Not a great place for any kind of business. The finance manager is not out to help you or anyone but her greedy self. She’ll lie to you, lie to the banks about you (her words), switch up deals on you and try to manipulate bill of sales on you, confirmed with my lender as well. If you’re looking for good business stay away from here. I specifically requested she not call me so I have all her bs in written. Serpa Chrysler took care of me, went above and beyond to offer me great service, gave me flowers and wine for the deal/ birthday. Stay away from islington Chrysler.

Was the worst vehicle buying experience I have ever dealt with extremely rude sales and management you could tell they dont care about repeat business. The vehicle I bought started showing issues the day after I took it home the shop obviously hid the issues by clearing the trouble codes UPDATE:service manger called and wanted to inspect the vehicle did 2 easy cheap repairs and left the expensive ones for me to sort out highly recommend searching for a used vehicle elsewhere

*UPDATED REVIEW* I went in for a new alternator and got a full on inspection and everything at the same time. About 3 weeks later, my engine light came on. I called the dealership super upset, and at first things weren't going so great. But Mark called me back and told me to come in and see if we can work it out. The issue was resolved free of charge (issue was an airflow sensor popped out after the alternator switch, it was probably just loose), and everything is all good now. Thanks :)

Went here with family to buy a car for my mother-in-law, upon finalizing the deal we saw they included an "admin fee" of a Thousand dollars in the price. We asked what does this fee consist of as we were not getting financing for this car and the dealership was charging on top of this for licensing and also $80 to give us a full tank on pick up. Neither the sales rep nor the manager could give us a clear answer to our question. They got very irate and just kept repeating "this is included in our online price, we can remove it from the invoice if you like but the price stays the same". Seems very shady and left a very sour taste dealing with this dealership.

We bought our Chevy Malibu from Islington Chrysler FIAT and it was overall a positive experience. Dave Chauhan helped us through the process, he was down to earth with us, available to answer our questions and made it a smooth process. The only negative is there was an issue with our key remote functioning properly which we weren't made aware of until we were on our way to pick up the vehicle. However the dealership was honest about the problem and remedied the issue by paying for a third party to fix what was wrong. We would buy a car again from Islington Chrysler and would recommend it to anyone who asked us.

I would give zero stars if I could. You always get the feeling you’re being lied to here. After getting my oiled changed the “oil change” notification light wasn’t reset and continued to turn on every time the car started. This is the second time this has happened at Islington Chrysler. This time they tried to charge me 160.00 to have the light reset. It doesn’t help that current employees that work there tell you not to trust them. And yes I personally know people that work and have worked there. They say never take your car to the dealership for service, now I understand why. This is only the tip of the ice berg. Take your service elsewhere and Never trust Igor at the service desk. Islington Don Mills tried to charge me 1700 for an oil change. They are worse.

Sam B. has been my go-to mechanic at Islington Chrysler for several years now. He's honest, knows his stuff, and doesn't try to up-sell me random things. When my 10+ year old car recently gave in to old age I came to Sam to suggest a reliable car for a good price. He helped me select a used car that was in like-new condition, with exceptionally low mileage and had a very good service record with the dealership and then introduced me to Pat to complete the sales and paperwork. The car-buying process from start to finish was very smooth. New license plates were ordered for me so all I had to do was show up a few days later to drive the car off the lot after it had been cleaned and a bit of body work had been done to fix it up. I've been driving the Chrysler 200 series sedan now for about 6 months and I love it - it is a great car. The dealership has finished up a beautiful renovation to their showroom and it is a very nice space. I would highly recommend Islington Chrysler. Their staff are top notch - and if you need service work done, ask for Sam!

Almost 5 stars, but just missed out. I've waited a year (almost to the day) to post a review, because I purchased a used truck from them and wanted to see how it held up before reviewing. To start, the Ram 1500 Ecodiesel is awesome - everything I wanted and has held up with no problems except one recall that has been dealt with. Chris, the sales rep, was good to work with. I met Kris, the owner, who was also good. And there were no issues with the finance department. Overall, everyone I had contact with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. An outstanding dealership top to bottom The only issue is that the truck didn't come with an owner's manual. I was told I'd get one but never received one. I called to follow up but never heard back. Don't think it's my responsibility to chase the dealership for it, but it would be nice to have. Would I buy a vehicle from them again? Yes, just this one minor detail took away that 5th star.

