From the time I walked in the dealership doors to driving off the lot with my brand new Dodge, it was less than 72 hours. I was quite impressed. Applied for the financing the same afternoon I walked in. Dealt with a sales rep Wayne who showed us the vehicle we were interested in. The sales manager Justin and Rick were pretty awesome. Finance rep Justin B. and Chad really helped to make things happen. Their experience really showed! The next day I heard back the loan was approved, I came in to sign paperwork and the day after I was driving my new truck! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend this dealership. The entire staff were super friendly right from the first time I called them. Before I purchased a vehicle Alfred made sure all of the details of the truck were given before I came and he answered any questions I had. He made me a great personalized video of the truck and he even took the extra step of putting it on a hoist to take a video of the undercarriage. The moment I got there I was greeted by Alfred and he walked me through the truck, I test drove it and then we talked to the sales manager Chad. He was very kind and reasonable when it came to talking about the vehicle. Overall I give them 5 stars because of the guys that helped me out, Alfred and Chad were very professional and wanted to help me out every way that they could. I was very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Kaelyn was happy to help with just taking a moment to relax and welcome Us in before business. I really appreciated her involving our 4 year old in the process, and bringing out coloring pages and markers, coloring with her. All the staff walking by had smiles and greetings as well. Once Ricky was informed of our situation, He also came in to talk and see what He could offer Us. After deciding on a Jeep Compass, one was brought up right away for a test drive. Once I landed in to meet the representative, my Journey was already in hands of staff members vacuuming it and I was impressed. Upon my turn, the representative was sooo welcoming and caring. I was given a choice to either go back with a next week apointment or leave it there for the day which I chose. While I was thinking about a possible way to return home the rep asks whether I needed a ride home and I said yes. Towards the end of the day, I git a call saying the inspection was done and a ride was organized for me to pick up my vehicle. My words are unable to express my unreserved appreciation.

Here are my thoughts about this place : i went and purchase a vehicle from this location. Had an issue with it later on but i have found 2 great person later on(who took care of my issue) first person you need to meet is sales manager Denver ,he is always cheery and joyful, will listen to you no matter what you are there in the shop for,even if its buying a car or not !! Second person is the GM himself his name is Mitch. He is a good guy as well. You explain him your situation not only he listens , he tries to figure out a solution and does everything on his power to make customers happy .Obviously for any issues go and see these 2 guys.

Brought my van in for a recall on the headrest as it had deployed on its own without cause. I would have replaced it myself but the part was $600. So I brought it in for the recall. When we got it back the SRS service light was on. I took it back in to let them know the light was on and they told me it was unrelated so it would cost me minimum 1 hour labor to diagnose. I said the light didn't come on until we had problems with the headrest and all I needed was for the light to be cleared. They wouldn't clear it for me. They offered to scan it and if it was related it wouldn't cost me anything but if it was unrelated then I would have to pay. At this point I didn't trust them and when I mentioned that the service manager said if you don't trust us then maybe you shouldn't bring your vehicle here so I left. Funny I wouldn't have brought my vehicle there if it wasn't a recall, as I am a journeyman heavy equipment mechanic and I do my maintenance and repairs myself. When I got home I hooked it up to my solus and cleared the SRS light. It is off now. Just thought I would give them a chance to finish the job before I did. I will never be back. Update: the light came on again a few seconds after starting the van. I scanned it with code B1C14. ORC driver headrest. I popped the back of the seat open and found the headrest wasn't plugged in. It was just hanging there. I plugged it back in and the light is out now while running. Kind of fishy it being there for a free recall for the headrest and it wasn't plugged in causing a light to come on.

