Every year to two years at the most we buy a new vehicle from them . Is the only dealership we use as a veteran they treat us with respect but to be truthful anyone I see going into this establishment is treated that way just very good people .

Bought a brand new Ram from Wille Dodge. Even referred a buddy who ended up buying a truck from them. The purchase process was decent. But this review is specific to their service department. I used to get all my maintenance done with them. The last time I took my truck in for servicing I parked it on their lot, locked it and left the keys with them. When I picked it up I got half way home when I realized that a utility knife that had been banging around in the door pocket was no longer there. I immediately turned around and went back to report it. They refused to take responsibility for it. I was told that the person that dealt with my truck was the son of a long time employee of their service department. He's never stolen anything before and they didn't believe he would have. They then pointed to a sign on the door of the service department that said they're not liable for property left in vehicles. So first I felt like they were calling me a liar. Then I was to understand that I'm supposed to completely clean out my truck of any and all personal belongings before wanting an oil change?..... They did at least give me a free oil change for my troubles........so as soon as I got said free oil change, I switched to Harris Dodge downtown and haven't been back to Wille.

The truck has been in for several things including new tires, tune ups, and normal works as well and all of it was done with great professionalism, care and personality and I would trust these guys with my car or truck even if I did not buy it there. super unhappy and hugely disappointed with the lack of service and knowledge provided by the staff at Wille Dodge. Very unprofessional and unable to help me with a warranty they sold me. After owning our dodge truck purchased only 5 months ago, the rear end went on it, our truck was used for a small business we own aswell as to get our two children to and from day care. The warranty covered the powertrain and vehicle bumper to bumper for 100,000 km or 5 years which ever came first. We have owned the truck 5 months, put far less than the covered kilometres on it and have had it serviced regularly. They will not honour the warranty and fix the issue, or provide us with a courtesy car which is also part o the agreed upon warranty. It took them over a week just to diagnose the issue and have multiple service representatives pass us around on the phone chasing an answer, while our business suffered and our kids were stuck at home. We have bought 7 dodge vehicles, and never had an issue with them, until now. Feeling like we should have been treated as valued customers and getting left stranded has left us with very ill feelings towards this company aswell has cost our small business to not be able to operate and possible loss of customers. As a multi billion dollar company to deny a claim like this makes me sick. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this company again , and i warn others that can't afford to buy a warranty claiming to protect you and your vehicle,.... to be very careful.

Apart from the parts being severely overpriced, the Parts department will find any excuse not to allow you to return a part. I needed to replace the weather-stripping that seals the top of the cowl to the bottom of the windshield. I explained what I needed and they found the part number and ordered the part. When I went to pick up the new weather-stripping I noticed it was different from the old weather-stripping. I expressed that I was concerned that is was the wrong part. The sales rep assured me that I could return the part if needed. Sure enough the part did not fit properly. So I decided to replace the entire cowl since the new cowl comes with weather-stripping installed. Sure enough, the weather-stripping on the new cowl was the same as the weather-stripping on the old cowl. When I went to return the original weather-stripping I bought they refused to allow me to return it, because I did not have the plastic bag the part was shipped in. This it like Amazon saying you can't return an item because you don't have the cardboard box the item was shipped in. They said they needed the bag because it had the part number on it, but the part number is on their system as well as on the invoice that I provided. I explained that they sold me the wrong part and tried to show them a photo of the different weather-stripping that comes with the new cowl but sales rep refused to even look at the photo and had no interest in taking any responsibility for selling the wrong part. I found the service rep to be rude and condescending and intent on finding any reason to refuse the return.

Probably not the worst auto-repair in town, though looking at the reviews, it's close. Decided to shop around for estimates. They acted not only like I couldn't do that (or hadn't heard of getting multiple estimates), regularly dodged questions, and falsified information in front of me. All I did was ask for a quick look and an idea of when a repair could be scheduled if they could do the work. Rude, dishonest service. Still, might have got them on a bad day. Personally, I won't risk it again.

