Armin Auto, they have hole lot of beautiful cars which are mostly new models. I bought my Mercedes Benz c300 white on 27 July 2015 @ Armin auto. They checked all the fluid levels, completely detailed the car, changed the brakes and almost everything is done as they said to me at the time of purchase. Very good service by their staff @ the service section. Mr Ben explained me all about the cars and Daniella helped me in choosing the right car, financial process and all the paperwork. I Went to look at a few cars and the gentleman seemed as if he did not care much. Two random youngsters were sitting at behind the other 2 sales desks, pants by their ankles and texting as if they did not care that I had walked in. Lot is kept in decent condition but the overall feeling I got from the way I was treated was not good. Upon further investigation I realized they have some negative feedback on other sites as well. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience. 1. Gave them a 1000$ deposit, only received 970$ back because the owner said he had to pay 3% for transaction charges after we deciding not to go with their service. 2. His margins are huge (1500$ for buying you a car off of an auction). you really have no idea what you are buying. Plenty of private dealers who take 200-400 for pushing a button on a site for you. 3. Many lies have been told during our time there. BEWARE!

We came in on Saturday morning (of a long weekend), purchased a 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 and asked if there was anyway to get it all done in a day so we could enjoy our new car all weekend. They had a selection of other find cars on their lot but after they let me take the Jetta for a test drive, I knew right away I made a great choice. Service was outstanding and they knew I was a first time car buyer so of course they gave great recommendations on Car payments, Insurance the whole nine yards. Ben the owner on Armin Auto located at 1285 The Queensway, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 1S1 sold me a 2006 Mercedes Benz B 200 turbo engine lemon... it had major issues within the 1st month of purchase ...I took it back him I wanted my money back.....he said it was fine. He took it to Mercedes Benz and fixed the minimal amount of repairs required and suggested I purchased a extended warranty which I did. ... I have had the car for about 4 years and paid approximately $3000 for 2 separate warranties with in the first 2 years and all the cost of repairs have cost me out of pocket more than I paid for the car . The engine went The actuator went The tranny went The shafts went The rust was so bad under the vehicle it was almost impossible to get the wheel off to change the brakes. Several other issues transpired over the years This is just a few of the problem I can remember off hand I maintained the car regularly and religiously with oil changes upon notification without delay. .. The car is a lemon now dead and I am car less. He did this because I was female with no auto mechanic knowledge is my guess or because he is just plain dishonest... or a bit of both combined Ben the owner talks quickly ... does not give you a chance to speak this is how he gets out of hearing your the issue then blames me for malfunction of the car.... Buyer Beware STAY AWAY PS I thought the customer service was lovely too because Danyelle, the sales office assistant made it a good experience while purchasing. BUT THE REALITY.....Ben at ARMIN AUTO SALES SOLD ME A LEMON.... as well as an extended warranty 2 separate ones on the sames vehicle because mostly he knew there were a lot of issues with the car... That is cruel and dishonest ....

Just wanted to describe my recent experience purchasing my BMW X5 at Armin Auto. From the moment we set foot on the lot until we drove away in our beautiful new ride Mr Zia was a pleasure to deal with. The negotations, correspondence and delivery of the car were professional, friendly and efficient and at the agreed upon price and terms. From my perspective the quality of the vehicles on the lot were all very good when compared to other lots which we visited. Ours in particular was in mint shape and looked brand new despite being a used car. I also try supporting independent business people rather than large outfits where you don't get the kind of personalized service as we received here. I want to give them 5 stars. Because the service was incredible, Armin is a class act and very kind and understsnding. I bought my 2012 Ford Focus Titanium from them late January, and I've experienced absolutely no problems at all with them or it up until now. I put the "all season" tires on that came with it, thinking they were drivable tires, how else would I know? Well, they weren't. A couple weeks in and one of the tires blew from the inside. My brother, most honest mechanic I know, was blown away by what horrible quality the tires were and that they were even sold with a vehicle, as there's no chance they would be able to pass a safety test. (There's the loophole right, give them a second set for "free" so long as they roll before they're off the lot what does it matter?) So I went to the shop today, just to inquire why I was given such a low quality set of tires. This is the first time I've ever bought a used vehicle from a dealer. I'm not sure who the older gentleman that was there was, definitely not Armin, but he essentially yelled to me that it's my problem not his, even if the tires did pass safety it wouldn't be valid anymore anyways so it wouldn't matter, and if I was too cheap to buy new tires he would find me a discount on used Chinese tires. I had a phenomenal experience buying my car with Armin, but I won't step foot in their office again, because you really should not treat someone who gave you thousands of dollars and is merely inquiring with a question like this.

