My wife found this absolute gem of a find at Enthusiast Auto in Etobicoke. 2006 Subaru Forester 2.5 XT with all the features. One owner, under 200,000 km - Unbelievably amazing condition. Drives like a dream, and man she is peppy. Terry and his team are fantastic, and this was the best experience we have had, purchasing a vehicle. The cars here easily sell themselves for the price. Had a difficult time deciding between a Forester XT in pear white with JDM trim, a black Outback XT, and an Outback 3.0R. Also seen a few BMW's, and a very nice Focus RS. Honestly I was initially quiet uncertain about purchasing when I arrived, and highly recommend calling ahead to schedule a test drive (if that still applies) . After working through some unusual instances from what I'm used to in purchasing a car, Eric and Terry were ultimately friendly and fair to deal with. I've had the 3.0R for a few months now and couldn't be happier. Keep up the awesome selection guys, your certainly true to your name.

The only problem I had was when they filled the car up with oil and were preforming checks, the drain plug wasn’t put on properly and resulting in an oil leak that I had to fix. Other than that a great place.

A few months ago I spoke with Terry and BJ and eventually went to test out a car. No pressure. I agreed to buy the vehicle and paid a deposit, but I ended up changing my mind before signing the paperwork. I had been interested in another car as well, which I hadn't test-driven, and at the last minute I felt like I should test drive both vehicles before deciding. Anyway, they understood and were very kind about refunding my deposit when I ultimately purchased a different vehicle. Very honorable people and company!

Simply put, I would never purchase from someone who treats customer inquires the way mine has been treated. Disgusted. Rear subframe and suspension was rusted out completely on the 08 335i ( far from surface rust Terry ????) even after I had told him that was one of my worries (Canadian winters). Sprayed black to hide the issues...be sure to get a PPI done. Wasted $120. Should have figured with the price being so good...you guys seemed cool though.

Very poor customer service. Was waiting to be shown a car for at least 10-15 mins before the guy came out. Sales representative was very rude and could not answer any simple questions about his own inventory. Tried to make a reasonable offer which was 750$ lower than asking, and he was being rude. Lost a potential customer and business. Would not recommend anyone to buy a car from here.

Tried to arrange a time on several different days with two employees to look at and test drive a car that I was very serious about but I was immediately hit with shady tactics like no test drive before buying. PLEASE be very cautious doing business with Enthusiast Auto!!!! My husband and I brought a BMW of Erik midway through last year, to which we were told was in excellent condition. Upon receiving the car we had issues immediately, including warning lights that would not clear. We have documented proof of Erik and Terry reassuring us that these issues were non-existent and nothing to be concerned about. 8 months later when getting a service for something unrelated we found these issues have caused $3,500+ worth of work done to be considered in a safe and drivable condition. Terry of course is denying all of this. Thankfully Erik no longer works there but PLEASE do your homework and get any car thoroughly tested INDEPENDENTLY before buying from there! They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

This company still has a lot to learn about the true meaning of Customer Service and understand the real meaning of putting customers before profits. When customers PREFER to go on financing than paying cash (for many reasons, such as protecting themselves if the car turns out to be a lemon, then its easier to dispute the car since full payment was not made, and other reasons too), saying things like “since you have no money, you can’t test drive the car cause its a waste of time ...” is a 100% unprofessional and downright stupid thing to say. My advice to all..... DO NOT WASTE UR TIME BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. ...... After he had replied to this review, this I will add....... While MOST GOOD COMPANIES would start with some degree of an apology (the least being "We are sorry that you feel that way" which does NOT even mean they are admitting their faults), Terry does not even bother about that.... just like his other bad review before mine. And as expected, he completely missed the point on Customer Service because many times, the DELIVERY of what you want to say will determine a good or bad approach, and your delivery then was completely bad. AGAIN, DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME IN SUPPORTING BAD COMPANIES LIKE THIS, PEOPLE.

Owner Terry Is very unpleasant to deal with. Met him last night to buy a removable Hardtop for my convertible, Terry Assured me my car comes equipped with the mounts needed to secure the hardtop to my vehicle. After i get home realize i need the brackets he started speaking vulger to me & swearing at me instead of trying to make things right Says he already got rid of the car and he's not going to dismantle it at night.. The brackets are held in my 2 10mm bolts on each side. Before i left i asked him if mine doesn't have the locks can i come back for them? He didnt really answer me & 30 min later “he sold the car” Excuses after excuses & super unpleasant experience dealing with him. & to top it off he made a facebook post slandering me & blocks me What a real mature Salesmen.

I've bought two cars from this spot. All their cars are mint condition ... no rust and somehow most of them are manuals. At one point they had two S60R Volvos in manual on the lot. Amazing prices too. For the 2nd car ... Terry picked me up and brought me back to the dealership ... saving me a 1.5 hour TTC trip. Very honest. For my first car, it needed a rear windshield wiper to pass safety. For my 2nd car, it needed four brakes/rotors which was paid for by the dealership. Their ads are very detailed ... do your research online and then make an appointment (literally everything is listed on the ad) ... very busy don't just show up.

Cons, Terry is a pain to deal with. sold me a Car "certified" without fixing the safety related issues. do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere! Answer to your reply: Of course you do not know whom I am because I am probably not the only person having these issues with you! dont even try "reach out to us" line cause you know how it is like dealing with you once the sale is finalized! If you are looking for a genuine and trustworthy sales person, reach out to BJ. Purchased a A4 2 months ago, and no issues so far. I noticed that the passenger side mirror was cracked after purchasing the vehicleband reached out to BJ, who promptly responded and got me the part! Definitely made the experience of buying a used car less worrisome and stress-free.

Easily the worst place I have EVER purchased a car. First I brought the car an hour and a half home to find out that the body of the car was heavily rotten. (Passed safety illegally.) I had to argue the dealer Terry and the shop that he uses for safeties just to get HALF of the cost to fix the body. A week after this the turbo blew up on the car. A week after fixing the turbo the motor went on the car. Terry doesn’t even reply to my messages. I’ve spent double what I’ve spent on the car just fixing it. If you want a car that will likely fall apart and cause you issue after issue then this is the place to go. In other words, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

We purchased a 2002 WRX in March, and it has spent more time in the shop then on the road. Recently we were told that there is a rusted frame that was covered with spray foam insulation and painted black. According to our mechanic this car should not have passed a safety inspection. It is the dealers responsibility to ensure the car is safe to drive. Every component of the air conditioning was rotted. I am extremely disappointed and as far as I am concerned I was owed a car that had passed a safety inspection this car does not and I should get a refund as this dealership did not hold up to its obligations.