In late 2001 I ordered an '02 Dakota to which I added pretty much every option available for this vehicle at the time, including a Master Shield Limited Lifetime Warranty Rust Protection, in addition to factory undercoating, as my intentions were to keep this vehicle for at least 15 years. The truck is beautiful, has been very well maintained; however, I recently noticed that the rockers were rusting. I decided to make a claim on my warranty. Initially, the value of the truck was not properly appraised and therefore the warranty was not going to be applicable. I decided to escalate my conversation with Mark Gdyczynski, Service Manager at Islington Chrysler and told him I was disappointed. Mark felt that my claim was legitimate and he decided to support me in my claim. Yesterday, I had occasion to pick up my truck at Islington Chrysler and the new rocker panels were installed and properly painted. I am ecstatic at the support given me by Mark and want to recognize Mark and Islington Chrysler in exceeding their responsibility and making things right. Not only will I continue to have my truck serviced at Islington Chrysler, I would recommend that anyone seeking a quality dealership give Islington Chrysler and Mark Gdyczynski an opportunity to serve their automotive needs.

I really like this dealership. Specifically because of Salesman Rob V. I didn't end up buying a Jeep product (went with a Subaru) but I was really trying to find every reason to buy a Wrangler or a Ram... This was primarily because Rob was extremely knowledgeable, I did not have to wait for him to look up an answer or explain a vehicle feature, all knowledge was right there at the ready. Rob was honest and forth-right, no pressure at all for any part of our discussion. I'd definitely go to this dealership, and speak with Rob, if I ever wanted a Dodge/Jeep vehicle... actually any vehicle on the lot.

Despite buying my “luxury” vehicle from this dealership and staying loyal to the service centre, Ive never felt like a valued customer. In general they have completed the work on my car in only a satisfactory way and have never given me problems regarding the warranty; but they overcharge and are dismissive to their customers concerns. Frustratingly, they don’t keep in touch, I had to phone them for updates. Today I asked for my service history printed out so I can start fresh at a new service centre.

Jun 6, 1:00pm update. We just received a call from the service manager at the dealership. After a brief conversation and description of my concern with my service appointment the other day, I was assured that we (the vehicle and I) will be treated better next time. While on the phone with the service manager we actually did some testing of the reported issue. I went into the vehicle performing all the steps and verifying them on the call per his instructions, and he agreed that there is an issue that needed to be resolved. The call from the service manager surprised me, as I was not expecting it. Thank you for the follow up call and taking your time to discuss my issue. Perhaps the usual customer service is better than I experienced that day. I will be returning to the dealership to have the issue looked at again. ** Original comment: June 6 morning. Not sure if they are too busy to care, or just don't care. Sales people were nice when we purchased the vehicle, but the people in parts and especially in the service department appear they don't care a bit about the customer, besides taking your money. Went in for the first oil change and made a very specific request to look at an issue with my instrument cluster (brand new vehicle). I described exactly what the issue is, when it happens and how to replicate it . (no need for test drive to see this). I went over it 2 times to make sure, asked the service attendant to put in in the order/service file. Said they will look at it. 1.5 hours later, I am told it's ready. Great ! I ask the service rep, was my concern checked? Answer was, "couldn't find anything". I went to check the vehicle, it is still doing it. I asked to see the "mechanic" that was looking into it, perhaps I didn't make it clear what the issue was. I take the mechanic to the my vehicle, and ask him to wait a minute while I show him the issue, plain and simple to see, it just takes a minute to do. Answer I get is, and I am quoting the mechanic here "I don't have time for this, I have other work". This is not the right attitude towards a customer. So now I have to make another appointment, take another 3-4 hours of my time to come back and have them look at it. Mr. Dealership, perhaps it is time to revisit your customer relation policies with your employees.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Rubicon from Islington Chrysler. Matt was a fantastic Sales person! He was patient, explained things thoroughly and never pushed a sale. He went out of his way to make me a happy customer! His service was 5/5. I also dealt with Wayne who was also a 5/5. He was easy to deal with and friendly. We got the paper work done efficiently and communication was smooth. Tara was also fantastic! 5/5 Manager! Where the dealership has lost a point so far in trying to get service on the vehicle. Unfortunately my brand new jeep has a faulty top which i'm not impressed with. You pay top money for these vehicles and they are delivered to you already requiring the customer to return to the dealer after just driving your new jeep off the parking lot. My first visit was to "take a look and find the problem" and now my second visit requires the vehicle to be dropped off and left there with no loaner vehicle given to the customer to supplement the loss of your car for the day or however long it will be at the dealership. Coming from a brand that would provide this service to its customer this is a negative. On the quality of the workmanship or customer service of the Service Dept. I can not review yet.

