DESCRIPTION

You will see the feddbacks of real people who purchased the services of Prestige On Whyte (Car Concessionaire) in Edmonton (Canada).

To this day the firm gets a rating of 4.2 stars out of 5 and this score was based on 17 reviews.

As you can read, its rating is really good, and it's founded on a very high number of reviews, so we can think that the valuation is quite reliable. If there are many people who bothered to leave their review when they've done well with the business, it works.

You know that we don't usually bother to put evaluations when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...

Found a perfect vehicle for our family. Received a very fair price plus excellent value on my trade The vehicle is in excellent shape, plus I was provided the complete service history. Bill and Brad are excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend this company.

Had an extremely good experience! Had barely any knowledge when it came to buying vehicles but Brad was extremely helpful and talked me through what I should be looking for in a vehicle. There was no pressure to purchase any of the vehicles on the car lot and the vehicle he had was honestly perfect for what I needed. This Infiniti was my first ever car purchase and it was completely stress free! They were completely fair on the price of the car and the car handles and performs perfectly. Super happy with my purchase since the car is in such good condition and I'm glad I went here rather than some other dealership. This dealership actually takes the time to go through thorough inspections on the vehicles they obtain and they also fix common problems (Foggy headlights, problems with paint, minor cosmetic damage, etc.) and they even clean the cars instead of just buying cars and selling them as is. Many other dealerships do this but this dealership goes above and beyond to ensure their vehicles are top quality. They physically handed me the carfax report and the 168 point inspection sheet showing these vehicles pass inspection. The sheet even included how much tread were on the tires and the thickness of the brake rotors. Vehicles being sold by this dealership are hand picked and are in good condition. I would totally recommend this dealership to my friends and family if they are looking for a new car to purchase due to how straight forward, welcoming and knowledgeable the staff are here.

Possibly one of my worst experiences with dealerships in all my years. I purchased a vehicle, and everything seemed perfect, too perfect actually. Pricing was great, vehicle ran great, until the problems started to arise. First there were the tail lights malfunctioning. I said to myself "this isn't worth notifying the seller about." Then the more serious problems arrived, the airbag warnings, doors being detected as being open, rear tailgate latch malfunctioning, tailgate not working, and so on. I contact the dealership regarding these issues, and though admittedly having tried to 'help' us, it ended up being a full circle around to get us back to the same point we were at. We were sent to a sleaze-ball mechanic (check BTR Automotive review I wrote), which ended up trying to charge us $2000 for issues that weren't even related to the problem at hand. My problem with this whole experience has more to do with the dealer's constant attempts to use unnecessary amount of corporate jargon and to weasel his way around the problem. To you Brad, a simple "I will get you price for parts but you have to pay for them." would've saved me almost two weeks of constant headaches and running around. It is worrying that you find it necessary to have us meet in person to explain that simple concept, it really goes to show your inability to properly communicate like a normal human being. So finally, beware of this dealership, he talks a lot with very little information being said, so if you do embark on a journey to purchase a car from here, keep your ears peeled and filter out the unnecessary information presented. P.S. Check your vehicles in different weather conditions before buying anything. P.P.S. The dealer’s response is full of lies and misinformation. See attached images of the damaged components. Corrosion in rear control modules is common in some cars, and usually happens over time. There is no way (or reason) for me to drench my car’s trunk in water. P.P.P.S. The corporate jargon used by the dealer was “I will get you the parts at my cost.” Which led me to believe he was willing to help with fixing the parts on the car he sold me. Never once making it clear of his intentions. Please stop lying, you are in the wrong and sold me a lemon. The bright side to all this is that I can fix those issues myself, but this could’ve easily been sold to an old lady or anyone without mechanical experience.

Purchasing a vehicle from Bill and Brad was literally stress free. Not knowing the dealership or personnel, I came in apprehensively. In my case, the vehicle was well priced and from the greeting to the signing, all went well. I have told friends it was like purchasing a car from your Dad. 10 months later; The purchase is just part of the story. It seems although my last name hasn't changed I have become part of the "Prestige" family haha. I have found that Bill & Brad have an enormous amount of car maintenance information and contacts. They don't do the work but they know facts & people that had saved me a lot of time and money. Another great reason to purchase from this "Dynamic Duo".

Great new place. The same excellent unique inventory.

We couldn't have had a better experience with them. Brad was excellent from start to finish and did not in the least represent a typical used car salesperson. We looked at 3 vehicles all on their lot and all 3 were incredibly clean and low mileage. Brad mentioned he is very picky about the cars he buys and it shows. We did purchase from them and would certainly do again in the future and will tell anyone who will listen how happy we are with them and our new vehicle.

A friend recommended this car dealership, and I'm so glad they did. A former GM dealer and expert appraiser opened Prestige, and you can tell it's for the love of the find. The whole lot is full of hand picked, well researched cars. I bought a used SUV that was like new from his son, and felt I was making a fair, informed choice. No other car dealer had the same level of openness or quality.. I've already told two other friends about this place.

I Purchased an SUV from Bill. After looking around at some private sales and visiting some other dealerships I went to see an SUV Bill had on his lot. The vehicle was in great shape and super clean. Bill had the car fax and service records. He was a pleasure to deal with and it was an easy process. First time I purchased a vehicle at a dealership. I would buy a vehicle from prestige on whyte again.

Almost bought his 2009 Charcoal Volkswagen Eos, did my due diligence and took the car for an independent inspection at the VW Dealership. Found out the vehicle had some oil leaks, codes came up for stereo speakers, still wanted to buy the car but Brad would not negotiate/budge on $300. We spent $350 at the VW dealership. Oh well, he lost a deal. This car is not worth his advertised price of $11,988. Good Karma for us, we bought a 2012 EOS for under $10k and got a 6 month warranty thrown in and a few little extras. I will not deal with a small shop ever again, especially after he lingered me into believing he was going to fix the stereo.

Really bad experience with this dealer. Bought a car only for it to have water damage from the rain. I do not recommend this dealer.
