We've got the reviews of real people who purchase the products of Three Point Motors (Car Concessionaire) in Esquimalt (Canada).
At the present this firm gets a rating of 4.2 stars over 5 and this score has been calculated on 127 reviews.
As you can see its rating is very positive, and it's based on a very large number of scores, so we can think that the assessment is very accurate. If many people have bothered to give their feddback when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to write evaluations when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Car Concessionaire belongs to the category of Mercedes-Benz dealer.
K. just base on my experience, do not go there and even consider your purchasing. The salesperson aren't very polite at first place, and they judging customers by the looks(no kidding they ignored me for 25 minutes cuz i was wearing sweat pant/hoodies.) That's not very professional at all. Secondly, it is truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They can't understand from the customer's point of view and try to change the customer's idea/opinion/decision which makes most profit for them. Isn't that obvious enough? or Do u guys think all customers are idiot? Since it's the only benz dealer, I guess I shouldn't have been too surprised of the service...maybe better off filling up a compliant letter and send to the benz head office...that they should really train the salesperson UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER'S POINT OF VIEW. You folks gotta understand the value is what customer values.
I was left disappointed by a delay in the supply chain - however I received a call by the parts manager. He was extremely helpful and did all he could to resolve the situation. The 3 stars is more reflective of Mercedes as a brand that the parts department 'per se' - there's a fine line between profit and greed. Feeling pushed down an expensive route on a part worth pennies destroys all trust.
Friendky staff & open decor
Uh... expensive. Overly so? $147/h labor rate, and parts that seem a good deal over-priced, my $550 oil change and inspection today came as a bit of a surprise. Will not be going back.
I just wanted to say the staff here was exceptionally friendly, inviting and really made me feel welcome in the showroom. The new cars Mercedes are putting out are absolutely amazing inside and out including the technology. I highly recommend looking for Adam on the sales floor.
Best dealer in western Canada!
Ken dinnadge the sales rep and Matthew Higgins the finance guy was great to deal with and was not trying to push too hard to warranties. There were ZERO surprises and this was the best overall experience I’ve had buying a new vehicle. Thanks guys!
The level of professionalism and service I have received from everyone at Three Point Motors is top notch. In the last 3 years I have personally purchased and leased many vehicles (E350c/E400a/ML/2 cadillacs/SL500/300CE/Smart/CLK55/GLE350d). My family first purchased from Horst at 3 point in 1999 and since we have completed over 20 transactions. This is the best quality dealership in town. It all starts with one of the first faces you see in service, Steve Pedersen. Steve and Scott M. are amazing and reliable for all your service needs! Sales and administration are always very attentive and courteous. One of the best coffee bars in town is in the lounge. Just please buy a car before tasting the bakery treats! The current business office is bar none the most organized and friendly in town. (I also deal with other dealerships for my trucks), there is no comparison. Behind the scenes the mechanics and the parts department will actually spend time with you and review your concerns and needs. Let's not forget Michelle who organizes the detailing of vehicles. If you are as picky as me there is no better place in town to have you high end vehicle detailed. Whether it be my SL55, stingray corvette or my lawn tractor, this is the only place I trust! Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ dealership. There is a reason they have won 'Dealer of the Year' 2 years running for MB Canada.
Recently came in with a couple issues with my MB and had the privilege to deal with Noah Charlton. Noah and the entire service team went over and above what is expected with prompt, efficient and courteous service to get me and my car in and out extremely quick and made my visit a very positive one. Thanks again!!
When I first bought my Mercedes B200TURBO, I took it to a variety of places around town to have work done on it, as I was under the false assumption that the dealership was going to cost SO much more. Unfortunately, all those other places let me down by doing shoddy work, so despite saving a little on the shop rate, I was actually causing myself more grief. Three Point Motors has shown me real value in coming to them. Yes, their hourly rate is a little bit higher, but I know that I'll drive away in a refreshed car that feels new again, without any concern. They stay in touch via text while they service the car, and checking in/out with Jeremy or Noah makes the process easy, and lowers my stress. I believe their mechanics/technicians are extremely thorough. When they notice anything awry under the hood or under the car, even if it's not on the work order, they fix it. Most notably: a job I had done on my car at another shop took 4hrs, and cost a fortune. I ended up having the wrong spark plugs installed, they fouled, caused a misfire, and it ended in a disaster. The guys at Three Point did the same job in 2hrs, with better workmanship, using only the best parts. The saying, "do it right, or do it twice" stands true here. Come to these guys and it'll only need to be done once.
Bought a 2017 GLS 450 from Daniel Low and he is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful! Daniel made my purchase very easy and is always there to help out in every aspect, even after the purchase, he still helps me connect with services department whenever my car needs services. He provides truly seamless service. Every question was answered by him patiently and with enthusiasm in a time manner. It has been clear right from the beginning that Daniel is a proud Mercedes sales and lease consultant and cares for his clients. The dealership itself is very well laid out and accommodating, always having coffee and cookies for the clients. Right from when you enter the dealership you are made to feel like you belong. This is the first Mercedes that I have purchased from Deniel and I will definitely recommend him to others. Thank you, Daniel. This SUV is exceptional!!"
I entered your dealership at approx 1:30 on Sunday July 30, 2017. Salesman was busy with some people, talked to me while I went into showroom. He said he was busy, would be with me shortly when he finished up with these people. Appropriate. I walked around the showroom, then out to the sales lot while waiting for him, I was looking for a larger SUV type vehicle which has some towing capacity. It was about 30 minutes I had waited while he was with the others, on many occasions I looked to them and the salesman was on his cell phone, I was thinking this may be a little frustrating for those people. I saw him finish up and say good by to them, I was still outside. We talked a little of what I was looking for, and I told him I was most interested in the red SUV inside the showroom, nice vehicle with larger towing capacity. We were walking in side when he stopped as I walked up to the vehicle. I looked back and he had stopped, was again talking on his cell phone. After many minutes he came to me and we talked a little from outside the vehicle, as I opened the door, he pulled his cell phone out again and talked again for some time, I was getting frustrated at this point. He then came back to me after some time again and by now I had a lot of questions regarding the features inside this nice vehicle, as we were talking while I was sitting inside the car, he again pulled his cell phone and walked away from me, leaving me inside as he walked outside the showroom talking on his cell phone. After about 5 minutes I simply left as he was laughing and talking outside to someone on his phone. Question ? Is this standard operating procedure for salesman at your dealership ? I have a lot of money, and will not be making a purchase after being treated so rude by your staff.
