This was my first visit to Audi Victoria. I purchased a new to me vehicle and a non Audi unit from a previous trade in. That did not seem to matter to Noah, the Sales consultant. He afforded me every service of the dealership and made me feel welcome. The car I purchased was a bit complicated for me but Noah knew all the answers or did whatever to get the answer. I found Noah to be easy going and sort of moved at my pace in the purchase. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. Brandan in Finance was also very helpful and put together a vehicle support package that will work for me. He was great to work with also. These two guys went out of their way to help me make this purchase in a manner that met my needs. My wife and I were looking for a newer car to replace our older vehicle so after researching what we thought we would like we decided to checkout Audi. We met Alexandra through an acquaintance, we discussed with her our requirements and took a few vehicles on a test drive. (Lots of fun) We decided on a particular vehicle but some of the options, the colour, and price we were looking for was not available so Alexandra gave us the option to put down a small deposit and when something came in we would have the first right to the vehicle. Alexandra kept in touch with us whether a car was available or not, which I thought was great off her to keep in contact with us. A month or so later in came the perfect car we were looking for with the right price and the right colour. We are suing due to negligence and appalled that General Manager Carl Munro refused to not take full responsibility, after two months of negotiations no less! As a peacekeeping veteran and non-profit president, I rank ownership as a top priority, especially when the safety of families are involved -- and all 3 of my young girls were in the car going at highway speed during the engine failure! I’ve purchased several new and used cars over the year and was completely surprised at the attention and care that Alexandra their sales representative demonstrated to make our purchase just right. I was helping my daughter choose a second hand car and I never would of considered going to a luxury car dealership to look for a second hand vehicle. After several days of Visiting Used car dealerships - looking for an AWD with a 15 K budget I was overwhelmed & pretty much done before I walked through their door. We made a decision to look at “ just one more” the last one last car on our Internet search list at the end of the day . It was a VW wagon but not an AWD. From the moment I walked in the door I had a completely different feeling than my previous experiences at dealerships. We felt listened to and important . The VW was not a good fit as we needed higher clearance for mountain biking destinations. Alexandra took us underneath the dealership to peruse the used vehicles - they have an excellent invintory of quality used vehicles. Alexandra suggested an Accura RDX that just came in for a trade however, we had to wait for a service inspection and detail . The vehicle was inspected and prepared for sale with new tires & fluids etc. This vehicle was far beyond the quality of what we had looked at previously and in our budget. Alexandra even installed a bike rack to make it perfect. I feel lucky to have found this dealership and highly recommend Alexandra Elarid she went the extra mile to make us feel really confident in our purchase and we trust the high standards that this dealership exemplifies.

Dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday for a significant seat rattle they had diagnosed and ordered parts for the previous week. I got a call from the service advisor letting me know his parts department made an error and the parts had not arrived, but he ensured they were ordered and they would be there the next day. Late afternoon the following day, he called me and informed me his parts department had "dropped the ball again" and the parts were not there. I let the advisor know I was unhappy to be without my car another day, but left the vehicle yet another day to be fixed. On Thursday, I got a call from someone else (I assume a parts person) letting me know the advisor got him to call me to tell me the parts hadn't come in again. On Friday afternoon I finally called them to find out the car had apparently "just finished and they were just going to call me". I picked up my car, no wash, no vacuum, no attempt at any customer service during the pickup. There is also a new scratch across the screen I'm sure they will deny doing. I understand warranty customers are not always first priority, but this was the worst service I have ever received.

Answered all our questions, very professional, treated us with kindness and respect all the while sharing a few laughs. Now about the car - bought a Q3. Great, fun, zippy car. I feel like I’m driving a sports car. Handles corners tightly, lots of pep, great stereo systems, many options to customize the drive and environment, very comfortable ride and lots of buttons for the passenger to play with....what more does one need!????

