Excellent customer service. Everything was made clear with what was on the table. Nothing was hidden such as no hidden doc fee, extra taxes. Both the owners are really great persons. Gave me a great deal on 2017 Dodge charger fully loaded with all the features a good car can have. Even if you visit the location, you’re not pressurized to get the car that very day like other dealers who think this is some kind of a grocery shopping visit. Being in a situation where my vehicle had suddenly died (with repairs costing more than the van was valued itself), I was looking for friendly qnd helpful service that would help me out of a tough situation. I didn't pay attention to him, i was focused so much the car in front of me, talk with him and he brings me in the office that I met Garfield seriously humble in person , we have some talk and he gave me business card. I have dealt with a mechanical shop only. The first time I came to find a good price for the tire. I asked for price at 5 places in Surrey. The lowest price was here. The second time I had mechanical issues with suspension. I asked for quotation two shops. I felt more attention to me as a customer in this place. I got full and detailed consultation about my issue and fair quote price. After repair I was impressed how knowledgeable was mechanic Kosta who worked with my vehicle. He explained me every steps and options I had. Moreover he did even extra works with no charge!!! The final price for the labor was even lower then he quoted. I got excellent service at an affordable price. I totally recommend your service to all my friends. Thanks guys! Now you have a loyal customer. I wish you grow up your business.

I had the most wonderful experience buying my vehicle with Sam (Samiksha) . She was nothing but impecabbly attentive to my needs. One note to keep in mind, when I got in my car for the first time, I noticed there was a white smudges of paint on the right hand side interior of the car by the airbag ( this was never mentioned) and a crack on the navigation tool. This was addressed by Harry the Manager, and was attentive to my needs.

Excellent experience. I’ve visited many dealerships before, but this dealership provided the best customer service. I was not ready to buy the car, I was walking around and checking their inventory and the salesman Shawn came outside and explained me everything even i told him i am not ready to buy the car. Usually, when I go to other dealerships and when I tell that I am not ready to buy today, the salesman don’t disclose much information and it seems like they are not intrested in talking to me. But these guys are really good in dealing with customers. In future, If I plan to buy a car, I will definitely be buying from these guys.

Long review but I highly recommend you give a quick read! Poor customer service with employees that are either unaware or purposely hiding information from customers. I was told the vehicle was in mint condition (no damages) with brakes and tires above 85%. After visually inspecting the vehicle, I found several scratches and a damaged/cracked driver side mirror, which would cost over $250 for a OEM replacement part. The business would not repair the damage. Shocking considering the vehicle was a advertised at over $27,000 and mint condition. The "mechanics report" (which I had to request several times from the business) clearly had whiteout on certain sections and indicated NO exterior and interior damage. The report also indicated that the rear brake pads and rotors were at 50%. Again, they would not replace it even though they explicitly specified any brake pads, rotors, and tires under 85% would be replaced before the vehicle is advertised for sale. To summarize, I highly recommend any potential customers of this business to be extremely thorough in your inspection and have a trusted mechanic thoroughly inspect the vehicle before moving forward. Note: Many of their vehicles are advertised online for approximately 1-2k cheaper than the prices shown onsite.

If you are looking to get a vehicle, I would recommend you never buy car at this place. I had never buy any car here but I do come around this parking lot all the time. The reason I would recommend people NOT to buy car here is because how these crowns abuse the vehicles in the lot. They love to rev the engines of the cars to red line, sitting still, for minutes all the time, thinking they are cool. What that means is the mileage on the cars may be low but the engines are heavily worn out, just so that they can believe they are cool. Many people thinks that crowns only do that to sport cars, which was what I used to believe. Yet, these idiots do that to mini vans, jeeps, pickups, sedans...... I've seen them red lining all kinds of vehicles. If you don't mind to spend money buying an abused vehicle, this maybe the place for you.