Every single person I spoke to at the dealership was friendly and genuine, pricing options were laid out plain and simple and the whole process was painless from start to finish. I had emailed ahead of time the vehicle that I was interested in, and when I arrived it was parked front and centre and ready for me to view. At no point did I feel as though I was being treated as just another commission; I was treated like a regular person and wasn't given any kind of run around. Do not recommend this dealership! If you must go there don’t deal with Nizar! He will sell you a lemon and once it’s proven to need work that he was very well aware of will push a warranty onto you. The vehicle guarantee won’t last you even 6 months! Then he will say these things happen and boom you have to pay for labour and parts on your shiny new car! Think twice before dealing with this man! We need our 2012 Journey to last us for a while. We have done our best to keep the vehicle in good shape through the care we can give it, as well as following a regular maintenance schedule. Even though we’ve worked with different people up front in the service department, and likely different mechanics that work on the Journey, the service has consistently be great. When additional work is recommended, we appreciate the opinion of the qualified mechanics re what needs to be done and when, as our vehicle approaches the 200,00 km mark! Phenomenal... The entire experience was phenomenal, start to finish. I live in Grande Prairie and just on a whim I checked out Edmonton for trucks, I read the reviews on Londonderry and they all seemed pretty positive, but I had no idea just how good these people were. I checked their website for what I was looking for, a not too old used ram 1500 Sport, and I found one for a price I couldn't believe, over $5,000 cheaper than places around me. I immediately inquired about it via email. Less than 5 minutes later I got a call from Jordan who took down some notes of features I was interested in and set me up with a salesman Nick. 10 Minutes later Nick had made me a personalized video of the truck, describing all the features showing me a complete walk around of the truck both exterior and interior. And then followed up with a call back from him asking if I would like to see any more or if I had any questions, I requested to see 3 more features I was interested in and he went and checked immediately and confirmed the truck had it. I knew this was the truck I wanted my only worry was financing. If you're like me and can't finance a ham sandwich because of credit then you would probably be worried too, this perfect truck is out of your reach. Fast forward to Justin in financing, he took down my information and at this point I didn't really have much hope because I was used to how this thing goes, "sorry we couldn't approve you for this, but maybe we can get you into this other vehicle" Couple hours later I get a called back, everything is approved (and not only that, at HALF the interest rate as other places I've tried). And he asks if I can pick the truck up the very next day. Within just a few hours I went from stumbling upon the truck to making arrangements to pick it up. Being from Grande Prairie, and it being a ~5 hour drive it wasn't really easy to get there to get it. But they arranged to someone pick me up and drive me down to Edmonton for no charge. Once I got to the dealership the truck was sitting out front, fell in love with it instantly. Within 2 hours I was in my new truck driving home. I can honestly say, for as long as I live in Alberta, I will never use another dealership. The folks at londonderry know what they are doing, they didn't waste my time showing me something I didn't ask for to make more money off me, they got to the point, got me into what I asked for for the price I wanted and did it faster than I could imagine. 24 hours after inquiring about the truck for the first time, i was back at home with it sitting in my driveway. phenomenal.

Very Disgusted with this dealer ship and I would not suggest going hear for service We recently brought our Dodge Journey in to them for a Piece of mind inspection and a transmission diagnosis as the car was making a clunk the Mechanic mechanic who looked at it gave next to no information on what it needed stated the transmission needed an up date. Spoke with the manager when I found that the front mounts were not even screwed in under the car. They had another mechanic do a inspection on it and got a little more info from him they offered to redo the inspection and the transmission update. That’s great left the dealer ship and the clunk was still there a month and a half later go put on winter tires and low and behold no clunk turns out the old owner had to slightly different sized tires on it that was the cause of the clunk so now I’m sitting hear going what did I pay for an absolute waist of money an inspection should have Caught that the clunk was from the car not the transmission uggg

Until the engine light came on 2 days after buying the truck, took it in and found out the engine needed 5000 worth of work, they fixed part of the problem pluss repaired the short in the wiring harness and dinged me 1000 dollars on my lease, the next day the idle started acting up''no engine light on'' so I took it back to them and decided it was a bad deal and they said they'd take it back and cancel my lease ''but'' keep my 2000 deposit, not fair, I never had the truck a month, so I'm not happy.

The booking information was a bit confusing, when booking we were informed it was a drive-thru, when I drive in she said it would be 20 minutes but to go in and register. I was then told it would be 45 minutes as they would have to pull the steering wheel. After an hour they told me it would be longer as they broke the stem cap off my tire as it was corroded & snaped when they were doing a complementary tire check. The tires a only a month old, so how does that even happen? But they were honest & had free coffee while I waited & they didn't not ask me to pay to replace the valve stem. So left pleased.