Great dealership, fabulous service. Love Mercedes!!
Ken Dinnadge and Matthew Higgins was wonderful with no words to describe. They did all their best to me, so I could buy my beloved car. Thank you very much !!!
Good service and good value. Ask for Daniel, he'll treat you right. Update: Upon picking up my car I noticed some small damage to the paint but they took care of it and had the car repaired right. Car is flawless now.
I have an endless list of terrible customer service experiences from Three Point Mercedes. Also, I'm dealing with a manufacturing defect that they won't fix. Tried going through Three Point, then to Mercedes head office, then to their Western Canada Manager. Every single person is rude and not willing to help in a situation where its their fault. If you like not helping people, being rude and offering zero customer service, you should definitely work here! **Attention Scott** In response to your reply: I'm not sure that you are aware of what is actually happening here. I tried to call you today but you were unavailable. - The issue here, which is related to a MANUFACTURER DEFECT was only discovered in July of 2017. - Any issue I had prior to July 2017 was always paid for by me, as I fully understand that there is a cost to maintaining my vehicle. Which was, by the way, fully serviced by Mercedes since I purchased it in 2006-2015. - I am also fully aware that there is no warranty on this car. And I'm sure that you are fully aware that a warranty has nothing to do with a manufacturer defect. - I have every single piece of paperwork related to the vehicle since 2006, and in 2010 there was already damage to the car as a result of the defect. I'm not asking for any favours here. This is very black and white. I have a car I cannot drive due to a defect and it's the responsibility of Mercedes to fix this. Mercedes needs to do the right thing. Are you willing to do the right thing?
Not good at all, avoid at all costs ill post a more detail and explanation in the near future.... not good at all....
Very bad experience! They sold me damaged MB350. More than a year of nightmare going back and forth to get it fixed. Service department was absolutely not helpful. Eventually, they offered me to buy it back for...half a price! I would think twice before going there.
Excellent customer service. Above average and more than fair when it came to charging me for fixing my little "Sunshine". Have bought 2 MB from this dealership and have always been treated like royalty. The cars I purchased never gave me any trouble( just the usual maintenance) and I believe I will always be a customer of Three Point Motors. Mr. David Rabii assisted me in my purchase and gave me a very fair trade-in price for my older MB. David also found me my new dream car and spent a great deal of time with us to make sure we were happy. David followed up with us and assured us that if we ever have any concerns to just call him direct. Please go and see David Rabii and remember - You Gotta Shop at Three Point Motors!
I love to this place very much.
Adam and Matthew did a great job and help us find a right car and price for our new car.
Sales people loss interest in you if you are looking for a used Benz.
Had my car in for recall inspection.....and it was washed and vacuumed when collected. Is that not great service!
These guys are a class act. I took my jeep into them for a service ( it has a Mercedes diesel engine ) and their tools won't talk to the Chrysler diagnostics so they undercharged me for diagnostic time because they were unable to help me. Thanks !
Great service, did not try to over service.
Great Staff, very helpful, typical
I recently left my vehicle with Three Point Motors for repair of multiple small leaks. It turned out to be quite a big job, fortunately covered by my extended warranty. The dealership was an absolute pleasure to deal with, diagnosing the problems, dealing with the extended warranty company on my behalf, and fixing the problems. They made the whole process as pain free as possible with excellent communications and professionalism and great courtesy cars. A top notch organization.
Friendly approachable staff, knowledgeable
Excellent experience with sales Dale Lang - friendly and great sense of humor. Showing Smart cars may not be the most exciting or profitable for any dealership, however Dale was very engaged and knowledgeable. Presently Three Point has a few excellent Smart fortwo's including an electric version. They are polished to perfection. Thank you Dale!
It is not only how a business handles relationships when things are going well that counts, more importantly in many ways is how a company responds when things do not go so well that is a reflection on the over ethos of a business. 3 Point Motors have excelled at trying to correct things that went wrong and David Rabii in particular, as well as the GM Scott Shears have excelled in this aspect.
ICBC provides better service. The service department is a write off, or thats what might happen to your vehicle if you leave it here. Let me elaborate. I brought a classic and rare benz to the service department to have a trouble light switched off on the dash that accidently turned on while performing some work to my car. Of course being an older model there was a special scanner needed to switch it off, so I dropped my car off here. A couple hours go by and I still did not recieve a call to pick up my car, so I decided to stop in and check up on it. Upon returning to the dealership I was told that the service manager would need to talk with me about my car. I met the service manager who then told me that "your car put itself into reverse and crashed into another car in the shop". My response was "cars dont put themselves into reverse". The service manager then had the odacity to insinuate that my car insurance would be covering this incident that happened while the car was under their care and control. After I would not acknowledge that my own insurance was going to cover this, every bit of customer service went to hell and the dealership went into full cover up mode. I was barely apologized to and not even offered a loaner vehicle after my car was made undrivable and ultimatly a complete write off. The dealership then tried to de-value my car to ICBC as much as possible by taking video and pictures of every defect they could find on my vehicle after the accident. Its really disappointing when ICBC provides better customer service and is more accomodating about the situation than the hoity toity dealership that destroyed my car. Luckily for me ICBC has provided a happy ending. 3-Point Victoria needs to pull up their big boy pants and take responsibility for what happens in their shop. The fact that my car was destroyed is not what has made me an unhappy customer it was the unwillingness to take responsibility and the terrible service after the fact that earned this review.
