few simple issues have caused a poor review. Taking responsibility for something and keeping customers happy is important. Maybe review the emails sent to the sales person.

WARNING* The service department will try to RIP you off! ! ! ! I always mark my tires. When in for a piece of mind service oil and tire rotation. Waiting almost 2.5 hours. Final car is finished. I noticed the marks are still in the same location. I asked the service advisor if the rotation had been completed she assured me with a yes and said I saw the tech rotate them. I asked her are you sure because I always mark my tires and the Mark's are in the same spots. We walked over to the tech who performed the work. He said he didn't not do it because he felt one of the tired in the rear had too much wear. This confrontation happen after I had paid in full for the complete service. This dealership should really evaluate the way it does business especially to customers who have bought a few cars from them.

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I picked up my new vehicle on August 12th and noticed damage on the driver door as well as rocker panels. I brought the truck back the next day with proof of damage and was told by a manager that it would be fixed. As of September 17th, 2020 I still have not heard from the body shop that was supposed to call me. I have emailed the dealership weekly since and have been told things would get fixed but still no call from the body shop or any kind of date given when that will happen...

Very Disappointed!!! I have been there for a couple of times to get my vehicle serviced and it was a good experience with the service department. However, when I was in the process to buy a new vehicle the experience was very bitter. Firstly, the deal went through and I paid the token amount based on the confirmation by the Sales Rep AKA Amit Patel. Then, when I followed up with them to process and complete the documentation then he would not respond. I had followed up with a lot a times and no luck. Eventually, I had to reach out to his manager to know the history and to get my token amount refunded. I got to know the deal has been cancelled because they thought the agreement that was done between me and Amit was not appreciated by the management which led to cancelling the deal. This kept me waiting for so many weeks and without any response from them. It was a very bad experience working with Amit Patel, maybe other team members from this team would care about their customers. Thanks

I could full a book with the amount of bad experiences I have had at this dealership. I have held off giving a review because my mom always says if you have nothing good to say, stay quiet. But I can't take this anymore. Let's start with my most recent experience: I just received my vehicle, which states on my insurance estimate that they will steam clean my engine, yet my engine is dirty, there is still chewed up insulation all over and newspaper scrap from what the animals took in. Also they did not put on back my engine cover. Which means I now have to waste another couple of hours taking my vehicle back there for work that was supposed to be done. Secondly my vehicle is brand new, I told them that the vehicle rolls back when you change gear. They gave it back to me today saying all issues were fixed, yet even though I was not on a hill or incline, my vehicle still rolled back when I parked it. In the past I have left my vehicle at this dealer and received it absolutely filthy because the left the windows open. They often forget to reset my oil change indicator. While staff at this location are sometimes friendly, I would not even give this dealer a 1 star if possible. I have pride in my vehicle, and it often feels like the treat it like garbage, my vehicle is never handled with the same care that I do. Just leaving the dealer today, I was shocked to see the way an employee who was moving a vehicle handled it. And this is the only dealer that returns a vehicle looking dirty. All my other vehicle the dealer always gives it a wash when the have it for a couple of days before they return it. The only positive I can say is that management is quick to offer compensation when the staff screws up, but honestly the stress of being disappointed over and over with bad service and a bad job is not worth it. I would not recommend buying a Chrysler ever.

Extremely disappointed . Purchased a 2018 jeep overland last fall. Was shown a clean accident report by salesperson and have recently discovered the car has been in at least 2 accidents. Also the front hood has paint blistering off because someone painted this badly. Vehicle is not even 3 years old. When I initially bought the vehicle there was some warranty work required for inside molding in the back. I waited 4 and a half hours for the repair and absolutely nothing was repaired. The service manager shrugged it off. "we did the best we could" a.k.a we billed jeep a huge bill for warranty work sorry your not happy. Last but not least good luck calling jeep Canada. 3 hours of getting routed to Michigan and attempted transfers back to Canada. I have my doubts wether or not FCA even has an office in Canada. 5 year paint warranty ? ya OK.

The worst experience in trying to lease a vehicle!!! My husband saw an ad for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited so he requested for more information. The sales rep that called was great to deal with, the rest of the experience was terrible. After waiting for a day and half for a financial manager to call we gave up and requested our deposit back. After to failed conversations with the sales manager my husband called back to have the deposit put back on his credit card.we were done with the waiting game and wanted to end this before it continued into a third day of waiting I had made the sales rep aware that i felt the deposit was quick to be taken and then ignored. Obviously this dealership didn’t want to honour this promotion that was advertised.

