High Pressure sale, unpleasant and lied several times. They used the "bait and switch" tactic and then tried to sell me a vehicle that had 2 major collisions on it. I did purchase a Jeep from them that has an open recall and the email address they used was cancelled. "Kay" did not answer my emails or texts requesting my paperwork for the vehicle. I will be contacting AMVIC soon.

Well where to start. Let's go back to January 9/2020. My wife and I purchased a Dodge Durango from Jesse. Along with the purchase of the Durango Jesse included a black out package for the Durango as well as a 55" TV. Both of which we were to receive the follow week. Jump to January 24. No communication from Jesse or Avenue Motors up until this day. No blackout package or TV done yet. And I had to reach out to Jesse and ask when it will get done. His reply was next week. OK sweet. Jump forward to February 14, that's right the next month. Once agian no contact from either Jesse or Avenue Motors . Once again I contacted Jesse and again ask when we can get this done. His reply once again was next week and to call him on Tuesday. So February 18 rolls around , whIch is Tuesday the day I was ask by Jesse to call him. However when I contacted him I found out that he doesn't work for Avenue Motors anymore and to contact Avenue Motors directly. I called them That same day and explained the situation . The response I received was let me look into it and will get back to you. I said OK. Once again no contact from Avenue Motors or Tom (who is the guy that I have been talking to now) Called again Wednesday and spoke with Tom. He said he will call me Thursday morning. And not to sound like a broken record , but you guessed it. No call back. Called Friday afternoon and was told by another individual that Tom was busy at the moment and he will call me back in a hour. Well that was a lie. So to recap. The deal was made on January 9/2020 Currently February 21/2020 and still no black out package, TV or even a date when Avenue Motors will complete their remaining part of the deal. So in conclusion, trust your gut and think twice about what this dealer offers for after sale deals and I can not and will not recommend them to anyone. Edit..... February 28/2020. Avenue Motors finally fulfilled their end of the deal. However it was not until my wife and I drove there and spoke in person( since phones calls were getting us nowhere).

Hlo everyone I saw there ad on fb marketplace n went there to know if it's really there, coz the BW payment was really good. But later I figured out that they literally didn't have the vehicle which was posted on the fb market, there main aim is to bring u here to the dealership and offer something similar. Seen so many reviews about how dealers put fake ads on and when u go there there's nothing. Bad experience but will go again there if I see anything like that..after all its them who are wasting their time and me listening to them and gaining some useful information.

Those guy just sold me a truck that wasn't safe to be on the road. I got my inspection done and talked to amvic . When I addressed the issues to them with the inspection report, they took the truck for a week and I realized nothing was done to it . The next day I got into a collision to realise that their insurance guy who sign me up told me that I was no longer insure because they don't do finance vehicule . That was not even 3 weeks after purchase day . Don't let their nice suit fool you , they are not afraid to lie in order to make a sale and take advantage of a trusty guy like me

I had an awful experience, to say the least. They made me believe that we had a deal and last minute they decided to back out. They claim a deposit was made on the car I was interested in but the AD is still up and they said they were "figuring things out". What is there to figure out? Does it have a deposit or not, it's simple? If so why did you make a verbal agreement with a customer who was willing to make a far drive down and possibly take 2 deposits in the same car? A dealer that is misrepresenting the goods that it can provide to a consumer (against AMVIC regulations) and don't get started on the AMVIC code of ethics which they failed to follow. I dealt with Leo who was unprofessional (which is an understatement). He referred to me as "bro" and "dude" and couldn't return so much as a call. It Sad to see dealerships this still exist. Stay far away from this dealer as they waste your time. I'm not the first 1-star review for a reason. I caution everyone.

We're Not Even Friends

This will be the most honest and in depth review to read. My husband and I do not have great credit and are working really hard on building it and doing better for our future and family. We went to Avenue Moters to see about a reliable vehicle for our family and to have something to build credit with payments. I was contacted by Jesse who works there to help us get what would make us happy and be suitable for our large family. Let me tell you how bad of an anxiety disorder I have... i walked in fidgety, nervous, stressed, worried, even a bit emotional. Jesse helped us find an amazing vehicle, get approved, laughed at our jokes and even went as far as to come help us on his day off. He helped us get insurance set up and registration. He ordered us lunch because we were there over the lunch time and this is huge. Normally if my anxiety goes up, I have to leave and start again on a new day But today thanks to Jesse we were able to do it all today. Avenue moters is a legit place. I'm telling everyone i know to come check them out and to buy from here. I cannot say enough about how impressed i am. I also cannot express how happy i am to be able to walk (drive) away with a safe new vehicle that my family and I will be safe in. Thank you so much Jesse and Avenue Moters!! You are the best!

