Do not buy anything from High Cliff Motors. He will lie outright just to sell the car. We bought a car last week and was assured nothing was wrong with it and would easily pass a safety. Our mechanic and a body shop took a look at it and it was so unfit to drive that it had no right being sold in the first place and it can not be fixed. Dealer refuses to offer a refund.

Drove all the way from Kitchener to see a vehicle, had called ahead of time. No one was there at the agreed meeting time, and when we called, they said someone already put a down payment on it. He showed up 30 minutes later to let us look around, then told us if we gave him cash today and didn't ask for certification, he'd sell us the car and give the other person something else. Even though the other person put $500 down to hold that car. Very unprofessional and sketchy dealership.

This place is not professional, they post that their vehicles are certified, but when you are ready to test drive the vehicle the dealer states that it is not yet certified and will be once I apply for the vehicle. I told him that I am interested, however I do not want to apply Until it is certified, and he gives me attitude telling me he is not forcing me to buy the vehicle. So I gave him another chance, by explaining to him again on what I want, and he cuts me off stating the same thing. Very unprofessional.

Fraud Alert Had bad experience at this place, i am new to this country and was seeking a used car. I liked Volkswagen jetta hybrid (white), went to the dealer’s office. I said I want to test drive the vehicle before paying but the man forced me to sign the contract and pay $1000. He never gave me time to think. Not a good customer service, lost my deposit. I suggest everyone to take your time, as these people are just seeking money, they don’t care about customers.
