The WORST place to purchase a used car in GTA. BE CAREFUL with all papers that you sign there. The Owner is not trustworthy and in my opinion he uses the need of customers to trick them selling vehicles with very poor mechanical conditions and he is also connected with trustworthy financial institutions. When people go back asking for solutions for any mechanical problem the owner responds in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Also I think the Ontario Standard Safety Certifications for cars registration are fraudulently issued or mechanics are not doing the job in agreement with Ontario regulations. Other way, how can you explain that engine light on just one day after purchasing. That place doesn't deserve even one star but google asks for at least one in order to set up comments. Do not even buy a bicycle there !!!...

Worst buying experience Leonardo had me fooled by telling me that this car was fully safe to hit the roads little did I know about a month down the Road a bunch of problems have popped up and now ever since that he has been ignoring me and not answering my calls so far me putting money into the car has been roughly $3,408 spent so far I really suggest if your buying a car ... don’t buy it here take some advice... he is very well spoken man when he wants to sell a vehicle to you after if you come into problems with the vehicle you won’t hear from him at all this is just some background knowledge of this dealership Shop safe everyone

I purchased a vehicle from the Queensway location. It hasn't even been two months and I'm already at the mechanic because the car's breaks went off as I was going into the highway. I believe the mechanics are providing this company with safety certifications without doing their jobs. Now when the mechanic fixed the breaks (700 dlls later, out of my pocket not covered by the sketchy warranty from PCW), he mentioned that there is other issues with the car that need to be repaired asap. The tires are awful, the wipers don't work correctly, somebody needs to teach these guys a lesson about ethics and safety. Don't buy a car from this company, they need to stop operating like this!!!

Absolute waste of time! Had an appointment with Erik who said he had a set of winter tires saved for me. Kept me waiting for 30 minutes only to say he was out for lunch. Finally a coworker of his came to take care of me and showed me the tires and they were the wrong ones AND in poor condition. Very dishonest. Unethical. Avoid this place!

Finally, get over with the car I. purchased with them. I bought the car for $4,000 but i spent over $6,000 for the repair cause the car wasn't safe to drive anymore. Not to mention the rust that was hidden by paint. A month aftter I picked up the car, the catalytic broke and they let me spend for it.

Automax Collision

Garbage service, I was there bodyshop who fixed all there wrecked cars whom they sold to innocent people, they also sold me a lemon a 2009 Mercedes ml320 diesel, that vehicle ran for literally 2 months and the front differential went, also engine started leaking oil plus the rear transfer case was totally gone as well, the car came with the check engine light on, which they told me there going to fix and never did , they got me a finance which I bought the car fo 15999$ and the interest on it was another 17000$ on top plus I put 2500$ down which did not make a difference anyway, they also owe me 500$ on a Ford F-150 pick up I did for them like a year ago, plus if LEO owes you money you will have to chase him down for atleast 3-4 weeks to get paid he does this also with all his employees that’s why they don’t care to work there and there is different people every time, please be careful of this fraudulent business these people wid rob the dead if they can!!! Beware you have been warned.

CROOKS!!!! They sold me a Honda CVR that had a rusted out exhaust pipe which broke about a week or two after buying it. I had CAA drag it back to the shop for them to fix. Got the truck back only for the exhaust to break AGAIN. Dragged it back a second time to have it fixed. They tried to act as if I did something to break it, NO. It was the original pipe, rusted beyond belief. E tested, safety, certified MY ASS. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

The owner is not a serious business man. He has been giving us the roundaround since day 1. We are wondering if all this delaying tactics is to keep the money. Because there has been a new story every time we have shown up to get reimbursed, including a cheque without funds on the account. Don't trust this company! Im filing a complaint with OMVIC. Don't buy here, avoid this nightmare!!