Lost my business not just today, but my future business too, and all my future vehicle servicing. I was looking at a new 2022 Limited Ram truck today. Was ready to buy the truck, but when it came to look at numbers and any kind of deal negotiation, the General Manager wasn’t willing to budge. I wanted to add a few thousand in accessories, and the GM wasn’t even willing to offer a percentage discount on the accessories. I was ready to purchase their $100k truck today, but they weren’t willing to even take a few hundred off the deal. So no deal, and I walked. Their GM didn’t even bother to walk the floor to say hello to any of the customers that were on the lot. I would have thought that their GM would have popped his head out of his secret office on occasion to meet their customers. They talk about joining a family when you buy a RAM, but it seems to be all talk. So, I went home and made some calls to the Mainland. It seems the dealerships on the Mainland take a LOT of business away from the dealerships on the island. It looks like I will be buying my new 2022 RAM truck from a dealer on the Mainland. Better service and prices, and some will happily pay the cost of the ferry for the business.

Aaron Wellman is by far, the best, and most professional salesman I have ever worked with. I got a phone call, after essentially just browsing their site, and within 48 hours, had me set up with the exact Jeep I had only dreamed about. He knows his clientele, and how to find just what his customer needs, and wants. I may live 900km away from the island, but it is certainly worth the trip to get a vehicle through Wellman. Wille’s Dodge is the best Dodge dealer I have been to yet. I went to Victoria yesterday, and we were driving around and noticed the orange Charger Hellcat they had on the lot. The owner there saw us and greeted us. He offered to show us around the car and even started it up for us. This dealership is run by honest, and really knowledgeable people. In my experience, the parts and service staff are great here. I've been back multiple times for tires (they have some of the best and most competitive pricing on tires in town), vehicle serving and parts. Dodge Caravan rear seat belt would only unlock intermittently from the retractor so you could buckle it up . Had it replaced $280.00. Got the vehicle home...went on vacation, 5 kids seat belt would not unlock again. Took the vehicle back and it was replaced again... worked fine in the dealership parking lot. Got to work and tried it again...wouldn't unlock. Called the service department and asked to have the service manager come to my workplace to have him look at it....wouldn't unlock. He had me move the van to a flat area in the parking lot...the belt unlocked. Apparently the retractor works on a pendulum and does not release if parked on an incline...such a simple problem.... none of the service people could figure out what the issue was.....Perhaps a little more training in these types of mechanical anomalies would be beneficial to service personnel I lost the $280.00.

Thank you Chris Hoeg and the Wille team - you guys are amazing. Had a wonderful experience from the first meeting Chris through to the negotiation stage with the manager JM then signing the paperwork with Brett. In Chris's words he is "the most successful, laziest sales person you'll meet." Chris's approach is great, and very low pressure. He was able to get me into a vehicle to test drive after a conversation about what it was I was looking for, and out again within about 30 minutes. I got an email from him later that day suggesting that if I was interested we could meet. I appreciated this because I had an 8 and a 10-year-old or with me. I then went to "the other Dodge dealership in Victoria" and experienced pretty much every stereotypical sleazy car salesman tactic I could imagine. I was held hostage there for over 2 1/2 hours with my kids while the sales person and sales manager did "who knows what" behind closed doors and ended up being so far off of what I was looking for it was ridiculous. Despite being hounded by "that other dealership" over the next few days, and even unethically offering to undercut Wille, I was so impressed with Chris and JM that it was an easy choice to stay with them. I ended up getting an amazing Ram 1500 with an excellent price and service experience that I know I would not of experienced elsewhere. It was wonderful experience deciding what I wanted to own and drive. Beau was honest , knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel I am pressured to buy. I don’t remember the lady’s name in finance. She was very honest and cooperative in giving the information in a simple way without any boredom. The week after, I checked a few accessories and parts. It seems the parts department has a non-return policy. If you order a part or an accessory, you got to be sure about it. They were all awesome.