I have recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Armando at Raceway Chrysler. I was told I will receive it in 4 - 6 weeks due to the colour I requested. I paid the deposit and noted that Saturday February 1st will be 6 weeks. Recently another sales man named Bob from the dealership has been calling and advising me that I need to change the colour if I want the vehicle. I was caught off guard as the colour was the selling point as to why I purchased the vehicle. I have tried calling head office however they were no help as they only advise to call the dealerships manager Reg (who was stuck in a meeting and could not take the call). Before I purchased the car at Raceway I was advised by another Sales man at Downsview Chrysler that this is something that typically happens at Raceway. They take your money and don't give you the vehicle you request and pay for. As I know sale associates work different tactics to get the sale, so I assumed it was just a tactic. My family had purchased multiple vehicles from Raceway so I did not think this would happen to me. Now as I don't have a car to drive I am left scrambling for means of transportation and left spending more money. Purchasing a new vehicle was supposed to be an exciting time however, this experience has left me disappointed and frustrated.

Worst place ever! Not only did I buy my brand new grand Cherokee here but I also did all of my oil changes since I bought it. One day my AC system was making a strange noise and not producing COLD air so I brought it in and they took a look at it. It took a few hours for them to look at it and after all of that they did nothing to fix it. However fast forward 3 months i am hearing the noise again and no AC is glowing at all so I bring it to Chrysler on Dundas and they fix the problem, clearly easy to detect. What I realize in the meantime is that I forgot my second pair of keys at raceway Chrystler. This has all of my important keys on it. I call them and this was during the pandemic so they advised me that they have them but to come back when I need an oil change that’s as quickly approaching. I go to raceway for my oil change and wow they were rude. Telling me they never had my keys and that if they did they probably shot them Out because it has been so long. I bought a 60k car there and when I asked for them to replace the keys they refused and the most they wanted to offer as to pay 25%. I was up hauled. I felt very disrespected and I will never return there again. Terrible place!

This is the worst dealership you could go to. If i can give it lower than 1 star i would. I went in to get my ignition fixed and to replace the key, not only did they make me wait almost a week to get my car back but they DID NOT EVEN FIX IT. On top of that they STILL charged me. I could have left the car at home in my garage and it would be the same. I understand if they charged me for a diagnostic but to charge me the FULL AMOUNT??? FOR WHAT? Unless you enjoy getting robbed and having your time wasted I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Update (Jul 8, 2019): I saw their response (a year late!) and sent an email to the mentioned email address and also the service manager. No response whatsoever. My review stands. ================== There should be a 0-star option for this dealership. Crooked sales people and terrible service centre. They treat you like they are doing you a favour by servicing your vehicle. When I took my vehicle in, their service area foreman declined to even take a look at the problem (after listening to the noise) and dismissed it saying it's "normal". I emailed the service centre manager. He sent an apologetic email but neither returned my call nor did he reply to my email about scheduling a service visit to diagnose this problem. My Jeep buying experience was equally bad. We agreed on a price. I paid $1,000 deposit to book the vehicle. But when I went to do the final paperwork they tried to jack up the price by $2,500. Had to walk away. Stay miles away from this dealership. Miles away!

Very positive atmosphere and the work I needed done on my vehicle was completed efficiently with attention to detail. The tires they removed were packed in clean tire bags and placed neatly in my vehicle. The staff at the dealership were very professional and conscientious and you can tell they make focusing on customer service a priority. They even have a mini cafeteria with an excellent chef you can order fresh food from while you wait for your vehicle to be ready. Highly recommend Raceway Chrysler!

After having several bad experiences at Chrysler service centres, I recently had my vehicle in the raceway body shop in for a hood repainting...right from the beginning Don, the service adviser, provided excellent service. The vehicle was suppose to be in for 3 days, however the work was completed in 1.5 days. I was surprised to see my vehicle was also cleaned a bit in the inside and beautifully washed on the outside.