They made trading up to a Grand Cherokee easy and painless as possible. If you are buying used make sure to look over everything thoroughly as they try to get away without replacing items (like tires) when replacement is needed. Sunroof was not working when I went to drive off lot, was told I would get a free oil change for my troubles, asked for a voucher or something to assure I would receive a free oil change, was told not to worry and everything was taken care of, when I went in low and behold they had no record. Also, tried looking into an extended warranty, their finance guy responded once and never responded again after I gave him my VIN number and mileage. Unfortunately, this seems to be the Chrysler model, don't plan on receiving good customer service after purchasing.

Great experience in purchasing a quality used car. Car was detailed, inspected, offered the Car Fax, and reasonably priced based on it's age, mileage and condition. Salesperson was honest, and pointed out any known issues, which were only cosmetic. I was impressed with their personal service, and integrity. I’ve really had it with this dealership and any of them. The receptionist sounds like it’s so difficult to do her job, she’s doing you a favour for her existence... switched to parts and asked for an oil change.... the guy told me he’s booked until next Thursday, but I can leave the car for 3-4hrs and they might be able to get it done. I asked if they could lend a car... he’s like “no but you can go to enterprise across the street and rent yourself one”. The customer service with Jeep is beyond non-existent... I really can’t wait to end my lease and never EVER go back to Chrysler... it is the most awful service you’ll get ANYWHERE! It really disgusts me how badly they treat their customers, it’s like they don’t want to keep them. There are litterally no perks with being buying or leasing a car with them.. I have heard way better service from Toyota.. and when I used to drive my Acura, a car wash was included with an oil change. At your ridiculous price point, you should prob tune up your attitude and put on a little smile and thank your customers at the very least.

Bought a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from this dealership. Salesman was very pushy throughout the experience. Did all my maintenance with the service department here as well. My first oil change I remember the staff marking up my interior with grease marks that I had to remove because when I reported it they didn't even want to offer a complimentary detailing for THEIR mistake. Brand new windshield cracked from the inside (happened in winter, most likely due to temperature changes on the glass). Service department changed the windshield free of charge but left tape along the edges of the windshield. When attempting to remove the tape it got stuck on my car. Brought it to them and they couldn't fully remove it themselves either. They decided to do a brake/wheel inspection even though I asked for their "peace of mind" package. Ended up paying double of what I would initially pay. The service manager did not change the cost after speaking to him. They recommended a wheel alignment even though the car was barely a year old. My fault for letting them do it. However, to this day I'm fighting the steering on my car due to them completely messing up the alignment even though I brought it back to them a second AND third time to fix their initial screw up. There has also been moments where loose change and things in my car have gone missing. Up to you to decide if they were a case of theft or simply misplacing said items. Luckily it wasn't much, so I could probably assume it was a mistake, but still unprofessional. If you go here to get your car maintained make sure you know what service you need to get done or else they will try to upsell you unnecessary service. I expect more from a dealership. Especially for a customer that had bought a brand new 53k car from them. Also my fault for going back to this dealership after having several problems with them. I raised my review by one star after the most recent interaction with this dealership. After reading about my problems they attempted to rectify everything. However after this visit I'm still dealing with steering wheel alignment issues. It was fine from the factory and after their pushed unnecessary service it's been off ever since. In the end, Islington Chrysler taught me it's not worth coming to a new car/big name dealership. If I'm paying premium prices on everything but not getting premium service then what's the point? No longer will I be making this mistake. Edit: I apologize that you are a bit dumbfounded. However, after the several times I've been to your establishment for service I'd call it something different than being "dumbfounded". I've re-added my review, with updated details mind you, due to overall not being happy with the service I've gotten. You ruined my alignment after you tried to "fix" it three times. I'm supposed to be happy with that? Yes. You did these things aside from correcting my alignment. However why does one have to write a negative review to get proper customer service these days? I left happy that day thinking things were fixed. They weren't. You can understand my frustration after driving away and feeling the misalignment of my wheels after getting them services by you three times. Why didn't I come back? I didn't think a fourth time would make any difference. We all know the definition of insanity right? Save your calls and voicemails. I won't be returning. I've decided to drop my review down to it's original score due to you trying to combat me with this. Thx Mr. Zuk.

