Had my car in for a recall service. The greeting was very nice. I got a voucher for cab fare home (the choice was a one way cab ride or a return bus fare). The job was finished in about half the time that was estimated. A pleasant experience all around.
We are from Alberta and recently purchased a used vehicle from Campus Honda. Igor was extremely helpful in terms of answering all of my questions regarding the vehicles history etc. He picked me up from the airport and all of the other staff was great as well. ( Including the fellow who managed to reboot my cell phone ) Definitely worth the trip for a great car and great staff!
dropping my car off this morning so i will provide below a review on my experience. called a few weeks ago and made an appointment for maybe 3, but she said i could drop my car off at 7amish 7:22 am, i have left a $20 bill in the centre console cup holders. let’s see if it’ll be there when i get my car back. 7:31 am, car is finished being dropped off. they gave me a $15 voucher for blue bird cabs and called them for me to take me home. so far very impressed with everything. 7:45, i am already back home and gave the cab driver a $4.20 tip to use up the entire $15 voucher cause hey it’s not my money 12:55pm got a phone call saying my c at was ready to be picked up 3:41pm, got into my car and the $20 bill is still there, however they went through everything in my car.... i am assuming they didn’t take anything, but i obviously didn’t empty my entire car. i also think they vacuumed my car, but they didn’t dust the display or dash service wise everything seems fine. they are very friendly people and the coffee machine they got makes a decent cup. nothing really bad to report so you are probably in good hands here Update: just looked at my seat and found some sort of oil/grease stain on it. i’ve only used my car to go to the gym and store and haven’t done any hiking, so i guess they left this on my seat. would recommend you check your car before and after you get it for damage

Came in today October 15, at about 4:30 pm with one of my tires low on air pressure on my 2016 Fit . Ryan McKay told me to grab a coffee and then he took my vehicle and adjusted the tire pressure as needed on the tires himself . He then explained the service reminder and scheduling as the vehicle is new to me . See you in a few months for my regular service .

Brought in my car to have a key cut and upon returning 1 hour later found my car all scratched up from what I suspect was a rock stuck in their power wash brush. Both the Service Manager and staff member came out to view my 4-year old, 28,000km Civic and stated that "wasn't in pristine condition before" (I know it had 7 scratch/nicks previously) and, in somewhat of a patronizing manner, concluded that I might have driven my Civic through a "bramble berry bush" (now 40+ scratches). I told them I only use a soft mitt or touchless carwash and that their wash brush had damaged the car; they told me "to prove it". Need I say that I won't be buying or servicing my Honda by them in the future and I suggest, at the very least, you have a standing order that they don't wash your car unless its with a soft mitt. Very disappointing service and attitude.

I have owned a Honda my entire life. I had planned to trade in my Civic for a Pilot or CRV but my nine year old Civic looks like a beater as the paint is peeling off every panel. And Honda left me high and dry. To get it repainted will cost me thousands, probably more than any trade in value. I brought up the issue with Campus Honda in Victoria as I bought it brand new from them. The service desk made the right sympathetic noises and said they could not help and to ask Honda Canada. They also claimed to have never heard of any other Honda vehicles with a similar issue. Honda Canada told me I was past warranty (it started when the car was five years old) and I was on my own. They also denied it was an issue for any particular years or models. When I got a quote to have the roof repainted the person knew right away it was a Honda and advised against it as I would be "chasing the problem" as it would move from the roof to other panels. They were right. I stopped taking my car to Campus Honda for servicing. I asked my wife to stop taking her car to Campus Honda. When Campus Honda phoned to remind me I needed a service and invited me to make an appointent I explained why I didn't want to give them any more business - they offered to look into the issue and get back to me as quickly as possible. That was about a year ago. Since then I've joined some groups on Facebook dedicated to moaning about the paint issues on their Honda - Accords, Civics, CRVs etc. I do like Honda cars but I don't think I could ever bring myself to buy one again. Campus Honda - want to pay for a new paint job?

Brought my car in because my brakes were squealing. They did new pads and rotors. 2 weeks later they were still squealing.. spoke to James in service and also got help from Steven and Colton in parts and it turned out the installed rotors weren't the best choice.. thankfully they were able to change them to a slightly better rotor and the squealing went away. I want to share about the salesperson who worked with me through test drives, vehicle education, pricing, options that I had and simply all a new car buyer needs to know in making a decision..His name is Bob McMillan. I test drove and SUV shopped at most of the dealers in Victoria and my experience thanks to Bob at Honda, was untouched by all others. I so appreciated his honesty, friendliness, person-ability, thoughtfulness....and what I would name to be his "realness". I wanted to purchase from Honda because of Bob McMillan...regardless of the top notch vehicles. But in the end it came down to dollars and I know he doesn't control that..Speaking as a woman car buyer I do also want to add that he never 'spoke down to me' or belittled any of my innocent questions. I truly would say our professional engagement appointments felt like I had known him for years. I have highly recommended Bob to folks in my network ....as the top sales person if one is buying a vehicle..I wish publically thank Bob McMillan for helping me feel comfortable through an experience that I cant say is a great deal of fun.

Unfortunately financing a vehicle didn't work out for us but omg these people are amazing. Best customer service I have ever had hands down. Or salesman Mikael was phenomenal. He listened to exactly what we wanted and did not try to push anything on us. He also put up with my annoying texting lol. Also Gordon in their financing department was so awesome. We couldn't get a good financing rate due to a few issues with a student loan but he strongly advised not continuing with a high interest rate so we weren't stuck paying something off forever. These guys are truly in it for the customer and I will be recommending them to everyone! Edit: they ended up working out a lease for us that for our budget exactly. Really great team of people!
I am so impressed with Aaron Ehman at Campus Honda. He sold me my Honda Fit last year and was so professional and helpful. I loved that car so much! In June this year I was in a car accident and my car was totalled. I went back to him with a very tight budget and a bunch of things on my check list. We were having trouble finding what I needed within my budget, but he looked really hard and found me a car that had just come in and had not been checked over yet. It met all my criteria and I put a deposit down on it. When he found out it needed a tone of work on it and he wouldn't make a penny off the sale, he fought hard for Honda to agree to do the work and sell me the car and they agreed. He is not just there to make money, he really cares about his customers and I will always send business his way if I know someone looking for a car. Nothing but issues with my 2017 Honda CRV I’m in the shop every couple of months because something decides to stop working. That is NOT why I decided to buy a new vehicle in 2016. When you take the vehicle in at 8am as per their request to check another failed issue with their car they have no record of your phone call or issue. I certainly didn’t decide to have to get up that early on a weekend for my convenience. Save your self the headgames and constant issues buy your new vehicle anywhere but Campus and don’t bother with Honda they are not what they used to be.
looking for a fun used car they have on the lot, Rafael talked to me. Their price is 1k higher than the other vehicle in Burnaby, and mileage was way higher too. The entire process Rafael was not listening to what I said and keep throwing nonsense to me. He become complete arrogant in the end that just want to kick me away. Thank you now I can spend less money, less time traveling, get a car with less mileage, with much less ignorant salesperson.