So i was just at willie to pick up some sick tires (Toyo Proxe R1R) and i dealt with a guy named marcus i believe, i was so damn happy about seeing my tires there, started telling marcus about my civic and was expecting to get roasted but i didnt????, anyways he told me how great the tires were, how fun they are, all that good stuff, only talked to him for like 5-10 mins but if i ever have to go back to willie ill deffinitly go see him again! This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences that I have had. The dealership is extremely customer friendly, trustworthy and prompt. Beau Wille took us on a comprehensive vehicle review and covered all the bases. I normally find car buying to be like a trip to the dentist (no offense dentists) but this was an exception. I cannot explain how much i appreciate the care and time. That both Beau Willie and Namika have both put in. They both excel at there jobs and you can see why. At no point did I ever feel pressured during the sale. Beau walked me through all features on the vehicle and explained if i ever had any qiestions to contact him. You can tell that they care about there customers and respect their financial budget. Namika was very patient with me and took her time walking me through the paperwork as it is a big investment with explaining to me my options. So greatful they made this such an easy choice for me . I bought my wrangler with Wille in 2012 and aboslutely loved the process. I recently purchased a new Dodge ram with another dealership as Wille did not have one in stock and the experience was a stark contrast to the one at Wille. I would absolutely return to Wille for another vehicle, and I have transferred the service of my truck to Wille as well. There is not a chance I will buy another car from the other dealer.

Jim, our salesman, was friendly, kind and no pressure. Laid out the deal and negotiated in good faith. Wille gave us a great deal on a late build 2015 Fiat 500c Cabriolet 1957 Edition and offered us a fair trade. Business office and sales manager (owner) were equally efficient and friendly. Best, easiest car transaction in my many years of driving. Sale at 5 p.m., picked up the car 24 hours later. Love it. Highly recommended. Will add a review when dealing with service.

In early May 2018 I walked into the showroom to see an advertised low mileage Hellcat. Frank Burgaretta greeted me and walked me around the car. Not only was the car perfect, but Frank's demeanour and professionalism were too. He established a rapport with me that I have rarely experienced in all my years of car buying. He worked especially hard to make my trade-in value acceptable. The next day the deal was done, and I have a car that I look forward to driving every time. Whenever I stop by Wille Dodge to purchase parts or arrange servicing ( they too are always helpful and professional ) I visit Frank just to talk cars for a while. I'll be back!

The wife and I have just moved From Scotland To Victoria. Looking at used vehicles For the past 2 weeks we decided lets just pop in and have a look at a new one. Chris Hoeg Our Sales Man Did not try to pressure sell us anything and asked what our needs were and listened. He Brought up a New Cherokee and Compass for us to test drive. it was close to there closing time and he said just take our time. Ive worked in the Auto industry all my life. After just moving To Victoria From Scotland at the beginning of Oct. We bought car just so we could get around. After a few weeks the car was just to large for my wife to drive and we had to get something else. Looking at used cars we decided to just pop in and have a look at something new. Chris Hoeg our salesman was pleasant and took the time to ask what our needs were. Told him we didn't want to waste his time as we had just moved here and didn't think we would get financed. He said not at all and brought up 2 jeeps for us to test drive a new Cherokee and new Compass. After driving both The wife fell in love with the compass. Now the fun begins. I was raised and have worked in the auto industry all my life. and know all the tricks that dealerships do. Funny enough Chris and Matt (sales Manager) did not try one of them. they were more interested in having a happy customer then just getting a sticker on the board for end of month. Sitting in the finance office we were given all our options and explained exactly what the process was going to be. in 5 mins we were approved at a low rate and the vehicle was now ours, Its now after 9pm and Chris was ready to spend /next hour to go over the vehicle with us. We Turned that down told him to go home to his Family and we would come back on the weekend and can go through it then. 5 Star Service from everyone we met at the dealership and im now looking at getting a Wrangler as well. Wille Dodge Now has Customers For life or as long as we still live in Victoria

Awful. Took a FOB to get programmed for my truck and they said they couldn't program it but charged me anyway. The guy on the phone told me it was $40 to program but they charged me $49.99 plus tax. So I paid almost $60 to have them not help me at all. The guy was friendly but this was awful customer service. Now that I speak to other Dodge owners I am now seeing that Wille is not well liked by a lot of people. Will not go back. A shame too as I am in the market to get a new truck in the next year or so.