I was looking at purchasing a vehicle and I saw one on the website that I was interested in. I wrote in (after the location was already closed) to inquire about the car. I wasn't expecting a response until the next day but in less than 15 minutes a sales rep by the name of Dave Chauhan contacted me to answer questions I had about the car and arranged for an appointment next day. Due to my work hours he was super accommodating and arranged to stay late just so I could come by and test drive the vehicle. So the next day Dave spent most of his day trying to find me the best deals on this vehicle so that I was staying within my budget (which I know wasn't easy for him) and kept in constant communication. He made different deals for me so that if I test drove the car and wanted to buy it that everything was ready to go and I could make a choice on which options worked best for me. As someone who has worked in customer service her whole career, I was super impressed by Dave and how he went above and beyond for me. This helped me make my decision to purchase the vehicle. Dear Sir/Madam: This is not a fake review. 1. You guys gave a different model that was expected; 2. Did not follow the instructions for the ownership, even with written specs. This cause multiple additional paperwork for us; 3. The truck did not have the equipment promised; 4. You requested me to call TD Finance as the paperwork that you file with bank was incomplete and the funds were not released to you. 5. It's been almost three years and I have not received a copy of the loan, despite requesting one since November 6, 2020. Please govern yourself accordingly and provide a competent service. There are not unlimited bailouts for Chrysler.

Raj gave us only one option and told us it was that or we wouldn't get the car - when we knew we had many options on how we could pay for the car. Thankfully we were able to escalate and talk to his manager and get it sorted, but we wasted hours of time dealing with him and were frustrated beyond belief, it was a very negative experience dealing with the "business manager".

A recent experience a friend went through has pushed me to write this. After I made the purchase with my car, I was thrilled knowing that I had a dealership so close to home with a service shop that would cater to any needs for my car. I purchased the warranty for any major work to give me some piece of mind. That peace of mind did not last long once I started to coming here. Every visit I had was worse than the last. The customer service was the absolute worst thing I have ever experienced anywhere. They tried taking advantage of me on numerous occasions. I had one, only ONE concern with my vehicle that took numerous visits and hours from my life. Instead of taking the time to find that solution I was given excuses about what it could be and to service this thing or that (which was never covered under warrently) and the problem would always be there. I finally decided to go to a friends shop and have him take a look at it. He found the problem within minutes and showed me first hand so I could see it myself. I was reassured that with information I had been given, going to the dealership they would be able to help and fix the problem. Well the joke was on me. According to this lovely dealership, I just needed an alignment and wanted me to pay and sign off on it. That's when I knew these guys were not to be trusted. They are rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and keep your money in your pockets. Find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic outside of the dealership instead. I will never trust these guys again nor will I ever recommend anyone to go here.

They told me to drop it before the day I want to pick up my car. But when I picked up my car, it was not installed. Morever, I booked other appointment but still it was the same thing. At the end Sabrina denied its part of the deal,did not provide the services . My experience with this dealership is very pathetic and disappointed. Micky approached me and I must say the most personable individual, let alone car sales man I have come across. He took his time, and did everything in his power to accomodate me and giving me affordable prices. He went to the point where he offered everything he possible could and then asked his manager mike to see if he could do anthing, Mike also was very helpful and did whatever he could to make things affordable. Overall, I can be grateful enough. I recently brought my truck in to have the hood replaced under warranty due to rust. I was not happy with the paint job as there was dust in the paint and it was "orange peeled". When I opened the hood, it wasn't rust proofed and to my surprise the oil cap was missing!!!!! Although they replaced it and topped off the oil (1.5l), they made it seem like they where doing me a favor as it could have been lost at my last oil change. I drive 100 KMs one way each day and it had been 2430 KMs since my last oil change. I would have not had oil in the engine if it was left off and it would have been a lot messier than it was. I had dropped off my truck a second time to get the paint job fixed, upon inspection, there was still dust in the paint and they tried to buff the hood, and they either missed a section or burned through the clear coat. At this point I was advised to deal with the body shop myself. My hood was painted a second time and this time the "orange peel" was worse than before. I spoke with the manager and he stated he was happy with the paint job and that the texture matched the rest of the truck perfectly. Bottom line is I'll be getting it fixed myself if I want the job done right. Needless to say that I am very unsatisfied with Islington Chrysler.