I highly recommend Aaron as well but to be honest all of the Honda's sale reps at this location are great. It doesn't matter who you purchase your car from everyone is always smiling and in a great mood. I've never experienced anything like it at a dealerships. There was no pressure to buy and they didn't act like vultures so to me for that reason alone is enough to make me feel at ease and comfortable ultimately leading us to a new purchase. Have found service department to be sketchy: a $0.50 burnt out lightbulb in my Honda Element dashboard was met with a $700 dashboard replacement quote, a rear suspension repair increased by $1000 from the time I spoke to service rep on phone to the time I picked up the car a few hours later, and on most recent visit I waited two hours at dealership before being told they were short staffed and unable to service the car. Repeatedly fails to meet expectations.

Gave a 5 star review because Aaron Ehman was fantastic. Only car salesperson I've ever worked with that didn't have a weird energy. Can't say enough good things about how comfortable he made the experience. Have to mention I was super disappointed by the service from Brent the financial person. Due to my husband's field of employment we had to provide extra information for approval and Brent made the process way more difficult and stressful than it needed to be. He couldn't tell us what we needed to provide the financial department and didn't keep in touch with updates- I had to keep calling and asking where the process was. I got the impression he could care less about getting us an approval. We were about to take our business to another dealership when Natalie (who also works in the finance department) took over. She told us what we needed to provide and within 24 hours we were approved. Thank you Natalie and Aaron for being so helpful. I love my new CRV!

I've bought quite a few cars before, but Campus Honda has provided easily the best dealership experience I've ever had. I went to look at a pre-owned vehicle several months ago, and ultimately decided against it - though Eric Mak was fantastic to deal with and totally understanding with my decision. Came in for a routine service check up on one of my cars, and ended leaving with a '19 Civic Type R. Honestly the best around. From the service advisors, to Aaron Ehman in sales. Seriously top notch service. Aaron rushed to have my car, ready last minute, and on memorial day weekend. Have been dealing with them for years, and will continue to do so. Even recommended a few of my friends, and they walked out with brand new cars, as well. Honestly couldn't feel more important, and just the overall experience,was absolutely exemplary. Had a terrible experience with the customer service. I have two concern and I asked him if it’s possible he can help me with. I told him last January I had an oil change and here’s my two concern. First concern is that an engine check suddenly appear in my dashboard after they did the change oil I’m not a mechanic and I assume maybe that’s the cause when they did the change oil and his reply was so impolite that right away he told me if you have $130 I’m not sure the exact amount we can take a look at that. Second I told him that after the change oil last time they didn’t put the sticker for the next change oil it’s still the old sticker and his reply we don’t put stickers anymore. When I picked up my car there’s a sticker on it for the next service. I’m so unhappy with the treatment I experienced. I’m a customer and just asking for some concern and what I got is an unprofessional customer service.

Extreme friendly service oriented but one needs to be knowledgeable about your own vehicle. After the "Marketplace Television Expose", there should be greater vigilence about the consumers being aware of your own vehicle and it will require some research on your part. Like so many things today, if it is successful, you need to check about "up sales". In this particular location they were extremely busy and they were booking almost a month in advance. My issue was urgent but it still took a better part of a week for a major repair. If you don't need your car for awhile like me that's not a problem. For people who need their vehicle I'm not so sure. Are they running 24 hr labour shifts to keep up? When I can't talk with the mechanic, then I feel this is so well organized that the customer is just a means to an end. "Let the Buyer Beware". I understand that the shops have safety rules. I understand that mechanics are busy. But when it becomes assembly line the workman is separated from the customer and you can't develop a sense of trust. It is replaced by a slick seamingly knowledgeable salesman. Maybe they can resolve this issue with blow apart diagrams of your particular vehicle showing the parts relationship. The booking agent can then circle the parts needing replacement. This can act as a referral to the client if they want to keep track of their vehicle repairs. It could also lead to better identification for items on recall as well as resale value. Don't just tell me. Show me. Then let me keep it as part of my records for future reference.

I was contacted by the owner about my experience detailed below and it seems that it was a simple mistake on their end. It seems that this will be taken care of and I will be compensated but unfortunately it did still happen in the first place. Of course this is very much appreciated and to an extent speaks to a commitment to customer satisfaction. [Sleezy and unprofessional. Unless you absolutely have to get a service done here avoid at all costs. Discovery Honda in Duncan is honestly worth the drive for dealership services rather than this joke of a shop. Quoted repair and service prices are 25 to 50 percent higher than most other shops in Victoria. They charged me over $500 for inquiring about a check engine light and an airbag light without fixing any of the problems.]
Bonnie and the service department staff were outstanding in taking the time to investigate the problem with my car. Bonnie especially was outstanding at helping me troubleshoot and plan a strategy for getting my car fixed. Here's the irony - it wasn't even a Honda car. I left the service department thinking, "with this outstanding service, my next car should be a Honda." Thank you Bonnie, and thank you Campus Honda!
Very bad service. Brought my car in for a recall and had furthermore a DLR relais replaced and the batteries of my key fobs replaced. When I picked my car up the power locks didn't work anymore! There's now also clicking noise coming from under the dashboard when I try to use the power locks. I had never noticed that, but they told me it was normal. The next day I went back and asked why the power locks did't work anymore. They said they replaced the batteries and the power locks didn't work from that moment on. As far as they were concerned the power locks were already broken when I brought my car in!! When I asked how we could solve this situation, they told me they could remove the door panel to look at the power lock, but that would cost me $60 diagnosis fee, and if they didn't find any suspicions I had to pay for the replacement of the power locks. In other words, I'm screwed. I asked if they could meet me half way for the repair and diagnosis (because it can be a coincidence that the power locks gave up in the few days my key fobs weren't working.....) But they said NO, implying that the power locks were already broken when I brought the car in and that I was lying. Not a hint of taking care of the littlest part of the cost. Just very bad service.