Update: 4 Nov 19... Do not, I repeat, DO NOT purchase the Coast to Coast (Assurant) extended waranty. Absolutely horrible. I just replaced my second turbo in two years because they will only use a rebuilt turbo. Still cost me $1000 because they don't cover most of what is involved in replacing it. Last month I needed a new ABS sensor and harness (all these lights were lit up on my dash). I purchased the High Tech Parts option which specifically states ABS covereage. Oh no, not the parts of the ABS that I had replaced. The MMI controls went last year. Guess what? Not covered. Unreal!!! Update: 17 May 2018... I should have updated this last year when this happened but I really must relay what Brendan Tan did for me. I now live in Ottawa and had to use my aftermarket warranty and was getting nowhere with Mark Motors in Ottawa. To make a long story short, Brendan Tan came to the rescue and made sure I was taken care of. I didn't even know Brendan but he was acting as the finance manager the day I tried to find out more about my warranty and did everything he could to fix things. The problem was my warranty was cancelled because I didn't get an oil change within the year not realizing that it was either a year or the mileage whichever came first so my warranty was canceled. He did everything he could do to fix it with absolutely nothing in it for him. I highly recommend him for sure!! Original post... What a great Audi experience I had at this dealership right from looking around, to purchasing, to dealing with the service department. My salesman was Graham Clarke who was very nice to deal with but I received even better after care from David Vollet, who bought me some touch up paint (I bought used), and I didn't even buy the car from him! The service manager, Joanne Taylor, was top notch in dealing my concerns and Debb, the service advisor, is great to talk to as well. Even the guys in the parts department are great to deal with. I have to say, everyone seems to go out of their way to help you with whatever the reason you are there. The only negative comment I have is about Heiko Schuster, the Sales Manager. Not sure how he landed his position but he was the only negagtive aspect at this dealership. Not personable at all! Usually Sales Managers will come up to you and introduce themselves and offer any help they can to make your experience a positive one. Ok, no big deal that he didn't because maybe he was busy but I did see him in the showroom a couple of times and anytime I looked at him, he'd look the other way. Maybe it was because I wasn't wearing a suit?? He was almost next to me when my salesman was congragulating me on the purchase of my Audi. What did he do?? He turned and walked away! Yes, this really bugged me and I'll remember that. I'll also remember all the great people there too, and there were a lot so that's good. This is a very long overdue review (October 2020). I just wanted to take a minute to review this Audi Dealership, specifically the sales team. Purchasing my recent vehicle was the smoothest process. Alexandra (Saleswoman) was extremely professional, accommodating and informative. Her approach was relaxed with no pressure. She had given me a solid 8+ hours to test drive the vehicles I had opted for (E-tron, E-tron Sportback, Certified Pre-Owned etc...). She insisted that I test drive as many EVs on their lot before I made a final decision. If your considering the Audi Care Extended Warranty or Third Party Warranty than I would highly recommend Andrew from Capilano Audi. The Warranty I purchased at Audi Victoria wasn't throughly explained. It's been nearly 5 months and I am still extremely happy with my new vehicle. Thank you Alexandra, Ali and David (Manager)

Dunno why everyone gives 5 stars, so unreal to me. Paid 3-4 visits for noise fixing, the last one took them 2days without having a courtesy car. They said I'm under 25 so they can't lend me a courtesy car, which doesn't make any sense to me. I've had so many cars and never been treated by any other dealership like this and I am so disappointed. And also every time they told me the car is fixed, I asked whether they have test driven it and they said yes every time. But none of them are being honest. Dunno how they were trained to treat customers, but this is NOT the standard I would expect from a Audi dealership. For the first 2-3 visits they only gave me 2 cab tickets, $15 each and only can be used from the dealership and to the dealership, not even enough for me to go to school and I had to pay the taxi driver addition $5 every time! Wasted so much time with this dealership before I sold the Audi. I would never ever deal with this dealership (Audi Autohaus) again. Only wish Google map has a 0 star rating!

