My experience was really good. I’m a business owner and I appreciate when another business owner makes a good effort running theirs, especially a smaller non corporate business. I dealt with Dale... He responded to my email quickly. Didn’t harass me when I showed up, gave me the key and told me to take my time. The vehicle was in great shape and I’m very thorough/picky. Nothing hidden, no surprises or disappointments and the car was immaculately clean. Dale showed me the car fax without having to ask, went through it and pointed out what I needed to know. Ended up buying the 2013 caravan for my contracting business @ljservices and for my little guy. Dale handled my paperwork fast at the end of the day and had my van plated, ready to go the next afternoon. Honest, reasonable prices, quality vehicles, not pushy. I would gladly recommend anyone I know to Dale and I would do business again in the future.

Posted under wifes name,Went today and picked up my 2013 cargo van,this experience was flawless,right from getting there sat,taking the vehicle for test drive was great,and no hassle,came back they went over carfax with me and set me up with fianace office even though it was sat they did call and say approved.Monday finance called and firmed up details,tuesday,signed papers,and got the van,dale had all paperwork ready and was on my way in ten minutes.The ride home to welland was great,the truck rides well and l"m really pleased,Great job,thank you active auto,l would recommend absolutely.Was at a lot of other dealers looking and this van was cleanest by far.Thanks matt,and dale. 5 months later l am still super pleased,thanks again

Purchased a 2010 Audi A4 from them for a very good price (compared to market) about three months ago and have put 12000 km on it with absolutely no issues. I dealt with Matt on a Saturday he was knowledgeable and very helpful. they had the car ready the following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) where i met the owner and had a quick chat before heading out with the new car. something i like was there was no pressure at any point of the sale. would highly recommend