Definitely 5 stars for the great and friendly service at this location! We we're just looking around the parking lot but then Rafael saw us and the rest is history.We got a 2021 CR-V Black Edition. He was so very patient with us and all our questions/inquiries. He made us a killer deal that was so hard to ignore. The transaction was so fast and smooth. He personally made sure that everything in the CR-V is in great working condition. He even put the all weather floor mats himself, what a great guy! Even after a few days, he was calling us to make sure that everything is going well with the CR-V. Rafael was amazing, very knowledgeable and realized I was on a tight schedule when picking up vehicle to drive back to Alberta so had everything ready for me when I arrived. He even left me a hydration pack for the drive home. LOL thanks again Rafael and campus Honda for what was a seamless purchase.

Simply put, I wouldn’t take my vehicle back here if I don’t have to. Asked for a diagnostic and clearly started that any work above the quoted fee must be communicated to me before being done. Sure enough, they did additional work and charged for it without speaking to me. The worst part is that when I took my vehicle to another shop to be fixed, they noticed that the valve cover bolts were stripped and had to be drilled out/extracted. They were over torqued from Honda after the diagnostic. No one from Campus Honda mentioned this and they just left the bolts stripped probably expecting me to leave it there for a fix. When I brought the stripped bolts back to let them know, the person I spoke with couldn’t care less.
Really nice Honda dealer! The guys here are both efficient and professional. Big thanks to Keegan, he is a super nice guy and provided us a excellent service and a nice deal! I will recommend anyone to visit here who is interested in Honda!

My husband and I were shopping for a new family vehicle. Honda was the front runner for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the dealership. Product Advisor John was helpful and friendly although got distracted twice for other customers while still dealing with us. We received prices for the vehicle that we asked for and test drove and were quite happy with how everything went. We walked out having our mind set that in 2 weeks we will come back for our Honda CR-V 2017. (due to personal reasons we had to wait for 2 weeks before purchasing the vehicle but wanted to have it all ready to go for when we are ready to purchase). We came back to the dealership 2 weeks later and were ready to buy. We inquired about AWD versus originally quoted FWD and were told that the difference is $2,800 (around $46 /month for 60 moths) which we were happy to pay for. However, From that point on the experience went completely downhill. John went to see sales manager and came back with the price that was 134 $/ month (for 60 month term) higher than that quoted 2 weeks ago. When asked why there was such a significant increase we felt that were treated like a couple of idiots with excuses that didn't make any sense. Finally after third time asking why the increase was so much we were told that when doing calculations last time they selected wrong vehicle. We were caught off guard as in between the visits to the dealership we were in touch with John over the phone and he once again confirmed the price for us that was discussed at the dealership during our first visit. There was no mention of any errors or mistakes at any point. There was no apology provided and neither Product Advisor nor the sales manager seemed to care about this mix up or tried to make it right. We told them that the price given to us first time was the price we came in prepared to pay and asked if there was something that could be done to get us closer to that number as we truly liked the vehicle. Yet again, there was no attempt to rectify the situation or counter-offer, only shoulder shrug. We both felt as if we were lied to, treated like idiots and dealership didn't care about selling the vehicle to us at all. It is such a shame as Honda has such an amazing product, however, customer service was a complete disaster. I cannot see myself coming back to that Honda dealership again although we will probably be on the market for a small size sedan in the next few years to replace my husband's old sedan. I realize that our experience was probably "the one off" as I know people who have had great experience at the dealership, however, the way our situation was handled was unprofessional and left sour taste.

I would give 4 stars for the salesperson Duff who assisted me and kept following up with me. However, I was not happy with the amount of time I had to wait to hear back from them for my financing. I was told it would take a day to get back from the bank, but nobody replied. I had to followup with them to inquire as to what the issue was. Also, the financing lady was pretty rude, if you treat your customers with respect they will come back to you in the future.

My wife just leased a Honda CRV at Campus Honda and we were both delighted with the level of service we received, particularly from our salesperson Bob McMillan who could not have been more pleasant and helpful.
Just recently purchased a used car from this dealership. I think it was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. These guys were so attentive to detail and their service was top of the line. The sales associate that helped me was Eden Sunflower. I don't think I could have received better service. He was helping me on his days off, after hours, any time I needed something he was there to help me. The car I bought wasn't even a Honda, but that didn't matter to them. They took great care in handling the car and servicing it, contacting the dealership of the brand of the car if needed with no problems. It came to me beautifully detailed and cleaned. The car had a problem with the rear window, that I didn't notice until a couple days later. Their service manager called me back and booked the car in to get fixed the next day. They offered me a loaner right away without me asking. Ended up fixing the problem within hours and I had my car back by that afternoon! I would recommend these guys any time of the day, any day of the week. I think I dealt with probably 5 employees over my purchase and they were all great. Thank you Eden, and the team at Campus Honda! 5 star job! Edit - 3/13/19 - Month later, my battery goes and dies. Nothing Campus Honda could have known, but I called Eden to see if there was anything they could do for me. They gave me a brand new battery the next day. Offered a loaner car again (which I didn't need). I'm so impressed with this company. 6 stars out of 6? Can we do that?

I bought my 2008 accord ex-l at Campus Honda in 2008. Service was excellent. In 2021, I bought a used Honda Civic 2018 from Bob McMillan. He is an excellent sales person. However Campus Honda was sold in March 2021 to Patterson. I had to bring my car back to Campus Honda because the initial detailing was very poorly done. The second time it was done correctly.

I have bought 4 cars through Campus Honda over the years. Generally I was treated fairly and was satisfied with the deals. This time, I wanted to purchase a new Ridgeline truck (cash deal; no trade in), but found that after they added all the dealership fees and surcharges, the vehicle was more expensive than elsewhere. Furthermore, when I made what i felt was a fair offer, the Sales Manager just laughed at me and only offered a few hundred dollars off sticker price. No follow up. I shopped around to other dealers and found ALL were cheaper drive-away prices. Nanaimo Honda offered me the best deal and I saved thousands off what Campus wanted to charge me. Given all the inventory sitting on lots at the moment, I would think that they would have taken some initiative to try and work with an existing loyal customer. I guess that is just not how Jimmy Pattison does business..... That said, the Service department there has been very reliable and I would continue to use them. For that reason I give the dealership 2 stars out of 5.

I would not recommend Campus Honda. They said on the phone that we could come without an appointment, but when we arrived they made us wait 3 hrs for service. Ultimately they were not respectful or professional, wasted our time and overcharged us for minor work without consulting us when we had only asked for an opinion. This is not the first bad experience we have had at Campus Honda. If you are up island at all, I would easily recommend the Discovery Honda dealership in Duncan. We have had much better service there consistently.