I'm really at a loss to explain such unfitting service, which has eroded my trust in the brand further. On June 5 I purchased a replacement key for over $200. Its bad enough you need to book a mechanic to program the key above that amount. My issue is that it took me calling at least 5 times and even dropping by the parts and service counter to get to book the appointment for the key to be programmed. I also wasn't notified when the key arrived. After all the follow up I eventually was booked for a service visit on July 9. I admit that Audi lost my trust after Diesel-Gate. The inflated pricing and poor service is not what you'd expect from a luxury brand. Our car is our third VW/Audi and likely our last.

I've come to Audi Victoria for two reasons: to learn about the e-Tron and to get my Q3 maintained. In both cases, my expectations were exceeded. Allan was extremely helpful and accommodating: When I walked off the street, he took some time out of his busy schedule to sit down and go over the various options, features, and pricing details with me; next, he got me a demonstrator e-Tron and let me play around with it. We met the following day for a test drive and I was extremely happy with all aspects of the car that Allan showed me and let me try out. Next, I got a chance to work on Noah on a regularly scheduled maintenance for my Q3 which also required work on a recall item, the replacement of the wiper blades, and the replacement of the battery in my key. The work was completed sooner than expected and later, when I rescheduled the pick-up time, there wasn't a single hitch. The staff of this dealership are friendly and professional. I recommend this business to anyone interested in good cars.

I have to admit, hesitantly, I have been a BMW owner for nearly 15 years. I was always loyal to the brand and loved what they stood for. I was about to purchase a new car from their dealership here in Victoria but found the selection of cars too vast, Series 1,2,3........... In my opinion they can’t produce a quality car when they want to appeal to everyone. They told me the car I was looking at was on a Mini platform and that didn’t sit well for me. If I wanted a Mini Cooper I would have looked for one. I looked around and asked about other options from trucks, cars and bikes. I have had a long time friend who worked for a long time at Mazda Victoria and now with Audi Victoria, his name is Todd Lindsay. Todd is the sales person and the only person I would have done the deal with. He was knowledgable and made the process smooth and seamless. With his guidance and answers to all my question I felt the right thing was to invest in an Audi. I purchased an Audi S5 and love every time i look and drive it. Recently I went to visit and Todd asked me how it compared to a BMW. I told him there was no comparison. i have driven many very fancy sports cars and this S5 handles and drives like the best of them. I recently had a very unpleasant experience at the Audi service center, and I would like to share this information with a dummy like me. I visited the Audi service center due to the driver-side window regulator failure and a regular service. As a result of waiting for 4 hours after saying that up to $300 could be spent on repairs of window, the Service Center staff (Sta**) charged $170 for only breakdown analysis and I paid total $447.88. I was exhausted, so I just paid and came back home. The next day, I asked if I could come back and talk to the engineer about how they analyzed it at a very high cost. 1. The service center staff firmly replied that I couldn't talk to the engineer, and while I was talking, she crossed the safety guide lines for COVID-19 and suddenly approached me. I was so embarrassed that I left the post to protest against the service staff's insensitivity and coercive attitude. -The first photo is the email the staff answered me. I recently had a very unpleasant experience at the Audi service center, and I would like to share this information with a dummy like me. I visited the Audi service center due to the driver-side window regulator failure and a regular service. As a result of waiting for 4 hours after saying that up to $300 could be spent on repairs of window, the Service Center staff (Sta**) charged $170 for only breakdown analysis and I paid total $447.88. I was exhausted, so I just paid and came back home. The next day, I asked if I could come back and talk to the engineer about how they analyzed it at a very high cost. 1. The service center staff firmly replied that I couldn't talk to the engineer, and while I was talking, she crossed the safety guide lines for COVID-19 and suddenly approached me. I was so embarrassed that I left the post to protest against the service staff's insensitivity and coercive attitude. -The first photo is the email the staff answered me. I’ve owned multiple Audi’s but my experience with Audi Victoria has be anything but professional. I will mention the process of purchasing, getting approved etc, was very easy and enjoyable. I did however, have an issue with what followed the purchase. For background, I upgraded my car and paid extra to have a backup camera put in. Upon signing off on everything and paying, I was told the camera would be installed and my car would be ready by the time I picked it up. When I arrived to pick up the car after an entire week of them holding it, the camera was not installed and I was told I would have to bring the car back another time. I was unsure as to why they needed it for a week in the first place but agreed thinking whatever I won’t have to bring it back at least. They had a whole week and didn’t find any time to install it. They should have at least told me they wouldn’t have the time so I wasn’t left waiting for no reason. Wasn’t a good start to working with Audi that’s for sure. Anyways, following my pick up the sales person who helped me choose my car, did some quite unprofessional things. He tried to add me me on two social media platforms. I did not do anything to give him the wrong intention and all of our encounters were strictly professional. I found it extremely weird considering my PARTNER was with me during the entire purchasing process, indicating I am not single! You don’t go searching up clients on social media to add and like their pictures.. especially when they are clearly not available. This level of unprofessionalism from Audi Victoria staff made it uncomfortable for me to bring my car back for routine check ups and such. My partner was also not very impressed by their staffs level of professionalism and felt quite annoyed this guy shook his hand then turned around and tried to add me on social media as if something was going to happen. Also, during my first oil change I brought my spare key for the dealership to have so I didn’t have to remove all of my keys. Let me say, I have NOT ONCE used this spare key. An hour before picking up the car I was told the key was dead and would need to be replaced. I am unsure as to how it would be dead considering I’d never used it before. This tells me they gave me a dead key to begin with. Not a huge deal but definitely not Audi standard to sell someone a car with a dead spare key. I am a lifelong Audi fan but my experiences with Audi Victoria have been anything but professional, especially for such a high standard company. However, I will give 3 stars due to the easy process I had when purchasing the car. They also have a good selection for all price ranges. I also LOVE my car!