Similar to to review below about service department my experience was very bad. Was told to bring the car @ 1PM for the simple computer flashing. As per TSB by Chrysler, this job is supposed to take 0.8 hours and normally they would charge the Chrysler that much for the job if the car would be in warranty. Was told it will take one hour, maybe bit longer because they has few sick calls, which is totally understandable. Car was done at 5PM (yes 4 hours later) and I was late for afternoon shift. They let me wait that long promising car will be done soon every time I asked what is going on. What probably was happening that they were short stuffed and lots of work and because my car was just simple update it was put aside. When confronted the service rep I was told that some updates take 3-4 hours which is very hard to believe. At least they could have told me right away to leave the car for 4 hours and pick it up when finished. Also was told basically to be happy that they will not charge me additional 3 hours ??? (which I would never pay)... Plus at the end they add $14.95 so called SHOP SUPPLIES CHARGE to your bill which they originally never mentioned to you, like you are supposed to know or something... 1* for sure for the poor customer service

Very disappointed in raceway staff. Bought a year old vehicle with 2000km on it. Bargained with sales guy trying to get 1000 bucks off as I was trading mine in and they obviously offered nothing for it lol. The sales guy said let me ask my manager. He went around the corner took 5 minutes came back and said here's 27$ off. So I said well that's a slap in the face, guess we are leaving then. He said ok hold on I'll ask again. He went completely different way(probably the right way this time and actually asked) asked the gm got 500$ off. Purchased vehicle with just the standard warranty and the sales person tried to push hard on the warranty I said no need for it. It has the standard new car warranty. Plus have a mechanic in the family who can help with anything. Realizing now the sales guy who will remain nameless, must have known something about this vehicle as the warranty was being pushed more than normal.. After driving it a few times we noticed breaks were pulsing, figured was just a van maybe was normal as it's a heavier vehicle than what we are use too. 3 months go buy and mechanic test drove it and said my rotors are shot and I should ask for new ones for free. Spent 25,000$, least they can do is cover the rotors that were already broken when it was given to me. So We asked for these to be covered and best they could do was at wholesale cost + labour. Checked with part source and parts was significantly more affordable for the same exact rotor. So don't understand how there pricing was more expensive if it was actually at wholesale.

True to their word. We purchased a used Audi convertible from Moe. He was very nice and professional. The general manager promised to put 4 new tires on the car even though they would have just passed the safety. They would have needed to be replaced by winter. The tires were not recorded on the bill of sale but they kept their word and replaced them. The only reason I didn't give the dealership a 5 star rating was the finance guy didn't show up for delivery so a new person stepped in to finish the paperwork. This delayed us getting to another appointment. We had the car at the Audi dealership this week for a recall and they said the car is in excellent condition. I recommend this dealership as an honest and friendly place for your next car purchase.

My neighbour took his Chrysler there to get a new alternator. He asked me to drive him, this is how I got involved. The labour they charged seemed way too high. I checked out labour prices while we were waiting and it confirmed my suspicions. It was way too many hours of labour. The woman behind the service desk then threatened the car owner, saying that if we didn't shut up and accept it she would tell the mechanic to knock off for the day, and he wouldn't have his car to drive to work the next morning. She blackmailed us, basically. So he paid the bill. This dealership is owned by people who also own several other Chrysler dealerships in other towns, so we phoned the service departments of the other dealerships owned by the same people. They all quoted labour charges that were dead on to what they were supposed to be. So he started phoning and phoning Raceway to complain. He wasn't getting anywhere at first, but when they found out that we had quotes from the same organization, eventually they reluctantly agreed to refund the excess charges. They were just gambling that most customers wouldn't take it that far, but my friend wouldn't give up, on principle. I would advise you to verify everything they say. They think they can overcharge, because most people will just give in and pay.

I recently purchased a new vehicle (Dealer Demo) from here. In the last 10 years, this is the third vehicle my wife and I have purchased. The previous 2 being from another dealer (other brand) for my wife. Our experience at Raceway was by far the most agreeable and pleasant that we have experienced. Both my wife and I came out of the dealership at the end of our visit and looked at each other and said that was the least frustrating and most appealing experience at a car dealership we have been through. The staff were friendly and greeted us as we entered. At no time did we feel pressured, overwhelmed or frustrated by the experience. The entire team at Raceway made us feel confident in our decisions and did not have us questioning any of our decisions. Even after the paperwork was signed, in the following days between signing and delivery of the vehicle, the team at Raceway continued to respond to questions and address any concerns or queries I had. The vehicle was a little delayed, but that was a result of the spray on bed liner being applied, at the team at Raceway kept me well informed and updated on the progress (and even compensated me for the delay). All-in-all, an excellent and friendly team, and a vehicle that I am extremely happy with and look forward to many years of use. Thank you to both Bob and Mauro for making this a very comfortable purchasing experience.