Pleasantly Incompetent? Booked an oil and air filter change online here prepared to wait a little and pay more but when I arrived after a 45 min drive I was told I didn't have a reservation. When I offered to show my confirmation they suddenly found my name and told me it would be a 3 hrs wait. Unnprepared to walk the streets for 3 hrs during a Covid lockdown I complained to the service manager The service manager had the car completed in 1.5 hrs. However on pick up the car was spotted with mud along the fenders ( I had just paid $13.00 to have it washed.) They had also changed the cabin filter when I specifically told them not to as I had already purchased one ($60.00 xtra) They had recorded a year old kilometer mileage on the work order and then told me they couldnt change it to the correct mileage. Back to the service manager to change it. Pleasant guy but more time and hassle for both of us. I would recommend buying a Honda here if the deal is right. The sales experience was great.( Sales associate Bob Mcmillan) And the parts department is excellent. However the service department here overbooks, overcharges and are careless with my money and time. They can say they have trainging issues but the lowest rating reviews show a long term pattern of similar complaints to mine. They are either pleasantly incompetent, deceitful or both. Be careful here - record your requests and check your bill ( which is difficult to decipher) . This is not typical of Honda dealerships I have dealt with in the lower mainland but the next closest Honda dealer is in Duncan. If you have a complaint be aware there is no general manager for just the Honda dealership

After showing me the car and special features, he mentioned how I can lease from 0.99% for 60 months, and that the "checkered flag"event is ending on April 30th. Great customer service. I had to have my car service because it was recall. Since I coukd not wait while the mechanics are working on my car, they got a taxi that took me thro and fro all free of charge. Estimated time given for working on my car was right on point. I like the free complimentary car wash: my was washed after been serviced (exterior only). Regardless, I like the service provided.
Having been to every non-premium dealer in Victoria (and some outside), Campus Honda (Kai in particular) knocked my expectations out of the park. First, he took my budget and needs seriously so much so that the first couple cars we looked at weren't even Honda's. He didn't bash other dealers or brands (for me this is huge) his focus was on what he loved about what he had. In the end Kai bent over backwards to find me a deal that would work, the way I wanted it to work. Thanks bud!
Today i was there for service after service they do car wash or vacuum i find out it just waste of there time and clients time because they just do formalities to show us .they just make swirl and water mark all over my brand new honda civic and now have to spend extra time to get proper wax and wash. If you guys don’t know how to proper wash so please don’t stop doing formalities because you guys just wasting time and water

Took my 2015 fit here for a noise on start up, and had excellent service from the start. I purchased extended warranty from the dealership i got the car from, and wasn't really sure how it worked. Bonnie was so kind and patient helping me through the whole thing and I will definitely be back.

I normally had a great experience with taking in my Fit to Campus Honda service department . Dropped my car off for 10 am appt for oil change then saw it only going into the garage at 11:15am. Was very unhappy waiting around. One male representative told us that 10am was only a drop off time. An appointment time is there for a reason. We will be no longer be using your service department in the future.
Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to CHRIS YU (Sale's manager) and KEEGAN REILLY for helping me purchase a used 2013 bmw 328xi!! I have never purchased a car through a dealership before so they made the process VERY simple and clear, making sure I understood every single detail before signing any paper documents. In addition, Keegan explained all the pros and cons about this particular car to me and told me how it was going to be different compared to my Toyota Camry Hybrid in both the good ways and bad ways to ensure I knew the things I was getting from the bmw and the things I was losing from the Camry (*cough* the gas was the only thing I miss from my Camry). This is EXTREMELY beneficial to me as I am not a car person in comparison to my boyfriend. Instead of degrading me, they shared their knowledge in a positive manner and I learned a lot out of it. He never put any pressure on me, made everything clear (no shadiness or hidden fees), showed me all the financing options bi weekly, and acknowledged my concerns and took them very seriously. These people are very genuine people and you could tell they just want you to be happy in the end versus them getting a sale. - Something that is EXTREMELY RARE in a sales industry (I can understand how pressuring it is to want to sell something quickly since I am in the sales industry as well). LASTLY!!!! They gave me and my boyfriend free mugs so not only do we get to advertise how GREAT Honda is, we get to use reusable mugs and not waste plastic! WHICH IS FANTASTIC!!!! ;--) Go see Keegan!!

While I love Honda (and have worked for Honda Japan), I can't recommend Campus Honda. The staff is unfriendly and servicing your car here is expensive and inconvenient. I prefer Canadian Tire. What made me write this review is that we received a recall notice about defective airbags. If we are in even a minor accident the airbags will kill the passenger. But no one is available at the Campus Honda service desk today to deal with this problem.
Repair of my defrost problems exceeded all my expectations despite having to wait for parts to be shipped from Toronto. I appreciated the helpful responses from both Service and Sales departments - and that beautiful new loaner while waiting! Especially at this busy holiday season, this kind of customer service was truly remarkable. Happy Christmas to all of you!
Good service but was surprised my car didn't get a wash like usual.
Had service done by this dealer on my Civic a few times and had a couple of awful experiences with Craig (service manager at the time). My car was washed after major maintenance and came out with significant scratches on the hood and the roof. When I mentioned the issue to Craig he told me that "he watched the guys wash the car" and denied that the scratches was caused them. And you have noticed the wash bay is located outside on the lower compound. The guys use a brush just like the ones on self serve car washes which causes scratches when worn out or when tiny bits of rocks gets wedged in the bristles.. Sounds like an obvious BS statement from a service manager. Another time when my car was in for a major repair (4 hrs labor), Craig refused to give me a courtesy ride and instead gave me a $10 taxi chit. When I inquired about the return trip he replied with "that's all we give". Jack, assistant manager, on the other hand gave me 2 taxi chits without hesitation when I returned for another major repair. Since then I never returned to Campus Honda for any service. I drive all the way to Duncan even for an oil change. But now that Jack is the Service Manager hopefully things will change for the better as he is a decent person and treats customers with respect. ***Btw, I have read before of another review and an incident of a car coming out of wash job with significant scratches, Be aware of this!

This is my first time buying a car and Bob was really knowledgeable on providing basic and essential information about the car that I’m interested in. It was a very good experience especially when he was showing how to manage the controls of the car and all that it can do. He was very patient running over the instructions despite of the hot and sunny day. I went home happy and in love with my new car and all the feature it offers!