Staff are excellent and selection if great. Wish my key didn't cost $380 to replace however.
Staff was friendly
Linda the appointment coordinator always manages to get us an appointment when we need one.
Wonderful experience.
Very efficient and professional help while dropping of car for service.
EDIT: After a response from the dealership, I have increased my review rating as they addressed my concerns. Purchased a vehicle. Overall the experience was fine. Developed a leak in a tire right after purchase, checked and found all tire pressure were set low from dealer. TPMS had not been properly set at time of purchase. Salesman who sold the car no longer worked there. Sales department did not want to assist with cost of repair, despite the timeline being so close to purchase and no visible nail to say it had happened after purchase. 90 day guarantee obviously means nothing to Sales department. Service was fine to deal with, but did not want to speak to me much, knowing there was contention about who had to pay for the flat repair. Having worked at dealerships locally I know that others offer better. Flats happen, it may have been after I drove it off the lot, but it may not have. A cheap fix for Sales to make a customer happy and to know they stand by their cars, or a negative experience for a paying customer. They chose the latter.
If not for the mess up in the transfer form I would give 5 stars. I purchased my first used smart car ever. Worked with Jennifer on the sales and Natasha on the insurance. Don't use anyone else, you won't be disappointed!! If you are planning on using a broker outside of Three Points(a nice bonus if you ask for Natasha) then my advice is to NOT leave the business managers office until you personally read every line of the transfer form. I initially went out of house to a broker near me. They took one look at the form, handed it back to me, and told me to come back when it was filled out correctly and completely. Another trip from Colwood to Victoria. One example :colour of vehicle "2 Dr side panel ci". No excuse for a multi million dollar dealership. Yeah Jennifer and Natasha!!
Wow experience
Top notch service and client care. We highly recommend Ken Dinnadge if you need assistance in sales. He offers very prompt and thorough help. A pleasure to deal with.
Half a million dollars!!! If I had it, I would definitely. Visit this place to see this absolute beauty.!!! Plus a whole new variety of mercedes rides. Worth it if you love cars. Sales: @ken, outstanding salesmanship, great knowledge, and a good heart to hear you out. Why??!! Because he have seen enough to know what people deserve. Cheers
I am happy to have met with Ken and am looking forward for our next discussion about my fleet. Sincere and honest insights and a great personality, Thanks for your help !
A great place to work!
I recently bought a 2017 slc from Three Point Motors. My sales rep was Nick Chang. Honestly, Nick and everyone at the dealer made everything so easy. They were very helpful, friendly and informative. I have to say there were moments where I was acting a little off the scale during the interaction, but nick and everyone was super patient and professional with me. I came all the way from Toronto to pick my SLC. Nick surprised me when he picked me up at the airport on his off day. He was suppose to be off work on Monday, but came in just to help me. We spend the a car ride together, he was honestly the nicest person I have met. He's very friendly and polite. Before I drove off the lot, he also filled up my car to a full tank of gas and ran through the car features with me. Ever since I was a kid, I always wanted a Mercedes convertible, this summer I decided to make that dream come true. While searching around, three point motors offered the most price competitive car with the lowest mileage. It was honestly not easy to buy a car from across Canada, but Nick and everyone at Three Point Motors made everything a lot easier, even at times when I was being a difficulty customer. All in all, I am super happy with my new car, I wish Nick and everyone at three point motors my best wishes and future success. Hopefully in 4-5 years, I get to come back to BC to buy another car and hopefully get to meet Nick again.
I really enjoyed working with Jennifer the Sales consultant at Three Point Motors and found her to be very knowledgeable. I found her and the entire staff to offer high quality, hassle free service.
Anyone who has been dreaming about doing it and going all the way to get the best car in the world - go for it! Totally worth it.. There's nothing like a Mercedes, treat yourself and be happy!
Very swank inside, they seem to be loyal to their own, were not willing to come down to a low enough price on the used car I tried.
Ken is absolutely amazing at his job and made buying my first car an awesome experience! He truly and genuinely cares about the happiness of buyers, and the quality and care of the cars. Him and all staff were wonderful during the process of me buying my car and when I'm ready for my next car I will definitely be back.
Very helpful
Great service if you've got a Mercedes
So happy with this dealership, from Mario the auto rep that was really on the ball to the General Manager that introduced himself and gave us a nice gift to a luxury hotel! They made the experience quick and enjoyable. Highly recommended, I had a great time and my wife got one too!
Genuine, honest, and extremely knowledgeable customer service. The team at Three Point Motors is a pleasure to interact with.
Friendly sales guys. The lot needs to be way larger though.
The service was top class.
Exceptional Level of care in the Service Department. Thanks to Steve and service manager Geori for always going out of their way to make it a great experience!
Classy place, nicely done
Parts department staff are super helpful and the parts themselves were shockingly fair Staff went well out of their way to actually help me install a part in my sprinter van which was really nice of them!
Outstanding service at MB in Victoria. My sales person was Ken who did an excellent job not just to sell me a car, but to show me professionalism and beyond customer service. Financial part with Mathew went smooth. He and his manager Marko take the utmost care of their clientele and the cars. Highly recommended to all future customers!
I went this store for GLS because I need a 7 seats SUV for my family. The sales kept telling me that GLS and GLE are high risk export vehicles so they can only let customer buy by leasing, and customer has to do a application for purchasing due to background checking. I don't know if they are qualifying customer or just saying those because my nationality and my home country is a "high risk export destination". I feel a bit embarrassing but fine......I give them my name, email, and phone number and let them send me the application form. Nobody contact me in the next two weeks, so I phone the front counter but the sales person was off on that day, so I left a message for them to send me the application anytime. However, nobody contact me still. Now I no longer need them contact me because I got my new BMW X5. I understand it was not sales person's fault because it might be their "company police" that "be careful of customer who might be purchasing GLE or GLS for high risk of export". I don't like their attitude for qualifying the customer like doing a criminal check. I mean, sales person there are friendly and professional, but maybe Mercedes Benz is just a high class brand that not everybody deserve a have?