Stay away from this shop, they are not doing business with enough honesty. I thought they have credit with the 'big brand' and I went to them to buy with a higher-than-mark price. I was wrong. Bought a pre-owned car from this dealership this Mar, turning out later the car has number of hidden issues(wrist pin knock, timing chain rattle, stuck parking brake, stiff steering and etc) which really puts me in very frustrating situation because either selling the car or repairing it will bring me a big loss of money. Service is terrible and cold since day one I drove back to them. They treat you like a stranger once you gave the money to them. When the car has to be left in shop, they said they'll rent car for you and 'don't worry about the rent', actually at the end I had to pay the rent myself(I have the rent record and invoice). Things are not as 'beautiful' as they look like, even in Canada. I'm very sorry to admit this fact. They should have told me like some others, the car will be sold 'AS IS'. Then I have a better understanding of what decision I'm gonna make.

I was never told the vehicle that I was going to purchase was a former Daily Rental This is after the test drive and after him studying the Vehicle history page and after the negotiations going back and forth (to within Two Hundred dollars !! ) of purchasing...... I asked where the floor mats were and why would they not include them. He told me there is no way they would drop the price any further for lack of floor mats or throw in a set . This caused me to ask if the car was a former rental. The salesman looked at the key tag and deciphered that it was in fact a rental. I asked him when he was going to tell me that It was a former RENTAL.. He stammered around his answer trying to say he thought the lady who answered my telephone call(Ingrid)would have told me before she introduced me to him.. Illegal, Deceptive and Dishonest

Matt was great pre sale. - - I recently purchased a 2020 Ram Limited, on the website it said that a ram box divider is included with the RamBox Cargo system, my truck has the Ram Box Cargo system, and physically the bed utility options (they for some reason are not listed on the build sheet, but the lights and cargo hooks are there!), the error has now been updated online. Both Islington Chrysler and FCA are refusing to honour what the website stated and provide the divider. The dealership did nothing to try and satisfy the customer, they didn't even offer a deal on the part in question... I feel this is terrible customer service in todays day and age. It was a 93k dollar truck, not a 500 used beater.

Joe was a poorly mannered salesman. He asked me “where are you from?” because apparently that was important for him to know. When I said “Canada,” and “I am Canadian,” he looked very displeased with my reply. For some reason, how I looked to him didn’t resonate with his idea of what a “Canadian” looks like, so he looked very angry when I said I am Canadian and I was born in Canada. I really do not appreciate the racial biases and assumptions espoused by Joe (the salesman) and the dealership who employs him. I don’t understand why how I looked was even a topic worth bringing up during the potential sales transaction. but apparently for Joe it was important because he not only asked me where “I was from” once, but he asked multiple times when “being Canadian” and “born in Canada” wasn’t an answer to his satisfaction. Moving on the the used cars they had for sale. One car I looked at (Jeep) was in the dealer’s possession for 4 months. Yet this used vehicle was in terrible shape. Broken windshield, broken radio stack, removed radio antenna, over tightened doors, messy inside, and rusted out hinges. I don’t understand why this dealership is trying to sell an overpriced Jeep, yet after having the Jeep for 4 months (as was indicated in the carfax), they don’t bother one bit to clean up the inside, repair the windshield, the radio system, or replace the broken antenna. Instead they promise to fix these things once I buy the vehicle. Well, I don’t buy into these promises. If they had 4 months to resolve these issues, I do not believe the dealership will take the time to resolve them if I decided to buy their used Jeeps! Poorly managed dealership and poorly mannered sales people work here!!

My experience with Islington Chrysler was good up until the point, when I had gotten into the car they had told me when I would pick up the car it would be mint. When we test drove the car, it was very dirty inside, so we couldn’t tell. When we asked the sales associate Ali about the interior condition of the car, he had stated that it will be cleaned and mint condition. The next day we picked up the car, we noticed the side leather was scratched and emailed Wayne the finance manager right away. We did not receive a response so we emailed him twice in fact and also called, it went to voicemail. I am more so upset about the fact that no one responded to my multiple calls and emails. I am very disappointed in their service. You would expect a car that was purchased for 57000$ to be perfect inside out or adlesst close to perfect or be fixed or the least they can do is reply back to the email. If I knew this beforehand I would’ve went to a Lexus dealership as their service is phenomenal.