Very disappointed with their dealership culture. The only person who would listen to your concerns and take steps is their general manager, Adam. The sales manager and financial manager treat you as their best friends when you are getting a car from them and when it comes to filling out their customer experience survey. I love this dealership! From the moment I first looked at a car, to today at my recent service check-up, everything is perfectly "engineered". During the warranty check, the tech found an odd leak which fix turned out to be one not yet experienced here. But with great perspicacity, he worked to find the right repair. In the meantime, Noah, my service advisor went out of his way to make sure that my needs were met, providing me with a loaner until my car could be returned in excellent health. My car was returned with a new shine, spotless interior, and new wiper blades (which I had forgotten to mention). I found the staff in both Service and Parts departments to be very friendly. Unfortunately my experiences with some of the services carried out on my Audi were (very) disappointing. Mistakes made by Service Technicians ended up costing me thousands. Tens of thousands in fact. There were mistakes made the first time I had the car in for a major service to replace the Timing Chains and Guides. I knew this was a big job, but damage (that was not present when I took the car in) to suspension components and Transmission cost me new Tie Rods and a new Transmission. I was charged $7000 plus for a new Transmission and associated fluids. The Tie Rods were another $300 or so from another shop. The shop where I had originally purchased them two years earlier. The technician at that other shop mentioned fluid leaks under the car. Audi Victoria examined and said that the fluid on the belly was residual and not from a current leak. Later I would be informed that there was a coolant leak that needed to be addressed. I’m pretty sure it was the leak I had mentioned. There were a couple real issues with the car that came up, and if I had known better I would have taken it somewhere else. By this time maybe I should have known it was a mistake to return to Audi Victoria for service. Damage caused by the technician to the oil pan (when the engine was out the first time) caused a lack of lubrication to engine bearings and with the legitimate problem that I took the car in for this time (a faulty Fuel Injector), plus the coolant leak previously mentioned the car was in the shop for 12 weeks. During this time I periodically asked for an estimate or running total of costs, but was never given one. When the final bill was presented I was gobsmacked and honestly almost fell out of my chair. Over $18,000! That’s not even the end of it. All in all I spent over $42,000 in repairs at Audi Victoria between May 2018 and March 2019. Two weeks later and no response from the manager. So much for caring about dissatisfied customers.