I always look forward to when its time to service my car as I find the quality of service I receive quite good. Personable and efficient, their staff are attentive and always ready to assist, what else could you want.
Tried a Kia on for size
very nice staff, comfortable service. Always leave a perfect cleaned vehicle after service
I have always been treated kindly and with respect when shopping at Three Point. They always go above and beyond to help me with my needs.
On quoted price on time great service.
Took my vehicle in for service a few times. Terrible customer service is pretty consistent. Staff ignore customers, service work wasn't done correctly and pricing is high. Mercedes is a premium brand but you definitely do not get premium service at this location.
Warm friendly people to talk with
Thank you for your response to the erratic driving. It was a dark coloured suv, male driver. I'm unaware of the license plate. I appreciate your time and looking into the matter.
Came in today to compare a vehicle at Three Point with one I have seen elsewhere. I was given immediate service with Mr. Meissner. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Didn't hesitate to give me a test drive and answer all questions. If the decision was solely based on customer service I'd be driving a new car home today from 3 Point Motors. (Katheryn)
Great staff, will be going back for my next purchase
Very quick and very detailed on information. They did not charge me for anything I didn't need. These are my new guys.
I had a very bad experience with THREE POINT MOTORS Mercedes Benz in Victoria . The guy name is Adam mikasko . He is big liar . He sold to me a garbage car then I called him he did not pick up my pho because he knows he did wrong with me. I highly recommend don’t go there and don’t trust on ADAM MIKASKO. They break my feelings .
I was very happy with the speedy conscientious service.
Noah was very helpful and willing to answer all my questions. Thank you.
Very tempting to buy a new vehicle!!
My husband, daughter and I have all purchased through Jennifer Karagianis who has made the buying process easy, seamless, and worry-free. Jennifer is always there to help, and always very pleasant as well!
Great place great service and great deals
Leased a C43 Amg back in November 2018 that had about 2500km and after my first service my mechanic informed me my front two tires were worn down to the metal threads. My tire has since bursted and I've spent about 650$ on tires and alignment will cost another 1200$. Dealership was no help and stated this car is out of warranty service for this issue even though the car is less than a year old and has 17000Km. This dealership is just about sales no customer service or additional help. If you have to buy from them get the tires and alignment checked as well as any parts with 1 year warranty.
Thank you to Three Point Motors - Scott and Marko provided a great purchase experience for our pre-owned Dodge Ram Truck. They made it a fun and easy purchase. Plus the Business Office manager - Brandi, really helped us with the finance options. We certainly recommend the Three Point team for buying a vehicle.
Great service Adam was very helpful
My experience with Three Point Motors was exceptionally positive. Ken Dinnadge went above and beyond to ensure a smooth purchasing process, inlcuding thoughtful details such as a pick up from the ferry terminal, and having custom paint made in the discontinued colour of my car. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Three Point Motors.
A big shout out to Daniel Low at Three Point Motors in Victoria, BC..... for taking such good care of me in my time of need!!! I pulled over on the shoulder to help my friends dogs who were wandering in the middle of the road..... once they were safely inside, I returned to my vehicle to find that my two dogs had somehow hit the lock button from the inside! I couldn't get in and my purse had my keys in it on the passenger seat!!! I called Daniel Low and he was quick to jump to my aid and got Roadside Assistance to come and help me! Again, thank you Daniel and Three Point Motors!!! You're awesome!!!
Bought an 2015 m235 great guys :)
Always a great experience when dealing with Three Point Motors! Their entire team provides exceptional and genuine service and really delivers the "Best or Nothing" promise that Mercedes-Benz is known for. Also, Three Point Motors is THE place to get your car detailed! They do amazing work.
Solid place very nice.
(I accidentally deleted my review so posting it again) Took my SUV to the Three Point for a steering rack recall and routine oil and filter change. I did my own maintenance on my old car, but since my new to me SUV is fairly recent (2013) low mileage and my first Mercedes model I decided to give Three Point Motors an opportunity to earn my business. I must admit I was quite skeptical at first, but my service advisor Noah Charlton was very knowledgeable and walked me through the inspection, work done and what most important he was completely honest about what my SUV will/might need in the future. So far I am impressed and definitely will come back for my service needs when and if they come up
Okay
This week I bought a 2013 Lexus GS 350. My salesman was Daniel Low his service was amazing from the start. I live on the mainland so we did the deal via email. He was honest straight forward, direct and a genuinely nice person. Very knowledgeable and helped me set up and show me the vehicle even though it wasn't a Mercedes at the delivery. He showed respect by offering a fair value on my trade the first time around with appraising the vehicle remotely. He also took off additional money for my ferry trip without even asking. Even though I was not buying a brand new Mercedes I felt he treated me as a customer that was. I would highly recommend Daniel Low to anyone looking for a new Mercedes or any of there used inventory. If they have other used Lexus vehicles in when I am looking for my next vehicle I would definitely see him again. Thanks for everything!
Sean Gillespie who is financial manager gave us the most terrible experiences here. He is very impatient when serving customers and irresponsible deal with paperwork
Great
Thank you so much Ray!! Above and beyond hands down! Quick, friendly service Ray saved our weekend got us in and out! Thank you!! Amazing service!
Avoid this place at all costs. My car was supposed to be ready by 5pm. No call, no text. It’s now 6:20pm. Called dealership, apparently they are out of business as their phone recording is not answered and my phone says “this number is not in service”. Lousy.