Took my truck in for some ICBC bodywork after a hit and run left me with a trashed front bumper. Great service and a really nice new clean loaner. They do good work in the automotive shop and the body shop. I have been dealing with Wille for about 16 years, bought my first new vehicle there and my current Ram. We encountered some issues with my rims being a different size then we thought, but they were great and ordered the correct sized tires and had them in the next day. They still honored the original quote, which I might add was a great price compared to other places we had looked at. Would definitely recommend them! Also there's a Tim Horton's conveniently across the street so you can wait and grab a coffee in the meantime.

Mixed feelings; I bought a truck and it turned out to have issues... that they weren't going to fix. The service dept manager told me it was a normal loud whining noise (that everyone who rode in my new truck commented on). Give me a break, I think not. Two trips in to see him with no luck so I did some online searching and found a star-case (that's what they call it) repair that should be warranty work. I made a complaint to Chrysler Canada and they called the dealer... and then the dealer called me back in and fixed the truck under warranty. They weren't going to help me at first but then they did a nice job and stayed late to have it done asap and gave me a Fiat 500 loaner... which was fun actually. They do a nice job but they don't seem very interested in doing warranty work. I give Chrysler Canada full marks for service after the sale but the Willie Dodge service dept... they leave a bit to be desired but I'd shop there again.

I came in for booking an appointment with their service department. Then I was looking at their hellcats, a salesman came to me and tried to talk me through trading in my scatpack for a hellcat. I was open to hear how much my car is worth and see what options are. Then their finance guy had a look at my credit and told me there is no way I can get finance approved here, because last dealership I purchased from "cheated" on my credit to get me approved, only option is to lease the car. When the conversation is over, I found out that they took my car for a ride, WITHOUT ASKING ME. Quote on quote "just to make sure there is nothing you didn't tell us about your car"... Then they told me they can't get me a quote on my cars value because the manager isn't here. Does any one of these bullshits make sense?! I was thinking switching from Harris to Willie, now I will stick with Harris. No way I'm visiting ever again.

This has been a whirlwind week. We have been keeping up with vehicles and opportunities at Willie Dodge but did not expect to be able to purchase a new vehicle for a while. In a very short time, we traded in our van (a Dodge Grand Caravan from Willie Dodge in 2010) and drove off the lot with an awesome upgrade to a 2016 with features that made all the family happy. I cannot stress enough how painless the process was and how hard Frank worked for us. He was there at every step to ensure things went smoothly and that all questions were answered to our satisfaction. He is Awesome! I definitely will be returning to Willie Dodge to Frank within the year as we look for a small commuter car and in the future when this van is ready to be traded in. Need a part - Go some where else - they charge you ten times the same as the local speed shop for the same part. They don't know the vehicles - I asked what was needed to install cruise control on my 1500 and they could not tell me. Power steering pump at the speed shop $100 - at willies $817 + 172 plastic reservoir and a new $117 bracket. This place is a RIP-OFF I will never purchase from them ever! IT ALSO REALLY SUCKS THAT I HAVE TO PROVIDE ONE STAR JUST TO POST. This place is not worth the one star.

*Edit after taking delivery* They broke our contract and left me with a take it or leave it option on a factory order that we'd already waited 8 months for. We ordered during a manufacturers rebate event that reduced the cost of the car by $3,000. We put a $10,000 deposit down on the van and was assured by the salesman that the terms of the contract were finalized. But when the van arrived Willie Dodge refused to accept the previous contract and said take it or leave it. A van which we had been waiting 8 months for and had made plans around. So we took it. With a bad taste. The exchange and experience with Beau at Willie Dodge - at first happy and pleasurable during the original sale - turned out to be unsavory. You think you can trust people right? My Jeep Wrangler was totalled in an accident, I went looking for a replacement (used). I talked with Beau, who listened to me rant on about my insurance and general stress without complaint or rushing me out the door. I had very specific instructions to help trouble shoot an idle issue. I asked them to look at the pcm and ecm to see why I was getting a mis-com between them, and to test the injection pump. The called me 8 hrs later giving me the odb2 codes and had tested the charging of the battery's and alt(with a multimeter), and looked over some electrical connectors. Nothing of what I had asked. And all things I already did and knew. They got me no where, couldn't find anything, and charged me $500. They are supposed to have the knowledge and experience to pin point issues. That's why I would ever go to a dealership. I will never go to this place or have one good thing to say about these incompetent money hungry junior mechanics

