Don't get your service here, or buy your car here because you'll be forced to use their service department for some things. The car we bought had 3 defects that were clearly visible to the eye (dents and loose seats) but we were forced to take delivery anyways and come back to have it fixed. Domenic C. is the service manager but he is terrible at communication and lacks focus and quality. When we dropped off our car we never heard back from him about how it's going, until we followed-up a week after. When we were told our car was ready for pick-up, we found that not all the issues were addressed and had to come back. This happened twice, and each time, we were asked to personally drop it off to have the issues re-examined. We got our car in October and it's now January - we were driving a loaner car for 2.5 out of 3 months. Right now, even after 2 false pick-ups, we are still being asked to wait and there is no visible improvement to service. The issue was escalated to Jack Donato, the General Manager, but to no effect as they are on the same team. I regret buying from this dealership, and cannot wait to be done with it - but for now still stuck having to wait and see.

Awful experience! Had to spend countless dollars on repairs that should have been covered by the warantee. There was once a very large decal on the back window that the dealer agreed to remove when negotiating at time of purchasing, 2 days after bringing the vehicle home it literally exploded to the same shape? very unprofessional when discussing the issue! buyers beware.

Why buy a car anywhere else? My Subaru is getting older (2012) but it has very few KMs on it (36,000). It gets the care it needs to keep running smoothly and reliably even when it’s not driven often. Great service team and technicians. A full 5 for there peeps!

I just picked up my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport today. I had an awesome experience with the staffs. Iouri is amazing and very knowledgeable of the product, warranties, features, etc. Brendan was clear and very professional with explaining the lease term agreements. They listened to all of my questions and answered them. As a first time buyer, they never pushed sales but rather showed me the vehicles and to try it out to see if I liked it. I really enjoyed their customer service. Even the receptionist was very warm and friendly. I felt so welcome here. I would definitely recommend friends, families, and acquaintances to Marino's Auto. I bought a vehicle from then and the engine had to be replaced after 2.5 years of ownership. Suffice to say they no longer sell the Hyundai brand which is known to have engine trouble. I also had a run in with their service department where I was charged 80$ for them to put a fuse into the car, after bringing in my car for a manufacturer recall. The mechanic told me it was a light bulb issue. After voicing my displeasure via social media the service manager promptly called me back and offered to refund the cost if I took down the truthful but negative review. I took down the review and the refunded my money but still charged me the tax!

Closed down the hyundai dealership and I was never notified. Went in for servicing a few weeks before they shut down and staff did not mention anything. I found out online while trying to make an appointment in relation to the same service which I had previously done. As a customer, I expected at least some form of communication about the hyundai dealership being closed down.

I love my new 2017 CR-V. I have purchased many cars from Marinos sin 1989. I received the same price I would have at Castle Honda, where they include a free oil change when you do a major service on the vehicle. I asked for this same inclusion, and was strongly led to understand I may receive it. On the day of picking up my CR-V the "sales manager" said he would look into it, but insisted that Marios was only going to make $201 on the sale of 34,900. (net price). When I told him that was hard to believe he became quite indignant and accused me of calling him a liar. I should have walked out then but due to previous good relationship with the dealer and the dealership overall I did not. I was informed later that they did not make enough profit on my deal to do what Castle would have done for this same price. When servicing is due on my CR-V I plan to have it done elsewhere where they value the profits they receive from doing that work.

I was a bit skeptical in buying another car from another dealership because I thought all dealership sales people are pushy and dishonest. For the record, I would never buy a car from the Acura Dealership across from Sherway Gardens. They sold me a car and failed to inform me that the car I purchased was in accident. I only found out from the mechanic months after I took my car in for service. Any how, I just wanted to say that Ilham at Westend Hyundai was a pleasure to do business with. The staff were friendly too. I'm very pleased with my car I bought for them. Thank you Ilham!!!