Daniel Low has been very helpful and he provides us an excellent customer service. Definitely, recommended. Thank you!
Absolutely love dealing with the staff here. Always go above and beyond. Noah was amazing today. Can't thank you all enough for making my visits so enjoyable and stress free. Knowledgeable, friendly and always totally professional.
I took my car in before selling because the check engine light was on. They fixed it but the light came on again as the buyer was test driving the car. I ended up dropping the price to sell it because the buyer came on the ferry and I felt bad. I phoned after and spoke to Scott (the repair manager). He looked into it, and said it could have been a couple of things for the check engine light, but because it happened, they stood by their service and reversed the full charge. This is A+++ in my books. Definitely recommend their shop to others.
Didn't call me when my car was done and doesn't have courtesy cars available for emergency drop in repairs. The weekend phone guy was very unhelpful and didn't answer any of my questions, very aggravating.
I have owned many other Cars and several brands . 3 point always knocks it out of the park for me . Excellent car and exceptional service. I have recommended them many times to my friends and clients.
Three Point motors has had my loyalty for the last 4 years. The reason for that is Daniel Low’s great attention to detail and a level of service that goes above and beyond expectation. I would recommend him for all your automative needs.
Our first experience with Three Point Motors and a Mercedes (GLE-450) has been excellent. Our salesman Ken Dinnadge was knowledgeable and easy to deal with from start to finish. The test drive process was stress-free and Ken encouraged us to sample luxurious Mercedes products with ease! We were offered fair trade in for our vehicle without the usual car dealership low ball haggling which was very refreshing. We're hoping the tranquility continues once we come to the service & maintenance stages but to date the overall experience has been outstanding!
Purchased a 2017 vehicle with approximately ~5800 km's in 2018. Since I've driven it modestly with mileage sitting at ~23'000. First time vehicle malfunctioned was just before Christmas 2018 so over the holidays for approximately 10 days I was without a vehicle with a two year old. Far from an ideal situation. I am now having the same issue with the vehicle losing battery charge overnight and check engine light on. Called to arrange a warranty appointment and was told that they are unable to fix the vehicle as service department is on strike. When you purchase a vehicle at a slight premium with the expectation that it will be warrantied, it makes little sense to keep the vehicle given the history. The car has been anything but reliable. Considering selling vehicle privately and cutting my losses/relationship with the vehicle/group.
I recently took my dads car in for detailing at Three Point Motors. The vehicle was in pretty rough shape and in dire need of a through cleaning. I wish I had taken a before photo to show the amount of work they had ahead of them. The vehicle came back looking amazing, like we had just picked up a brand new car. I was beyond impressed with what the detailing team was able to do and the stunning condition it is now in. I know my dad will be very impressed. Thank you very much Three Point Motors, amazing work!
Had a fast and easy process purchasing a used car, my salesman Daniel was thorough and made me feel good about making my decision. Happy with my purchase and my experience!
GREAT SERVICE!!!!!! Came in to purchase a used dodge caravan and Ken Dinnadge treated me the same as if I was buying the 6 figure car in the show room. 2 thumbs up to you. Thanks Ken!!!!!!!
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Three Point in 2014, and have continually had it serviced with their service department, and wouldn't trust taking my vehicle anywhere else! The new showroom and covered service department are a fantastic new addition to the already well-established location. I also can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at Three Point - I always feel so welcome when I come in! From their parts department up to the management team, Three Point really holds some top-shelf employees. Scott Shears, their general manager, is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to get the job done! Thank you Three Point Motors! Keep up the great work!
Jennifer was wonderful to work with on the purchase of my car! I appreciated her depth of knowledge, her passion for cars and driving, her sense of humour and that I had complete trust in her. Loved that I got to work with another woman who shared my love of cars and helped me find the perfect car for me! THANKS JEN!
Three Point Motors provides the worse costumer services ever. First, there's no WiFi service for customers. Secondly, if you are thirsty they may offer you water, coffee or tea, but be prepared because they don't provide paper cups; instead they have ceramic cups which everyone uses, and which don't get washed properly -- very disgusting. Finally, the lack of diversity: almost 99 percent of its employees are Caucasian. In conclusion, there are quite a few things that Three Point Motors lacks.
I recently brought in my 2012 C63 for transmission work, and the technician George who worked on it went above and beyond what was required to resolve the shifting issues I was having. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and George, and I would not hesitate to go back for further maintenance.
Matt Irving and his team have blown any and all expectations out of the water. My Mini Cooper looks better then the day it rolled off the assembly line. Couldn't be happier. I wish there was a way for me to post a picture as they did an awesome job.
It was a pleasure to do business with Daniel Low. Both my friend and I bought preowned cars through him, and we were treated really well. Definitely recommend him.
Service staff are excellent
Rock on the highway shattered the sunroof panel on my GLK on a Saturday. Dave and Dale got it sealed up to get me through the weekend and got me in Monday morning for a prompt fix. You guys rock!!
The AMG shop does not complete the work you pay for. Had to take my car to an independent place after a service here only to find out that the service I paid for wasn’t done at all.