Very disappointed with my experience at Wille Dodge and I had trusted them. They are deceptive and poor communicators. The parts department sold me used rims which I thought were new at the time of purchase and after numerous discussions on the phone. There were multiple scratches and a significant chip on the front rim on the driver's side and the rest of the rims looked brand new so I was so confused. Their solution was to credit me 100 bucks for the rim. So my family member got on the phone and demanded better and they came up with a solution to give me 250 back on my credit card for two of the wheels and put the marked up rims on the back passenger side. When I went there to get it done, after changing my rims around they said they couldn't change it to the back passenger side anymore because the tire was directional and it would take an hour. So at this point I was fed up and went to get my refund.... they put $200.50 on the machine so I asked the gentlemen to double-check with his manager that this was the amount. The manager Roland comes in and called me silly, unreasonable and said it was getting ridiculous. He then proceeded to tell me that I should just put cheap steel wheels on my car at this point. Next, he continued to try and tell me that he had spoken to me on the phone at the time of the quote and sale to tell the rims were used. This was not true AT ALL, I was talking with Jamie from parts and as soon as I called him on it he back-peddled. I was being very kind and reasonable and just said: "listen I was just asking, I just want my money back ok" and proceeded to leave as I was not going to take any more of it. He was super combative, condescending, rude and dismissive. The nice gentlemen Aidan working at the service desk helped me out to my car and he said that my wheels were all dusty so he just wiped them off himself. He was very gracious and was the only decent part of my experience. I will not be giving them my service again and wouldn't recommend anyone go there as they try to gaslight you for wanting them to correct their actions in the first place.

My husband and I brought our 2003 Jeep Wrangler for a 85 point inspection. Some items that were checked green, as in ok were not. One example is the air conditioning does not work but was checked ‘green’. Did they even check it? Seems like they rush thru the report. Husband called and was told they can’t spend a lot of time doing each report. Probably should have told us we wouldn’t be getting the full service but still paying the full amount, 174$. And to top it off, the check engine light came on as we drove away from the dealership. They said, it’s a old car, it’ll happen. I don’t see how it’s not related, the car was fine before we brought it in. I would not recommend.

Do not recommend the service department. My new Charger SRT had squeaky brakes after only a couple of thousand Km's and they told me it was warped rotors that would cost 2000-3000 dollars. They refused to cover under warranty (normal wear and tear). They phoned two weeks later to say it is not the rotors, and that the squeaking is normal, although the service manager agreed these were abnormally loud. Purchased new pads and had them installed at a different garage. Squeaking is gone and I can finally drive my vehicle with the windows down and the sunroof open. Needless to say, I will not bring my vehicle back here for maintenance.

From the second they called me about my inquiry I felt the warmth in their hearts and how they truly care about their customers. The two salespeople(Matt & Chris) and finance manager(Namika) that assisted me were beyond sweet and very personable people, they made me feel comfortable like I've known them for years! That's a huge part in buying a car, they make me want to go back there and just sit and chat with them, honestly the sweetest people! The financial manger sat with me and she made sure I understood all the numbers and everything that was happening before I purchased my Jeep. bit of a mixed experience here but overall good intentions. First of all the sales person was polite and not pushy. he did however incorrectly state the engine size of the vehicle I bought so I wasn't very impressed with that. however I believe it was an honest mistake and not deliberate. Next problem was the insurance agent who I found would not work with me at all on lowering the price however when I complained they sent for a different agent that was more flexible even though I had to wait around for a while. no big deal. then I had some problems with the car. first time they sent someone to diagnose it right away and turns out I was shifting it wrong so that was my bad and they acted swiftly. next time I was having issue with the audio equipment.. the aux in was producing a lot of static. the person I talked to on the phone wasn't making any sense. he kept saying it was because of the cord itself. I said I had already tried 4 different cords and he said it needed to be the manufacturer's brand cord... so I looked it up and Samsung doesn't even make aux cords... then I asked if they could take a look at the issue and he said I would have to bring it to some other dealership that specializes in xxx cars. well I didnt buy the car from that dealership so why would I do that? this person was pretty uniformed and I was kinda put off by the whole ordeal but it turned out the problem could be solved by both a group loop isolator and a bluetooth aux converter which were cheap but I had to figure that out on my own. However the other week they called to do a 6 month follow up and helped me with another issue I was having at no charge so that was nice. so overall I think they are well intentioned but the experience was soured by a couple misinformed employees. the managers I talked to were helpful and seemed like they genuinely cared.