Between Facebook and text and lack of calls I don't know how these guys manage. From the start, I knew it was gonna be a bit shady. Told them I don't know anything about purchasing a car to see how they'd approach it. Of course, I did my research on the company and had a couple friends with car sales experience do the same. Neither of us came up with anything truly positive. I still kept an open mind throughout the interaction. They got me approved but didn't make a solid attempt at being clear and concise about what they were saying or what they had in mind. They were very pushy, asking the same question over and over like they were expecting my answer to change. When I had said "no" and "meh it's alright" their first response (in a sharp tone) was "oh, what's wrong with the cars?" Never had I mentioned or implied there was something wrong with them. They just didn't catch my interest. Very persistent on keeping me inside to see about other cars and didn't seem to respect my wishes to keep looking into other places. All in all, very shady and misleading energy.

Car that was purchased ended up needing to go in for repair 2 weeks after purchase , they dropped my new car off on an empty tank of gas , they never cleaned it and the person who dropped off the vehicle smoked in it . Offered me a rental car till mine was fixed and ended up sticking me with the bill cause they chose not to pay for it !!!! Would love to know who the owner is as the manager does not like to return my calls. Truely disappointed in how they treated me

I dont know where to start with my experience here .but the first time i called i gave him my info and he said on the spot im approved .so then he said i need 2 pay stubs so i went by and gave him 2 paystubs and a void cheque.and said were good thats all i need .ok np so the next day he said i need a letter of employment so it took me 2 days to get it when i did he said come by and sighn thinking im getting the truck and i work in fort sask and i have to leave work early everytime just to find out they need more proof besides paystubs letter of employment and on top of that they keep saying im approved so why all this if u say im approved .so finally when i think im going to sighn they say oh the lender is trying to call my employer but no one is answering so the approval is on hold .i said im dissapointed in this precess instead of just saying from the beginning im not approved .i left work early 5 days in a row and they keep making excuses on asking for more things .i dont like the way they treated me lying saying im approved and leading me on so i get mad and cancel .people have a life ,yes maybe i dont have perfect credit but dont treat people like this .i know lots of people in this city im gonna make sure none of my friends and family dont go there

It was a 2017 Nissan Micra with lower mileage, though my credit isn't great, they were still able to get me on a reasonable payment plan, with a down payment I could afford and were willing to even help me get affordable insurance through their company. If you need help with finances, finding reasonable insurance, and know what kind of car it is you want I recommend Avenue Motors and Nathan.

When i first went here, it was a good experience. The people were nice and everything went over really well! There were some issues with the car that i told them about a few days after driving off the lot with. They told me to text them with everything and that they would make arrangements for me to come in for them to look at. They then stopped replying to my texts and ignoring my calls. Do not waste your time and go to someone reputable. They also tell you to give them 5 star reviews before you leave so their business doesn't look like the joke it is. :)

The advertising weekly payment on Facebook are not accurate. They told me they had a truck, ended up putting a deposit on it. Then went to sign the paperwork, they didn't have it, try to switch and bait me to a newer more expensive truck. I declined. Then took them 10 days to give me a refund on my deposit, that had a misprint on my name on the cheque. The entire time, had vehicles priced on the higher end, added a lot of doc fees to increase their profits. I can't prove it, but I really suspected, they added 1.2 percent interest on the loan for more profit.

They ask my sin number and driver license and pay stub without even let me see the car, and when I said I don’t feel comfortable one of the person said we got all your information in our system. I was told the car I am interested is clear no incident but when I asked the carfax it shows two car incidents. I don’t suggest to go to this auto dealer at all. It is very suspicious

First off they never post prices of the vehicles just some b.s. finance biweekly made up number that sounds good. Next the finance application lures you in by asking invasive questions like when did you move in to you home ( date) instead of how many years etc. They want all your details about everything which is not needed this is what causes identity fraud. This dealer ship is garbage.