I went to this dealership a few months ago, without the intention of buying or leasing a new Vehicle. I chose to inquire about a used car do to credit and inclme and had an idea of what to expect in terms of price. The gentleman I worked with names Wasim, explained a lot to me and answered all my questions and by the end of it I walked away with a new car! It wasn't about making a sale for him, I just explained what I needed and based on numbers things worked out. They worked hard to get me a car with my credit score and kept it honest with me about how the process worked. The service staff are really great and my car is always finished ahead of time. I do wish they would sometimes wash it as a courtesy like some places do. I was less impressed with the floor staff, I had an appointment to buyout my lease and I showed up on time but was made to wait 45 minutes while the lady closed some other deal that I guess was more important. I shared my feedback about this situation via their email survey, but no one reached out to speak to me. Somewhat disappointing.

My son bought a used 2014 Honda civic 2 months ago and has had nothing but problems with it... the car was sold certified with transmission problems ,electrical issues and while driving home from work his muffler fell of. And every time the car goes back in for service they want to blame him for the problems...and it seems like there trying to wait out the safety period so that can wash there hands of the car completely. I would not buy a vehicle from this place ....

My car needed a repair. I had to make a few visits to get the problem diagnosed properly. I feel that I was provided with honest information and that the suggested repairs were not beyond what they should be. I was not sold things I did not need. I went to Marino's Fine Cars in Etobicoke on the recommendation of a few friends who had purchased or leased their cars there. I found it to be very satisfying experience considering I had not been in an automobile dealership since 1983, (generous father). Jorge took good care on me and I purchased a car that day within a couple of hours. I bought a basic Forester and was not pressured to buy up to a pricier model. I have had the car for almost 2 months and am very happy with the performance. I am especially happy with my adit and exit of the car being a lanky 6' 4" senior. I certainly recommend them and the Subaru.

Also how so far the experience of their current car being serviced has been good. Theres np pressure to buy but they do make it a friendly experience. Visited to look at 2015 Civic LE. Was concerned with US reports about some CVT manufacturing problems for this model transmission originating in South America. The sales rep we talked to flatly denied the US government reports. I was accompanied by a career automotive engineer who had researched this problem at length. We were not very satisfied, to put it mildly. Otherwise, the dealership looks well run, to the casual observer. Would use this business for a quote.

I was very pleased with my car buying experience at Marino's and if you were to ask what they could have done to make my experience more memorable, I would have to say "nothing" The salesperson, Iouri Doubov, I dealt with was excellent and he actually listened to what I was saying. I dealt with him through emails and telephone calls as I live 700 K away from the dealership and those dealings included a trade. He was the only person I dealt with and I really liked that ... no other personel trying to sell me things I did not want! Can't say enough good things about him and the dealership (Subaru). I purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i Touring 6sp and it has been an excellent choice for me. I already have about 6000K on the vehicle and this is our, my wife and I, "travel" vehicle. We don't use it in the city unless we are in a city that we have travelled to. On the highway my mileage has ranged from 37.5 mpg to a high, on my last trip, of 40.6 mpg !!! The mileage I am getting at an average speed 60 mph is way beyond my expectations!!!! And I am not a driver who "babys" the car when driving. The cargo space is excellent and my only regret is that I did not move to a Subaru sooner, but I am very happy I have one now! Paul E Hurtubise.

If I could give zero stars I would They are horrible I bough 3 cars from them in a 1 month time left over $120 000 there and I was treated like garbage and lied to like there’s not tomorrow. They gave me a damaged car then tried to blame me on the damages little did they know I very detailed and had pictures of the day I picked It up before it even left there lot. They sold me payment insurance lied about it and said it was for any disability never gave me the paper work when I went to file a claim that’s when the insurance told me it was only accidental insurance. My car went in to fix what was originally damaged and they damaged it more. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

$90 for oil change. No other inspection. No topping up the fluids. No car wash. Long wait - 45min!!! $120 if you want all that!!! What a rip-off!!! I do oil changes on my Silverado for $85 and get all that plus a breakfast if I go for the morning!!! It’s easier to go anywhere else. Way to go Marino!!! I wander how many repeat customers they get?! Not only that, if you call them, Hyundai desk answers the call!!!