Got to start off with saying this has been the worst service shop experience I have ever had. Took my Jeep in for a the many leaks it has when it rains. They didn’t even address the worst one I wanted fixed. The 2 others they tried to fix and on the report they gave me when I paid it said no leaks detected. Right after the first rain fall it was still leaking just as bad. Called and returned for them to fix it and they still charged me even though they had said it was not leaking any more. The parts guy at the desk told me these seas were not ment to keep all the rain out ( my brother has the exact same Jeep exact same year bought within the same week and his does not leak at all plus I’m a plumber I’m well aware of what a gasket does keeps water out) as soon as the first rain hit still leaking. Not even worth my time going back they will just charge me again for work that won’t be done. I have never wanted to go to a dealership mechanic hence the name stealorship but I figure I would give it a try as they are the professionals, and I have been trying to fix this issue with no luck. You guys really proved your selfs to live up to the name of why people don’t want to go to dealership mechanics.

Ordered a part on December 28, 2020 and I had to prepay. Ok no problem. Was told that the part was going to be in in one week. Ok, but I can't use the car until I get the part in. I called on January 5th 2021 and was told the ETA was January 13th. Not happy about it and the person on the phone was not sympathetic and just kept saying that was the ETA. Not happy. I called on the the 13th to inquire if my part was in. I was told that it had arrived on the 8th. I was told I slipped though the cracks. I asked the Parts Manager what he could do for me because I was not called and have been without the car an extra 5 days. He said he couldn't do much because the part was already paid for, WHICH I HAD TO DO BEFORE THEY WOULD ORDER IT! I suggested a rad flush ( it was hoses for the rad that I had ordered ) and Shaun the Parts Manager said he couldn't do that but could offer me a bottle of antifreeze as compensation for not being called. I told him I was not pleased and all he said was he hoped they would be able to help me next time....lol. Never going to them again. Worst customer service I have ever had from an auto dealer. Beware!

I recently brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service at the beginning of May to have a rear squeaky brake looked at. After several recommendations made by the technician the cost was a little over $1,200. The brakes had been replaced in 2019 and we're in great shape. There was never a safety concern, just wanted the noise gone. After returning my vehicle to me, the noise was still there...I brought it back and went for a test drive with a technician where he was surprised to hear the sound still. His recommendation was "panic stops and drive it lots over the weekend and it should go away". Hmm. Noise was still there after a few days. I called back, the service manager asked me to drop it off and they would double check their work at no cost. Great. They replaced a few clips that may have been causing the sound. When the technician drove my Jeep around to give it to me, as he came to a stop it squealed. He said "the brakes just need to warm up". Called the manager, explained I was still not satisfied with the service I received. He said it is not a safety concern, just a nuisance and they would credit my account $100. I will not be returning to this dealership.