Also lie to your face about the damage that was done on the car by the previous owner make sure you read the car fax yourself! I bought my very first car here. Should be a fun and exciting time. Worse company ever, sold my friend a truck without allowing an inspection of the vehicle first, then taking it away, the brakes squelch, the check engine light is on and there's body damage and rust. I understand they should have looked first, but the salesman should have been up front. The truck was also 10k for a vehicle that has over 100k on it and an '07. They have not been upfront or helpful post sale. Stay away from them at all costs.

Jay was very helpful in finding us the minivan that we were looking for and the price we settled on was fair. Dealing with Avenue Motors was overall a positive experience. The minivan we purchased showed a bad power steering leak immediately after purchase but Jay was able to get it into their shop and have the issue fixed within a week or two. My only reservation with Avenue Motors was the absence of an interior detailing and an oil change which are pretty standard when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. This wasn't a big problem for me due to the price we agreed on but if I had paid more, I would not be happy with receiving a vehicle with a dirty interior and in need of an oil change. I would do business with Avenue Motors again while keeping the above in mind.

Me and my spouse found this dealership on Facebook, being from out of town we thought they seemed like a great used car dealership. That is until it came down to the deal closing. Three days before we left British Columbia to come to Alberta we get a call from them saying the vehicle (a white Infiniti suv) had been involved in an accident. We found that very suspicious and were very upset as there were costs associated with our trip that were non refundable. To avoid these costs we stated to the dealership we would be willing to go with a silver Infiniti until a white one was in stock. They agreed. However on further inspection of the photos they sent of us of the original suv that they advised that had been involved in a accident we actually found it at another dealership, which we ultimately purchased. Avenue motors also had sent us documents with incorrect vins etc. I do not believe this to be an honest mistake and do feel that this dealership is involved in something fraudulent. Either it is to do with rebuilt vehicles or something else as they lied about the vehicle they were selling us. For your own sake please avoid this dealership like I wish we did at the beginning. They do not have a very good rating on the better business bureau and I do believe staff have tried to make their ratings appear 5 stars recently.

One star is too generous for this company. I've heard horror stories of used car sale company but this one tops all others. Criminal. Took my son for a serious bad ride. Sold a car with issues and an empty gas tank. Tried to get out of a 500 dollar deal for trade in by saying he had fines with DMV so they'd pay them in lieu of giving him the money. He had NO fines so Jesse retracted by saying he had him mixed up with someone else. The heat goes in the car and the battery was faulty. He arranged to have it repaired in September. They keep it for a long time and then tells him it is ready for pick up. He picks it up. It is not fixed. After 2 months of constant texts he brought it in for them to only to keep it for weeks. My son has 3 small children with no vehicle. After much hounding, the vehicle is ready or say it is. When asked for the paperwork on the repairs, they couldn't produce it. Angry words later the vehicle is left there once again for promised repairs. Constant texts later they tell him he doesn't have a warranty after paying 1800 for one. AFTER 5 MONTHS?!?!? why did they take the car abd promise repairs if it wasnt under warranty. Constant lies. He could have been told back in September it wasnt under warranty but they took it and said it was fixed. RUN dont walk away from this corrupt company. Hope the people who put a good review here was paid well by them.

This dealership is the biggest joke I've ever seen. I was told I was buying a lincoln mkx that was in immaculate condition. I think it was almost 2 weeks when the lincoln was dropped off at my place by a non English speaking Canadian. It looked like they went to pick and pull and picked it up to sell to me. It was covered in grease inside and out from their mechanics. There was a leak from the main axle seals in the transmission. There was a bunch of smaller issues also. We brought the lincoln back and demanded these issues looked at and fixed. After another week they dropped it off and it looked alot better. The interior was still disgusting but was told it would be cleaned the next day. I got in the car the next day and noticed the airbag light was on. I did a Korean detailed inspection and noticed the leak was still there. They tried to stop by putting gear oil in the transmission. When they fixed my heated seats they cut alot of wires under the seat and retaped with electrical tape. I messaged the dealer with no response for a week. When he did respond his reply was that he was shocked. I reported this to amvic but after reading other posts here I'm sure they wont do anything. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone unless your looking for a car for the demolition derby

