Just got my car from them about 2-3 weeks ago. Inquired about the last oil change. Was told it was satisfactory with 29% on the gage. Then I was offered a free oil change. Along are discussions. I told them I would provide my own oil and filter. As Iv used Royal Purple for the past 10 yrs in my cars. Low and behold when I arrived for the change. They had no idea I was coming and I had to wait 2hrs for my service. Today I checked my oil lvl as I do every week. And its not even the Royal Purple oil I provided. So they took my fancy oil and filter and used some cheap generic oil instead. They can argue all they want Royal Purple don’t lose its colour after 300km. It should still be dark purple. But instead its yellowish brown.

We bought 2 cars from Tom Beard in the past 4 years. Our experiences were met beyond expectation. Tom has been so kind and helpful throughout the process. He is very responsive. He was able to get our Trail Blazer faster than initially thought. He went above and beyond. Definitely the best customer service at Humberview. Never ever ever again. Made an appointment to get my snow tires put back on. Three and a half hours later and I'm still here. I can accept the overpriced upselling, but this casual disregard for their customers is repulsive.

Biggest runaround ever - lied to make a sale. Conveniently, that rep is no longer there and none of his guarantees are honoured Thanks for the truck and absolutely no follow up customer service After advise below to recontact dealer I have attempted to call. Have been sent directly to voicemail. Disconnected. Left messages and no return .... Thanks for the advice .... ????

Repaired the passenger handle on my truck did a great job. But really why so much for parts $800. when it was only a small (Soft white metal) broken handle. Yes it was a whole door panel but looking at it after the door panel was off and I could see that any rookie engineer could have come up with a better fix. Workers here are always nice, professional and approachable.

EDIT: As you can see in the response to my review, they are also freaking LIARS. A simple google query will confirm that autoloans.ca IS part of the Humverview Group! EDIT 2 - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! THEY DO NOT EVEN BOTHER RESPONDING TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU INQUIRIES!!! Their loan-department "autoloans.ca" touched my credit without my permission! I never applied for anything. Called for general information, which I was told could only be given to me "by a credit expert on basis of my personal information" I was dumb enough to fall for that scheme but explicitly told them on several occasions not to run a credit check! (Thats a ding of -15 points). Of course they did it anyways! I initially removed my feedback, when that report on my credit was deleted as a result of my complaint. NOW IT'S SHOWING AGIN! What a farce!

My mother bought a car from there. The salesperson Nadia was very friendly and not pushy. She listened to what my mom was looking for, instead of trying just trying to sell any car. Dealership seems really nice too. Would highly recommend!

New dealership with a modern design and waiting area. The coffee machine actually has good coffee and there is comfortable seating available. Service is friendly and accommodating, the service staff have always been professional and reasonable with rates charged. Really good experiences so far with the service department so would highly recommend.

My dad recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Streetsville Hyundai which is owned by the Humberview Group. The salesperson (John Vong) advised us that he would be including a set of winter tires+rims and winter mats with the purchase of the vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle we were told the tires, rims, and mats were inside the vehicle and we could see the bagged tires so we didnt have a reason to doubt John. This was until we returned home and found that there no rims and no mats in the vehicle. We spoke to John and he began to lie saying that the rims and mats were never discussed in any negotiations despite us having an email chain documenting what he originally said. Hyundai Canada is currently looking into this. What was supposed to be a joyful experience left us leaving with a very sour taste. This is the last time we will be dealing with the Humberview Group for any vehicle purchases.

Had previously bought 2 cars off them and my experience was decent. Went to trade in my most recent car in and they almost forgot about me every time I called. I'd have to keep reminding them on what I was looking for. I figured maybe there was something wrong with my credit or something and they saw me as a waste of time. So I called Canada Drives instead and 4 days later I'm in an awesome car. I guess your loss Humberview!

Zero Accountability. After dealing with Colony Ford and their service team on my 2 previous vehicles, 2016 F150 engine blowing at 3000 KM and my last escape 2017 experiencing transmission problems after bring it in for some warranty work at 60k KM, I decided to give them one last chance. I decided to get a brand new 2020 ford escape hybrid. I worked out what ever deal I could, trust me when I say this, didn't haggle the price at all because I wanted to get into a safe vehicle as the 2017 escape was becoming a dangerous drive. Two things happened with this vehicle that has now pushed me to my last straw. 1. After getting the vehicle from Colony noticed something wasn't right but chose to ignore it, after about a week I went to get my car washed and really got a look at my new car, the wheels (picture 1) I had paid for weren't the right wheels and had given me some random stock that weren't even the sizes recommended size from Ford. After bringing this up, I got a run around of; "the Wheels that you are speaking of were very badly back ordered from Ford so we went with the best option that we could for you so we would not hold up the delivery of your brand new Escape!!!" and "*Sales reps name* told you this" which he didn't. But the best response was from the GM, "we will exchange the tires no problem", this was something that didn't sit well, a customer buys something and was never told, all this purchase was done via email so not a word about the switch or mention of a different tire and rim being supplied. I brought in my vehicle on Jan 12 to get my tires swapped for the ones I ordered (picture 2) they looked like the ones I ordered so I had no issues, the next morning I went over to look at the passenger side, and both tires were smothered in the tire lube, absolutely disgusting, they only cleaned the driver side and it being 6pm at night in the dark I wouldn't notice they didn't clean them. 2. when they sell you a vehicle they give you a fueling fee of 75$ built into the price, I didn't haggle this off. But when I went to fill my tank 2 weeks after, it being a hybrid after all, the gas tank wasn't filling and would stop instantly after the trigger being pulled on the gas spout. I brought this in the same day as my tires. Was told this is know issue and given a bulletin that should have been solved in 4th quarter of 2020. My problem is that someone at Colony filled the tank with gas, HOW WAS THIS NOT NOTICED. Why was I told, they didn't divulge the information to make a sale. None of the above is proper business practice and Humberview group should know about this kind of stuff is happening at one of their dealerships. Call me and discuss this, I'm sure Colony knows who this is.
