I had a fantastic experience buying a used SUV form The Cars Near Cost Company! We felt super relaxed through the whole process, never felt pressured and we were able to have honest conversations with each team member we spoke with. One great feature of the sales process is that you get to go through a lot of the terms and conditions and warranty through an i-pad on your own, not a sales associate, so again a very low pressure situation! I searched for weeks for a vehicle, Leon and the rest of the team made it so easy for us compared to every other dealer we went to. I know the next time I look to purchase a vehicle, this will be the first place I visit.

They broke several AMVIC laws including selling a vehicle without an inspection being done. They aloud me to drive from Calgary twice (1200+kms) without upholding their end of the deal that was made which included repairs to be done and after all were not completed so basically I was lied to by Macon. Vaughn gave me my money back after he found out what type of deal had been made while he was on vacation.

We called to inquire about a car and owner Maçon Doublet answered our questions and arranged to have the car brought to us. Leon Doublet show us the car and we went for a test drive. We decided to purchase it so Leon drove us to their dealership. Its very different from what you'd expect. Very relaxed and welcoming. We laughed so much and enjoyed getting to know who we were dealing with. Vaughan Bleasdale, Maçon's partner finished up the sale. These young entrepreneurs have a new attitude toward car sales and how customers should be treated. It was the most relaxed friendly and respectful experience I have ever had buying a vehicles. Usually I feel anxious and uptight. We recommend this company to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, The Cars Near Cost Company is the place to go! Maçon and his team have a great selection of used vehicles and they all look shiny and brand new. The atmosphere coming into the dealership is amazing. It feels very welcoming and open. I love that the showroom is indoors (with air-conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter), so you can stop by any time for a unique car buying experience. The process is very transparent and you will receive all details about your new vehicle without even having to ask for it. I will definitely be back to buy my next car (Maçon already keeps an eye out for a Subaru for me!) and I will recommend their services to all my friends and family! Great job guys!

I had such a good experience with this company!! Absolutely deserves the 5 star review. I came in because I was kind of looking for a car, I wasn't expecting much as I wasn't super seriously looking at that time yet but I was nearby so I thought ya sure let's look at this car that I saw on Kijiji. I was very surprised when I pulled up... I was expecting a plain old dirt lot kinda thing but it is a beautiful and clean warehouse building with a lovely office. The staff was incredible. I worked with a man named Leon and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He was not pushy at all, he let me and my partner drive the vehicle twice, once without him so we could talk more privately. He never made me feel like I needed to buy it, he was just happy to be apart of the experience. I ended up purchasing a beautiful Chevy Cruze which is now my baby. I would recommend absolutely everyone to come to this place and find your baby too!

The car was expertly detailed and ready to go. Even it is a 2nd hand car, it still looks brand new. inside and out of the car was great, but most specially the engine has no issues.

Me and my girlfriend recently stopped in by chance to look at a car for her not expecting much. Once we arrived we were greated at the door by Leon who was friendly from the beginning. Leon took us to the warehouse and answered all our questions about the vehicles we were looking at. They had all the inspections and Carfax already with the vehicle for us to view which answered alot of my questions. My girlfriend decided on a car and we drove it a couple of times to see if it would be a good fit. She liked it so she purchased it. There was not alot of room for negotiation but we were happy on the price we settled at which was only a bit above book value. Definitely recommend this place.

Bought a car from here recently, when looking at the vehicle before hand I noted a transmission leak that would need to be addressed. They told me they'd take care of it, when I asked what the repair was they said the tech said it wasn't leaking, which I thought was weird but trusted them. After buying and putting it up in the air there was fluid coming from the right front axle seal. I sent them pictures of it explaining this is what I was talking about and the solution from them was that I should buy the extended warranty. I've worked in dealerships for 11 years, both as a tech and in customer service, I've never seen a customer blown off like this for a legitimate concern. Absolutely brutal. - also I'll add they used the wrong license plate screws and stripped out the mounting spot for the plate. And a brake light was out

edit: I changed the rating from 5 stars to 3 stars and here's why: I have had my Rogue for just over a month. Today marks the first snowfall. When I bought the vehicle it explained the AWD is enabled with a switch. what was explained, and is an engineering flaw in my opinion, is that the AWD is only enabled as long as the vehicle is operated under 18 m/hr, or 29 km/hr. One can imagine my dismay trying to keep the awd on with the snowfall, while driving 40km/hr in Edmonton. Yes my fault for not thoroughly reading consumer reports, however I am no longer loving my ride. Leon still rocks, unless he knew ... Recently purchase my Nissan Rogue from this dealership. I dealt with Leon. The whole experience was great, and not only did Leon get me into a vehicle that suits me and my family, he also helped me get my deposit back from a not-so-great dealership! Leon gets 6 gold stars for sure!