I bought a used car and a protection warranty of 2500 was added to the price. The company however paid the warrant insurance company only 500 and kept the rest 2000 in their pocket. Upon cancellation of my protection warrant, I found out that the whole amount of 2500 was not paid for protection. I repeatedly asked for the refund and they refused even to talk to me. Finally I filed for court, and shortly after being served, they negotiated with me to pay me the money back. I warn Canadians to take a great care in dealing with this company. They will tell you that the vehicle has been serviced, and you will see engine light ON right after you leave their office. Deception.. Lies.. dishonest. Please caution

What a joke this place is! A group of thieves. My boyfriend foolishly attempted to get a car through a girl who promised him the world. He has very bad credit and I thought it was a bad idea. But she was persistent. He gave her a 500$ deposit and the deal ended up falling through. She then drafted a horrible contract where he would be basically trading in his car for free! She sent a driver to his work (he works out of town) for him to sign the bogus contract, he purposely ruined the contract cuz it was not what they agreed on. She was so shady he decided it was too fishy and asked for his deposit back When I tell you these shady crooks did everything they possibly could to get out of paying him back!! Fast forward TWO MONTHS LATER. After him freaking out on them they finally paid him back. Oh and decided to deduct 100$ for the driver he didn't ask for that drove to his job. Unbelievable! Please run far away! I wish I could give zero stars. My blood is absolutely boiling

Avenue motors and 7eighty should have their licenses revoked and I've hired a lawyer to do so and will also be reaching out to the alberta transportation board to have 7eightys inspections reviewed. These guys are shady salespeople that have no problem catfishing, deceiving, wasting your time and patience all for their own financial gain. I've received 2 vehicles from them that should not have passed safety but were given clean inspections. They were even so cheap they wouldn't replace a pair of wiper blades that were not working at all, had no spare tire, ball joints loose etc. My current vehicle is still on their website forsale after 2 months and I have done almost 7 grand in repairs in the last 2 months, all of which were safety and critical power train related. I am financially screwed with this vehicle now as I will never get what is owed on the vehicle ontop of all the money I've had to invest into it. These people have me over 13 grand out of pocket with all the money I've lost with the previous vehicle I had to trade in with them that they had sold me and the repairs on my new vehicle. DO NOT TRUST NATHAN AT AVENUE MOTORS OR 7EIGHTY AUTO. EDIT: avenue motors is fully aware of my situation, have said the owners would reach out to me but never have, and everytime I've called during business hours since they have screened my call and ignored me. Thing that kills.me, is these people think because I'm a extremely busy guy that never has time to visit the dealership, and the fact that I have bad credit from my younger years, makes them think I'm broke and stupid. I will spend thousands to put these people out of business.

