We purchased a ford truck from Don at this dealership. It was a blind sale as we live in New Brunswick. According to him the truck was very lightly used and everything was prepared for delivery. I was assured by Don the vehicle was in like new shape and checked stem to stern. I took his word for it and the day it was delivered to the border I was very disappointed. There were some mechanical defects as well as exterior parts that had to be replaced. Also the truck was especially filthy inside. Things were elevated to the sales manager Linsey. She took care of EVERYTHING in a timely and efficient matter. She made everything right and I have to say the ending was much better than the beginning.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They not only lied to me but manipulated information in à cheap attempt to get me to get more work done on my car. I'll admit, they did give me thé oil change, tire rotation and new bulb that i needed! After that, things didn't go so well. They told me that i needed new brake pads as there were only 3mm left (both thé man and woman in thé front were very adamant about this) but afterwards when i had à closer look at my inspection paper i noticed that they had written that there was 7.5 mm of friction material left and then scribbled it out. So i went back to question them about it and instead of à straight up anwser i was given thé run around by thé man and woman in thé front. I asked to speak to thé meachanic and after waiting à while hé was brought up and finally told me thé truth: hé had only eyeballed thé pads instead of using à caliper. If they had just told me that in thé beginning I would have acceptéd it and trusted in his judgment but i got too many liés and excuses from thé two people in thé front that i just had zéro trust left for this establishment. I would highly suggest that you either dont let them diagnose à problèm for you or ask to speak directly to thé mechanic!