Since I have been threatened with legal action by this dealership for my husband's comment in December that "they use garages that do illegal safeties. Make promises they do not keep" This comment is to vague. And I need to explain what I mean by garages doing illegal safeties and specify. The general public needs to be aware of the full truth, in order to make that decision for themselves if they feel the safeties were illegal. I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. I purchased an f150 and an acura mdx. Both certified and etested. Both vehicles were certified by different garages. Let's start with the f150. My husband drove this vehicle off the lot and for about a week or so. Something was not right there was to much play in the steering wheel among other things. So my husband took the vehicle to a reputable mechanic in our area. The vehicle was at the borderline point of being deemed unsafe for the road. We had to beg the mechanic to let us take it. The dealership did make good on fixing all that was wrong with it. After I drove it a week with my family in it. Under the assumption it was safe. To give you an idea of how bad it was, the steering shaft u joint was worn and loose. The rear tires were 2/32" and front tires were worn and cracked on the outer edges. Left rear e brake cable was disconnected and the pivot seized. Right rear ebrake pivot was seized and the left and right front coil springs were broken. No mechanic doing an honest safety would have missed all of that. Now stay with me because this is only the tip of the ice berg. When I picked up the mdx my husband noticed it was making a weird ticking noise. When he asked the dealership about it they said it just needs an oil change. That should have been our first clue. But not knowing any better. I took it home. I took it in for an oil change shortly there after and it did not fix the issue. I made the dealership aware that the ticking noise had not subsided and at first they were willing to work with us and we went back and forth for awhile. They asked me to get a diagnosis of the issues. Which I did and at that point it went downhill. I'm assuming because they realised their was possibly $6000 worth of repairs that needed to be done. Because at this point that ticking noise was diagnosed at Brantford honda as rod bearing noise or rod knock. Which means that the bottom end of my engine was going to blow up in a unspecified amount of kms and with this problem it's cheaper to replace the entire engine. I also had an issue with the transmission slipping which was diagnosed as an issue with the torque converter. I brought the vehicle back to them again at there request as the dealership wanted their mechanic to diagnose and fix the problem. They brought a "mechanic" with a code reader and because my car had no codes. They told me there was nothing mechanically wrong with my engine or transmission. This is after I sent them all the diagnosis paperwork from Brantford Honda. At this point I stopped communication with them and started dealing with OMVIC which was a waste of time as they cannot make the dealership do anything, they are merely a mediator. So by the time I had this vehicle 6 months I had to replace the entire engine at a cost of about $3500 to me and that's after there so called warranty. Not to mention that depleted the value of my vehicle since the VIN on the engine doesn't match the VIN of the car. I aswell have had to flush the transmission at a cost of around $300 which has fixed the issue with the torque converter for now. But have been advised this may only be temporary and in the future I may have to replace the entire torque converter which is about $2600. This is only a brief overview of my dealings with this dealership. But I'm assuming when they take me to court the rest will come out. I have learned a great lesson. Buyer Beware

As a customer I feel very satisfied with the service and the vehicles I have purchased at lion autos, always great cars and the lowest prices in the market, since I arrived to Canada 4 years ago they took care of me even with no credit history at all, I especially thank to their sales and finance team who helped me though the credit process. All the best.

One star, is too high of a rating to give Lion Auto Enterprise. When I first showed up I had high hopes when dealing with Stephan. After purchasing what I thought was a good car, issues started coming out of the wood work. First the battery was dead when I came to pick up the car, they reluctantly changed it. Driving it home on the highway, I realized the wheel balancing and alignment were off, to the point the whole car shook at 110km/h. And there was a hum coming from the wheels. I took it back and they kept the car for 5 days to do the alignment. I thought my troubles were over, boy was I mistaken. The hum that I was reassured was nothing, got worse. So back to Lion Auto I went. Their mechanic said the front two wheel bearings were shot, and needed to be replaced. At this point, Stephan the sales rep I had been dealing with pulled out his calculator...always a good sign. He proceeded to calculate the cost of parts and labour it would take to fix the issues, that should have been taken care of before the car was sold to a customer. (and then he had the balls to ask me to go get cash, before any work was even done) I left with no intention of getting cash and took the car to a trusted mechanic. I have since been informed that the bearings, rotors and callipers all need to be replaced due to heavy corrosion and cracked bolts. Learn from my mistakes, if you value your safety and money, DO NOT DEAL WITH LION AUTO ENTERPRISE. Thank you to Lion Auto Enterprise for proving the SHADY CAR DEALER stereotype to be true.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Leonardo is sadly the poster child for the classic sleazy deceptive car salesman! He will try to bulldoze you into buying one of his cars and not let you test-drive them until he is convinced you are buying. I work hard for my money, and would hate to see someone give this man $1.00 of their hard earned money. Good luck!

Well i was nervous purchasing a car after reading other reviews here. The license plate bolt was loose and ended up breaking as stefan tried to fix it. The car was supposed to get a new rear wiper which the mechanix forgot so stefan gave me 20$ to get one myseld which i though was fair. The car was not cleaned out properly. The cars hood was not closed properly which i noticed on the highway. I found stefan to be friendly but disorganized. I kind of got sketchy vibes from this car dealership but so far my car is great. The warranty offered is nice as well.