I recently purchased my first new car in 9 years. I am not very knowledgeable in this area and visited many dealerships hoping for advice and friendly service from the staff. I definitely received all of this and more at Marino's. I had my heart set on a Hyundai because I've driven one for a long time and it was very good to me. When I walked in, Ilham greeted me and immediately answered any questions I had and gave me several options. He showed me the new KONA and I was sold! So from the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my new vehicle, Ilham and Cleimore, the sales manager, were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough with phone calls and/or emails informing me of the status of my purchase and the arrival date of the vehicle. When I picked it up yesterday, Ilham showed me how everything in the vehicle worked and took me on a short tour of the service department. Basically, the purchase of a new vehicle, something I was a little nervous about, was actually a very enjoyable experience thanks to the service I received here. Thank you so much!!

Honestly my experiance over all with this dealership has been nothing but a disappointment. I had to stay on top of the sales person to see if he checked for the vechile I wanted to see if it can be sent in for when I wanted it.. to closing the deal. I only bought the car there not because of their service but because it was close to home and unfortunately subaru dealerships aren't at every corner like other dealerships are. I went for my first service last week. Appointment was at 1 they serviced my car around 230... and then the service took less an 40 min and it was 140 bucks. RIP off. When I went there they asked me if I had concerns with the car I said the only thing is check my rear light I noticed it had a lot of condensation and I sent a picture. They said no problem. At the end of the service when I was paying they said to call them when it happens again and send a picture. I got a little irked because I already showed them the picture but the guy never opened the attachment so then they went and ordered a new light. When I went in today to get it replaced and checked into service they kept asking me what I'm there for and what was wrong with the light. .... I got very irked like dont they have notes in the file. He thought I was there to change the bulb. And the best part I asked if they can wash my car last week and they said they weren't equipped to do that that's something they can do at the new dealership when they move. I have been to enough dealerships and it's common practice to wash the car when the car is brought in for service. Just rudeness all the way around. No thank you nothing. I will forsure not book my next service with this dealership. It's such a shame the car is an amazing car but the representation of the company at that location is awful. Hopefully they read the reviews and learn from what customers are complaining about.

I had a fabulous experience in purchasing my used Honda CRV. First, I was impressed with the inventory that Lakeshore Honda had. I met Eddie when I entered the used car department. He was attentive and listened to what I was interested in purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and I found his mannerism to be inviting but not pushy. I returned at a later time to test drive a specific CRV. Eddie took the time to have the car brought into the garage and have the car washed. Although I had just made an appointment to test drive the car he insisted that we inspect the car, inside and out, and review its features. This was unexpected and very helpful. After my test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle. I found the negotiation process with Eddie to be very fair. I believe that I got a good deal on my purchase. When I returned at a later date to pick up my car Eddie was once again very attentive and friendly and did a very thorough job of reviewing all of the car’s features with me. Eddie phoned me a few weeks after my purchase and inquired about my experiences with the car. What an outstanding salesperson! I highly recommend Eddie and I will return to Lakeshore Honda in the future.

I called Lakeshore Honda, and from the first phone call, I was pleased with the results. Dave Searle not only gave me a competitive quote for the car, but followed up with a very informative slide presentation explaining the features of this new type of vehicle, and was quick to respond to my requests. The other staff whom I met at the dealership when I purchased the car, and then picked it up, were also professional, courteous and honest, and I am happy to recommend Lakeshore Honda if you are looking for a Honda Clarity, or for that matter any Honda.

Outstanding!. We looked at 24 alternatives for replacing our VW dirty diesel wagon, and visited and test drove at a dozen brands, including several visits back to Marino's Subaru, The experience and attitude at Marino's was different, and consistent with all the 6 different staffers we met there in the process. They wanted us as a customer, and respected our views and questions. There was almost a sense of family, and that was before we committed to the Outback. Only two other shops came close. The VW experience at our dealer of 17 years was at the other end of the spectrum.

Had a horrible experience with Pedro as did the other reviewer. Pedro insisted on driving us like a maniac to supposedly show off the car... despite us asking him three times not to. We ended up making him drive us back to the dealership before we could even drive the car. Avoid working with him at all cost.
