I was lucky enough to have Len Miliaris as my sales advisor,and he came through with flying colours. First off, I'm from the Ottawa area and Len suggested he drive the car to Kingston so my wife and myself could look at it and take it for a test drive. I suggested we go to Belleville instead, roughly the halfway point between both cities. Len just meeting us was way above what other Toronto area dealers would do, on a Sunday at that, on his own time. On pick up of the car Len, had a full tank of gas, cold drinks in the cup holders, GPS set for my home address and car parked in the direction of the highway.. If you want great service from a sales advisor who goes the extra , just ask for Len. I promise you you won't be disappointed. BTW Car purchased is a 2011 BMW 760li in the pics below.

Was not too happy with my experience expected better out of a dealer selling that expensive of cars Len was very rude and stuck up. He said very rude things about a friends trade in. My car was listed with 29000km when I picked it up it had 32000km and the rims where curbed and their detailer also put the centre console mat in sideways and left a bunch of wax in the crevices. The owner Richard Carr and my sales person Richard Cormier where nice to deal with and treated me fairly but I was really upset with how Len acted not too bad to deal with over all as long as you don't deal with Len.

My wife purchased a used Audi A8L from them about a month ago. When buying the vehicle the gentleman dealing with us (Terry) was incredibly easy to speak to and went far and above anyone we've ever dealt with at a dealership. It was just great. Then, a couple of weeks later we noticed a shudder in the car at certain RPM's. I called Terry and he asked how quickly I could get in the car for them, and that they were very sorry for the issue. Long story short, another great guy, Leo, took in the car without a word of complaint, and I'm happy to say fixed the car. The shudder is completely gone, and amazingly they never hesitated in fixing the issue. In fact they apologized again that we had the issue in the first place. In a nutshell both people we dealt with there were first class, we are very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Bought a vehicle here. Had to fix axles after 2 weeks. Brought the vehicle onto the highway and noticed the steering wheel shaking vigorously. Contacted dealer no response. Brakes also need to be changed...safety must have been passed to bare minimum. I will not be returning to this dealer.

To me, there are two factors to make a great car purchased. Car Condition and an Excellent Customer Services. I was looking to purchase a car for two months and I went to see many privates and dealerships cars, I find out NONE was able to meet both factors. Then came across GTA Motorcars and inquired information about the car , the condition, and the history, it was provided within minutes, plus got more inside details information that was not in car fax. Let me tell you, I am engineer and car person, who knows car very well. When I booked an appointment to see car, it was true from every angles and how was described, very honest, very open, no pressure, car in amazing condition, warm welcome, ready to drive, no hidden agenda. To be honest, it is very impressive to see very good Dealership Practices, I wish many can follow. This is local dealership, has amazing car collection, simple customer sitting area and very casual sale processes (it is very nice to see that) and they make it about car not about your money. I purchased a 2020 Porsche 911 4S from GTA Motorcars on October 20 2021. Len Miliaris took care of the sale. This man can be trusted without hesitation. I drove from Montreal to pick up the car. A few things needed to be sorted out , and he promised me he would take care of them , at a later date. In effect I asked for summer mats , a key fob , a paint chip set and for the second service which had never been done. All of these items were taken care of subsequently even though I had paid for the car in full and I drove back to Montreal with the car. First I received by Purolator the first 3 items and subsequently they reimbursed me for the full cost of the service I got done at a Porsche dealership in Montreal.