Today's Experience: Today I went to Audi Victoria for emergency service. I called in around 8:10am and spoke to Service Manager, Joanne, and explained the situation. She said "No problem, just come in". I was there at 8:15am. The service department helped me with the issue. I got my car back within an hour. Great service from the service manager. I gave 5 star to the manager, Joanne. Thank you very much again for the great service. Previous experience: I went to service for my Audi at the dealership. I had a worse experience ever. First, I was trying to drop off my key to the service department in the morning because I had to go to work. My appointment was at 10:30am. The service associate won't let my drop off my key and won't let me talk. I left my key in an envelope and left to them. Second, because I didn't get a chance to talk to someone, I called back at 1:15pm and check the status of my car and to see whether I can get a new set of tires. The reception said the service associates were busy and noted down my contact detail and let them call me back. I waited for hours and finally my friend went over to the dealership so that I could speak to someone and I can make a payment for the tires. I tried yo make a complaints to the dealership and they put me on hold and passed me to another receipianist. What a awful experience! This is the worse Audi dealership I have ever been. The worst car sales and service in Victoria! They sweet talk you into sales/insurance products. When the time for service comes, they make lame excuses for being too busy! They could not fix the issue in the first appointment and was callous enough to let error message stay on the dashboard. They cancelled my appointment for a safety related issue on the day of appointment! Absolutely unacceptable and upsetting for a premium car service where clients expect nothing but the best! Very poor management at the Victoria Dealership which is monopolized by the Gain Group and takes the customers for granted. I'm sure these poor levels of service will 'unmake' the AUDI brand.

Audi Victoria what can I say ???? The 3D’s, disappointing, deception and disastrous Originally I used unscrupulous as a description, not at all fair to the decent dedicated hard working employees at Audi Victoria there are only a select few, and they know who they are. Five that I had the misfortune to deal with, however always consistent in their representation of the Four Rings. Best place to buy a four-year-old used SQ5, the Q5 has all the recalls and class action law suits that Audi AG had to concede on. Thank Goodness I have the SQ5 virtually the same engine with a Turbo. Sorry Mr. SQ5. owner, all your identical problems aren't recognized because it has a Turbo and there is nothing wrong with the SQ5 Turbo. It’s a used 2016 and is black in colour, cursed! According to the GM in our one and only conversation, used black vehicles are a bad combination for a satisfied customer. Used vehicles, expect breakdowns, and black cars are always the dirtiest looking, why would anyone get a ceramic protection on a used black car.. wasn’t sure if it was a question or a statement will leave it at that.I expect a breakdown but not after 92 days, it came with a 333 point certified inspection, done by an authorized certified Audi technician and he signed off on it. Oh well, my bad. Carl was right, black used vehicle bad combination for mechanical and paint satisfaction. Shame, his sales and finance heavily promote the ceramic protection package, perhaps a directive for the future to them , do not promote used black vehicles for ceramic protection packages. ???? My salesperson Adrian and financial service manager Brendan promoted the product to me with such praise to its ease of simply taking a water hose and spray off dirt, mud, bird droppings, leaves almost effortlessly. Adrian supposedly hadn’t washed his car in over a year. It’s UV and scratch resistant performance and it’s abilities of retaining a “4 year old car” factory showroom appearance over the next 7 years. The dog and pony show worked, It was a no brainer, and with my family and friends discount as well, sold me on the product, a slam dunk ???? No more washing OMG It all went sideways, and I am to blame. I did buy a black vehicle as pointed out to me some 16 months later by the GM Carl. Being black in colour and not happy with the soapy phosphate marks burnt into the ceramic on day of delivery March 7/2020 and the overspray marks on my black leather seats that were supposed to be and weren’t removed prior to the ceramic application, bottom line, I had to high of expectations. The issues with the ceramic destroyed the beautiful black paint trapped under the spot filled ceramic protection coating from day of possession. Best after sales advice I’ve ever received in my life. Don’t buy a used high end European vehicle that is especially black in colour and think that there won’t be problems. Not even a Year or 6 months but just 92 days ???? Major mechanical problems, non stop, average every 3 weeks of ownership until I left Audi ???? Joanne Taylor has a wild imagination, she schemes an idea and calls accusing me of screaming over the phone at the receptionist and sending her off in hysterics all along the GM standing at the reception desk supposedly witnessing the entire ordeal, apparently the distraught receptionist needed an extended break to gather her self from my abuse over the phone. Pot calling kettle black, Joanne Taylor The first time JT attempted to publicly shame me, she was listening in on a private conversation between myself and her service advisor Rich Bloomfield regarding my complimentary oil change, listening on the landline system in her enclosed office some 30 ft away. She almost tripped over herself excitingly exiting her office, yelling aloud saying you’ve already had your complimentary oil change last June. I said, the same time of the track fiasco, that compulsory oil change? Due to the 3 failures. Poor Rich almost fell over and was visually shaken when JT screamed out, so, you want a Free Oil change then? No, I want my complimentary oil change.