Keegan Reilly was awesome to work with! After a Honda dealer that I negotiated with on the mainland screwed me over on the delivery of my new 2019 Honda Pilot touring 7P.... I reached out to Campus Honda and Keegan and his sales manager David G. bent over backwards to earn my business and it resulted me catching the ferry from the mainland to Victoria the very next day to pick up my new vehicle! I highly recommend dealing with Keegan and he was very patient and didn't roll his eyes or get defensive when I told him I was a Car Cost Canada member!! They also gave me a decent price on my 2006 Honda Odyssey trade s/t a test drive which I was okay with. I was very happy with my new purchase and Keegan answered all my questions patiently when I took delivery of the vehicle the same day I caught the ferry. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was that the insurance person sold me new plates when I wanted to transfer my existing plates saying I would get an extra year on the replacement coverage or that it might be less than the 3years...which wasn't really true.
Campus Honda has an awesome sales team. They got me an awesome deal on my 2018 Accord. The price they quoted was the price I paid. I had gone to Discovery Honda after calling them and when I got there they added on several fees. It was definately worth the drive from Duncan. 3 hours later I had my new Accord and was treated like I mattered as where Discovery Honda wanted what was in my wallet. I will refer every I know looking for a Honda to Campus.

I disappointed with Campus Honda last year when they threw a big bill to me to say that I need a new car. But my honda crv is so great that I've got it running in perfect condition again this whole past year with a cost of 20% their bill. I thought I am not going to come back there again! A Honda call center called me to persuade me to give them another chance but through it again I regret. They are not better but worst even though they would blame the pandemic. Everything is at least 2 times more expensive + labor charges , just so you can get warranties. Just want to write to let everyone knows to decide!
Just had some service work done on our CRV at this spacious dealership. From beginning to end, the customer service was outstanding. The assistant mgr Michael Gunn kept us informed of the timeline for the work being done. Michelle was also very helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us and they are a pet friendly business.

This was my initial vehicle purchase at Campus Honda and with the Sales Associate John Weiers. I had a specific vehicle in mind and John was affable and ready to get me out testing said vehicle. Mr. Weiers was knowledgeable and readily spent the time over a couple of weeks to acquaint me with the vehicle. Campus Honda had a few models and John procured me my selection at a cost that I was comfortable with. Dealing with trade -in was seamless and John made it convenient. All aspects of licensing, insurance were handled by John when it came time to pick-up the vehicle. I'd certainly recommend to Family and friends to consider John Weiers when purchasing a new vehicle.

THANK YOU---YET AGAIN---TO THE HONDA SERVICE TEAM. Having found a flat tire on my Fit while out in Langford, and exhausted the possibilities of repair at any tire place out there, I brought 'Toby' into the dealership c. 2 p.m. The roster was completely full, but the service dept. promised to try to get to it by the end of the day. My options were outlined carefully, and I left with confidence. Not two hours later I received a text that they'd already fixed the tire (I didn't need a new one----yay!!!!), despite a very large nail sticking out of it! I was so grateful to the team, who ensured that I was without my vehicle for the shortest possible time, even given the weight of work they had on. And Toby came back to me, as always, pristine! The Campus Honda service department is why I have a Honda and will always look to Honda first for a new vehicle.
For a 45 minute drive away, I saved $1800 from buying from the Duncan Honda. After getting my new CRV, my friend wanted one and found the Duncan Honda gave a better price as well. After back and forth bartering, this Honda dealership "best price" for a new CRV was $1800 more than another Honda dealership. If you are shopping for a newer Honda vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend to shop around. Call or phone the other Honda dealers to get the best price you can. The other Honda's are more than willing to do a deal because they are in smaller towns with less people who can fork over $$ for a brand new car, so they are wanting to make their monthly numbers. Look at the websites "carcostcanada" and "unhaggle" and offer what those suggest as on the road price. The other island Honda's are willing to take those deals. The sales rep who I was dealing with was nice, slightly pushy and easy to deal with until I decided not to take his deal. He seems to have a short fuse and became hot tempered and acted childish over text messages when I told him I will pass on the deal. Not professional at all. However, so far when I have inquired about something through the parts department, they have been quite helpful. Kudos to the younger man behind the parts counter. 2 stars because the unprofessional salesman and they couldn't make a deal especially since another Honda took the offer I wanted. However, positive experience with the parts gentleman.

I’d like to thank James and the team in the service department for the excellent work they do on a consistent basis. I have extremely high standards for people who service my vehicle (former mechanic) and the service team at Campus Honda have continued to exceed all expectations. Ryan and Kimberly were a pleasure to deal with today, along with Randy Hall who is very personable and clearly loves his job and horsepower. Steven in parts also deserves recognition for his amazing knowledge of all things Honda. I have never had a bad experience at this dealer, I would not hesitate for a second to recommended them to anyone for Sales or Service.

Booked car for a 2-4 hour service call with a drop off time of 7am. Called at noon to find out why they had not called yet and was told that they had not started the work. Abysmal service standard, as there was not even an attempt to apologize for the delay. Not the first time with this type of interaction with Honda in general. Will not be dealing with this company again if I can help it.

I have to give a huge shout out to Campus Honda. I recently bought a pre-owned Pilot. The purchasing experience was great. Recently it developed a little whining noise. It's a bearing and covered by drive train warranty. Very pleaed about that. New part to be installed soon, and they even washed and vacuumed the car.
I bought a Honda Fit from Campus Honda and it has been amazing! Rafael was great to work with and as I was living out of town at the time he worked with my parents to find me a great car! He made the process so simple and headache free and I would definitely recommend him! The business office was also great and the process was so fast!

Fabulous customer service! We reached out to Campus Honda looking for a vehicle that would work for my husband's mobility limitations. Not only did they find the perfect option (an H-RV that is easy to get into and out of and has tons of cargo space), but they couldn't have done more to make the whole process as easy as possible for us. They brought the H-RV to us to look at and test drive, worked with another dealership on ending the lease for one of our cars, and gave us a very fair price on the trade in for our other vehicle. Everyone we dealt with was caring, helpful and responsive, and they kept in touch with us throughout the process so that we knew what was happening. It made a difficult transition so much easier than we expected. Can't say enough good things about Campus Honda.
This last weekend I purchase my new 2017 Civic Coupe EX-T from Campus Honda and all I can say is I was super impressed! Not just with the car (which has exceeded my expectations), but also with the service I received from Campus. I was actually coming from Vancouver to get the car and that meant I didn't even get to see it before I arrived. However, Aaron at Campus was incredibly helpful through the whole process...helping me find the car I wanted, arrive at a price, arrange options and much more...all over email and phone. Only go here if you want unsatisfactory service and a horrible car wash which leaves dirt and scratches all over your vehicle. I had given up requesting for them not to wash my vehicle and I thought today might be different but turns out the staff just doesn't care and it shows. Never buy a new vehicle from this dealership, try the Toyota dealership across the street. Lesson learned the hard way! Thanks Honda and staff :D