excellent service
Good cust service, very thorough
Such a Simple Sales Approach Dave and Dylan were surprisingly easy to deal with in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, here in Victoria. They were, forthright, and respectful as we worked through the process. They removed barriers, creating an enjoyable experience. I really appreciated their professionalism. - Thank you Kevin,
Pretty frustrating experience all round recently with this company. This is in reference to the service of one of our company Vans. We took one of our fleets sprinters in as we had been having battery/electrical problems, they advised that the battery was nearing the end of its life and needed to be replaced, with labour etc a cool $900+ bill, hey sure the cost of owning and operating a Mercedes. A few weeks or so later it begin having the exact same issues, I forwarded the invoice we had paid to the gentleman that had handled our service and explained the issue - absolutely ZERO response. I tried to call but was told agents were busy and to leave a message 2 days after the first attempt I tried again via email. No response again, (no auto response etc) So I forwarded the issue to a different person I had a contact for. I was told that the contact person that had handled it in the first place would reach out, they never did, so I followed up again. (5th follow up about this same issue we had ALREADY paid to have fixed) After the 5th follow up I was told to bring it by that day, so we cancelled a client to make that happen. We were told that they then needed more time to diagnose the problem and to bring it back on Monday, we dropped it off Monday morning. I sent an email at 8:30am confirming we had dropped the vehicle to the TWO people I had been communicating with, just to make sure everyone was in the loop. No response, Sent a follow up at 11:30, checking they had got the vehicle ok. Nothing. Called at 13:00 and was told everyone was busy, they would call back. Nobody called Called again at 14:30 and was told the same thing - at this point I was getting annoyed, and was then put through to I believe the service manager but not sure, who said they were busy but give them to the end of the day. I was then called at the end of the day to say it was fixed, but they wanted to fully charge the battery overnight for us, please pick it up at 8am. Technician went to collect, and right there in the car park, vehicle doesnt start, same problem. Who signed off on this van being fixed? They said to my technician they would need it for a full day again. I waited for them to contact us to arrange this.....absolutely nothing. Called, told they would take a message and call back, got through to someone who said they could make an appointment for a month away!!!! Eventually after much frustration, we arrange for us to leave it with them for 2 days. They finally diagnose the problem as a bare wire shorting the battery, and of course charge us a nice amount again. We have all been there, when its busy and you cant fit things in or find the problem - but customer service can certainly make the process for the customer much better and painless. I received ZERO of that from your company, it was annoying, frustrating and felt like we were a waste of space to you with no accountability from your end. We are most definitely looking to move our fleet of vehicles to another service provider. The only reason you got 2 stars was that you did eventually after a month and a half of the original problem, manage to find it.
Great place. Always good work ????????
The sales team really know their cars well and guide you to the right vehicle.
Purchased a 2013 Honda Civic Dec 2020. Upon delivery of the vehicle, it was noticed that the driver's side defrost was not working at all. (I could not check this during my inspection at the dealership because it was a sunny mid day and no defrost was required). I immediately reported to the sales associate who sold me the car to have it rectified as it was clearly checked off on their inspection report that they've done prior to sale. The associate took the car back to the dealership for inspection and told me later that its probably the coil on the mirror that's wrong. In my mind, I thought that this was going to get fixed when he took the car back... I emailed the associate again to see if it would be possible to have the defrost fixed and the car returned but instead his manager emailed to me saying that they have gone above and beyond to meet my needs and that the company doesn't have any more money to be spent on this vehicle. The only thing they said that they can offer is a courtesy car while I get this fixed myself. I don't need a courtesy car since this is a second vehicle for my family... To be fair, having a malfunction driver's side defrost system during the winter is a safety concern for me. Oh, the manager's argument was that the defrost problem seen on that vehicle is a fair ware and tare based on vehicle's age...Yes it may be a normal ware and tare given the vehicle's age but that still doesn't justify the fact that it wasn't working at all when your associate delivered the car after your inspection report said that it was checked off.... The manager further went on in the email as to what they've done to meet my needs up to that point: Yes, they offered free courtesy rides to and from the house (which I never asked for, it was offered to me). Yes, they did give me a discount (approx. $1500) from the selling price (but this is a fair game when buying a used car). Yes, they did clean and polish the minor scratches around the body with a paint marker and gave me a fresh one to keep (this is a very minor touch-up and work). Yes, they did fix the rubber trim on one of the windows (which again is all part of negotiation that attracted me to buy this vehicle in the first place). But what does all the above have to do with the remedy of the driver's side defrost mirror? Again, your inspection report clearly had a "checked mark" on the defrost system that it is working normally, and yet, the first thing I noticed the night the car was delivered to my house was that it wasn't working at all. I emailed back to the manager for further justification and clarification regarding this matter but no more replies were made from him or the associate thereafter. I did not contact them back as sufficient time was spent communicating with them to no avail. Overall, very unfortunate to see such poor customer service delivered by MB team. Simply said, "not true to their game". The only good thing about this whole thing was that the sales associate who handled my sale was nice, friendly and fairly responsive to my questions and communication. But aren't all salesperson nice and friendly? My eyebrows are forever raised on the person that performed the inspection of the vehicle. Edit: GM contacted me immediately after posting my review to offer remedy to my concern. The driver's side mirror was promptly sourced and installed within a reasonable time frame.
Both Dylan Johnson and Scott Murley have exceeded my expectations in customer service. I am very pleased to have received attentive professionals for my automotive needs.