This review is a bit late, but it is worth letting people know that Londonderry Dodge was incredibly great to work with. Its usually called the stealership. Not with Londonderry Dodge. I had my air suspension deleted from my Ram Limited because it was causing me so many headaches and issues. Took the truck to Londonderry Dodge to diagnose the problem. They let me know that it could be a number of things causing my problems. Instead of screwing me around. and feeding me a load of BS they gave me a few options and when I recommended to delete the air suspension they were more than happy to do the service for me and at a reasonable cost. Luci is who dealt with me at service and she was constantly a good representative of the service department and the dealership. Always kept me in the know of what was going on with the vehicle and when I asked questions she did not beat around the bush like most other dealerships do that I have heard of. She gave me the facts straight and always checked with me to make sure I approved of work needing to be done and the parts that would be needed. I am now almost 3 months with my air suspension delete and I am fully satisfied above and beyond with they results. For anyone wondering what this entails, it means they had to remove the air suspension system completely from the truck and replace it with conventional coil springs and shocks. Was expecting a hefty price but in reality for the professional work done and the time frame of the work being done I am truly satisfied. If you are needing service work done on your Mopar vehicle, I can one hundred percent recommend Londonderry Dodge and will continue to use them myself for service work. Btw I am very mechanically inclined and I know what I am looking at and how hard or easy the mechanical tasks of a vehicle are. Sometimes it pays off to use professionals who will save you time and headaches and I can say this time definitey payed off. I hope everyone else has just as great of experiences. I also recommend Luci if you need service done, but at the end of the day the entire service department seems very knowledgable and willing to offer the same quality of service.

The sales rep and manager were friendly and went above and beyond on the customer service side of things. We ordered a SUV in the spring, planning to use it on our summer vacation. When our vehicle was delayed a few months due to COVID-related issues, they stepped up and found us a vehicle so we could go on vacation this summer...at NO cost to me! Thanks for saving our summer! The service team at Londonderry Dodge has also stepped up their game in the last little while. They have free drinks (Pop and Starbucks coffee), shuttles/Uber rides to get you to work/home, they vacuum out your vehicle and have an express bay to handle routine maintenance (oil changes, seasonal tire changes, etc.). All in all, Londonderry Dodge was a great place to buy a new vehicle.

I inquired about a vehicle about a month ago. Things got busy, and I just didn't have time for vehicle shopping at the moment. Fast forward a month, I checked the site and the vehicle was still there, so I messaged the sales guy that I had been talking to about the vehicle and got an appointment to go check it out. We get there, not much info was shared about the vehicle, but whatever, we took it for a drive anyways. Then we head back into the office to chat about numbers. This was literally the only vehicle I was looking at, and was pretty convinced I was going to get it, but I wanted to make sure the numbers worked for me with my trade in and payments. This was Saturday, but I had to wait until Tuesday to make a decision since I had an appointment with my accountant to see what would be best for my business etc. One of the sales managers came and talked to us and what a joke. He basically just sat there making fun of me "because it took me a month" and couldn't be bothered to go appraise my car because "I was wasting his time" if I didn't buy it right then "he had real customers". How can I buy something if I don't know the price? I then asked about leasing options for a new vehicle because my accountant might want to know, and he didn't give me any options and just started bashing accountants instead. Once he left I asked the sales guys why I would buy something if I didn't know the price or any of my options? He said he would talk to the GM about it and get some options for me and get back to me Monday or Tuesday. Yeah that didn't happen. I guess they don't want to sell vehicles. Anyways so right after that I went to a different dealership and had an amazing experience, got explanations of the vehicles, my options, and am in the process of buying a different vehicle.