I have a 2017 Honda Civic , took it into Campus Honda to get an oil change. Well I received a phone call a short while later saying there was some damage to the belly pan and that they could not perform the oil change and I should contact ICBC. I thought this was fair. I went later that day to pick up my vehicle and was driving down the highway when I noticed a scraping sound. I pulled over and see a piece of metal laying in the middle of the highway and realized it is the scrape guard from the bottom of my car laying there. I had to run into the middle of the highway to collect it. This was incredibly dangerous. I went back to Honda the next day to have them put it back on and they said they couldn’t as I would have to contact ICBC. I am very unimpressed that their so called “mechanics” could not bolt on a simple piece of metal to my car and to have it fall off in the middle of the highway. Not helpful what so ever, this could have been a lawsuit ready to happen……. Not a happy customer .
We went in for a test drive in the morning, and were home with our new car by early afternoon. Eric in sales was friendly and professional, and worked hard to get us into our new car quickly and painlessly while he was simultaneously helping another customer do the same. Excellent experience!

I went into Campus Honda to look at my options for upgrading from my current 2005 Honda Accord. I spoke with Eric Mak - he was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It was such a great experience that I now refer all of my friends/family to him!
The wait time for a simple oil change is always excessive. Why did I bother showing up on time for my scheduled appointment if I was going to watch my car sit for an hour and a half before it even went into the shop? I have never spent less than 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change. Fortunately, the waiting area is pretty good. Coffee and tea are available, as well as work stations, comfortable seating, outlets, and phone chargers. Staff are friendly but I have felt at times that they were trying to take advantage of me. For example: I asked that my tires not be rotated as they are not even two months old and was told (without the advisor so much as looking at them or asking how many kilometres I've put on them) that they were due to be rotated. I declined, and the technician who serviced my car agreed with me that it was unnecessary at this time.
Bob was fantastic. Knowledgeable, patient and fun to do business with! Highly recommend his services if your looking for a Honda or a reliable used vehicle!

Sales rep was friendly but waiting 4 months for a car that came out in the spring and trying to charge us $750 to clean a trade in and $300 each to replace tires ($1200 total) is a joke. The dealer in Duncan was much more willing to do business. Where do you buy your tires from?? Felt bad for the sales rep, his management were appalling.

I had a specific purchasing experience in mind. Do a few test drives, demo the vehicle I liked best with my family, and then figure out the purchasing details (price and timing) via email and phone. I'm not a big fan of hanging around the dealership in general, so I was hoping to basically just test drive and then pick up the final product. Test drives were easy to arrange, the demo was ready to pick up when I asked for it. All of the negotiation and financing was worked out over email and phone; after the demo stage I didn't have to stop in to sign anything at all. We emailed a little to work out the price, I chatted with the finance manager to figure out financing, and then I showed up 5 days later and picked up the vehicle. This, folks, was exactly what I wanted for a price just as low as any other dealer was willing to offer. Reynaldo in sales took care of the test drives and demo, David the Sales Manager took care of numbers, and Brent in the business office took care of the financing and scheduling. This was a team that understood my vehicle needs and my (rather specific, I admit) shopping needs, and delivered exactly what I wanted.

Very poor customer service from manager. Most employees are well mannered and friendly. He is far from learned in the ways customer service. Being a honda driver for almost 2 decades i have not recieved this type of treatment elsewhere. Took mothers crv in for service and next day the door handle broke. He would not claim responsibility and wanted to charge her 120 per hour to diagnose alone. JOKE. Due to his lack of common sense he has lost 3 long standing honda customers.
Right from the first email reply, Bob McMillan my sales person, was friendly, detailed, and great to work with! I was up island at the time I saw the vehicle I wanted, and Bob walked me through how to secure a first right of refusal on it so that I had first shot at it on my return. Came home a few days later, test drove it and bought it on the spot. It had been through a detailed inspection and had a few things fixed up. The car was amazingly detailed and ready to go the next day. Washed and vacuumed again, and filled with fuel! Loved working with Bob through the entire process and was never pressured into at all. Thanks again Bob, and thanks Campus!

Service levels in garages and dealerships in Alberta and BC have came a long way over the last 10 years in terms of improving quality, customer focus, attention to detail and overall customer satisfaction. I have become used to this with Toyota, Ford and Mercedes dealerships but Campus Honda in Victoria, whom I've enjoyed using for the last 2 years with my Ridgeline, have really set the bar at a new level. In my experience, this shop has been the absolute best in town for servicing Honda cars and providing excellent customer service. Their prices are at a premium compared to other places - it was something like $135/hr for labour a few years ago - but not without a justification. Their mechanics work fast and get the job done right the first time because they know what they are doing, a good example when paying more ends up costing you less in the end.
In about of year of searching for a car, John in sales and Nathalie in financing offered me the best, easiest, most informative, friendly and fair experience of any other dealer in Victoria.

went in with a flat tire, the hole was too close to the sidewall to repair, but with the exceptional help of several staff members they were able to find us 2 tires of similar tread (all wheel drive) and we were on our way and it was very affordable thanks to the staff at Campus Honda, treated us Albertans in a very welcoming/proffesional/knowledgable fashion.

Campus Honda is phenomenal. Especially Keegan Reilly, I was in the market for a new vehicle and doing a major upgrade. I was able to express what I was looking for what I wasn’t looking for and take my time, really deciding what the best option was.(we’re talking over a month of conversing back and forth, he really went above and beyond). He went over absolutely everything he could with me so I had full knowledge of what I was getting and why certain cars are better than others. You normally worry about buying a car due to pushy sales men... as a young mother I did not have that issue or worry one bit.