If you r an international student without Canadian drive license or under 25, don't expect they gonna offer a courtesy car during repair or service. And they would not let you know any information until you get there. Then you have to use two taxi drive way for no more $15 or reschedule the appointment for 1 month later. ( do not waste my time Audi Victoria ! I call THREE times before my service day to confirm if I can use a courtesy car and I don't know why your agent tell me the "special policy!"） Also, The salespeople call and up-sell you new cars many times even though you just bought your car 5 months ago.

Absolutely frustrating to deal with. My vehicle has a crack in the windshield, and Capital auto glass requested windshield glass from the dealership two weeks go. Today Audi Victoria got back to Capital auto glass saying they don’t have the windshield that they thought sitting in the back, so they had to place an order TODAY to get one shipped from Germany. It will take at least another 10 days to arrive. This is not my first experience of unprofessional conduct of this dealership in terms of not being able yo provide timely acknowledgment/solutions to inquires. My family has been loving Audi for the make of car for decades, and I’m seriously considering BMW for my next vehicle purchase after putting up with so much craps like this from the dealership in Victoria.

Noah Charlton was very knowledgable about the cars, but his personality meant that he showed this in the best way, never making me feel poorly informed. Was very excited when purchasing my used car as multiple employees explained how important it was to them to deliver a good customer experience however the experience for me has fallen flat. At the time of purchase I was told they would fix or replace my windshield and order a back mat for my car. The windshield took a lot longer than originally quoted which given the times is understandable however what was disappointing was the amount of phone tag and different answers I had to sort through to find out when the windshield would be arriving. The windshield has arrived and I am still playing phone tag between Audi and Capitol glass. Secondly they ordered in the incorrect floor mat, my partner picked it up and we didn't find out until we were home that it did not fit my car, we than went back to switch it for the correct mat. Upon finding out that a mistake was made the manager said he would have a little gift for us for our inconvenience, there was no gift which is fine however why say something and not follow through? Perhaps if you're buying an Audi or are not dealing with service you would have a better experience.