I have been dealing with Three Point Motors, and the entire GAIN Team since about 2008! We have had 4 cars now through Three Point, and 3 through the other GAIN Brands Service and the Sales experience has ALWAYS BEEN TOP NOTCH at Three point! I CAN NOT SAY THAT ABOUT THE GM DEALERSHIPS IN TOWN! We had been a GM family for many years, but after poor treatment and attitude from the local GM dealerships, a phone call to the owner re a service issue on 2 occasions at the GM dealership with no resolution or apology (We even had them come out to the malahat to pick up the suburban to fix their error as now it was unsafe to drive once we got it home (didn't balance rims after winter tires mounted - bill was near $4000 for all the work we had done), or another occasion where the fuel filter was not properly attached when they recommended to replace the old one and the fuel leaked out all over our garage .. next day after having it towed to the dealer they made me wait 4 hours for the 15 minute fix - lost half a day of work - they offered a $52 free oil change, like that is what I bill in 5 hours). We have now switched to all German cars ... a funny thing is on one occasion I drove one of our German cars to that GM dealership and the service manager came out to open my door and ask what he can assist with - I pointed at our old suburban they had just refused to help my wife with the heavy baby seats from their loaner car they moved the seats to at drop off (she has a bad back following 2 car accidents where she was hit) ... Very poor level of service and attitude! Similar issues re service with our other GM car we had. THE SERVICE AT THREE POINT MOTORS AND THE GAIN GROUP HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! We have had non of the ABOVE issues or lack of professionalism we experienced at the GM dealerships in town! We have had regular service and a few minor warranty issues and they dealt with all in a very friendly and professional manner, respecting our time and ensuring the work was done correct and the vehicles were safe every time! The car purchase experiences have all been wonderful as well, even when we drove up in our then 6 year suburban for our first car shopping experience in 2008 - no attitude, non judgemental, great reception and treatment ... and now we had to replace the now 14 year old suburban, we received excellent service and had an absolutely outstanding experience once again (Thanks Peter, Adam, Lexi, Daniel, Sean, Dale, David B and Scott X 3!!!! You all have made the experience very memorable! To many more years of our positive and memorable interactions!) They even make Service follow-up calls to ensure all is going well and no concerns noted post service! And the cars are always clean and washed very well at pick-up ... and no scratches or dings I might add!! Sean in parts has even gone the extra mile for custom aftermarket parts and rims to make sure they fit properly and were the correct fit for our vehicles by dealing with aftermarket parts companies we were interested in! He is very dedicated to the brand and customer satisfaction! Over the years we brought our suburban to the dealership as we would look at cars or touched base re any concerns - never did we feel judged with the old suburban! Our kids now 6 and 8 have also always been welcome in the show room and at open house events! Can't say enough positive of the level of service, professionalism and commitment to quality and the experience at Three Point and the GAIN Group! Three Point Motors and the GAIN group are excellent! In my humble opinion, I don't think you will be disappointed at Three Point Motors, or find this level of customer service, attention to detail, dedication to excellence and follow up at any non GAIN dealership in town! Great work Peter with all your training, vision and leadership!
Three Point Motors sells the brand that is very popular in Victoria and highly regarded in general and they are excellent at selling it. However, once your car is out of the dealership I strongly recommend to have it serviced elsewhere. We drive two MBs and it seems we have regular "dates" with the service departments , definitely more than we would want. The latest "pearl" was about the trunk door that I couldn't lock. Somehow they managed to squeeze my appointment for the next day and it took them a day to inform me that the lock was not working. Paid $77 for diagnostics for something I already knew. I was told the problem was common for my model, but of course, they didn't have a part in stock. Two weeks later , I was still driving around town with the unlocked and unsecured vehicle, since we have been waiting for the part to come from Toronto. Hmmm, that was promised last week, but so far no phone calls yet. Since I was tired of loading and unloading content kept in my car daily, I tried spraying the lock with WD 40. Four sprays seemed to have solved the problem. So much for competence and respectful customer service.
Had my e320 dropped off to have a new key married to my ignition module and was told it whould take a week long Story short I called a week later only to find out they have bin on strike or something was told I should get a call from the manager and never did not happy atall with this service I cant even get my kid to all of his weekly activities
Booked an s63 for a repair to fix drive dynamic seats and an oil change. Tech told me the seat only needed to be turned on (like I don't know how to operate it). When I picked it up, the seat was not fixed and the tech forgot to replace the oil cap. Not sure if there is damage or not to the engine because of oil cap left off, but basically Three Point did not fix anything ….just made it worse. Good luck to the rest of you.
My experience at three point motors surpassed my expectations! As soon as I came onto the lot, I was greeted by Dereck Stevens, the sales admin and the sales manger, Marko. Dereck was so polite and knowledgable and made the process so pain free and fun. I would recommend this dealership and Dereck Stevens to anyone! Thanks Three Point Motors and and thanks Dereck!
Great welcoming staff. Very knowledgeable with lots of focus on my needs and preferences. Dave R was very professional and helpful.
Very Positive. Reassuring service. Good advice and estimate given.
I just wanted to say It was a great experience that I had purchasing a used vehicle. I made contact yesterday via email and got a quick response to the vehicle I was enquiring about. The very next day (today) I drove down from Nanaimo and met with sales consultant Mario L who did not give me any pressure, was very pleasant, and all this on his day off, just because of the contact via email that was made. I would also like to mention client delivery consultant Joanne M was great to deal with as well, pleasant, helpful and to the point. While not out of the ordinary for a vehicle purchase to take a long time it was smooth and easy and I would recommend Three Point Motors to anyone that asks.
A big thank you to Ken Dinnadge for making the entire sales transaction go smoothly, updating me continually on the process of my car during reconditioning/detailing, and delivering on everything he promised!
**Update: After discussion, I appreciate Riley (sales manager) for his attempt to contact me, his professionalism, explanation and trying to make things right. Still a bit disappointed, but moved from 1 star to 3 star and look forward to future opportunity. ** Made appointment with sales person "1" to test drive vehicle. Showed up and sale person "1" was busy during that time, so sale person "2" helped me but had no clue what I was talking about or where the vehicle was. Then after investigation, he gingerly told me vehicle was sent to be "reconditioned" a week ago and won't be available for a while. So sale person "1" knew they didn't have the vehicle from the start. Which confirm my suspicions why my email/voicemail from sale person "1" was being ignored the day of me driving into town. He could have contacted me about the situation before driving all the way in from Sooke or at least de-list it till they have the vehicle back. When I wanted to take a look at the showroom vehicle, sale consultant "2" refused to let my wife or I sit in the vehicle. Not only neither sale consultant gave me an alternative vehicle suggestion, sale consultant "2" decided to drone on about the purchasing process is lease only and the only way to test drive is to submit a lease application. Then he said I require a background check because I may try to export the vehicle, on a vehicle I have neither sat in or test drove before. Is this Mercedes typical policy to discriminate on race before letting one test drive a vehicle? I did not encounter such requirements when I went to Porsche/Lexus/BMW and I test drove their vehicles without issues. Disappointed with the whole sale experience. A sense of "bait and switch" typically reserved for shifty dealerships.
