I bought my vehicle used here about 5 years ago and have been dealing with them for all my mechanical and oil changes. After my last oil change my vehicle was leaking and I took it back in and they found the problem (cracked gasket!) And replaced it promptly. They have an amazing team from the salesmen to the mechanics and front desk staff.

I bought my used Prius from Andy Lam and had a really great experience. Andy was super helpful, not pushy at all, honest and up front, and willing to accommodate and work with us on everything. My dad and I were both just so impressed by the whole experience and with Mayfield Toyota and will definitely be sending others there! (I already sent one of my friends). He even called a couple days after to make sure everything was going okay. As I was driving around with my dad today he just said "the guy who sold you this car should be promoted he's too good for his job," haha.

We are so impressed with Mayfield Pre owned super centre. Andy was the salesmen we were dealing with. He did not delay any qestions we had, nor did he deny any fair service. Andy directed our concerns straight to his manager Tim and one other guy ( I forget his name) . We had noticed two issues with our vehicle within the following 24 hrs of purchase . The management at Mayfield directly dealt with Southpointe Toyota in Calgary, to fix the iterrmediate shaft and the drivers right window at Mayfileds cost. Even SouthPoint Toyota was impressed by the responses given By Mayfield pre owned. I will pick up our vehicle today . I feel blessed to have purchased our vehicle from mayfield . I will defiantly continue business .

Just came back from our free oil change at Mayfield Toyota and it only cost us $168. Was also kindly offered a new cabin filter at what cost? unsure but neighbour said it cost her $150 on her corolla. Quick amazon check and the part was around $32 (most expensive) and easy to change. While at the service counter also found out that the $500 we spent for stone chip repair on vehicle was only for the glass, what the sale person said to us does not apply. Nneedless to say, will start going to our normal mechanic for oil changes etc.

Mayfield toyota is amazing, I got into an accident and was looking for a car immediately. I met Kier Kho (sales associate) as we walked into the dealership, he was polite and patient. I 'm very particular as to what I wanted and Kier gave me a wide range of vehicles that was within my budget and what I was looking for. What I liked most about Kier was that he wasn't pushy and he was VERY patient, I didn't feel obligated to purchase a car right away so I did look around at other places but a week later went back to Kier because the service he provided was professional and I wasn't pressured. Not only the sales aspect was great but the service department was great! I went in for my first oil change and Kevin, the service manager was amazing at explaining things to me and providing me detailed options for winter tires. Best experience in a dealership by far!