I personally did not purchase a car from them and would never, but I witnessed in person the hassle my family members went through to get a simple question answered. Just because I did not purchase the car myself, does not mean that I wasn’t involved in the purchasing process. When someone comes with you to the dealership they are obviously involved in the purchase! In the end, yes my family did purchase the car but this dealerships customer service is absolutely horrid. BE AWARE THEY SCAM Vulnerable people like me ! I was approved well I thought anyways via a bank even signed the credit agreement with the bank. Had the car in my name ownership wise as well plated in my name. The sales rep PERSONALLY delivered me The car. After I drove 9 hours to get it and it was not ready when he said I get home have the car now for a month well the bank never even approved me. He FRADED them so I was I’m trying to work with them to keep the car as I did nothing wrong on my end it was them ..they told me they would do what they had to for me to keep the car just had to figure out how I could pay for the car no problem I had no problem paying from the start so I wake up one morning my car is gone they got someone to come get it and they wouldn’t even show me documentations.got it on a flatbed because I wouldn’t give them keys Even when I asked for what the documents said In order for the guy to take it I have been calling the dealership for days no one has gotten back to me and I live 9 hours north from the dealership. Still have personal belongings in the car & The car is still even insured under me and costs me $433 a month in insurance. Im not how they will get my name off the ownerships probably will fraud that to.. I’m simply mind blown. Just PLEASE PLEASE be careful with this dealership. I have since had to obtain legal help.

Bought a brand new Jeep from this dealership, spent big chunk of money. When I came to see the vehicle, the sales representative (Dev) "You will be getting the soft top for jeep as well and he is going to put in the rubber mats as well for the jeep". Everything seemed very promising and professional until i signed the final paperwork. I was really glad from their service at that point. Until the deal is being finalized, they are really nice and humble and once the deal is finalized then they treat you like "who are you?" So anyways after wards when i got the possession of the vehicle, i was given some excuse for mats. I was like thats fine not a big deal. And when i was going to put the soft top on, what I discover was there were just some covers for the hard top of the jeep in the bag which supposed to have the soft top for the jeep. Its not the matter of what i was given or what its supposed to be in there. Its about what i was promised and what I expected. Its really unethical and dishonesty. Dont fall for their 5 star reviews, make sure you see their one star reviews as well. That will help you understand are they trustworthy or not? There are plenty of honest and reliable dealerships our there. Dealing with this dealership is really shady, not even worth a shot. Why you need to trick me, just tell me straight forward what i am getting in this deal.

Is no stars an option? I had an issue with my 2019 Cherokee and made an appointment for 11:00 am. When I arrived the Service rep was very interested in upsetting me an oil change despite my oils still having 26% life left ... I declined. I returned at 3pm and the car still wasn't even looked at. The Service Rep said sorry but there was an issue in the shop and said they might get to it in a 1/2 hour or so. Things happen and I decided to make another appointment for another day. I took the car in 2 days later for 9 am and left the car with them for the day. The Service Rep called me at 11:45am and told me that the issue was a groove in the rotors caused by a loose calliper and rust on the edge of the brake rotors, and that they could turn down or replace the rotors (not warranty). I felt that this was incorrect and if this was actually the case that the rotors were the result of the issue and therefore should be covered under warranty . The Service rep reiterated that this was not a warranty issue, and so I asked to speak to the service manager. He was not available but I was told he would call me back. I called 2pm after not hearing from him and was told he was at lunch. He returned my call at 3 pm and also told me that this was not a warranty issue and invited me to go back to the dealer where I bought the car (potentially for some non warranty consideration). I immediately called Milton Chrysler and scheduled an appointment. Milton is 40 minutes further out of the way for me but they identified the issue (NOT THE BRAKES), it is a warranty issue and I will continue to go Milton (nice drive) for all my service and sales needs.