took a month to just order the correct mirror for my truck after they said it would take 3-4 days, had to call in to see if it was there yet and it had been there for three weeks! they ordered the wrong one which took another week and I had to call them ONCE AGAIN, also had my window replaced at the same time, window makes a whistling noise now, also got grease on my interior fabric, and the rear view mirror fell off the window while driving down the highway. somehow they managed to use a quarter tank of gas, after checking kilometres they didn't drive it but they let it idle for hrs on end, (the litters per 100km average was at 32!!! instead of 16l/100km) their excuse was that they let it run for about 10 minutes to melt the snow on the roof, guess they thought I like to drive around with my heat off when its -6 degrees out lol and that it must have just been reset so that the avergae goes up quickly, doesn't explain that the tank said a 1/4 instead of 1/2, when I went back for them to do my mirror (1.5 months after my quote) I complained about the TERRIBLE service and the fact my truck is worse than when I first brought it there, the repair man HANDED MY KEYS BACK! and they said they didn't want my business!! I would rather let a monkey with a hammer work on my truck rather than those incompetant idiots! I would recommend to steer clear of that place. I have never had that bad of service in my life anywhere!!

Absolutely horrible experience with the Willie Dodge team. I went in to purchase a new vehicle asked multiple questions about the vehicle because of how you want your vehicle to look. After telling the dealership want I wanted and it was ordered Twice it got delayed and I had to phone them to find this out and not even an apology for the delay for a total of 2 weeks. Once I finally got the vehicle turns out all the questions I asked every answer was a lie. the dealership claimed that I didn`t ask the questions right and said I didn`t ask for certain features that I did ask for and tried to charge me 1200$ out of pocket for their mistake. I have ordered a vehicle part (light assembly which is not available at Canadian Tire) that was promised to arrive in 3 days. Pricey compared to other places/dealers but promised speedy delivery that's why I didn't mind the $15-dollar difference. They said that they would call when it arrives. One week has passed, the part still hasn't arrived yet and they did not even give a courtesy call-update regarding what is going on. I had to call and ask about the status of the delivery. They said that it should arrive Monday. Monday comes and there is still no part. Another Monday plus one day (Tuesday) comes, no call from them, no apologies or anything like that. They said that the part is stuck in Portland-warehouse and they do not know the reason. They said we can wait for another 3-5 days (the earliest). I already waited more that two weeks for this and so, I instead demanded a refund. Do not associate with this company. They also have very expensive used and brand-new vehicles. How do I know? I tried them two times in 8 years. They do not even have close-competitive price. Theirs is way way high. Of course, don't take my word for it. Experience the absence of professionalism of even their staff/agents and their egoistic remarks on how they promote themselves.

The synthetic leather dash cover developed a annoying defect that surfaced and the Service Manager said FCA Chrysler would not correct under warranty, and also what appeared to be warped plastic roof rack rails (channels for X bars). After pleading with the Service Manager he finally replaced the roof rails, but that did not fix the problem so he now says that is the way they are made. So much for bumper to bumper warranty, a joke. They will not cover any cosmetic defects period. Service Manager could not show me any other Jeeps that had these issues and continued to down play the issues and offered to use a heat gun to correct roof rails, a very unprofessional band aid fix. Spoke to the Dealer management (owner) and faced a very defensive unhappy and rude person that could care less. Then I contacted FCA Chrysler Customer Care - they also could care less and said the problems were within tolerance and not covered under warranty. They said behind my back that I am being picky, (70K) I paid for this new Jeep - really. This would never sell in a showroom in this condition. What ever happened to Customer Satisfaction. Do not waist your time and money with this dealer if you are set on a Dodge/Jeep FCA product, be aware that FCA Customer Service/Care is also a waist of time if you have a problem and will not help in anyway. Dealer Service Manager/Management will most likely reply to this and say they would like to reach out to the customer or call me a liar, but in person they still will offer no solution and blame the warranty saying it is within tolerance. Dealer Service Manager has all my contact information and has had every opportunity to correct and never tried to contact me or leave a message to resolve these problems. They will take your money and provide Zero Customer Service/Satisfaction once they got your money. I was warned by friends but didn't listen and wanted to give them a chance. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