I bought a Honda certified used vehicle from Campus Honda back in March. So far I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with them. From buying my car, to regular maintenance, it has always been a hassle free and friendly environment in their dealership and service department. They even went so far as to fix something (a minor unforseen issue) not covered by my warrenty for free because I had only bought the car three months prior. Most dealerships would take you to the cleaners if that was the case. I have to give a special thanks to Aaron Eham, Fleet Manager for selling me the car in the first place; I know he worked particularly hard in making the sell happen with my circumstances and time frame. I really dont write reviews often, but sometimes its worth the effort to give feedback to those that deserve it. Its not just about the price you pay for the car, its also about the service you get in return. Oh! Also they have a kickass coffee machine in there service department, literally cant get enough. I hate car buying, at the best of time, and particularly when it's unplanned. Such was the case a few years ago when a rear end collision destroyed my Honda Accord. Subsequently, I went to Campus Honda looking for a replacement where sales associate Bob Mc Millian found himself dealing with this cranky old tightwad who particularly hates the dickering game. To my surprise I found that Bob listened to my position and represented me rather than trying to pressure me. Nonetheless, we got to an impasse but rather than just walking away Bob introduced me to Chis the Sales Manager who facilitated a mutually amicable resolution. My purchase experience, and the subsequent service care that I got from Campus Honda motivated to return a year later when replacing another vehicle. That transaction was also as pleasant which is not a word I've ever used in conjunction with car buying! Subsequently, on several occasions while at Campus Honda for routine maintenance I've visited the sales floor and have been impressed by the warm reception I've gotten from both Bob and Chris, despite their knowing that I was just visiting. During the past 55 years I've dealt with quite a number of car sales groups and none of them have matched my experiences at Campus Honda!

I hesitate to give a dealer a 5 - but I have been quite happy with them so far. The service regime has been fair and forthright, providing quick and prompt service, while offering either a ride or cab fare if I need to get somewhere. The customer communication as to the lead up for appointment, and progress during appointment are second to none. We even poked around at some new cars when last in there, and did not feel the stale cigar and coffee breath of some salesperson breathing down our neck. A simple and courteous nod, you need help, nope we're good, and there you go. I'm happy to take my Honda here, and when we decide to replace our current ride I'd be willing to see what they have to offer.

Can't think of anything bad to say about these guys, which is maybe a small miracle for a car dealership. Sales staff is not high pressure, and don't give off any slimy vibes. I've had my vehicle serviced here in the past with no issues. The parts department is very helpful and a great resource for DIY.

We were travelling in Victoria from Vancouver and had the starter motor die on our 2004 Accord. We arrived at Campus Honda at 3:30pm and were helped by Mike in the service department. Campus Honda had the part in stock and they were able to get it installed by 5:30pm so that we could head back home to Vancouver. Outstanding job by the service department. We were extremely impressed.

Was passing by and quickly stopped to look at a Civic. Within 2 minutes a salesman named Rick was right out. Fast talking salesman with all the answers. He asked me to come in to look at what inventory they have. Next thing he had me in his office asking a bunch of personal information - then asked me when I was looking at buying and I said in the fall - 5 months from now. His jaw dropped and a clear tone in his attitude showed he was only interested in making a sale that day. It is a shame sales take this approach with customers as I will not come back.

Bloody useless dealership. What a joke. Ordered a new Odyssey, arrived a month later. They installed all the extras we requested and delivered, only to find it was the wrong model. Found us the right model in the wrong colour (We had already traded our car) and the wife has not stopped moaning since. We sent the car in to have the extras installed, supposed to be a half day. They call at 3.30pm to tell us they have the wrong parts for the first part of the install, and haven't done anything else. "Can we keep it for two more days?". No, Honda, it's our family car and you can't just keep failing on this level. Our first and last Honda.

They charged $120 (in 2016) to tell me why my engine light came on... Mr Lube does stuff like that for free.... I asked how much for new tires and a new battery and they price they gave literally made me laugh out loud. Look, if your looking for a car on the island, GO TO THE MAINLAND. You will have a better selection and it will be way cheaper. If you are looking for car repairs and don't want to spend a lot of money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Eric Mak is a pleasant, courteous and fine young man. He was very helpful in the trade-in of our Honda HRV, and did his utmost to finalize our purchase of the Honda Fit. My husband and I are very happy with the Honda brand and will not hesitate to refer Eric to anyone. With his lovely demeanour, we have no doubt that Eric will do very well in his vocation.

I took my Honda Odyssey in for a government safety inspection. I was greeted by their service advisor Ryan who was very pleasant to talk to. He offered me free bus/cab fares if I needed to go somewhere while waiting for my van to get done.The inspection was done within 2 hours and they even gave me a free car wash. This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the service.

Erik was fantastic to deal with. Me and my partner went in not really knowing much about what we were looking for but just off the recommendation off a friend who owns a Honda. He went through everything we wanted to know, wasn’t pushy In the slightest and made us feel comfortable in the whole process. Will definitely be going back when it’s time for an upgrade.

We bought a 2008 Honda Fit from Campus Honda in March 2021. Dealing with both Campus Honda and their sales representative Rafael was a great experience. Everything was brought to the table as far as information on the car and what to expect thru the sale process. No surprises. The sale concluded to the satisfaction of all. A week after our purchase, an unforeseen issue arose which was dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. When we are in the market for another vehicle, we will definitely check Campus Honda first and give Rafael a call.

We went this week to look for a near new vehicle. Our experience with Campus Honda, an in particular the sales representative John Weiers, was excellent. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle (no reflection on the staff but a better private deal came up) but we wanted to comment on the service, professionalism and integrity of this company. We would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Ask for John!

Aaron Ahman was awesome last summer when he sold me a 2016 HRV. I have recommended Honda to friends that enquire about how I like my new car. Also recently my daughter had to replace her 2010 Honda Fit after it was totalled in an accident. Aaron Ehman had sold her the Fit and also was so helpful arranging the purchase of a 2008 CRV as a replacement. Her budget was tight, and he had to bend over backwards to accommodate. She was so grateful.

The staff at Honda were amazing during my wife’s and I whole experience in their showroom. Eric mak, our sales rep, talked us through models, rates and was Extremely professional and knowledgeable and make it as easy as possible. The aftercare has also been amazing, being able to email Eric whenever we have a question about the car and always getting a quick response, shows that at Honda you are not just another customer they want out the doors right after the sale!

Rafael was a superb sales rep. He listened to all our needs and wants, without trying to upsell or get us into a different vehicle. The service we received from this Honda Dealership as a whole was amazing! (we haven't had the greatest at others in the past) Everyone from the Sales Manager to Gord in Finance, they pulled out all the stops. We were on a tight timeline and they met it late after close on a Saturday! Were super happy to now be apart of the Honda Family! :)

Poor service, please shop elsewhere. Overall becoming dissatisfied with Campus Honda. Initially was displeased with service of my salesman being overly pushy and then lack of communications with regards to delivery of my CRV after he had the sale did not seem to care about me any more with recent purchase of my new car(This is my second new Honda vehicle). More recently though, I took my car to Campus to have a broken antenna repaired which I was quoted over 850 dollars. For the same parts ordered from Honda and done at a different location my bill was only 315 dollars. Completely gouging so called "loyal customers". I have had all my Honda service and repair done through different Honda dealers since 2011 but have lost trust and will only use them if needed for warranty.