A good friend recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Before she even took delivery she cancelled the order. You would think "no problem! the buyer changed her mind. We will just refund her the deposit". Well not this dealership! They refused to return her $2000.00 cash deposit even though she cancelled the deal before she took delivery. I'm a little surprised to hear that one of Edmonton's most established dealerships would stoop to this level. Hopefully, its simply a mis understanding and the management of Londonderry Dodge Chrysler return the ladies cash deposit. After all, this would be the right thing to do. Over all I purchased my vehicle brand new and service has seen it maybe 4 times in six years and every time its brought In the service department finds a way to amaze me The most recent two times they informed me that they needed to jumpstart my vehicle multiple times to move it around and even started to blame my light bar saying that it's on and / or I need a new battery.... The funny thing is that when I use this vehicle as my only transportation to and from my job in -40c it starts runs and drives perfectly fine with no jump starts ???? First time they told me about needing a battery I became stranded in the middle of nowhere until a tow truck came and told me that whoever worked on my vehicle last didn't tighten the positive on the battery at all and that's why it won't start. They deserve 5 stars for positive attitudes and smiles but as far as they rest of it ???? not very impressed.

This dealership is very close to my house so I was hoping to make it my "home" dealership anytime I needed something done on my Ram. I took the truck in because I was having an overheating issue when towing. They didn't do anything to address the problem the first time I brought it in and the second time they discovered there was mud on the radiator fins. They said they tried to clean it but that I'd need to spend around $2000 to have the radiator and condenser replaced. I bought $20 worth of cleaner and got all the mud off myself after about 30 minutes of work. So, I'm not sure what they did to "clean" it and it's disappointing they were so quick to tell me I needed to spend thousands when it wasn't necessary. The service guy also tried to tell me it was fine for the truck to run at over 200C, which is ridiculous. I also had another issue with my trailer light connector not working. The right signal wasn't working. They wanted almost $500 to replace the whole thing. I had a look and there was 1 broken wire. I fixed it myself...took about 5 minutes and cost me $10 for some good tape. So, my experience with this place is that you can't trust the service department. Their only goal is to make you spend as much money as possible and do as little work as possible. It's too bad, I was really hoping to have a good experience at this place but I won't be taking my vehicle back again.

Not sure why this took so long to go through! A couple weeks ago we went from dealer to dealer with an odd situation and most places didn't take the time of day to sit down and actually see if we could make something work. Then came Lyle! He told us right off the bat that he would do his best to make something work and he followed through. We test drove something and fell in love with it. Chad and Ali worked to get the financing in order and we got a call one night that we were approved and we could come pick up the vehicle the next day. Only reason I would take a star away was that it wasn't communicated until the next day that we weren't actually approved for that vehicle we drove and loved. It didn't deter us from the sale but it could have been communicated the night when we were approved that it was for a different vehicle. 10/10 would recommend and would also use again and again.

Today my car had an engine light symbol so I took it too the garage and they told me they are going to do a diagnosis for $159, I agreed and left my car there for a day. Then after all the repairs they charged me $770. Everything was fine until I left and drove for 5km the engine light showed up again. I went back too them. I told the lady who was working there what happened, she asked me again that I have to pay $1100 for another diagnosis. I don't know why I have to pay more than last time for the same diagnosis. I payed $770 for nothing. And they ask me 1100 for diagnosis. After that they charge me more than we don't know? The lady name is Tawnja.so very bad londonderry dodge .no more byyy byyy they charge me for nothing still I'm looking for garage to fix my car.