I'm fully confident and trusted their Master technician ( Garret ) to work on my 2008 Dodge Viper. He did a perfect job on diagnosing my issues. For this level of quality service, I expected to pay a lot more. You will not be disappointed with this dealership.

Adrian the Sales Rep did a great job putting the deal together. Five Stars for his effort and professionalism. The Back Office did not do as well a job to support Adrian's effort. The interest rate on contract was incorrect, I believe that I was charged twice for the License Fee and I had to followup three times to obtain a copy of the Bill Of Sale. Three Stars to the Back Office for their effort. I am still waiting to hear back from the Sales Manager relating to the possible double charging of the License Fee. The vehicle was delivered on Dec 29/20. This is our fourth Grand Caravan. It's quality has gone downhill---too many squeaks and rattles. Maybe this is why it has been discontinued in its present format.

Didnt have a good experience here. Not recommended. I factory ordered a Jeep Wrangler in December, they said it will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. After 2 months waiting and no updates, I contacted them and they said the border is closed so they cannot deliver the vehicles. I clearly knew that the border is not closed for delivery trucks. Next time I called they said my Jeep is going to be produced in Canada but there are some parts shortage! I called in a week and this time they said my Jeep is supposed to be built in Michigan but the production line has been closed down because of covid. On the same day the other salesperson told me they don't know where the jeep is being built! After sometime they stopped answering my phone calls and the receptionist was asking me to leave a message for them to call me back and they were never calling me back, I had to call several times to be able to access one person. Every time they told me their estimate is about 2 weeks, I asked them to find me similar vehicles in their inventories, they only sent me two window stickers that were not very similar to what I ordered. Also they were not in my desired colour so I did not accept Finally in late March they provided me an ETA of April 9th and a VIN number, which showed the vehicle status is still not in production line. Also the colour was wrong! After about 2 weeks of following up and almost no help from Chrysler customer care, when I noticed there was no movement in vehicle status, and I was getting closer to April 9th, I gave up and ask them to cancel the deal. I totally understand that vehicle production is not their responsibility, but they are definitely responsible to provide updates and accurate information instead of putting customer on hold and not answering their phone calls or providing random wrong promising information when they answer. I wish I could rate them zero star for their communication. Unfortunately the minimum is one.

Took my car in for an alignment because my steering wheel was slightly crooked when driving straight. Paid $130 for an alignment, wheel came back still crooked. Took it back a second time for a check up to resolve the issue, they gave the car back with the same issue. They are either completely incompetent, or they are lazy. But they can’t even do a simple job right. Get your car serviced elsewhere.

Faizan had the paperwork ready in minutes and explained my purchase agreement in plain English not in circles like some other dealers. Would definitely recommend Raceway Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

Let’s be honest, all sales people want to be able to sell but there some of them that will go the extra mile to make your feel great about a purchase, explain all the options and give you all the possible options and suggestion for you to make a smart purchase. Ali was the most amazing sell person, he give a good discount, did not push me to buy something that I didn’t want it, or try to take a advantage of me and he even drove me around to find the right color, the exact trim and package that I wanted in the vehicle. He definitely went the extra mile. The remaining of the team was great too, offer me options and did not get mad or offended when I declined them. I honestly suggest go and buying from Ali and raceway, they are good bunch of people and they take of you for anything, even if they do not have it, they will make every effort to get for you at excellent rate.

My advice for everyone that is reading this review is to avoid this dealership at all costs. Had to file a lawsuit against these people for my $2000 deposit and for registering a car in my name without any documents signed. From their GM to their sales representative, they are unprofessional and a joke. The fact that they're still in business is a surprise to me. Then again OMVIC was useless when it came to complaints. I am still waiting for my refund for the 2 year ownership they put in my name and to this day I haven't heard back from them. Clowns.