DO NOT buy from this dealership. They buy their cars from auctions and put after market parts in the cars for temporary fix. Most cars they bring in needs some sort of repairs or replacements of parts. Also a lot of cars has been in an accident. The owner (old guy) is very disrespectful and a liar. If you ever felt you were cheated or misrepresented by this dealership contact OMVIC (regulates the car industry) and they will investigate. You can also file a police report and inform your lender who gave the loan on the vehicle.

Nice cars but questionable origin. Only deals with auction cars and they always have accidents and he "doesn't know about it". Spend the extra couple thousand and go somewhere else, you will only regret it. I got sold a structural damaged audi and he didn't tell me about it. Only that a bumper was slightly damaged. Ben kept changing the price because he had my trade in value and said he would deduct $2000 if he had to write a check. Be very careful and have a BODY SHOP and MECHANIC check over the vehicle, otherwise you will regret it.

Five star service start to finish. This was the first car I have purchased from Armin Auto. My internet search led me to this company as I was looking for a very specific, late model vehicle with low kilometres. The deal was done quickly with Ben as the car was listed at a favourable price and the negotiations were done in an honourable way. In less than 24 hours later, a few very minor dents were fixed, the car was emissions tested, certified and detailed absolutely spotless. A new set of rotors and disks were installed (on a car with 22K) as a good will gesture. Needless to say, I am thrilled with the car and experience in working with Armin, Ben and Daniella. Armin Auto will be my first stop in looking for high quality, slightly used import cars in the future. What a refreshing change from other car dealerships. I wish them all the best.

The owner stated the vehicle was in a small accident during initial delivery of the vehicle, small scuff with another vehicle while parking it on the boat he said. I didn’t believe his story and bought a car fax for the vehicle turns out the ML was an accident a week after the first owner took delivery, the claim on the suv was over $10,000. With a massive recall interrupting my previously arranged purchase with one of the major manufacturers leaving me with 48 hours to finad another vehicle. To say I was stressed was an understatement. So my son is looking to buy a newer car to his car. Saw one yesterday spoke to one of the sales man who gave me a price, then spoke to the main guy who gave me $2000 higher than what i was originally told. That should've been a sign. He then told me to come back with my son and we can discuss the price if he likes it. We went test drive and then proceed dicuss the price with the main salesman. I never experienced such rude unprofessional service. This man spoke to us hush and left us in the office. We were in shock. He acted like we were begging him for a car instead of us buying a car. Drove down on a Sunday to meet and then made a decision to purchase and picked up the vehicle yesterday. Ben was fantastic. Normally I do not write these types of reviews. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt when there is a service that is provided, and that service falls short of my expectations. However, I feel that this review is warranted and that I need to share my experience with others, so that they do not have the same thing happen to them. Needless to say, I also had a terrible experience. First and foremost, I was ripped off $1000 on a trade in was promised $8400 but only given $7400 (which I only noticed a week after the vehicle was purchased). So yes, I am at fault for not reviewing the finances and just signing off on them, but I didn't think to look because he specifically said I would receive $8400 no less than 10min before that. I will also add that during this process, the owner's tactics were clever- he talked my ears off and engaged in a lengthy conversation about anything and everything, which served as a distraction as I excitedly signed the papers, completely oblivious to the fact that this weasel was screwing me over for $1000 right off the bat. In addition, I was told the vehicle would be safetied, and that all fluids be topped up, etc. One week after the vehicle was purchased the oil light appeared- it was completely empty! $212.00 later Mr. Lube filled my oil and replaced the air filter, which clearly should have been checked by Armin Auto. I am deeply upset with this sold called service that was provided. I do not make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year like some of his clients, and so $1212 is a lot of money. I really wish I would have read the other reviews prior to purchasing the vehicle. One customer hit the nail on the head when he said that the owner is a deceitful liar. If I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing my vehicle I would have thought twice. I hope I will encourage others to do the same. Ladies and gentleman, you have been warned.