My front driveshaft failed on my ram 1500, I had it towed there on a Sunday and it was fixed monday afternoon, they gave it an inspection and told me of a couple items to keep an eye on but weren't a problem yet and never once pushed me to get more work done then I needed which was great! Extremely unprofessional business practices. Posting several weeks later with a detailed account of what transpired. Was sold a car by Alex & Jason. Paid a deposit, signed all the sale documents, dealership sent me a bill of sale, I bought a certified cheque to pay them and was waiting for insurance to be in place to pick up the car. Communicated numerous times during the week (with Alex, Jason, Roslyne) with written confirmation from the dealership that they required insurance to drive the vehicle off the lot, and their understanding that it may take a few days to obtain this. Then a few days later I receive a call saying the car has been sold to someone else. Spoke to sales manager Kurt, who fabricated a story about hearing that I was looking at different cars. Then he changes the story to say he didn't hear it from me but this is something that customers often do. This was all to cover up the fact they had sold the car to someone else while having a signed contract to purchase from another consumer. They had also provided written confirmation that the pickup time was okay. Had I been the one to not go through with the purchase I would have never gotten the non-refundable deposit back, but since they were the ones to find another sale they quickly minimized their commitment assured by the deposit. There was no offer to compensate me for lost time or fees I incurred (cheques, insurance etc.), just an offer to sell me other cars (as if one would make the mistake of doing business again with this dealership). At the end I was left with insurance for a car that belonged to someone else. I initially chose this dealership based on their reviews but this incident has demonstrated their lack of honest business practices, and their concern only for making the quickest sale. Beware of their untrustworthy business practices! Tips: 1) Avoid this dealership if you can, while car dealerships are notorious, most stop their shady tactics after they've made a sale, unlike Londonderry Dodge. 2) If you have to go here, read the AMVIC website beforehand, know all your rights. 3) Get a copy of every single document you sign. 4) Record phone calls, texts, emails and get all communication with them in writing. 5) Even after you've purchased a vehicle, be aware they may try to upsell it before you pick it up. 6) If they breach contract, have all your records and written proof handy. Hopefully this prevents someone else from going through a similar experience!

Wish I could still say my experience with Londonderry Dodge was still fantastic. Unfortunately my opinion has changed. Last week on Monday my vehicle would not start (after only 3 weeks of owning said vehicle)and had to be towed into the shop to be looked at. When I opened the hood I was extremely surprised to see that my coolant was frozen solid. I called service to tell them of my findings. I was promised a rental vehicle at the dealerships cost and to be kept updated on the status of my vehicle. Tuesday rolled in and I still had not recieved a rental vehicle. I had to work Tuesday night so I was given the number to the rental agency. I called at 11 am to explain that I worked at 7 pm and needed a vehicle to get to work. They kindly informed me that they were waiting for a vehicle to be returned and then I would receive a call informing me of the pick up time to sign for the rental. I waited up all day and got zero sleep before my 12 hr night shift. That call never came. I had to find my own transportation to work last minute. Later that same day I spoke to the service department and was informed that my coolant was not frozen (which I know it was because I have photos,video and witnesses) I asked the service department to flush my coolant system and replace the old coolant a basic servicing and was informed that no they would not do that. They checked all the hoses for cracks and checked underneath for leaking but I informed them that I was worried due to coolant being frozen solid in my reservoir.They were blaming the issues with my vehicle on a relay. They did indeed replace the relay and apparently Said relay was an issue in quite a few vehicles due to the extreme cold weather. Fast forward to Thursday I get my vehicle back and am again informed that my coolant did not freeze. So I take my vehicle home. Saturday I call the dealership again because my vehicle again has issues. I am asked by the manager to bring my vehicle in on Tuesday to speak to a specific person in the Service Department. And am again promised a rental vehicle but this time the rental would be there waiting for me on Tuesday at 10 am. I show up to the service department promptly at 10 (on my only day off after working 12 hr night shift) to be told that the person I was there to see was not in till Thursday and that there was no rental vehicle waiting for me. I leave a message for the manager again explaining my frustration on the poor communication and lack of customer service on their part. He then calls me back, proceeding to ask me why I didn’t leave my vehicle for servicing. I informed him that I had a specific appt to speak to a specific person who was not there when I was informed that he would be. I explain that because I was told a rental would be waiting for me that I had not arranged other transportation and had no other means to get home. To which he informed me that they would have gotten me an Uber. He then proceeded to tell me “ if you don’t like how we have serviced your vehicle feel free to take it elsewhere.” They promised me a rental twice because of issues in my vehicle that they are not willing to fix. Yes they willingly fixed my electrical issue but continue to argue with me about my coolant being frozen solid. When coolant freezes it expands causing frost plugs to be blown out. Cracked hoses and worst case scenario my engine block to be cracked. Coolant freezing is a major issue. But yet they do not want to admit that my coolant was the wrong one for our temperatures in Alberta. I feel extremely devalued as a customer. The way I have been treated because I brought up a major mistake on the part Of their PDI inspection is astounding. And yet this dealership is still not willing to do anything but address the electrical issue. They keep speaking about that and not the fact that Coolant freezing is a MAJOR issue. You state it wasn’t frozen yet have not once asked to see the photos or video. This was my third and final vehicle I will ever purchase from you. You have forever lost my business.