I came to avenue motors to get a 7 seater vehicle, I didn’t have very high hopes of getting approved for anything that would fit my families needs because I don’t have good credit and anything in a 7 seater is quite expensive. Alyssa however found a way to get me into a 2018 dodge caravan with very low kms and they went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to afford the payments. She addressed every concern I had with complete honesty (which is so rare in this industry) I went to 2 other dealerships and neither of them gave me the phenomenal customer service that Alyssa gave me, she even went and detailed my new van HERSELF because the detailing guy was not available and she wanted to make sure we had our vehicle as soon as possible. This place is a joke! Mismanaged. Unprofessional. Wanted to see two cars a Mazda and a sonata. Drove an hour and a half and the vehicles weren’t available. So instead they thought a micra and Cruz was comparable; they aren’t! Asked to see a Chevy 200 on their lot got in it and it was filthy- crumbs on the seat and a drink spilled in the console. -10 stars worst experience ever .If you are thinking about buying from here please read and buy at your own risk .Here goes the story, we saw an ad on Facebook for a Ford escape and they take trade in’s, I messaged the seller and the response was fast, Yes come on in we take trades. So we go to the dealer ship (I use the name Dealer ship very loosely the next day. We go to the car lot and meet up with Jesse, we look at the ford escape and Nope it was just not what we were looking for. So we see a Dodge Nitro and wow we wanted the vehicle (we had a 2008 Jeep patriot with less than 160 thousand KM on it) so we take it for a test drive and yup we wanted it. So we go through the process. We receive the inspection on the nitro and it is not great however Jesse, Sean assured us that it would all be taken care of. We were set to leave on holidays in the next couple of days. List of things we noticed and things on the inspection. Front drivers windshield washer sprayer broken, rear wiper blade, Gas cap needed pliers to take of the cap, Rotors, Brakes front and back , tail light burnt out. The list goes on. So they take the vehicle to the shop So they take the vehicle for hours. They bring the vehicle back to shop and the only thing done was the brake pads .however assured us the vehicle was safe and they would take care of us when returned from holidays. So off we go. 2 days into the vacation the unthinkable happens, we are driving down the trans-Canada highway (the only saving grace at that point was we were going very slow as the traffic was backed up) and the truck comes to a screeching Halt . the ABS harness broke an d wrapped around the axel . I am telling you right now if we had of been going the speed we were supposed to we would have died and who knows how many other people it was the scariest thing I have ever gone through. Anyways contacted Jesse via text Now after many texts etc we had our vehicle towed to a shop that they are affiliated with and the gentlemen at that shop said that was ridiculous that should have never happened at this point we also advised Jesse that there are other things happening with the truck he texted that they would take care of everything when we return ( meanwhile he is pressuring us to put a good review on the web site for him. Because we had broken down we didn’t make it to where we had to go we had to stay in Victoria Last minute hotels in Victoria very expensive 200+ so too fast forward our vehicle is fixed and yes they paid for it. So needless to say we were very scared to be driving it. so we get back into town made a few attempts to contact the dealer ran into the excuse oh we are very busy please call tomorrow days go (in the meantime we take it to an independent inspection place and omg list goes on ) so we finally see the guys at the lot and show them the paperwork. They agree and take the truck for 1 solid week. We get the truck back and they tell us everything is fixed (keep in mind the sprayer and the wiper blade still not fixed) so we tell them and they say oh well bring it back another day and we will take care of it. ( it is now January we bought this vehicle in August ) due to the fact that we have no trust in these guys we take it back to the independent inspection place and yup you guessed it nothing was fixed . So we are angry at this time we call Amvic and we place a really bad review. We get a call from Jesse begging us to take the review down they will fix everything. So a month goes by and because they are sweet talkers and drag it out the time passed and amvic won’t do anything for us advise us to go back to them and ask them to honor what they promised. We made several attempts to contact them and yes you guessed it no response. Needless to say we had no other choice but to get the leaks fixed as if we didn’t the transmission would have blown and instead of $800 fix would have been $2000+. So this rant is to warn any potential people who are thinking of buying a car from these guys think twice I am serious.

This dealership has no “rights” to access anyone’s information without permission. Anybody that got a credit check without your approval, please contact Equifax “IMMEDIATELY”. Equifax needs to be notify about it. Unapproved access to your personal information is not acceptable. Invasion of Privacy without Authorization could be reported as Fraud. Don’t listen to anyone that tells you got 3 times in a year for a credit check without losing your credit score. It all depends on your credit history too. You may have lost 1 credit score just from the credit check at this dealership. Just an FYI. BE WARN! Don’t buy cars here. Dishonest ethic environment. ????

Absolute crooks. Jesse is a weasel. Got.a vehicle from them that was in constant need of repair. Brought it back to them 3 times to get fixed and nothing was ever done. But they kept saying it was being fixed. They never told me the vehicle was in a accident before. This place is really skeevy. They occupy the old National Autoplex building which recently moved, but still have the banners up on the building. I had arranged to view a vehicle at Autoplex but accidentally went to their old location (now Avenue Motors) instead. I felt something was off when I told them the name of the person I had spoken to and they said they didn’t have anyone there by that name, but said it must have been a miscommunication because they did have the exact same vehicle I was looking for. A sales woman then took me to her office to start filling out forms for a test drive, when I noticed that the forms said “Avenue Motors” on top. I said that I must be in the wrong place, because I was looking for National Autoplex. She then told me that no I was in the right place, they had just changed their name. Then when they tried to show me the vehicle, it wasn’t the same one at all. They had just been lying to get me to buy one of theirs instead. Once I realized they had been lying they got pretty rude and aggressive, and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I understand that sales people can be pretty shady, but to blatantly lie and say you’re a different business is so very wrong. If this is any measure of their integrity then I can’t even imagine the other sketchy things happening at this place. Everyone should run FAR away.