If it was possible to give them no stars, that's what I would select. After purchasing my jeep, I would frequently get it serviced here. Every single visit here was as frustrating as it could get. The final straw was when I was experiencing some shaking when accelerating. I happen to have a friend that works at Mercedes and had him take a quick look. He found the problem instantly and told me what to let the dealership look for and it should be covered under my warranty. I brought the car in, only to be called 30 minutes after that the manager had driven the car and can't make a proper assessment until the winter tires are removed. I asked if they had actually looked at the car and they said yes but wanted to make sure it didn't have to do with the winter tires. So I did. Brought it back, was asked WHY I came back without being invited back (didn't realize I needed a damn invitation to get my car fixed). Was made to wait 3 hours only to be told I needed a simple alignment, to sign papers and pay up. If I hadn't first hand seen what the problem was with my friend (there was a grease leak that was VERY evident) I would have done what they recommended but because I did see what the issue was, I knew i couldn't trust these idiots any longer. Either they didn't bother to actually look or they're mechanics don't know what the hell they are doing. Get a second opinion or just avoid this dealership. CAN'T TRUST THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS!

*** PLEASE NOTE *** REVISION *** I was contacted the next day by Mark Gdyczynski, the Parts/Service Manager, who provided me with a sincere apology for the way the situation occurred and that was very much appreciated. He asked what he could do to rectify things but as stated I already had purchased the part elsewhere. I will definitely keep him in mind for future purchases!! Rating upgraded to 4 stars! We are an independent repair facility in Delhi and were unable to get a part from our local dealer. They were kind enough to provide me with a list of dealers that did stock this particular part. I called Islington and spoke with Ray (I believe), well spoken young man, and he said it was in stock and we were ironing out the details when he put me on hold as he had to speak to a manager about shipping it and I'm going to assume the manager Wathiq came on the phone and said I was not able to get wholesale pricing until I was able to prove the business - I asked what he wanted for proof, than he also said he would not ship or even accept a credit card because we don't do business there. He began belittling the employee as he should not have even said he could sell it to me - doesn't know what he (employee) is talking about - something about their service department needing the part - he was a very harsh, rude individual and lacking in customer service social skills. I can appreciate if the part was in stock for a customer of their's but the way it was handled was so wrong on many levels. I thanked him for his time. I called a dealer in Huntsville who was so pleasant and welcoming on the phone - the part is on it's way to us as we speak. The Huntsville dealer got my 5 star rating! Didn't think I would ever write a positive review of a new car purchase experience, but here it is ! I thoroughly researched the options I wanted in a new Jeep Wrangler, and searched the dealer websites to find the closest match. To those six dealerships I sent an email giving my target price for the car they had on the lot. Most replied with a "come on in and we can talk" or "give me a credit card number" for a deposit or didn't respond at all - these responses I ignored, at least initially. Aamir at Islington responded promptly, with an encouraging message and from there on, answered all my questions about the car in question. We negotiated by email without any pressure to "come on in" this worked out well and I now own a nice new Rubicon-Recon, I'm happy with my car and the process of buying it.

All I can say is please check your Sales Agreements. This dealer will act as if they are giving you a huge deal, but if you look closely they will put (and did with 2 different vehicles for me) an inflated price as the vehicle price (much higher than advertised) and then a discount to bring the price down to the advertised price. BEWARE, I confronted the Manager about this happening on my Sales Agreement and asked for clarification and my deal was cancelled on the spot, no explanation.. A credit Application was put through, I was approved and took a hit on my credit, but the Manager cancelled my deal and forced me to take back my deposit, refused to provide me with copies of anything when I asked.. ALL because he did not like the question I asked about the incorrect pricing on the Sales Agreement and the fake discount. Since the deal was already cancelled I asked over and over, Was I approved? and why was I lied to about the price just being an error on the website (it clearly was not because Auto Trader showed 3 dropped prices and the original price from 3 weeks earlier was still $1,000.00 less then on my Sales Agreement)? the Manager Jeff responded "Pick up your deposit!" over and over. They appear nice, I loved ROB I really did think this was going to be a good experience. Please don't piss off Jeff, he looks nice, he has a trusting personality, he is a ticking time bomb. He maliciously attempted to hurt my credit score because I made it very clear that was my number one concern.

The facility just went through a complete renovation and I was amazed with the state of the art dealership and all its amenities. I came in with a side wall slow puncture on my almost-new Jeep. Other places said I needed a new tire or I could see if warranty would replace it.