I made an appointment a week ago just to have keys cut. I was told that it would take 2 hours but they couldn’t get it done on time and made me wait. Why even bother making appointments? Not the best customer service.

In early March we decided that a 2019 CR-V Touring would admirably suit our transportation needs. Sales Associate John Weiers contacted us as soon as one became available, and ably navigated us through the buying process. We were in the market to purchase a specific model and the price quoted was about $2000 more than another Honda dealer in Vancouver Island - can't figure out why the huge difference in price for a $20k+ vehicle given that everything in the car was the same including trim and accesories.
Service has always been great both when buying our original.honda to the one we own now. Sales have always been no pressure and sales people listen to what you want/need. A d after sales service has always been excellent. My very first car was a Honda back in 1976 and my last car will be a Honda.

Scheduled my Honda for a scheduled oil change, but when attended was advised it would be an all day event so went elsewhere. My next visit involved an oil change and general maintenance. About 1,000 kms later the maintenance required light came on as they had forgotten to reset the maintenance light. Service representatives were fine as long as you don't ask clarifying questions. Service technician advised of a further issue, that I already had advised the service representative I was aware of and did not require attention. Overall adequate service, but not exemplary, as I have found at other Honda dealerships. Being the only Honda dealerships within a 45 minute drive of Victoria likely has resulted in a mediocrity mindset.
Update: service squeezed in an oil change and let us keep our loaner for a little longer which I appreciated. The General Sales Manager John called me and apologized. He also met with me and is searching for a better option which I appreciated. First off I'll explain, I've been a loyal Honda owner for my whole life. I've owned 5 Honda's vehicles and have a soft spot for them. 1. My experience at Campus Honda has been mixed. Parts has been great, service for the most part has as well. My recent experiences have thrown me a bit for a loop. Today we had an emergency appointment which service squeezed me in for to replace an alternator and battery (which was ruined by the alternator) from an electrical failure we had 2 days ago. They got us in yesterday near the end of the day which was great. Diagnosed the issue and asked me in the afternoon if we'd like to go ahead with the replacement. We agreed and I asked when we could pick up because my wife biked to and from there heading to work. They said the technician would stay to complete the repairs and we could pick up first thing in the morning. My wife biked there in the morning (usually I do all of these pickup and drop offs) on her way to an appointment. She arrived in the morning and was told that the technician didn't have the car ready and they were working on it this morning. Yes, they offered her a car to drive there and back to pick up later which was the LEAST I would expect after not having a phone call to update us prior to arrival. 2. I'm in talks with the sales manager about upgrading to a newer pilot, 2016-2019 as they have one in the lot. I asked them to appraise the trade in for our 6th Honda. The entire conversation I received is about the km on our vehicle, service history, talking about wholesaling our 2011 pilot. I'm a little surprised that as we're looking at trading up for a vehicle which is also used and $30k the conversation isn't more positive towards keeping a loyal Honda customer happy. 3. The other thing, I asked from their sales staff is as this is a Jim Patterson owned location with an enormous network, why have I been told that they only deal with cars on their lot instead of reaching out through their network to help us find the find Pilot? I'm just disappointed right now about our current conversations. My wife was really upset this morning and it should have never happened. Her morning has been thrown for a loop and we're not sure if we can make our other appointment this morning after due to this. Honda is a great company, but I don't expect what we've just gone through. Hoping that someone reaches out to us to explain the points above. For our contact, our Grey 2011 honda pilot touring is being repaired today August 22, 2020. I feel that a 3 star review is too high based on our experience recently but to be fair, I've had really good service before as well. It's just really hard to focus on this right now. Typically I use reviews to rave about experiences, and I always ask for a manager to complement their staff, rarely do them to talk about a negative experience. I hope that someone calls or emails me back.
The Trade-In event caught my interest and Eric Mak walked me thru the financial and practical benefits of a new car which was all I needed to pivot to a new vehicle at no added cost to my existing lease payments. Win-win!

My Experience has been excellent, I shopped around with Ford (good) Toyota (sad), GMC, Nissan, Chevy (so, so). The reason I choose Honda after testing the comparable vehicles at the others was value, features, price and attitude of the people working at this dealership. They never tried the hard sell, never badgered me with email or phone calls, allowed me to take my time and make the decision which was right for me. They also didn't down sell their competitors which was refreshing.
Great experiences with the team at Campus Honda. They are people who I can drop by and say 'Hi' to. The sales team is no pressure, relaxed, and were able to give me the best price among the Honda dealerships in B.C. Both the Parts and Service team is excellent. I had purchased a set of aftermarket summer wheels and UHP tires through the Parts department, and we spent a good couple months together planning and ordering, making sure everything was compatible, etc. They followed through every step of the way, even kept in contact with the wheel manufacturer for me. At the final steps, both Service and Parts coordinated to make sure everything went smoothly. I've been through many auto dealerships on the island, and in BC, but Campus Honda is most certainly up on my list. A shout-out to Steven in the Parts department, Eric Mak and David G!

I had an issue with my 2007 Civic which I had taken to a few other shops. Jack the Service Manager came out and had a technician come out and look at my car and they got me in and fixed on the same day. They were very knowledgable and great to deal with. They even washed and vacuumed my car.I have never been happier and my car has never been cleaner. I will be getting all my work done here now.
Super friendly staff and Bob McMillan was fantastic. He got me a great deal in my first car and it runs like a dream. I'm so happy that my parents brought me to Bob to get my car! Just over all the best service possible!

When I went to Campus Honda to purchase a 2018 Honda Civic I spoke to Bob McMillan and told him that I had pretty much decided on the car that I wanted. I had expected that this would wrap things up quickly and was surprised and delighted at the passion that Bob had for showing me all of the features on my new car. I am the type of person who reads the owner’s manual and Bob was so thorough that I was road ready before I left the building. I was so happy with the experience that I recommend him to my stepdaughter who also purchased 2019 Civic Coupe from Bob. An overall outstanding experience.

Asked the parts department for replacement bulbs for the parking sensor switch in my 2014 Odyssey, they suggested I could replace the entire switch for the same price as the bulbs. Worked perfectly, saved me time and money. Thank you for the above and beyond treatment.