I will share my experience from start to finish. Firstly we went to speak to a gentleman downtown, that experience was positive, he clearly let us know there wasn't anything he could do for us at the time as too much was owing on my daughters vehicle, but said in 2 years to come back and check as less will be owing. My daughter continued to get phone call after phone call about 5 Months later, incessant, repeated calls. Fast forward, 6 months my daughter received a P/C from a young lady saying she is pre-qualified and can get a new car today. There were 2 meetings, first one she said that with a c0-signer she could get a Truck or SUV, the young lady had no idea how much was left owing on my daughters car (although had paperwork from last time), however still said it wouldn't be a problem, my daughter had conditions (Good Mileage, tow package..etc), again.."No Problem". Many times during the meeting, she left to "ask the manager questions", once she came back and said we needed a $5000 deposit, I said no, then it was a $1000 deposit, again I said no. Third time, she said we didn't need a deposit at all. This group of "salepeople" were very different than the first experience, all younger, unprofessional (dressed in crop tops/sweatpants and jeans). We were then contacted again about a week later saying they have a Jeep Compass available that fits all the requirements that she needs and asked us to come in. When we arrived they said they needed my SIN number for the credit check, I let them know that IF my daughter decides to Buy with them, at that time I would give my SIN number. She then left again to talk to a manager and came back and said the Jeep was in the process of selling and was unavailable (coincidence perhaps), but she would let us know if it sells or not. We never received a call/message for that day or for 5 days after that, for a company that "Prides" themselves on communication, its only good when they want something from you and then they are incessant and annoying, not the other way around, when they become avoiding and dismissive. We ended up going to a few other dealers and had a much more professional and positive experience, although in the end decided to not trade the car in.

Without showing you the car from the ad they will insist you pay something you have seen only in photos. If you don’t do so they are not going to treat well. They were showing me a jeep for 38000 dollars i found that jeep on facebook for 33000 dollars.

Avenue Motors --- In my opinion they are terrible. You pay too much for a cheap car including hundreds and hundreds in fees along with 29 percent interest rate and when you have car problems you will hear (sorry your $1500.00 warranty does not cover that) pathetic! Take my advice and avoid Avenue Motors.

If I could give no stars I would. I got a vehicle from these guys not to long ago and they sold me it with a lien on it prior to me buying it (which they aren’t aloud to do) and they gave me some ridiculous interest rate on the financing which was not needed as I had great credit. And now I’m trying to trade said car in but because there’s the lien on it they can’t take the car. So I’m going to amvic and getting amvic to deal with them. I would not do business with this dealership again, they’re a complete joke. I will tell everyone I know that’s looking to get a car to avoid this place like the plague!

Worst place ever! The one at yellowhead forged my signature so they can’t give me my $1000 deposit back. No car was released to me and they tryna force me to take the car which I don’t want anymore. I went in there on June 25th and made a REFUNDABLE deposit and went back on June 29th to cancel my purchase. Surprisingly I signed a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with them showing on the paper that they erased my initials on REFUNDABLE section and did it on NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SCAMMERS

Nice car nice pictures but NO price online. I usually ALWAYS pass on these kinds of ads but the vehicle was what I was looking for. Most dealers show price and mileage except those ads who talk more about financing then specs. What ever, when to check it out anyways. It snowed 2 days ago, 4 inches of snow was on all the vehicles and no one bothered to come outside. So walked in, asked about the vehicle. Young sales guy asked me if I will be financing and trade in. Said no, then he gave me a ridiculous inflated price. Then drop thousands and throw in new tires. Still way overpriced, so he said lots of interest in that vehicle and basically stood up and walked away. Guess I was not worth the 2 min he spent on me. I buy most things from Salesperson and not based on price, financing, etc. You have to be a nice respectful person before you get the Sales part! I would suggest some self help books and sales training. But, it does not matter when you get a BBB D- rating! Will not go back so he can have more time to go clubbing or something driving his stock benz. BTW, looking at all the reviews, pay for a 3rd party INSPECTION and don't assume the defects will be taken care of after you fork out you money!

Do not buy or lease a vehicle from these guys , all the reviews are either fake or false . I was sold a suv from out of province , over 6000$ in repairs . They delivered it in the night , with last-minute paperwork . I did not see the rust that was all over the body , I was told there was no major mechanical issues with it . Which was a huge lie , they promised alcohol and other . I wish I could give no stars , they keep changing their numbers and refused to answer texts or phone calls . They fired their financial admin whom I was dealing with , very shady company . Waiting to hear back from better business bureau , it was definitely a learning experience to say the least .