I bought a second hand car from skyline group about 3 month ago and was not impressed with the experience. I asked if the car had been in any accident and they said no, due to the car fax showing no accident history. Upon checking the car with my mechanic, the car proved to have a minor accident at the front fender and had been painted. I asked if they changed the oil and the said yes. It proved the oil was not changed and they had to change it. I clearly and strictly asked the sales man to ask their mechanic to change the oil with manufacturer’s recommended oil and he promised to do so. It proved that they changed the oil with a different standard but claimed that oil was also acceptable by car manufacturer. When I explained to them that they needed to tell me the use of different oil before putting in the car, they accepted the mistake and offered a free detailing next oil change. Since I live very far away from their shop I proposed them to offer a free vacuum instead, they did it but did a lousy job. The manager promised to send the correction paint pen for covering dings and scratches to my home, they never answered my several text and phone calls in this regard. All being said, to me, despite they seem to be good people and have good intention, they have very little info about the car they sell and they have no system in place in their procedure to ensure everything go smooth and correct as promised. At first I was taken in, much like everyone else at the wonderful pricing. The good credit, bad credit, no credit? no problem! Was a huge thing for me as my daughters father recently screwed over my credit. Yes. I'm a single mother. Struggling, at that. Yes, I explained my situation to these guys. I also repeated myself multiple times in saying I must have a reliable car, within my budget (granted it wasn't much) as this was more or less the last of any money I had and I was trying to go back to school. Keep in mind, I'm a struggling single mother with an 8 month old. At first? They were amazing. They were extremely friendly, told me no matter what this car would be RELIABLE. If there were ANY major problems, they would fix it. For me. They gave me a 30 day free warranty that covered everything on the car. Now believe me when I say, I completely, 100%, without a doubt agree that when my car died... It had been five weeks. Is it their problem? No. Not really. Except. I expressed my concern that buying this particular vehicle may result in future issues that could prohibit me from going to school. And their response? They would fix it. When I brought my car in to explain the issues. They said, "No problem, we will look at it." And so they did... And they continued to look. For three weeks. After a week of hounding them and Nav being miraculously "Unavailable" throughout the week of calling, and yes... I called several times a day. I kept getting promises Nav would call me back, or he had just miraculously stepped out. I FINALLY found out my car had an issue with the water pump. They also state they will not replace it for free as Nav so adamantly insisted when I originally bought the car. Which was really the only reason I did buy the car. So, me, being the extremely resourceful person I am, I ask what engine is in it, and go and look for the part. Well... After calling three places, and getting the answer "That engine doesn't exist" several times. I called back, got a different engine. Got the same response from several different part shops. and called again, and got yet the same response. It has now, nearly been a month. This would not be a big deal. Except, being a single mother. I don't have the money to replace a water pump, and in this particular car it's going to cost me about 800 dollars because apparently, they have to take out the engine. (btw 800 dollars is almost a full months rent for me. Meaning I, personally go without food.. or whatever else. Praying that my daughter will have enough to eat) Did they hold up to their word? no. Again, I understand it's not their problem. But, I suppose their "good" reputation isn't much of my problem. These guys do not appear to be as much of the "good guys" as they boast they are. They took a struggling single mother, and sold her an unreliable car that I now have to sink a ton of money in to. Because of this, I have to borrow money from people. In borrowing money from people, I have to pay it back. Clearly, I'm on limited income. And it only becomes more limited if I start school, which I can no longer do because I have to try to pay off the bills my daughter's father wracked up I could've gone to school had I not had to now sink almost a full months rent in to this car. They prohibited me from creating a better life for me and my daughter. Say what you will about me. "Disgruntled Customer", "Sad person to destroy people's livelihood", whatever. The fact of the matter is. I'm angry. I don't see "good guys" here. I see con artists. I do not recommend buying a car from these people what so ever. Or if you do, make sure it breaks down within a month.

I cannot comment about the type of service they offer, as we did not buy a car from them, but definitely want to suggest to improve their selling skills. We went there on Sunday ( 5 Sep) and met one of the sales person( dont rem the name). He showed us few options according to our requirements but did not make much efforts to suggest anything. If a sales person has good selling skills, they can retain a customer but their sales staff did not make any efforts to retain. We went to Sukhi Bath after that and hats off to their selling skills, they did not let us move out of their store without giving us a car with an excellent deal.

Bought a car 8 months ago for $4500 after having it for 2 months I had to put $1500 into it and another $1100 over the next 6 months. They refused to help me with repairs but offered me $500 credit towards a new car if i gave mine back to them. I ordered a carproof after the first set of repairs and it was different than the one they showed me upon sale. Very disappointed, avoid this place because it's going to cost you.

Liars and crooks. I have bought two cars from skyline. First one, no issues. I didn't own it long before it was written off in an accident not at my fault. I returned thinking I would get respect being a repeat customer. It was a huge mistake as they took advantage of my trust. Made me so sick to my stomach the fact I gave money to these liars that I ended up selling the car I bought from them at a major loss and buying the same car from somewhere else because it ACTUALLY hadn't been in an accident before I bought it and ACTUALLY worked six months later. I contacted skyline to explain my unhappiness with zero response. Makes sense as they already had my money. Also makes sense why they never sent me my contract even after multiple calls to ask for it to be mailed. Instead of buying a car from these thieves, you may as well take your money and burn it. You'll still have nothing in the end but at least you'll save yourself the time. I hope the theives at skyline read this, because this isn't over.