Went here to buy a used ram rebel, the salesman was quite friendly and during the road test he went through the spiel about their safety inspection and how great it is, after the purchase i took a good look at the tires and there was about 10% tread left (was told by the saleman that if theyre at even 40% they replace them for safety) brought it up with the salesman and he just pointed me to the parts counter and walked off , as for the inspection i have my doubts they took a good look. Because the wheel lock key wasnt in the purchased truck, luckily the service side was great and got a tech just off his lunch to see if he could get them off which he did, but i had to buy a new set of locks, usually for a decent inspection one would take wheels off to take a good visual look at brake pads and pin alignment…. Also had to order a second key fob for the truck and its now been a month and a half and counting waiting for said part

This was the worst service experience I have ever had and I have had bad service before and I will never return to this location for anything! The service was great when I purchased this car but unfortunately both women who were working in service that day were absolutely horrible, disrespectful and extremely rude to me. Raelene Fink was especially rude and just blurted out "we didn't cut your tire" holy man I didn't even imply that happened! so where does she get off talking to me like that? and her making that comment made me wonder if that is what happened...Your two female employees really need to learn how to show some respect! and my car taking 7.5 hours to do an oil change and swamp over my winter tires is totally unacceptable. Telling me to come an hour before service even opens is also not cool at all. Those tires should have been at the dealership by 10 am and constantly telling me they are on route when that was a blatant lie is also unbelievable. The final straw was charging me for the oil change when I was told the first service would be covered by the dealership and then being promised a discount for all my troubles and not getting that discount is also extremely unprofessional. it was the manager Kurt who promised me that discount I did not receive. I will never grace your dealership with my presence again so those two rude women will never have to deal with me again. If this is how you treat your customers it is pretty pathetic and I will make sure to post a public review and tell every one I know about the horrible service and abuse I got from your service team..

Dealing with the front advisor Ms. Densky was pleasant. However, the cost of my car repairs were completely off the mark. Quoted a bill of 6000,00 in repairs. I took my vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion. He has his red seal and has worked as an experienced mechanic for 25 years plus. All but one of the items flagged for repair did not require attention. The cost of my repairs is 1/3 of what I was quoted . Deeply disappointed as I have delt with this dealership for many years. They have now lost a long time customer. I urge all to seek that second opinion. There are many honest, hard working mechanics out there who would welcome your business.

We bought a Dodge Ram 3500 mega cab from Londonderry Dodge because their website had the Aisin transmission listed in the vehicle. Upon seeing the vehicle we asked multiple times that it indeed had that transmission and were told multiple times that that was the case. We purchased the truck and then later found out that it in fact did not have this transmission, which was the entire reason we bought it. We called to confirm which transmission should be in the truck and they said Aisin, to which we responded that it was not in the truck but rather a much poorer transmission. Pete was incredibly unhelpful as was Alex. You would think that they would do something to rectify the problem as this truck was sold under completely false pretences. However, the only option was for them to buy the truck back for what we paid, not factoring in any of the money or work that was put into the truck in the short months we have had the vehicle. Furthermore, trucks such as this are selling for significantly more now in todays market. So, if they were to buy back the truck for what we paid, they would just up-sell it to the next person and we would still be left without a truck - likely paying more for the next one. Transmissions are a huge reason people buy trucks and it's incredibly slimy to sell a truck under false pretences and then not properly rectify the situation. Do not waste your time with Pete, Moe, or Alex, they are in the business of scamming people.