I would like to express gratitude for the service I received from Three Points Motors. I personally dealt with Scott, the general manager. Scott was no less than genuine and professional. I would recommend the service of Three Point Motors to family and friends.
I spent over 100 dollars did a brake system diagnosis at here because the brake makes a loud squealing noise. And the advisor asked me to replace the pads and rotors, so I spent another 900 dollars to do this. Then, the noise remain the same. A thousand bucks cannot even fix a small problem at here. Edit: The problem has fixed. Thanks to Mr Scott Murley and Mr Dale Smith, very nice people. Edit again: Back to origin. Awesome!
I have been dealing with Three Point Motors since about 2008. It's not very often in the Service world you find genuine representatives that promote the brand yet put customers needs first. I visited Three Point Motors so many years and I felt that I wasn't treated close to the level I received with GREG WILLIAMS. The advising on product and options are totally customer oriented, and based on what is needed. His deep knowledge about the products and exceptional service level made the entire experience very positive, impressive and I feel respected. I have to say Greg is absolutely an amazing service advisor and thank you so much for the great experience! Regards, Elena
While walking by, I went to have a look at a car in the yard. I have a C230 Mercedes but it's getting old, still running well. I was approached by Ken Dinnadge, the sales consultant. He was very professional and kind in his approach that though I did not want to purchase a car on that day; I bought a nice CLA 250. Ken has been very helpful to us that I will come back again. I must say it is the second Mercedes that I bought from the dealership. I believe that Ken is represent the values of Mercedes.
Daniel Low found the right car for me. He made it so easy, quick and very pleasant and relax. He is more than a salesman; he put his heart efforts and respect for the customers. This is the customer service that everyone will love to have. And also, Tyler, Bre and Noah are very attentive and polite as well. Overall, I like the team "positive attitude" spirits at this place.
Matthew Higgins professionalism and kindness is truly remarkable. The process was simple and effortless. It was my pleasure to deal there. Thanks very much.
I have been dealing with Three Point for six years. I have purchased an E400 a GLE400 and four Sprinters. I couldn't ask for better service and assistance in purchasing vehicles. On the most recent Sprinter Ken was fantastic. Thank you all.
Poor service.
Greatest service!
I sold my car there, and they took for the best price what i got from others.
Warning to all women: only take your car here to get serviced if you want to be charged for work you didn’t authorize and then have misogynistic male staff suggest that you ask your boyfriend to pay for said work. I was told I was getting a free inspection, made it abundantly clear not to have work done without my consent and then walked in to a $450 bill?! This is why women get warned to bring men with them when they go to a mechanic. Upselling services you don’t need and overcharging for them. I was told I need a brake fluid change. I went to my regular mechanic who told me it was nowhere near requiring a brake fluid change. I thought this was an isolated incident until I talked to other women Greg has done this to. Be warned. Stay the hell away.
Paul Blakeman is the man ! Paul took care of me getting into an amazing C400. After having a horrible experience purchasing a BMW at another local independent pre owed lot; Paul was able to renew my faith in car sales professionals. Paul took the time to build the relationship and trust with no pressure on sale. I will definitely be a loyal Mercedes customer and of Three Point Motors. Shout out to Sean the Finance Manager who was amazing arranging all the financing. Dylan the Sales Manager for working with Paul to get me a great car. And Stephanie the receptionist who mad me feel welcomed and cared for while I waited on some of the process. Thank you again Paul and Three Point Motor team !
Took my sprinter to see the team at Three Point. Greg met me with a smile and taught me a whole bunch of new things about my sprinter. They really took the time to make sure I had a great experience and were very knowledgeable. They even helped me replace a part that wasn't covered under warranty, at no charge!
Ken Dinnadge made buying a Sprinter a great experience super helpful, with great advice and also personally connecting me with contacts for what I want to do with my Van. Not only did he stay late to complete my purchase considering my time constraints but came in on his day off to hook me up and send me on my way! I can’t recommend Ken enough gave me straight facts and no pressure and let me come to my own decision. If your in the market for a Van Ken is the man to see!
I would like to share what a positive experience I had getting my Mercedes serviced last week at three point motors. I have an older model and with that comes a laundry list of symptoms from wearing parts and aging systems. Noah, in the service department, helped guide me through this process in a calm and professional manner. He pointed out the most pressing matters and made a priority list for me as to not be overwhelmed. He then went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and level of comfort with the process. The service has always been A very good experience at three point but Noah has just elevated that for me.
Emailed a request for a quote on parts two months ago, still waiting for a reply.
Service our company vehicles here- always great people to deal with from Sean in parts to Greg in Service!
Always a great experience at Three Point. We deal with Ken K, excellent service and guidance.
Tpm great place to be visit all staff is fantastic
Feeling a little dumb, but Glenn was very kind. Sorry Ray if I messed up your appointments for the day. Joan Laharty
My wife and I each own a Mercedes as well as my mother and as such have them serviced at Three Point Motors in Victoria. We have always been impressed by the professional and friendly service by the staff. From offering a courtesy car, washing and vacuuming the car to the cookies and coffee in the waiting area it has always been a delightful experience. an outstanding dealership
New renovations really make you feel safe if ever you have to leave your car overnight. Furthermore, the detailing shop that they have is absolutely amazing and very competitively priced. Honestly though, the work they do merits more money, brought them a very gross car and it came back in factory interior and exterior condition! 10/10 would recommend and go back. ...will be going back with new car. Positive I'll get the same service!
Very unprofessional when dealing with me. Would not handle a remote transaction and took forever to return calls and make decisions. Would never recommend doing business with them. My first contact with them was Jan 4/21 and after three weeks I was told they didn’t want me to purchase the car because I was from out of province. No problem, ….lots of other options that are not a waste of time.
