Glenoak Ford Westshore is a company that truly cares about their customers. My husband and I thought our twins would each want their own cars after sharing one car for awhile so we purchased another exact car. However we were wrong and they didn’t each want their own car and wanted to continue to share. Even though we had signed the documents Glenoak let us out of the purchase and refunded our money down. They understood our situation and didn’t force us to keep the car. I previously purchased a car from them as well and the purchase was easy, painless and actually fun! They’ve got a great bunch working there from Chase, Ryan, Dan, Dave to Calvin, you can’t go wrong purchasing from this dealership!

My husband and I recently purchased a car from Chris and were really happy with the friendly, accommodating and thorough service provide We arranged for a test drive via email after seeing the vehicle for sale on line and were able to arrange a test drive for the morning, the very next day. The car was spotless for our test drive, and we were afforded ample time to ride around to evaluate the car's performance. We were advised of others interested in a test drive later in the day which helped in making the decision not to wait on things because it was such a good deal. I did not feel pressured in any way though and we are thrilled with the purchase. The deal was seamless and the car was once again pristine and fully gassed up when we took it off the lot. He provided all the necessary information and advice to learn and get as much as we could out of the car. A real pleasure to work with!

I have had my F150 serviced at this service department several times and it has always been a very positive experience. It is a common thought that dealers are a very expensive place for servicing and repairs. I have found that is not the case with this shop. I have made the mistake of going to non dealers for service and simple oil changes at oil change shops. The bills were always much higher and the constant up-selling was very annoying and insulting. I have dealt with wrong oil installed, stripped drain plugs, over tightened oil filters just to mention a few problems at oil change places. The dealer is less convenient perhaps but certainly a much more professional and competent operation. I highly recommend Glenoak Ford Westshore for service and repairs.

By far the best dealership around. The team is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about making things work for you even if it comes to a personal loss(commission hit). Ford offers a military credit of 500 dollars to be taken off the cost of the vehicle, used for upgrades, or taken in cash. If you are worried about your credit score give these guys a chance. They are wizards and make things work without high interest rates like most dealerships. If you are looking for a new vehicle ask for Ben Hillier. This young man knows his stuff. Vehicle fixed and serviced properly but highest shop rate I’ve ever seen @ 137 an hour. Charged me 30 mins to tell me my receiver hitch was loose and when I received a text from the dealership saying I could text the number provided for update it did not work at all. Why offer this if it doesn’t work ? Lol. When I worked at a dealership good service always finished off with a vehicle wash and vacuum. Maybe that’s a thing of the past but for the 137 an hour labour charge I would expect top notch service. Just my honest opinion

I was one of the early customers to put down a deposit on the ford lightning 2022. I was very excited to get my very first new vehicle and was told I would soon be getting a call from the dealer, to come in and build the truck online. I did receive that phone call, and the first words from the salesman was" full disclosure we are sell the truck $13,000 over msrp sticker price" I was told that the reason behind this was to prevent resale of the vehicle, then he told me that its a good purchase and I would be able to sell it for 40k more then I paid if I wanted to? contradicting himself. I called another dealer on the island and found out that Family Ford are sell the trucks honesty at sticker price. Needles to say i switched to Family ford and will not be giving any of my business to this dealership or there salesman Ryan Davey. I'm disappointed that this dealer can't think about the long term repercussions and only a quick dollar.

Total unprofessional service ! Schedule an appointment especially to bring my car which was still under warranty for diagnostic and fix. However by late afternoon, I was told that it could not be done and I have to reschedule. What was the point of taking an appointment then? Wasted all my day, gas and energy ... And if I understood, the technician could not check my car because other stuffs took him more time. Well in that case, thats not my problem.. I am in the service industry as well.. if my job is not done by the end of the day, I stay longer at work to finish it for the client.. But at Ford dealership, at 5pm they go home. Job done or not done they dont care.

Bought new focus 2012, product was inferior, with some sealant missing on entire passenger side so rain water was coming in from inside dashboard, and they had it 3 times for 2 weeks and still did not fix, but I fixed myself in a few hours. Service manager was accusing me of pouring water in the car, until he saw the leak for himself, and later another Ford Dealership informed me of a TB on AC Drain that leaks under dashboard. So before you ask customer if they accidently spilled 5 gallons of water in the car, learn your job. The transmission is badly designed and Ford got a class action lawsuit against it, and mine had to be reprogrammed 3 times and car had to be towed twice. Ford quality and customer service is at an all time low, check their share price for pass 10 years, enough said