We had some chats back and forth and by the end of the day June 9, I was happy with the result. I have purchased three vehicles from this place over the last 15 years and every time I swear to myself that I won't return....and then I do because its close to home and convenient. This place is exactly what gives all dealerships bad names. Shady deals, won't reveal price until they have gone to the banks for approval so that they can slide in a bunch of extra charges. When I bought a vehicle several years ago they refused to tell me the trade in value of the previous car and instead would only rely the monthly payment amount. This time they over promised and under delivered. After assuring me the vehicle would be on an agreed upon date they pushed it back numerous times (I understand times are tough and things happen but some communication would have nice). I ended up making three vehicle payments for a vehicle I hadn't even seen. When it did arrive, the sales rep told me I would be compensated and yet nothing. There was issues with the vehicle upon delivery and I have had to fight them every step of the way to get THEIR issues fixed. The customer service is beyond abysmal. Save yourself time and energy and go somewhere else....oh and they really pressure you to leave a "positive google review" and write reminders to do it on your paperwork. Ridiculous. Can't communicate regarding my vehicle but waste no time reminding me to leave a positive review.

Custom ordered my new 2021 Jeep Summit with Mitch in February. It arrived before the end of March and my whole experience, ordering, being updated re the delivery, and the actual delivery of the Jeep was amazing. Highly recommend Londonderry Dodge. I also experienced exemplary service with this dealership a few weeks ago. I work in Northern BC and was back in Edmonton for Christmas. I stopped at a drive through quick oil service in Sherwood park on a Tuesday morning for my vehicles first oil change. On the following Thursday I drove my new Jeep 2 km and found out that my oil was leaking out of my vehicle. I had my Jeep towed to Londonderry Chrysler Service on Christmas Eve Morning, to have them find out what went wrong with my oil change at the competitors. I learned that the oil filter was incorrectly replaced, causing the O ring to burst and the oil was coming out. Andrew the Service Manager kept in touch with me over the phone and reassured me that the problem was resolved. With a fresh oil change, and engine/undercarriage shampoo I was back on the road by noon on Christmas Eve. Going forward I am only having my service done at Londonderry Chrysler. Excellent Sales and Service Department.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Purchased 2 vehicles from this location but was puzzled why they did not inform me that there was only one Fob. I inquired how much an Jeep fob would cost and they gave me a price of $300 . I got a fob which was not OEM for $165 , and then voiced my concern why I had to pay the additional cost to the man in finance. I said that the Chevy dealership absorbed the cost of making sure there were 2 Fobs given for every sale. He forcibly responded that this definitely was not their policy, and then lied to me saying that it would cost there dealership $600 ,their cost to give me another one. I was not impressed with his lie, and now I have 2 vehicles that will be good for 5 years but this is the last and final time I will ever purchase from them, and now will not reccomend that anyone go for them for a sale. Give a customer a good buying experience and he will come back, but a bad experience will take 10 good ones to overcome it.

Best dealership I’ve ever visited. The service was quick and Ben, our sales representative was honest, cared about what I wanted and most of all was not pushy. I picked two vehicles to test drive that I had seen on the website (which was incredibly easy to navigate) and within 20 minutes I was on the highway trying them out. Once I picked my vehicle I was moved over to the finance department and Mike carried out the speedy customer service. I was already on the fence about going back to the dealership after my last experience, but Londonderry Dodge changed that! The technicians at Londonderry, managed to get a stripped bolt out in 20 minutes when Sherwood quoted me 3 hours (at $180/h) to get the bolt out ALONE. Well everyone was nice however I put a deposit on a particular truck went back 2 days later to finish the paperwork and they had sold the truck I had a deposit on they ended up finding me another truck in my price range but it is not what I wanted I had to settle for it because they would not come down on another truck that was the same model as the one I had originally put the deposit on but it had higher km on it so overall not a good experience and I have no intention of returning for my next vehicle purchase and don't recommend them unless they let you take the vehicle you are buying home so they don't sell it out from under you