Even though my contact with the sales people was all virtual from my home, I just had a really good experience with this Audi dealership and in particular with David, the assistant sales manager who took care of me. Because the preowned vehicle I had reached out to him about was already reserved by someone else, I ended up purchasing the same car from a dealership in Vancouver. Even after I told David that I would be doing this, he still remained available to me, continued to be warm and friendly, and very willing to intelligently answer the questions I had about the car model and features, appropriateness for me etc. So, when Audi comes out with a small e-car, hopefully in the near future, I'll be back to this dealership to make that purchase and I'll ask to work with David. My experience with Audi Victoria and Audi Canada was a disgrace to Audi and their statement of customer service: "We know that the trust of customers and stakeholders in Audi and its products is our most valuable asset." The dealership and Audi Canada refusal to even respond to my request to discuss my issue demonstrates their commitment is a joke. I own several vehicles and sadly 2 VW products. I will never own another and recommend others heed my comments. Interesting feedback - finally i am able to get your attention. My comment was a lot more fundamental - communication and customer service. I was asked for feedback on the service, which i provided. It seemed that when the feedback was not positive - communication became unimportant. And, while i took the risk of asking for service and paying for it, i vehemently believe i did not get service. And was then ignored. If Audi is not prepared to reasonably provide service to cars outside of warranty, the buying public should know that.

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like this time I should take a couple minutes and share my experience. I recently found myself in the position of needing a car a lot sooner than I had planned (I had just done the car search and purchase a little over a year ago and thanks to ICBC I found myself looking yet again). My last experience was ok, it was hard going from dealership to dealership, test driving, sitting for an hour in the office while you review your options.. needless to say I was not looking forward to this time around. However, I can say with a 100% certainty that my experience with this dealership was a walk in the park. From the very beginning of talking to Graham my sales guy, I felt completely taken care of, he didn’t brush off any of my questions, gave me all the vehicle history upfront (it wasn’t a brand new car but a new to me one), I was able to call him directly if I thought of any questions later and if he didn’t know the answer, he found out. When we started talking numbers, right away he gave me a detailed breakdown of everything that I would be paying for without even having to ask. It wasn’t just a sheet that showed only a bi-weekly or monthly payment. It had everything, I knew what I was spending on interest, taxes, doc fees etc. and it was so refreshing. When I decided that this was the car that I wanted and came in to pay and pick it up, it was sitting in a display room with a bow on it. A BOW! I didn’t even get a bow on my car when I bought it brand new a year and a half ago. I felt special and the managers even took a couple minutes to come over and congratulate me on my new car, it was wonderful. For payment, I dealt with Brendan and he was just as fantastic, friendly, informative and didn’t rush me when I was going through my warranty options. I couldn’t have asked for a better finance guy. I can honestly not say one bad thing about my experience with Audi Victoria. I would highly recommend anyone that just wants an honest, easy going, enjoyable experience to give this dealership a try. David Vollet was my first point of contact, and ultimately my salesman. His passion and enthusiasm for the cars was infectious. When it came to actually purchasing the car, I never felt upsold, or pressured in any way. When I came back to collect the car and finalize the sale, Brendan, the sales manager was there to greet me, and was as friendly as could be. My experience begin with a comprehensive tour of the facility (which is state of the art), where it became immediately apparent that this was a brand that would not skip a single detail. The repair shop looked surgically clean. Then, I was brought to my car , which had been brought into a special room in the dealership, where I met Ali. He thoroughly and patiently walked me through each feature, and helped me configure all my settings to my preference. His knowledge of Audi's and their systems is seemingly unparalleled. I drove off that day with the sense that the experience had only just begun, and truly, I was going to be treated like family. I would feel 100% comfortable approaching any of these people about any questions or concerns I may have. I wish I could write a better review, because they really deserve it, but words fail me. I've always had good service from Audi Victoria both with my older car, a 2007 A4, and my current car, a 2017 A4 Allroad which was recently in for warranty service. The old joke about the Audi rings adding 0's to your service bill haven't really been proven true, at least not for me. With my older A4 I appreciated the discount they gave on labour for older cars and with my new car, it required some work during the warranty service that initially I was told would not be covered by warranty. When I picked up the car, however, the repair had been covered and as someone who's work has been drastically affected by the current COVID situation I have to say it was really appreciated. Austen, if you're reading this, thanks for the help mate, appreciated. Oh, and Ali, really appreciate your assistance also.
