I will not buy a vehicle from this Dealer. I had made a deal to purchase a vehicle subject to some issues being repaired. I said it would be a few days for repairs to be complete. I said it was okay. Then I got a call to say it was ready on the Sunday. Then I got another call to say it wasn't. The person who was going to do the repairs was sick and would be ready Monday. So I called Monday and they said the person was on holidays and should be ready for Tuesday. So I called on Tuesday and they said it wasn't ready because the person was sick. I said forget it I don't want the vehicle anymore and I don't like the different excuses everytime I call. They said I could not do that because the bank did them a favor to finance me even thought my credit is decent. They started to put pressure on me and said I had no choice but to come down and pickup the vehicle. I told them I had a choice and they were not going to tell me I had to pickup the vehicle. I then had them bring the vehicle to the Langley location because I had read the reviews for Langley and the looked better. I talked to Reg and he was GREAT. When they brought it to the Langley lactation after they said all the repairs were done, all the repairs were still not complete. Hard to spend $10,000 of your hard earned money on people you cannot trust. They seemed to think they are entitled to my hard earned money. Sorry... But not the case. Hope this helps at least one person out there. PS.. I don't normally write reviews.. But.. This really upset me the dishonesty of the dealer.

I am beyond impressed with the service here at SK Automarket and how well they've taken care of me. I bought my vehicle in May. A 2010 Ford Escape. I love that they do full inspections and have anything fixed to be sure that they are selling you a vehicle in tip top shape. Loved the option to add on a warranty as well so I have the peace of mind that if any major repairs come up I'll be able to get it fixed without shelling out thousands of dollars. I've visited both locations and like how they are all chill there and aren't pushy like some car salesmen. They want you to make your own choices without pushing you into something. They will also help you find your preferred vehicle at an auction if you know exactly what you want (this was my case). Was looking extensively at a vehicle for over a week at sk automarket. We had discussed on pricing and had the details finalized. I took it to my mechanic for a review before the purchase and discovered the engine was on the verge of blowing. A $10k fix. This was not communicated by sk market. Buyer beware...do your due diligence before purchasing.

I was looking for a good used Toyota Matrix, I checked the local dealers from Abbotsford to New West over a 4 week period. Other dealers had stock, but some of the cars leaked, smelled like a wet dog, or were just overpriced. Then I went to SK Automarket, as they had a couple that just came in. Ian greeted me, I told him I wanted to test drive, keys were in my hand and he said 'see you later'. Most don't let you go alone.. they do.. I was able to take my time to check out the ride. Being a Sunday night at 5 PM they were closing, but Ian had the time to work out the numbers that worked for both of us. I grabbed Ian's card and said I would be in touch. That night I texted Ian, said I wanted it. Monday morning I picked up my new ride.. No hassles, easy to deal with, and I was on my way. Thanks Ian and SK Automarket... Bob

Worked with Rick, who was very accommodating to my requests related to inspections by vehicle specialists for this vehicle, and we made a fair deal on it. Rick was great to work with - no stereotypical used car sales tactics here.

I had been looking for a specific truck, checking dealerships on Craig's List and the other auto online advertisers. I'll be frank, going to a used car dealer versus a dealership conjured up visions of fast talking guys with thin mustaches and shiny suits. They listed the vehicle I wanted, it sounded good, but the bias was there and I waited about ten days before even going to take a look, having visited dealerships and noted the prices and been disappointed by the the attitude. It's a bit hard to admit that I was narrow and biased, but I was. The sales staff were respectful, accommodating and with regard to the vehicle I was interested in, doing everything reasonable to deal with my concerns and solving them. Even after I had bought the vehicle, there was a small problem I told them about and it was immediately dealt with. So these are stand up guys I would recommend to friends, and if I want another vehicle in the future, I will approach them first because they will be fair, and you have to respect that.

The staff, the service, reasonable prices, reliable vehicles, this place has it all! We have purchased over half dozen vehicles over the past 20 years (4 drivers in our home) from SK Automarket. Honesty is the best policy! These guys is all about that. They told me things about a car I was interested that I didn't even expect but was glad to know they will go that far with their transparency. If you like a car they have do business with them as prices are about the same wherever you go anyways. The value is in the dealership not as much on the car.

Applied for financing after looking at their ad about specializing on bad credits car loans which boasted for EXPRESS approvals, I was responded by a finance staff named Jay. After submitting so many documents I was told to wait in a few days for their bank to answer. 5 days passed and it's friday I texted him, he said they are busy and will answer by monday. 10 days have passed again ,i texted him again he RUDELY replied that my application was declined so i said fine but i did not appreciate how I was left unanswered. He got extremely upset somehow and started to insult me with the collections on my credit history followed by swearing as well threats (read screenshot images of the conversations below). This person is very unprofessional and treats others with disrespect, I have no idea how this place hired this guy because clearly he is just a young inexperience worker who have no idea how to deal with customers. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