My previous Jeep was purchased through Capital Jeep, and let me tell you, that was a horrid experience in so many ways.. Londonderry Dodge was great, completely opposite. We met with Brayden (salesman) who was very helpful, professional and kind. We did not feel like we were being pushed or pressured in any way (relaxing experience), and we were able to come to an agreed price and package with the dealership pretty quick. We also dealt with one of the Sales Managers, Rick, he was great as well. And last when we had to sit down and sign the financial paperwork, we dealt with Roslyn who was also lovely. There were a couple of hiccups with some other stuff, but minor all-in-all, and we will definitely be going back to Londonderry Dodge for our future vehicle purchases! Horrible experience!! We bought a Grand Caravan from these crooks on Sept 3. We dealt with Moe Smaili and Kurt Buban who both lied to us. They presented to us a fraudulent Carfax report which stated that the van had no previous damage. However, after we purchased the vehicle, we found extensive hail damage on the roof which we hadn't climbed up to check. Moe Smaili said it wasn't his fault that he didn't report the hail damage and his manager Kurt Buban would not do anything to address the fact that they lied to us to make the sale. Do not go to this dealership - they are completely shady and crooked. If you are forced to deal with these crooks, do not talk to to Moe Smaili or Kurt Buban! Update on Sept 11, 2020: After posting this review, we were contacted by the General Sales Manager, Matt Stevensen. He found another van for us which was similar to one with hail damage. He made sure we were happy with the new van and put through all the paperwork very efficiently. We are happy with the vehicle we ended up with. I wish it hadn't been so difficult to get to this place.

My experience buying my jeep was absolutely excellent. Rob was great and so was the entire staff. My first servicing however was not a good experience. Firstly I assume when you make an appointment for 10:30 am, your vehicle will be serviced at 10:30 am. That's normally how the world works with the exception of the doctors office and londonderry dodge. I was sent home in an Uber. My vehicle didn't go in until 1:30. I didn't get it back until after 5pm. I lost an entire day stuck at home with no vehicle for what was essentially an oil change and tire rotation that would've taken 20 minutes at jiffy lube. I was having an issue with the start stop feature which I was told was fixed. However it works even worse than before, but I'm not willing to waste another whole day on the process so it can wait until my next maintenance.

We came into Dodge to pick up our vehicle from after servicing, which was pleasant as it always is. What was unpleasant was when waiting for our keys, we had to experience some truly awful behavior. Not wanting to be nosey but who wouldnt in that situation, we witnessed a man in a suit screaming at an employee over a parking stall. I could be wrong on how important a parking stall is around here, but I don't think belowing at your co workers for the whole building to hear is a good way to communicate that. Incredibly unprofessional.

Took my 2014 Jeep srt in for a coolant flush. The service tech/advisors immediately knew that something else wrong as well based on there expertise. After running a free diagnostic they determined it was a leak from my radiator and notice a couple other things that needed to be repaired/replaced as well. They were very good with updates/communication and confirmation of the parts being installed before hand. All said and done they offered me a discount on my total price which I really appreciated! Kerri was my service advisor and she went above and beyond with everything she did for me and my vehicle! Only thing downside to my experience was no loaner vehicles available. I am a very busy guy and all though they did offer 50% discount on a rental vehicle the convenience of a loaner is always a better option. Wasn’t a big deal just had to drive around my summer vehicle for a couple days while the repairs were getting done. However for some people I can see this would be an issue due to the fact that not everyone has 2 or more vehicles I’m sure that if you described your situation to them they would figure something out to accommodate you. I’ve been bouncing around dealerships since I bought the Jeep and by far this dealership has been the best and most cost effective experience out of them all. Needless to say I will be returning for any required work needed on my Jeep. Thanks so much guys!

Service and parts individuals were very curtious, helpful and explained in detail the service to be done and the cost. I would definitely recommend them. Unfortunately in this time of Covid, management dropped the ball. Yes all the service and parts agents were wearing masks and were behind shields. In the first 20 minutes I was in the service and parts area there were seven of us customers that had come in, three of us were wearing masks and four others were not while being attended by the agents. During that 20 minutes a supervisor came out from behind the service area walked through the waiting area twice and he was not wearing a mask. There were no signs at the service entrance door about social distancing and requirement for wearing a mask. I felt very uncomfortable in the surrounding, and would of expected management would of addressed the issue with customers not in compliance of the requirements. Management no stars.

Dealt with Moe, stand up guy with great customer service and very easy going without the typical pushy sales tactics; he also made himself available anytime for any questions or concerns I might of had. I found a few issues after an extended test drive which were all taken care of by the dealership without any additional costs. On the service side, Luciana was super accommodating, friendly, and professional; kept me up to date with the status of the vehicle and provided transportation when I needed it no questions asked; I was very impressed. Overall I’m very satisfied with Londonderry dodge and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