In May 2018, I brought my Jeep into Wille Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Victoria, BC Canada for brakes (front & rear pads, rotors, and calipers). I paid over $2,000 for the service and assumed I was getting Mopar parts and the job would be done right because it was being done by Jeep certified mechanics. I was wrong. I returned in December of 2019 because there was a hot, burning metal smell coming from the front axle & at 80 KM/H the Jeep would rumble and pull to the side. I paid for a full checkup on the Jeep, including a test drive to try to replicate the issue, but the mechanic found nothing. He did, however give me a bill for $200 for his time. After taking the Jeep home and driving it a few more times, I continued to encounter the same issue, so I reduced my use of the vehicle. I felt it was unsafe to drive since I continued to experience the issue with EVERY use and I really couldn't believe the Jeep mechanic didn't notice anything on his test drive. I finally took the Jeep to a local, non-dealership mechanic. He immediately found the problem -- my front calipers were stuck. I need to have them replaced again, after putting only 3,500 miles on the vehicle since the full brake job in May of 2018! If Jeep had found the issue in December 2019 when I had brought it in, I would have been covered by a warranty -- and NOT a Mopar warranty, but a NAPA warranty. Despite believing that I had received Mopar parts(one of the reasons I pay extra for dealership service), I had actually received remanufactured calipers from NAPA. According to the mechanic who is now servicing my Jeep, they weren't even the high quality, powder-coated ones that I could have had for the price I paid. They were the cheapest they make, billed at top dollar! Regardless, I am now out of warranty. Furthermore, when I was discussing this entire matter with Joseph, the service manager, I realized that when I had brought the Jeep to the dealership in December, the odometer reading upon drop off and pick up hadn't changed. It would have been hard for the mechanic to do a test drive, get the Jeep to 80 KM/h and yet not put 1 mile on the odometer. Joseph said it was common to not update the mileage. In fact, Joseph had an answer for every issue that I brought up -- in the dealership's favor, of course. I have been taking my Jeep to this dealership's service department since 2012. This is my third Jeep and I love my vehicle. I have always spent a little more on service because I believed I was getting better parts and treatment. Sadly, I have learned that all I was getting was a larger bill. Wille Jeep lost a customer today. In fact, after this experience, I am doubtful that I will ever trust another Jeep dealership's service department again.

Met with salesman, Cam MacFarlane, spring of 2021, looking to build a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Cam spent an amazing amount of time picking through all the options with my wife and I, including prices and specs until we had the perfect build. We wanted a 6-speed manual transmission, which Cam warned us may be hard to get, and he also advised us COVID had significantly impacted builds so it could be months to get an order in. Cam kept us apprised throughout the wait, explaining the various build codes and stages so we understood the process. To expedite matters Cam offered to look into reducing some of the options we ordered if that would mean getting the build completed sooner, but after building the perfect vehicle, we chose to wait. We picked up our new Jeep yesterday! Cam spent time going over every inch of the vehicle with us and demonstrated how everything worked and was very patient with our questions and offered us to contact him with any questions.concerns as we are getting familiar with the vehicle. Horrible dealership! Bought a used minivan from willie dodge, after being assured it was a good reliable vehicle. It broke down the very next day. The only thing they offered was to have a free inspection in their shop. I was told I'd need a new fuel pump, filter, lines, hoses, and possible injectors. I had the minivan towed to my regular shop where all they had to do was change the fuel filter. This place is why used car salesmen have such a greasy reputation.

I went to the Wille autoshop to get my vehicle fixed and they did not even give me a proper estimate/quote of the repair costs and told me that the first thing I need to do is order the fender. He told me that I need to pay $300 for the fender. So I paid and waited 3 weeks for the fender to arrive. He told me that it was only going to take upto a week, but it took 3 weeks and even after 3 weeks, he told me that they were short in labour to replace my fender so I have to wait 2 more weeks. It turns out that my car is not even possible to repair and that they just made me order the fender for nothing without even looking at my vehicle carefully. So I called to get my refund for the fender and now they are saying I dont have the right to get the refund. Is that how you make money ripping off customers and recommending them to buy auto parts?! The most horrifying service and experience ever. Im surprised they even have the license to repair any vehicles. It looks like they dont know what they're doing at all.

I went in looking to get some sort of suv as my little 2 door golf wouldn’t cut it anymore. I was greeted by frank and he listened to my wish list.
